On Parcel A which is the only parcel conveyed by the City and County of San Francisco to SF Redevelopment Agency -(now dead and gone).

This agency the SFRA that transferred Parcel A to Lennar Urban -  Lennar Urban is now experiencing all sorts of issues.

The workers working on Parcel A have been taken for a ride - with pay issues.

The working conditions are despicable - daily exposed to high levels of Asbestos Friables.

It is just a matter of time when these workers - will sue Lennar, Urban.

The Zionist on Lennar's Board do not care - much like they do not care about the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The eleven parcels on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are being abated and mitigated - the work is shoddy and reported in the Main Press and by group that have done - "investigative reporting".

Recently NBS television revealed how Class One - very toxic dirt - is moved from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - to landfills that are NOT supposed to receive such toxic dirty.

How all sorts of manifest are changed - how standards are compromised, how Keith Forman and others lie to bluff the people - and all this and more will come to haunt the U.S. Navy.

The U.S. Navy has wasted millions with International Technology and Tetra Tech - the U.S. Navy cannot be trusted.

The U.S. - cannot do a through clean up - not with a leadership that has no morals, less ethics, and even less standards. It has all been jettisoned. The U.S. Navy understands that word - "jettison".

The U.S. Navy failed at Treasure Island and the U.S. Navy will fail at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The U.S. so far has conveyed or transferred just one Parcel -  that is Parcel A.

Here are the other Parcel - all configured by the U.S. Navy: Parcels B, C, D, D-1, D-2, E, E-2 (which it the most contaminated), F (which is the Bay), G (where the new stadium was supposed to be built), UC-1 (which stands for Utility Corridor), UC-2, and UC-3.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is on the Superfund List - and only the worst contaminated sites are placed on the Superfund List.

Depleted Uranium was first tested on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Even now in the year 2014 very high levels are registered - on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - more at "hot spots" - which are baffling the U.S. Navy that lies through its - teeth.

Lennar Urban since the days of Roy Willis - who has been long forgotten - and others who worked with him - who have long left Lennar Urban.

Very recently folks like Cheryl Smith - left Lennar Urban - for one reason only - Lennar Urban is a poisonous snake.

Lennar Urban since the very first time it registered its name in Sacramento, California - never, ever had the best interests of the community.

Sell outs the likes of Linda Richardson, Sophie Maxwell, now Malia Cohen, Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Willie B. Kennedy (dead and gone).

Calvin Jones, Mayors Willie L. Brown Jr. ( a Black thug Mayor), Mayor Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Carmen Chu, Jose Cisneros, Bevan Dufty - all have used the community like a dirty - rag. 

All of them vouch for Lennar Urban that has bought these sell outs with their BLOOD money.

We will not forget the harm Lennar Urban did to our children, our elders, those who were sick and with intent - Lennar Urban further compromising the health of our children, elders, those that were vulnerable.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management Board fined Lennar Urban $515,000 - the largest fine levied on any entity - and Lennar Urban paid it.

Even today Lennar Urban - defies the community - and contaminates and pollutes the area in and around Parcel A.

Barbara Gracia from the San Francisco Health Department must do something but does nothing.

The Environmental Protection Agency is in bed with the U.S. Navy and all this will be exposed - in due time.

Others know about these on going crimes against the community but do nothing. 

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer - that will fall flat on its face.

Bottom line there is nothing wholesome about a Superfund Site.

There is nothing holistic about very contaminated land prone to severe liquefaction and flooding - some 934 acres - and more with Parcel F included - which is the Bay.

Why would anyone want to build homes - in the middle of Chernobyl?

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer that will never succeed at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

I said that before way back in 1998 when Lennar was first registered in Sacramento, California.

Today it has changed its names several times - different forms - same head.

Lennar Urban is now registered in Delaware - the home of the devil - where all the Credit Card companies and those involved in shady deals - make their abode.

We have the Precautionary Principle on the books - other ordinances on the books of the City and County of San Francisco.
None of these laws are applied to Lennar Urban - the City and County of San Francisco is looking the other way. Time will tell.

Our City and County of San Francisco today - in the year 2014 - does not understand nor comprehend about doing the right thing to do. 

Spiritually the City and County of San Francisco is - bankrupt.

Morals and ethically - less bankrupt.

BARBARA GRACIA BLATANT ATTEMPT TO TARGET AFRICAN AMERICAN CARE GIVERS IN SAN FRANCISCO - CULTURAL COMPETENCY.

Barbara Gracia is the Director of the San Francisco Health Department.

Barbara Gracia has a proven track - treating African Americans with disdain. More African American care givers - well versed with mental issues - who have been caring for African Americans for many years.

I personally know them, have met them - and am disgusted why our City leaders - are looking the other way - and not doing what they are supposed to do.

Again and again this issue where African Americans have been discriminated, put down, harassed, looked over and deprived of upward mobility - has been brought to my attention.

In view of what is happening in Fergurson, Missouri - the same thing is happening - here in San Francisco.

Only here the many sell outs who happen to be African American - are aiding and abetting the system. All this will change - as quickly as a blink of an eye. Mind my words.

Once 25% of the population of San Francisco was African American - now we are down to 4% and spiraling.

This is alarming; considering unlike other cities - San Francisco had African Americans who contributed to this great City and Count of San Francisco - since its inception of its early days.

We just have to read our history the famous Abolitionists, Bath Houses, Newspapers, Churches, Businesses, the Buffalo Soldiers, the famous Porters, the list goes on and on.

While we must not be foolish to think that discrimination was not used as tool by folks,before - mostly White folks in those times - today, it is worse than ever. Today it is in your face - and African Americans are bought and paid - to aid and abet.

Barbara Gracia is fully aware of the discrimination going on at Evans Street SF Health Department office - opposite the Main Post Office.

Here the White Supervisor in open defiance - has been treating the African American employees with disdain - stressing them out - and some African Americans have left.

I am requesting the Mayor Edwin Lee and the City Administrator to look into this nonsense. Stressing the employees so much that they are forced - to leave their jobs.

The paradox both at Evans Street and at Polk Street the African American are Culturally Competent as medical providers, nurses, social workers and what have you.

This aspect must be noted - and these wannabee mostly Whites who have an attitude are put on notice.

You do not want us to protest in front of the San Francisco Health Department - where Barbara Gracia makes her abode?

Bring some protesters before the San Francisco Health Commission - only for you all to say you did not know what is happening?.

It is a crime for the Supervisors who refuse to provide clinical support and mentorship at the many clinics that service African Americans - more the youth and young adults.

All this at the Community Justice Court (CJC/DPH) at the many other sites - mostly Whites arrogant and biased - hold African Americans to a different standard of performance than members of other ethnic backgrounds.

This nonsense must stop - people are angry - and this City and County does not want to deal with the IRE of the constituents - who pay taxes and the salaries of these Whites who discriminated and mostly do not live in San Francisco. Pompous fools who are bringing disgrace to San Francisco and decent San Franciscans.

We are fully aware that some evil people are placed in positions to adversely impact African Americans.

Backed by others who are fostering - the worse type of gentrification.

We, the constituents of San Francisco -once had to deal with another Director, from the SF Department of Health - Mitch Katz.

Thank God that clown left San Francisco - and now we have to deal with Barbara Gracia - who says yes to your face - and stabs you in the back.

There is not one single African American organization to take this case of these workers - to a better place for adjudication and a proven solution.

All African American and all certified - who daily are targeted - treated to different standards - there is no body -no single entity to make whole the African American employees - who service the mentally challenged and work very hard. 

This is a stressful job, and added to that the many qualified African Americans - but face discrimination all this in the year, 2014. many of the African Americans - have left in disgust.

The on going violence, the killings, the shootings in San Francisco can be attributed to lack of proper services - that our African American youth and young adults - need and fail to receive - in the mental and psychological - arena. 

We have the empirical data - we know what is happening on the 7th floor at the San Francisco General Hospital. We know what is happening in our County Jails.

At the San Francisco, County Jails the truth be told - the Sheriffs do a good job - more under Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.

Our District Attorney George Gascon, our Public Defender Jeff Adachi, and our Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr must step up and find our a lasting - solution.

Barbara Gracia must step down - if she does not comprehend what really is happening in San Francisco - with those mentally challenged - the present pandemonium - with a over $ 1.5 Billion dollar budget - and millions wasted.

Receiving millions of dollars after conducting surveys in the Bayview - using those funds in the millions - elsewhere - and creating blatant confusion, terror, and pandemonium - where there should have been some solace.

This Summer the killings, shooting and mayhem was terrible in the Bayview Hunters Point - missing in action Malia Cohen - the despicable District 10 Supervisor.

Our SF Board of Supervisors more London Breed and Malia Cohen have no clue what is happening - to the African American community.

How would they - when all they do is pussyfoot around. Malia Cohen - for sure does not know what is happening at Evans Street - she does not care to look into this situation.

The killings, shooting, mayhem,terror in the streets - in the Bayview and in the Southeast Sector - is increasing - and those that attempt to work - and service the mentally challenged, others who are suffering from the traumatic consequences.

Still others who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress, other kinds of psychological adverse impacts - cannot get the need help. Those certified, those who put their lives on the line - all African Americans, and all culturally competent - do not have a safe working environment.

Discriminated, bullied, harassed by their mostly White supervisors.
Are these the old days of slavery? With some House Negroes still worshiping the Masta?

Those who are put in charge do not have a Blue Print that is viable and sustainable. These African American care givers, and mental specialists - have been working hard for years - only to be stabbed in the back.

The NAACP and Amos Brown has no clue what is happening.

The Black Chamber too - patting itself on the back - while ignoring Quality of Life issues.

The many African American pastors - themselves need some mental care - they speak from mouth sides of their mouth. The Tabernacle Group of construction experts. The shepherds are not looking after the sheep.

The African American organizations, the African American sell outs - the poverty pimps ones - better get their act together and do something.  You all sell outs - talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.

As for Barbara Gracia - time for your to bid adieu - you have brought disgrace - and you will not be remembered for any legacy - worth the salt.

The Mayor Edwin Lee who is Chinese American and the City Administrator who is African American - better deal with this on going - debacle and bring some hope.

Right now tears of blood are shed, the stress is unbearable, the angry make led to some going "postal" - there is pandemonium, hurt, trials and tribulations - in the workplace - never seen before.

Wake up San Francisco - this is your clarion call. Aho. 

THE ON GOING PROTESTS AND LACK OF A LASTING SOLUTION ARE THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES - SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT?

We all remember the Civil Rights Movement - those of us that were old enough to comprehend - the deeds and more the acts of Dr Martin Luther King Jr and others - whose hearts were in the right place.

There is force that comes with fortitude and humility - seeing is believing - there is a lot that non-violence has changed - in recent history - those that participate in such rallies - know better - those that believe in violence - miss out.

Frederick Douglass a Black (1818-1898) a self-educated man - who debated with President Abraham Lincoln - and proved to be a better man - in debating him and as a Black man.

Frederick Douglas and other set the tone - but, alas today it is the bling and the lack of discipline - that takes us all over the place - with no focus on what has to be attained - for the common good of all.

The on going protests and lack of a plan to first understand the situation.

Secondly to act with good faith.

Thirdly to cast aside all bias - is plaguing all our Cities - Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, New York, towns like Furguson - cities and towns in California and all over this Nation.

Ferguson, Missouri has 53 Law Enforcement Officers - a population of about 20,000 - the majority of the population are minorities.

The Ferguson, Missouri Police Station brags it has but 3 minorities on its force. Wow!

The latest two killed, two buildings burnt, people tear-gassed - and so on and so forth. The world is watching - and the Nation is waiting - Waiting for Godot!

This lack of comprehension - more cultural competency says it all. 

The Ferguson Law Enforcement has long conducted itself as arrogant - but this time - there was a perfect storm - that busted their hidden agenda.

The Ferguson Law Enforcement - has rallied all the wrong reasons - to truly show case - the signs of the times. Para-military tactics - used on the battle field - and should not be used - in our neighborhoods.

This happened in the Bayview in the 1960s - tanks and the National Guard on Third Street. The Bayview Opera House was shelled - it happened - but few remember that sordid - episode.
A Black youth was killed and that triggered the protests.

Police Stations all over our Nation have received donations of military tanks and other equipment - encouraging the many Police Station - to conduct themselves as a para- military organization.

In many cases shoot and kill first - and then ask questions.
The Main Media has been slow to expose the many cases - but as I said when there is a - "perfect storm" - all hell breaks loose.

We saw this closer to home with Oscar Grant's case - and the truth be told - we in San Francisco first dared to go to Oakland - to unite those Blacks in Oakland - to take our common cause in unity to a better place.

We had leaders who could meet with the District Attorney which led to his resignation. Few know this fact - but it all stems from articulate leaders whose heart is in the right place.

We reported on Oscar Grant and I too wrote and published on Indymedia - few remember what really made the Oscar Grant Movement - the stellar movement - it has come to be known.

You cannot deal with the "forces to be"  - who despise a certain segment of the population - in this case - the minorities - by barking up the tree - throwing bottles at the tanks coming towards you.

Those who "drive these tanks will shoot and kill and ask questions afterwards".

All over the Nation more since the spiraling of our economy in the year 2008 - and before that - Blacks are the most impacted.

Black youth are traumatized - rejected - spoken ill off - and it does not help with the sagging trousers and the Ebonics of sorts - that prevent Blacks - the youth and young adults - from getting a job.

It is about opportunities - and when it comes to Blacks - you can huff and puff - if the opportunities do not come your way - if hurdles are put in your way - few have the skills, the talent, to circumvent and beat the enemy - at their own game.

I have.

Here is San Francisco a few of us - have put ourselves on the front line - and voiced our opinion.

We use to attend the many SF Police Commissions - to understand the "criminality and mentality of those that think and act different". We spoke and articulated - and left a legacy that we know better. In my case it helped having worked for a Federal Agency in Law Enforcement.

We paid our dues and pay our dues until today in San Francisco.

The NAACP with Amos Brown has been of no help. He talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.

The lackeys who surrounded him on worse than the other.

It is the same when clowns like Jessie Jackson and AL Sharpton - who went to Ferguson, Missouri.

Both talk the talk - but failed to resolve the situation at hand.

We lack charismatic leaders more Black charismatic leaders who belong to some sound organization.

We have many Black leaders who belong to putrid organizations.

Much like the ones we have in San Francisco who are sell outs - and naming them will do injustice to this article.

Notice not one statement from the local NACCP - from those leaders who want to rake in millions - pastors all - the Tabernacle Group.

The daily protests in Ferguson, Missouri serve no purpose - because unruly forces have embedded themselves - with guns and and other tools - detrimental to the purpose - to those that think they can conduct a - " a peaceful march".

We had the same problem in Oakland - when the so called "anarchists"  uninvited and despicable - undoing the good that we had in mind.

Looting and breaking windows, defacing walls and creating havoc. As I said despicable and unruly - a disgrace to the human race. Many of them filthy - having not bathe for months. Lice in their hair - and mostly White youth - lost and confounded.

In Ferguson, Missouri we have the same issue throwing bottles, and Molotov bombs - these tools cause divisiveness - break the unity of the purpose - and serve no purpose.

The result those that want to protest as citizens using this right cannot attain their goals.

To protest right you must have stellar organization. We went to Sacramento and Law Enforcement tried to intimidate us - helicopters in the air, snipers places on roof tops - I happened to know the Chief of Security - took him aside and explained our situation.

The Law Enforcement on horses - spoke to them - respectfully are soon they came to know us. We were disciplined and we won big time - Gavin Newsom want to be the next Governor of California - ask him - we had him withdraw his candidacy - today he plays second fiddle to Governor Jerry Brown - a trained Jesuit much like myself.

Innocent people lose their lives - and those that are confused and confounded - now become angry - adding fuel to fire. Before you know it - there is mayhem and confusion of the worst - order.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

In the Bayview we have the same issue - the few that have a plan to unite the minorities - using cultural competency - fall prey to stupidity and idiocy that defies any logic - from the sell out who rake in the money - and divide the community.

Go on television shows and radio shows - and spew diatribe. These mostly Blacks are a JOKE - and the sooner they act for good - and stay away from the hot air talk - the better.

Here comes a military tank - with all the power to destroy - and here the fools pelt stones, bottles, and dare take those " that do not care kill, shoot and ask questions - later" - think about it.

The under laying factors lack of education, lack of character, lack of leadership - that is ridden in some segment of the community - they want everything on a platter, lack good habits, hygiene, can articulate - want everything but do not want to work hard to get it.

How did the Ferguson, Missouri really being to get fueled?

The main reason the release of the video showing this young man - stealing some cigars - for all the world to see.

Pushing and abusing the store attendant - decent people do not endorse such behavior.

Imagine if all the stores were visited by such characters - helping themselves and walking outout with paying.

Law Enforcement will not cooperate in a place like Ferguson, Missiouri - the rednecks do not give a damn.

So, if you are a minority - do not ask for trouble - do not try to create such a scenario.

The scenario created in the store - was also enacted outside - only this time there was a redneck with a gun - and the man who tried to say something - no one know what - met the ire of the redneck - who shot and killed - Mike Brown - a young adult - and the rest is history.

The matter will go to court - and play out for years - and then one day that will me some adjudication - that will NOT be accepted - " no law enforcement officer" will be judged in a manner to penalize her or him. We saw it before and will know what will happen.

This is not like the Oscar Grant situation - we fought for it - right from the start with the right logic.

We articulated our case, we had numerous meetings at the Third Baptist Church by 24th Street in Oakland - the pastor of the church graciously affording us the best hospitality. We did it to educate the public - and even at the Church we had some folks like to infiltrate and we had to weed them out.

We were humble, we prayed, we were strong in unity - and we did not act like fools.

When we saw that the "anarchists"  were trying to use us as a platform to carry out divisive actions - we chose not to associated ourselves with them.

The Oscar Grant case was moved to Los Angeles and many went to support the family. The case took a months - and in the end the Officer was not penalized. To this day people are angry and rightly so.

The young adult Oscar Grant who handcuffed and shot to death. God have mercy of his soul - and help us better understand the plight of the minorities in America - in such a situation.

Calling the National Guard only exacerbates the situation - we had this in Oakland for a minute - the then Jerry Brown the Mayor of Oakland - chose such tactics to round up some young adults - " calling them gangs" - there was some mention in the Main Media - but not anything substantial.

As citizens our strength is in our education.

Our character and our discipline to maintain our senses, focus - laser beam focus - and stick to our objectives - commands given by the inner circle.

Our ability to articulate the situation at hand - and have relationships with those that count.

We do not pander - we state the facts and be a viable and sustainable part of the process at hand. All the time we are in the cockpit - and if can make the enemy run in circles - more power to you.

In San Francisco our Mayor Edwin Lee will have to face a similar situation - we keep warning him - and he keeps twitching his moustache in vain.

Our Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr has a lot of experience with the "Anarchists" - more as the Field Commander - he understand more about "cultural competency". Things are changing rapidly in San Francisco - and the old drab methods - will not work.

We the minorities cannot depend on the NAACP and a sell out like Amos Brown.

The other so called African American organizations - one worse than the other.

When those decent who want to protests - protest -  the sell  out who dare come to the fore - will be warned - and they better deed to the advice.

In the interim some of us are educating the people - to be educated.

Learn, study, practice, ask from those those that know - learn about what can be attained through "unity". 

Sell outs are for themselves - and in the African American community in San Francisco - you find them - dime a dozen.

We must watch and learn from Ferguson, Missouri - those incidents will visit us shortly - and when they do - we must have a model - stakeholders at bay - to bring about a meaningful - resolution.

The young Turks may not.

All will agree with me - that a loss of someone innocent - the result of  shooting first and killing - asking questions later - is not what we want in our - civilized and well mannered - community.

SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - IS RESPONSIBLE , FOR MILLIONS OF GALLONS OF CLEAN DRINKING WATER - LEAKING - OLD PIPES OVER 80 YEARS OLD.

Talk is cheap - and it is easier to spew diatribe - especially, when some entities that have to be responsible - carry out their duties in a nonchalant manner - and must be removed from office.

Recently the Mercury News stated about our Regional wide problem with billions of gallons of water leaking from old pipes and being wasted.

We have a severe drought and recently legislation has been passed to look at our water and its resources - California wide. We need regulation and an audit system - that reveals real time leaks and penalties for those that are fast asleep at the cockpit - failing to adhere to standards and principles - failing to represent the people of California.

Every drop of water belongs to all Californians. These corrupt and crooked water agencies - some 350 plus have been hoodwinking us all - and the time has come to take them to task.

Now, this is an on going problem - because there is no Regulatory Agency as I said - no entity that can audit the over 350 small and big entities that provide clean drinking water to all of California.

In the case of San Francisco - we get our drinking water from Hetch Hetchy.

A reservoir closer to Yosimite - and we could do that through legislation only - known as the Raker Act of 1913. Powerful politicians persuaded Congress to take control of these lands belonging to Piutes and the Miwoks - the local Native American Tribes.

The National Park was not created at this time - the National Park came into being in 1916. For those that think the National Park Service was there forever.

In San Francisco there was the Water Department not as we know it today. And for sure NO SF Public Utilities Commission - that came to being in 1996. We must know our history - and we must know to detect those that think they can bluff and hoodwink us - San Franciscans.

Here is San Francisco - San Franciscans conserve water well - but we cannot say that about San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - and more the External Affair Department and one Juliet Ellis - who has NO clue about her responsibilities - and less about conservation - apart from the mundane and sexy public advertisements - that are a waste of money.

San Franciscans pay their water bill and their sewer bill - and in the years to come - these rates will increase - but those who come out with these gimmicks - have NO recourse for the rate payers - none what so ever. This will change - when matter are taken up for adjudication.

The Hetch Hetchy water belongs to the Piutes and the Miwoks - it was stolen from them.

Much like all the land we see in San Francisco was stolen from the Ohlone - more the Muwekma Ohlone - that I represent.

Crooks who have no conscience do not comprehend - the harm they have done - damming the water at Hetch Hetchy - and destroying the once beautiful and "wonder of the world "- the Hetch Hetchy Valley.

John Muir fought those that wanted to destroy the Hetch Hetchy Valley -  it meant so much to him.

After years of fighting for what he believed - John Muir became despondent - and eventually - died - he passed away. May his soul rest in peace - and he will be forever remember - as a man who spoke the Truth.

For years now I have been speaking out - and bringing to the attention of the SF Public Utilities Commission and those in charge of clean drinking water - about how millions of gallons of water - are wasted.

Our aged clean drinking water pipes most over 80 years old - are leaking - and in places thousands of gallons spewing into the ground - undetected. 

Out of the billions wasted according to a recent report - regional wide - San Francisco share is over 8.1 percent. 

This is a large percentage - because, we have failed to address the wastage - wasting precious clean drinking water - the best in the world.

Those responsible nonchalant - and also talking the talk but failing to walk the walk.

We all experienced a severe drought in the year before and following 2009 - and we in San Francisco did our best to conserve water as I said. 

But not the big corporations, those that have large swimming pools, others including the Santa Clara Water Department  - that was caught - watering its lawns and wasting - clean drinking water.

The SF Public Utilities Commission can do a better job - but does not because it has taken for granted - the amount of water the Hetch Hetchy dam holds.

In recent years the snow does not have the content of moisture - that it should - and borrings taken - reveal that climate change and other changes - are upon us.

The Raiker Act was created primarily to bring clean drinking water and hydro-electricity to San Francisco.

We do not know this fact but we should. More - that we are called the City and County of San Francisco.

Our great City of San Francisco - had full jurisdictions - of all the counties - stretching from San Francisco to Santa Clara at one time.

In years gone by Santa Clara, San Mateo, South San Francisco, Burlingame, Brisbane, Daly City and other counties ceded from San Francisco.

San Francisco still has some understanding - when it comes to water, electricity, and other emergency needs - and all that is good - but there is better and best.

Hetch Hetchy water was never meant to be given to large corporations - these Corporation may pay us.

These Corporation also waste a lot of water - IBM other such companies in the past and now - that use millions of gallons of water as a coolant - in their sordid - operations.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has a nonchalant attitude - favoring those who make deals - behind close doors - we know this and we are watching these deliberations - like a hawk.

We easily could have brought all our hydro-electricity generated at Hetch Hetchy to San Francisco - we prefer to sell it to Tulare and other entities.

SFPUC - making some money - and not revealing the line item funds the SF Public Utilities Commission - receives.

It is the same with SF Public Utilities Commission getting money from the Silva Quarries near Sunol - millions of dollars - and the rate payers - have no clue about this deal.

Also, from leasing millions of acres to farmers, and others ranchers - and we constituents from San Francisco are kept in the dark.

Time for the External Affairs Department to step up and reveal the truth - but how can the head Juliet Ellis reveal anything - when she is as dumb as they come?

The SF Public Utilities Commission in recent months is claiming to have NO money.

They want a Bond Measure put up - so that the SFPUC can garner more money to waste - I say NO to any more Bond Measure.

SFPUC need to put a cap on salaries - a cap of no more than $150,000 benefits included. This one act will fave - millions of dollars. Idiots being paid - for not doing their job. Most pussyfooting on their jobs. We have the empirical data.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has failed us on the $4.6 Billion dollar Bond Measure - linked to the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP).

It has failed us when it comes to the replacement of the clean drinking water pipes.

It has failed us on the replacement of the sewer pipes - promising us some goals and failing us - and all this without any repercussions.

More, those that make over $200,000 in salaries - must fully understand that you work for San Franciscans - and this is not business as usual - spewing diatribe - not doing your jobs - and trying to fool us - San Franciscans.

No one can fool all the people - all the time.

We have proprietary data and information and technology - that can address real time leakage of the many old pipes - linked to leaking clean water pipes.

The same with sewer pipes.

We also have technology that can treat the raw sewage and leave no sludge - the technology - is there.

Those charged with dealing with the disgesters at the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant and others - are beating around the bush - always trying to fleece those tax payers - who are promised some and get nothing in return. Time will tell.

It is over 18 months and we have heard nothing much about the digesters - that treated the saw sewage - we the constituents want to know - what the hell is happening.

In conclusion someone must be responsible for the millions of gallons of clean drinking water that daily is wasted - spewing from the old pipes - most of them 80 years old.

WHY ARE PUTTING OUR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS IN HARMS WAY - WHILE THE ADULTS SELL OUTS - MAKE HAY - WHILE THE SUN SHINES - IN THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT?

We like to brag that our youth and our young adults are our future - that is what those who have nothing much to offer - will spew - every opportunity they get. They never speak the truth they lie.

Yet, when we see the real figures -  in the Bayview Hunters Point, Potrero Hill, Visitation Valley, Little Hollywood, Visitation Valley - Excelsior - the Southeast Sector of San Francisco -  linked to CAREER JOBS - we, as the City and County of San Francisco - have FAILED.

We have failed our youth and young adults - promising them something and giving them - nothing. Nothing whatsoever.

The City and County of San Francisco with its $9 billion dollar budget - must be ashamed of itself.

More, because of people like Rhonda Simmons and others like her - who have no clue about - how they have wasted - the talents of our youth and young adults.

Folks who have positions - but are NOT from San Francisco - let San Franciscans manage such curricula - and we will do well - as many of us have a proven - track record.

Rhonda Simmons - has wasted millions and this woman is paid a salary of over $230,000 with benefits. She must go - now. Come across like a bulldog - and has no class - what so ever.

And yet people like Rhonda - have been backed by the Mayors of San Francisco and others who believe her lies.
As audit must be done on all the millions of federal money spent - and other grants that have come to her - and how she diverted millions - and with her Dwayne Jones, Sophie Maxwell and others.

Way back in the year 2002 some of us met at the then Bayview Library and prepared a White Paper - to address training.

Our main objective - training that leads to creating - Career Jobs. 

The City and County at that time - had nothing to offer - but hot air. Nothing much has changed today - when it comes to offering Career Jobs.

Hardly had we created our White Paper - Sophie Maxwell got wind of it - and because we were getting that seed money from the San Francisco County and Transportation Agency (SFCTA) - we had to invite its Director Jose Moskcovich and he invited an aide from Sophie Maxwell's Office - at one of many meetings we held all over San Francisco. The rest is history.

The instructions were " do not give the hard copy to anyone that was not from the inner group".

Some how this White Paper was stolen - and given to Sophie Maxwell by her aide - who was present at this one meeting. 

A week later I was at the Land Use meeting at SF City Hall in Room 263 - chaired by Sophie Maxwell.

I got a shock of my life - most everything incorporated in our White Paper - to create "Career Jobs" - was being read out -  spewed by one Laura Luster a consultant.

The seed money available was $270,000 that others and I had fought for.

The plan discussed at this meeting - was to give Laura Luster for her White Paper - the sum of $150,000 - from the total sum of $270,000. She ended up getting $50,000 too much for nothing at all.

Laura Luster taking most of the salient features from our White Paper - and for those that do not have a good memory - I will throw out one name - Maurice Campbell who worked with me on the White Paper to create Career Jobs.

I spoke up at the Land Use meeting.

I was not going to permit anyone - to first steal our concept - many of  the core concepts - tried and proven to work - over the years with great success.

It is these sell outs - the likes of Sophie Maxwell and Dwayne Jones - who will do what it takes - to get some fake fame - doing anything to deprive those that are sincere, have fortitude from contributing.

In recent years with Dwayne Jones - we have Derf Butler, Angelo King, others from YCD, still others from Girls 2000 and Bayview Hunters Point Family - taking money - doing something - but failed to produce Career Jobs.

More money spent on the staff and less on the students.
Again and again the student come to me - and I have to listen. It is traumatic, painful, and what is more - totally uncalled for - to proved some little information, some training, with little or no follow up - after some drab, shallow, graduation of sorts.

Around the year 2004 we wrote another plan - this one a grant - we detailed - how two organizations - one a non-profit from the Bayview - and the other a Nationally proven institution with results - to again - fully address as the first time we tried in vain - career jobs.

Dwayne Jones stole our plan and gave it to some one else.

We got a one page letter - that our plan was well written but that we did not make the list.

We further pressed to find out more - why our grant did not make the list?

This time - only to be told that our grant was well written and most everything was in place - what was added was that the grant and the way we wrote it - was futuristic.

What!

It is the same now in the Bayview Hunters Point - only this time it is the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

Plans are a foot to create a non-profit with the friends of the Southeast Community Facility Commission. Whatever that means! To spend tax payers money. Expand on a Campus that we do not need. We have failed on keeping the Southeast Community Facility Commission in operation - with course that lead to career jobs.

Much as was the the case when the SCFC building was opened for business.

We already have for-profit and non-profit  - 501 (c) 3 and 504 (c) 3 - with proven experience.

One of them is not only a 501(c) 3 but also is a Non-Profit Enterprise - certified by the Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) and the State Attorney General.

The sell outs, the crooks, the corrupt, the likes of Juliet Ellis thinks she can run circle around us.

Well, we shut down Lennar and brought them down - not long ago - we can this Jamaican Black - who is NOT from our community - and what is more - not respected.

It is not impossible to deal with Juliet Ellis, the San Francisco Foundation, and others that already have a rap-sheet - that only has to be exposed.

The Task Force created to deal with the Digesters linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) is a $2.6 Billion project.

18 months have long past - and we have no clue what is happening.

Brown and Caldwell gave SFPUC over a million dollars - to help the community - and we the community have not received a line item on this money .

SFPUC purports - they are doing good by the community - which is not the fact - really. There are some within the SFPUC who want to do good - but constantly hurdles are put in their way by folks like Ivy Fine and Juliet Ellis.

The Contractors' Center at 5 Thomas Mellon Circle was conceived by us the community - the Blue Print in toto - given by us to the then Assistant General Manager - Harlan Kelly. 

We have the documents the time-line - the objectives - we have had meetings - no viable and sustainable results. Mostly fluff.

What the Contractors' Center has become - is anyone guess - more foul hot air - and less action that bring about any viable and sustainable - results.

There are people connected to the Contractors' Center that want to do good - but you have Ivy Fine, Juliet Ellis, other drab, shallow, and spineless - who have a hidden agenda.

Again the again in recent months - the SFPUC is defying people they promised to do something and failed to do it - defying them to take them to court. Guess what. Some have and won.

Organizations without a proven track record are given money - and those that provide empirical data, a blue print, curricula, whatever the dumb SFPUC wants on a platter - we have to wait of years.

It took us 3 long years to bring the Contractors' Center to fruition - and I was there on the Opening Day - others taking credit - and the public deceived.

The poster Local Business Enterprise - the company name Empire - was promised the world - but today - says he was taken for a ride.

There are good businesses that go through this experience.

In the interim the youth and youth adults are left in the dark. Now, is the time to train our youth - more from those communities that do not have the infrastructure - to educate them so that - they may have a career job.

The Southeast Community Facility Commission the side-kick Director of the facility - Toye Moses - other staff that report directly to Juliet Ellis like Sam Murray - think they are fooling us - the community.

Over $300,000 collected in rent from the near by Nurseries and Green Houses - that deal with exotic plants, and other profitable sales - pay rent.

Each of the three entities - some $10,000 plus per month.

The community is kept in the dark and the Southeast Community Commission Facility building itself - for years was not maintained.

No one read the Memorandum of Understanding - the correct one - until I sent one to Harlan Kelly and another to Dr Espanola Jackson - that was before Harlan Kelly became the General Manager of the SFPUC..

Plans are afoot to spend $30 million plus to build a campus - where now sits the three Green Houses. 

Tear down the Green Houses - and move them - somewhere - drab plans - without any meaningful dialog with the community.

Young Community Developers, Girls 2000, Bayview Hunters Point Family - others organizations that get money.

These drab organizations do not represent the community that matters. If they did - we should get quarterly reports - with line item expenses. We should get reports with fully transparency. We do not.

Our tax payers money is given to entities that do not have a proven "accountability and transparency"  record.

The past audits are available to be seen and reviewed - and do not paint a pretty - picture.

Much like San Francisco Public Utilities Commission that has done NOTHING substantial - for our youth - offering Career Jobs - with the Water System Improvement Project.

Under the guise that is was a Regional Project - the Bayview Community was shafted.

While one Al Williams - raked in millions. He does not live in District 10 - has access to the higher ups - but, does not participate at the community meetings.

With the Sewer System Improvement Project a $7 Billion project - already the San Francisco Arts Commission has got all the money it wants.

Those that applied for grants from the Bayview Hunters Point area - were shafted - but that issue is being addressed by some stellar - lawyers - who are determined to prove - how nasty Juliet Ellis and her minions can be. Time will tell.

Recently Mr Robert Wood who volunteered his time - most of the time - and spent many hours besides -  teaching the workers of an organization - mathematics and some basic skills - was promised remuneration - by SFPUC - and then shafted.

Mr Robert Woods had to go to court - and the matter was adjudicated in his favor.

Of course our Mayor Edwin Lee does not know about this or should he.

Nor does Naomi Kelly our City Administrator.

The ploys and machinations - by Juliet Ellis - who funneled over $200,000 while working for the SFPUC - to Green For All - a non-profit in the East Bay.

Who are these vermin from the East Bay to come to San Francisco and steal, rob, and deceive.

In San Francisco we have rules and regulations - that are NOT adhered to - even right now - Juliet Ellis is - pussyfoot around.

At the Southeast Community Facility Commission building Phase 1 was put to bid - for $1 million - the end result $1.6 million was paid - Juliet Ellis was behind this mess.

Now Phase II - another 30 million plus will be spent - all tax payers money - without the community involved - who is fooling whom.

So - why cannot we spend some quality money on our youth and young adults.

It is our tax payers money - is it not?  The SFPUC on every single front has failed - miserably.

No one pays attention when some idiots from the SFPUC pat their back at the SF Public Utilities Commission meetings. We the public are listening and paying attention, more monitoring - and we know better.

So what truly is happening to Mountain Tunnel - so close to the Hetch Hetchy reservoir and dam?

What is really happening at Calavares and who made money with the excavation, removal, transportation, and storage of over 2 million tons of dirt?

The result of very poor evaluation, inspection, critical detection - of cracks, fissures, crevices that should have been detected - a long time ago.

How many borings were executed on the site?

If there were just a few - why? Why did Julie LaBonte jump ship?

Why is there so much silence on this front? We the public and the tax payers from BASWA and SF want to know?

In the meantime on a War Footing - programs to address Career Jobs  for our youth and young adults - is a must - and we must do - whatever it takes to make this - possible.

Right now buffoonery reigns - supreme!
