San Francisco pretends it means well - while all the time hoodwinking the public at large - never mind if the City and County of San Francisco - with intent - has sordid plans - placing thousands of innocent people in harms way.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund site - only the worst contaminated sites - are listed as Superfund Sites.
More when the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to this day - registers very high levels of Radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium - other dangerous elements at high levels mercury, lead - and in many hot spots asbestos. You all get the drift.
You can visit the Main Library and have access to the sites parcel B, C, D, E, E2 which is very polluted, F which is the Bay and contaminated, Parcel G, Utility Corridor 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5 , 6, one worse than the other.

Housing rents are so high - yet - in San Francisco right now - over 30, 000 housing units are vacant. The landlords do not want to rent. Added there are over 20, 000 units - vacant - high end rental condominiums. No rental units for those making under $60, 000 and even those making under $80, 000.
For years the SF Planning Department with intent - allowed the Academy of Art University - to convert " rent control units " to dormitories to accommodate - foreign students.

The Mayors looking the other side - while the corruption was going on - with intent - putting thousands in harms way - impeding Quality of Life issues.
The SF Planning Department - has failed us - and should be ashamed of itself. The adjudication process - the many Notices Of Violations (NOVs) - have NOT deterred the Academy of Art University.
Ripping the foreign students off - with promises to certify them - which they have not - the Academy of Art University having lost their " accreditation status ".

It has taken years - and the many Notice of Violations (NOVs) - given to Academy of Art University - these fines and penalties - and still be adjudicated - deals cut - when what is deemed necessary - is the crooks to be sent to jail for a long time.
Thousands of rental units - all coming under " rent control " taken away - and this City and more the City Attorney is playing with fire - fueling the ire of the people - who really is in charge at City Hall?

Thousands of people have left our unique neighborhood - and the poor more the indigent - are left to die slowly on the streets of San Francisco.
I have brought this issue to the SF Planning Department over 10 years ago - and nothing much is happening - except someone is kicking the can - down the street. It is a shame that the City permitted the Academy of Art University - to demolish so many rental units and convert them to dormitories.
The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure - has NO clue about Quality of Life issues - most of those on the Commission and on the Committee - rubber stamping.
Lennar Urban - aka 5 Points Holding LLP - same snake different head - has cause too much pain to innocent citizens of San Francisco - has not paid its Community Benefit since 2013.
The Hunters Point is still very contaminated - contractors - being paid millions but failing the community at large. Check this out:

Now it is buying up property is a nonchalant manner - when it could have help the property owner to save their home that went under after 2008 - with the spiraling of the economy.
It is a shame that House Negros the likes of Veronica Hunnicutt who is not from the Bayview - Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Walton Shaman, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Aurelious Walker, Amos Brown, Doris Vincent - others too may to mention - have with intent - sold out the Bayview Hunters Point community - their feet must be held to the fire. The are a disgrace to the human race.
