WE ADVOCATES FOCUS ON THOSE THAT NEED HELP MOST - WE ARE NOT POLITICIANS - WHO SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER - WE ADVOCATES MUST NOT SELL OUT OUR COMMUNITY.

The late Joseph Taeotui and his infant Jodie -
Jodie now a little old -
she needs our love and more our nurturing -
we must NOT forget - if we are family.

It is a sad day in San Francisco - where, we are more concerned about all sorts of issues. Failing to discern - and address those issues that matter - and are paramount - Quality of Life issues.

Mollie Siolo and Jodie - need sound affordable housing - we will NOT tolerate Malia Cohen and the others talking the talk -  failing to walk the walk. That affordable housing should have been in place - weeks ago.

While - we fail to serve our tax payers, our constituents, decent San Franciscans - those that we care for - who have contributed so much to our great City of San Francisco. This abject disdain is totally uncalled for. Enough is enough.

Wake up San Francisco -
more Cultural Competency -
implicit bias - and more.

Today San Francisco more Room 200 at SF City Hall has failed San Franciscans - miserable and this is pathetic - to say the least.

The killings and shootings on our streets of San Francisco - does not warrant adversely impacting the victims. Where is the leadership - more those that must stand tall and represent.

So many - decent San Franciscans -  who have NO voice  -suffer quietly and many leave our City - never to return again.

Such ugly incidents - shooting and killings - happen again and again.

Not a word from our Mayor London Breed and less from the SF Board of Supervisors. Forget the response and NO action from Malia Cohen - the District 10 Supervisor.

More than 85 % of our SF Police Officers - do not live in San Francisco - what does that say? We pay them - do they come here more for their salaries - or are we to believe they care to serve - more decent San Franciscans?

When it comes to Violence Prevention we do not have a Blue Print - that plays a vital role to bring about solutions.

Many have not read the Grand Jury Report on our SF Police Department. The Blue Panel the Judges point out the many factor that make our SF Police Department - dysfunctional.

The Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) a body linked to the Department of Justice (DoJ) - that recommended 272 recommendations. COPS has since been defunded - their many reports on the shelves - collecting dust. COPS was defunded quickly by Donald Trump - many are NOT aware of this fact.

Missing Cultural Competency -  the now head of Violence Prevention - Diana Aroche - busy show casing how busy she is - making small talk - taking her vacation.

Diana Aroche - has now moved from one SF City Department to another - without any monitoring - check list - Blue Print - that matters - linked to Violence Prevention in San Francisco.

Her buddy Barbara Garcia - former Director of Health has resigned - and it is time - Diana Aroche moves away - she is unfit to address Violence Prevention in San Francisco. She has not lifted a finger to help - Mollie Siolo - other are afraid to say that - but I must.

Recently there was a change in leadership -  one Diana Aroche moving to the Department of Health - moving away from the Mayor's Office - where she was the head of Violence Prevention.

That entire scenario at the top - linked to Violence Prevention - is a mess.

It was when Mayor Edwin Mah Lee was there - and more now - under Mayor London Breed - who has NO clue what is happening. Mayor London Breed is busy pussyfooting around.

On August 13, 2018 our Brother Joesph Taeotui - was ambushed near his home - his wife Mollie Siolo - had to see her loving husband lie on the street - fighting for his life.

For 10 days Mollie Siolo joined by her loved ones and supporters - kept a vigil - day and night - 24/7 a scene - never before witnessed - in recent times - outside the SF General Hospital Trauma Center.

All through this period - we maintained peace - those that loved Joseph Taeotui (Jungle) honoring a peace maker - a man of few words, more, good actions - Jungle, has left a legacy.

We did this because Joseph Taeotui better know as " Jungle " - was as I said -  a genuine peace maker - a man of few words - who at the time of this incident - he was shot five times.

One bullet lodged in his brain - that ultimately brought about his demise. We miss him and more love him. RIP.

We genuinely loved him - that is why so many came - and maintained peace.

We thank the doctors and nurses - those in charge at SF General Hospital - bending backwards to accommodate us - allowing us to work with them - to keep the peace and the areas where we gathered to keep vigil  - clean and neat.

The Polynesian Community is strong - and those leaders who understand our power - will not say much - because we can act - if we are force to act - for our rights.

The District 10 Supervisor failed to help this family - made by faint attempt to visit Joseph Taeotui with the Chief of Police on the 4th day - at the San Francisco General Hospital - and not a word after that  visit - that the public knows about - by Malia Cohen.

Those in charge of the Community Response Team - want to help Mollie Siolo.

Hurdles are put in their way - why?

Why do we always make good people suffer ?

While those aiding and abetting the sellouts and those that are there to fill their own pockets go Scott Free?

We know who they are - and we are watching the situation - like a hawk.

Yesterday, September 10, 2018 Joseph Taeotui remains lay at the Kezar Stadium - the turn out was spectacular.

Love filled the air - and the solidarity among - the very diverse turn out - astounded most - most everyone - had a heavy heart - we felt the loss of Joseph Taeotui - known to us affectionately - as  "Jungle".

Street Violence Intervention Team

I want to take some time to thank Street Violence Intervention Program - the Director Arturo Carrillo, John Nauer, James Caldwell, Joseph Kaulave, Rosa, Nana, Robert, Guy, others too many to mention - for standing by tall and doing what was right.

There is more to do - and we will support you all.

When one of your comrades - dies, for a good cause - solidarity and good actions - solidify unity and trust - faith and hope. God bless you all.

Joseph Teaotui brother Century -
thank you for your stellar representation.
God bless you and your loved ones.

I must take this time to thank Century - Brother of Joseph Taeotui, above - a Matai (Chief) - for an excellent job done.

The logistics and the manner in which he took control of every situation - following all the Polynesian customs.

More - while accommodating those that knew little about the Polynesian culture - who were informed - politely, yet in a very informed and through - manner.

It is here where the SF Police Department and our Mayor Office lacks the protocol - and failed miserably.

For all their vain talk - they lack  " cultural competency " and by default need a deep  orientation in addressing all the many aspects - linked to " implicit bias " - and how the above issues - can create hell - as occurred in this case - when it came to their ill prepared and confused - City Departments.

I sincerely hope - that we do not repeat - the " ugly behavior " of the Mayor who in this case showed lack of sensitivity, manners - and abject lack of etiquette.

Every Mayor from any big City - all over this Nation - conduct themselves appropriately not so our Mayor.

She hails from the hood and the ugly aspects of the hood have stuck to her like Gorilla Glue.

At exactly the same time - our City was mourning - and hundreds packed the Kezar Stadium - there was NO singular representation - from City Hall.

Missing Mayor London Breed - she was busy ribbon cutting - an opening at 3rd Street - and Yosemite in the Bayview.

The former Monte Carlo restaurant that now has a new owner - backed by thousands of dollars - tax payers money - delivered on a platter - complete with a bar license that is difficult to get today.

Such ploys, machinations, and shenanigans must STOP - now.

One or two fake representations - those that report to City Hall in general - as to what was happening - were trolling at Kezar stadium. I kept my eye on them - spoke about City Hall to one of them indirectly - so that he could hear me and report to City Hall.

Where are the manners, where is the sound protocol - so very well executed in the past - by past Mayors who represented our diverse population of San Francisco and earned their kudos.

It is 30 days today - and the world must know - that San Francisco has primitive standards - when it comes to the victims that suffer - from crimes.

A case in point - Mollie Siolo and her daughter Jodie. Mollie Siolo the wife of Joseph Taeotui ( Jungle ) - are promised some and given nothing in return - more, when it comes to affordable housing - more safe haven.

If this nonsense that happened to some one else - I would have received a call - and Joseph Taeotui would say : " OG please do all in your power to help ".

And guess what I would do it - willingly - I love my Usos and I love those who have their heart in the right place.

I turned my office at 5 Thomas Mellon Circle - 3300 square feet - so that Street Violence Intervention Program - could do a good job - with clean conference rooms, offices, toilets, and a surrounding - complete with a Atrium and water-fall - that benefited all.

Today Street Violence Intervention Program - after settling down - have a bigger office at 150 Executive Park - the Director Arturo Carrillo.

Early on - one the first day - I rushed to the hospital - shocked - and while all the commotion was going on - a message was sent by the SF Police Department that Joseph Taeotui - lost his life.

This was NOT true - I was at the SF General Hospital and every hour was informed about Joseph's status. At the time the doctors were still working on Joseph and he was breathing.

The SF Police Department has NOT apologized - in fact it has not admitted about this great mistake - I have had SF Police Officers - admit this mistake.

Time to apologize.

Mollie Siola and her very young daughter - are suffering - at this time they need some sound affordable housing.  Preferably a two bed room unit - to heal - her young daughter need quality naturing.

Jodie - will soon be adversely affected - if we do not act and deliver.

SF Chief William Scott

SF Chief of Police William Scott can use his authority to permit those in charge to make the " safe haven " two bedroom unit available - and bring this epidote to some health and progressive solution. We need this at this time - most of us who are in shock and cannot witness Mollie Siolo - suffer and so also - little Jodie.

We as a City are counting on Mayor London Breed - and all those that are putting hurdles in the way - to first remove the hurdles - and find a solution - on a War Footing.

Today in the 30th day - and nothing seems to move positively - when it comes to Mollie's housing and the promises made.

Wake up San Francisco - you missed the boat, the bus, the train and the plane. Aho.
