THE SF METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AGENCY MUST IMPROVE ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TAXI DRIVERS - NOW.

It is simply wrong - plain wrong to continue to do "injustice" to the TAXI community and to the  MUNI operators.


Once the taxi drivers - who work very hard had their own Taxi Commission.


Then, the politicians decided to put the Taxi Commission under the failing, stumbling, weak, inept, shallow - Metropolitan Transportation Agency (MTA) - besides doing harm to the Taxi drivers - much harm in done to the MUNI operators.


Let me state from the onset that the former  head of the MTA - Nathaniel Ford who was the Director of the MTA - did not do a good job - he left the MTA in a very bad shape.


Let me also categorically state that the present Director of the MTA - Mr. Ed Reiskin is a decent man.


When he was appointed to the MTA - he came into a  a very, very difficult job.


He had to fix the many problems that he has inherited - and so far he has been doing a great job.


As I stated many times - I support him - simply because without him - I know for sure - the entire MTA operation - would be in a far greater - mess.


Right now; the MUNI operators - better known as the MUNI drivers are hurting. They are hurting bad and they have been communicating with me for the longest time ever.


I can go to a time when I used to have regular conversations with the local MUNI superintendents Johnson, Green, Carillo and others.


The two tier MUNI system that favors those who are in the old system and looks down on those in the modern system - linked to salaries, benefits, and so on - is pathetic.


Some where along the line the MUNI Union leaders sold out - yes, they sold out their members.


The  MUNI drivers are suspect of the Union leaders - who make deals behind close doors. They did this at one time with Mayor Willie L.Borwn Jr. and sold out their Union sisters and brothers.


Since then the Union leaders have been selling out to the failing Management and the MTA.


As it is the MUNI system is in shambles - it has NOT kept up with the times.


We have software on our MUNI system that is not compatible, we can communication systems in the year 2012 that need an upgrade - the money is there but it is taking forever to fix the entire system.


Again and again drab, shallow, inept politicians the likes of Aaron Peskin and others have ruined the little semblance the MUNI had in previous years.


Now, MUNI is teetering - stumbling - and walking on some weak crutches.


Why did the MTA favor taking under its wing the Taxi Commission and the many added responsibilities dealing with the Taxi Drivers?


It is like the blind leading the blind - the ones that think they know; little - pretending to know it all.


Now, the MTA wants to sell 500 medallions and deprive those Taxi drivers that are on the waiting list. Why?


These medallions if there is any semblance should be given to those of the long waiting list. This is the least the MTA can do right - keep the promise made and curtail their desire to get - greedy.


How greedy can MTA management and the MTA Commission get - sucking the blood of the hard working Taxi drivers?


These medallions that many Taxi drivers have been waiting for years - some as many as 30 years plus - must be honored and respected.


Please, do not fail the Taxi Drivers - because if you do MTA - you will suffer the consequences.


Again and again some astute Taxi Drivers have clearly stated that the MTA Commission has no clue what they are doing.


 The Taxi drivers preferred working with the SF Police Department before this drastic change - working with MTA.


When it came with their dealing at the SF Airport and in other matters - under the old system the Taxi drivers felt comfortable.


However, again and again when the question about the medallions comes up - there is deft silence on the part of the MTA Commission. Why?


Now, we learn some SF Supervisors and one in particular from District 4 - met with the Taxi Drivers - promising to help the Taxi drivers.


Then, after getting donations that should have gone towards her campaign coffers - no help was forth coming.


To make matters worse - these campaign donations are not reflected on her campaign books. Time will tell.


The Taxi Drivers are hurting - with many fake Airport Vans and limousines without permits - making trips with passengers; stealing fares from the legal Taxi drivers and depriving the Taxi drivers of their daily bread. 


There is no constant and standard enforcement from the MTA to stop the illegal plying by Airport Vans and limousines without permits - and this is not right.


It is totally uncalled for - to hear and witness Taxi drivers getting a heart attack and dying - from after affects - working hard and making no money.


Suffering from acute stress, getting a stroke, forcing these once hardworking Taxi drivers - to live a  sad life; dependent on others, in misery - that of an indigent which really speaking should not be their plight.


I am calling on Mayor Ed Lee to look into this situation.


This is a very serious situation that can be fixed.


If we allow it to fester - it will be a disgrace and this selling of medallions, constant dictation from the MTA without meaningful dialog - is totally uncalled for.


One thing, we must all remember - we are a City that has compassion. The City and County of San Francisco.


Only the best of the best have compassion - because when you have compassion - you are human. The minute you have no heart - than everything goes down the drain.


Mr. Ed Reiskin you are a fair minded person, you can work with upper management and with Mrs Bose - to bring about some pertinent change.


Do not permit - some in the Management and the MTA Commission to take you for a ride. This is not fair.


I was present at the last MTA Commission meeting - and heard the deliberations. I spoke some and you cannot much - within the two minutes given


We just cannot paint a rosy picture - using Power Point Presentation - and think that - some one can bluff all the people - all the time.


The MUNI operators are a key factor in any equation that helps run the MUNI system.


They are human beings - and unless they the MUNI operators are made whole, taken care of - there is no room for improvement and service to the public that is decent and accommodating.


Right now the MUNI operators are hurting.


The many MUNI drivers who were given early retirement left a vacuum.


As the new drivers come - within months they cannot cope with the stress - the constant changes - and most of all the lack of support.


Take it from one that has been monitoring every aspect of MUNI - I have taken Public Transportation for the longest time. I count many MUNI operators as my very good friends.


The Mayor Ed Lee will support you Mr. Ed Reiskin - do the right thing.


Stop this nonsense of selling medallions - to make some extra money. Put the Taxi Operation on track - with fair play, standards, accountability and transparency.


It is a shame that the Taxi Drivers have no benefits. No pension, to health benefits, and so on.


The benefit of the medallion is something they treasure - and when it come time to hand over the wheel - when they can do longer drive. The Taxi drivers can sell their medallions - and have some little money for their retirement. That is only fair.


We can do better on this one - the City still has some fairness - the leadership must step up.


Right now Mr. Ed Reiskin and Mayor Ed Lee - two Eds can do it - right. Aho.

TODAY APRIL 4, 2012 MARKS THE 44TH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.

Today marks the 44th Anniversary of MURDER of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.


Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. being a singular visionary Civil Rights leader - moved by his heart and spirituality went to address and give hope to some Black garbage collection workers in Memphis, Tennessee.


In speaking to these hard working Black garbage collection workers; Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. explained to the workers - as best he could about the situation at hand.


Blacks, called Negroes - at that time could not enter to any restaurant where Whites were and sit down and have a meal or even drink a cup of water.


There were restrooms for Blacks and restroom for Whites.


There were hundreds of other stupid laws - all demeaning the Blacks - in many cases dogs had better rights than Blacks.


Dr. Martin Luther King's message to the Black garbage workers was a message to empower themselves but more to understand their rights as human beings and citizens of the United States of America.


Black had rights - and these rights were denied them.


All this took place in Memphis, Tennessee.


Not much has changed today; when it comes to those who work hard and try  to make a living. Not much has changed today, more with the economic downfall in the year 2008.


 In fact today 44 years later this Nation is worse off.


We have the one percent who are filthy rich and the 99 percent who are trying to make it.


The middle class is eroding and the politicians are busy wasting millions of dollars - campaigning and putting down one another - seeking political office and further carrying out policies - that cause divisiveness.


There is no decency left - both Republicans and Democrats must be ashamed of themselves.


These political folks do not want to represent, they do not care about the constituents - all they want are the votes to put them in office.


Once in office they carry out policies and follow an agenda - that they themselves make up as they continue to stay in office - working against the working woman and men and furthering corruption of the worst order.


All that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. fought for has been neutralized by selfish politicians - both Democrats and Republicans.


These inept and shallow politicians do not feel ashamed that they have set this Nation backwards - eroded the Civil Rights that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. fought for, eroded the working rights of ordinary people for are trying to survive.


Corrupt politicians have eroded Upward Mobility in various fields - wasted billions on unnecessary wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, elsewhere and think nothing of it.


Today, in the year 2012 we do not have ONE single Black leader who has the charisma, the spirituality, the abilities as an orator, to speak to - TRUTH.


Not one single Black worth the salt.


Today blatant discrimination is meted out and carried out based on race, national origin, sex, religion - all over the Nation. And you make think in San Francisco - this so called liberal City - that, we have it made. Look around and you see it all.


Blatant corruption, homelessness, people out of jobs, in some hot spots in the Bayview - forty percent of Blacks out of work. Who is kidding whom with fake statistics - to lie, deceive, and think that there is no one monitoring?


In the Bayview and more District 10 we have a Black woman - a District Supervisor who does not live in her district.


This Black woman Malia Cohen should be conducting herself properly, not breaking the law - but corruption has got hold of her - she is disgrace to anything - decent, just, and fair.


It is the same with Platinum Consultants led by a former Mayor who is a "thug".


Taking bribes, using undue influence, and setting back the high standards - the Civil Right Movement set for everyone.


We will be monitoring the Outreach linked to the San Francisco's Public Utilities Commission and the Sewer System Improvement Project. One corrupt group was selected and given a $150 million contract.


One particular corrupt entity a Black who does not live in the Bayview less San Francisco - has already been selected and given $50 million over a period of five years - to do outreach - a corrupt entity - linked formerly to Communities of Opportunity - a failed venture.


How does the Black community see this farce - keeping in mind Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - fairness, justice, and fairness. Why are Blacks doing injustice to Blacks - being sell out - while contributing to the Black on Black - violence and killings?


In 1991 the Courts ruled that when some one was discriminated based on the Civil Rights Laws - punitive damages up to $300,000 could be imposed when the cases were adjudicated in the courts.


Such deliberations need the legal and other support and not anyone can go to the courts - and fight such charges.


In San Francisco the NAACP chapter did not say a word - when Lennar a Rogue Developer harmed our children and our elders in the Bayview.


Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. would have been on the forefront - I know this - because when I look to him and what he stood for - I was made stronger to fight all the demons - the demons I fight to this day - linked to Lennar.


We cannot and should not compare the rights the QUEER folks fight for - and compare them to the Civil Rights Movement. I do not know what they are thinking about. I would not think that some like Scott Wiener could be considered someone compatible - to the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.


At yesterday'd full SF Board Meeting; April 3, 2012 - on the issue of the SF Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - spying, monitoring, harassing - three Supervisor voted in favor of such actions - led by Scott Wiener. The only Black Supervisor - Malia Cohen and of course conservative Carmen Chu.


What does this say of Malia Cohen. The vote was 8-3 in favor of the SF Police Department not working and encouraging the FBI - to target folks from Southeast Asian, the Middle East and so neighboring areas.


Zionists are all over the place in the financial institutions, having penetrated our Law Enforcement, in the Main Media, here, there, every where - undermining, the Civil Rights Movement and all that Dr. Luther King Jr. fought for.


Today, more then ever before Blacks in San Francisco suffer - and the daily affects of "gentrification" not only have set Black backwards - but force Blacks out into oblivion. What would Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. say?


Today is the 44th anniversary of the MURDER of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.


Just think about it - after 44th years - we have moved far backwards - and this time around when it comes to education, health, safety, quality of life issues - we are worse of.


In the polls - politicians have manipulated the voting booths, the votes and we have had cases of corrupt politicians stealing the elections - all over the Nation.

THE BUFFOONERY AT THE SAN FRANCISCO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors are a bunch of buffoons - who truly believe they represent the City and County of San Francisco. In reality they do not - not if you pay attention to the deliberation and their actions.


Far from it these buffoons are busy passing ordinances, trying to impress while facing on their face; interfering in areas that are beyond their comprehension - while all the time making a fool of - themselves.


There was a time you could go to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - and the business was conducted with some semblance, some standard, some quality to the topics and agenda - no more.


The speaker at Public Comment were articulate - and many went on to serve the City and County of San Francisco and contribute their talents to this great City.


Just the caliber of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors has gone to the pariah dogs - more to the dogs with fleas.


Behind the scene the MACHINE - the mostly Democratic demagogues have divided the San Francisco Family - and created some doldrums - where no one seems to trust the SF Board of Supervisors - anymore.


Furthering this lethargic situation the Zionists are planted all over San Francisco City Hall. These vermin are busy decimating the City Family. Busy bring discord and side tracking issues so that they can come and steal the show -  and get what they want. These are the real trouble makers and the ones that must be legislated upon.


Fancy having the Zionist Scott Wiener oppose the legislation initiated by Jane Kim on immigrants from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other places where the Zionists are treated with disdain for treating the Palestinians with hatred of the worst order.


This legislation that mandates the SF Police Department not cooperate with the Federal Bureau of Investigation - was postponed forever - and came to the SF Full Board after much sane debate, deliberation, and concern for the Muslim Community and others that I have described above.


Constituents from San Francisco and the Bay Area testified in great numbers and pointed to instances where they were spied upon, the telephones tapped, constant harassment and so on and so forth.


This type of behavior is uncalled for - especially in San Francisco - but not to the Zionist, Scott Wiener who did not blink an eye, backed by Malia Cohen  and Carmen Chu who voted in favor of the targeted population to be spied upon and harassed. Time will tell. Despicable!


Granted the legislation was passed in favor of the victims - eight votes to three -trying to prod the San Francisco Police Department not to work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation - spying, following, snitching, and a host of other things - meted out to the victims - I have described.


This by those from these Law Enforcement agencies that are not sure of themselves, take a paranoid approach to life, fail to understand that this world is shrinking, that working and communicating is better than spying and using snitches.


What is more - information gathering now is much more complicated - then targeting one particular group of human beings - be they from Nepal, China, India, Pakistan, the Yemen, Bhutan, Burma, or Muslims in general because they are not Christians. 


Our Founding Fathers were wise and spelled out in detail our rights - more as Citizens of the United States of American - Religious freedom, political freedom and freedom in general.


There is freedom and there is license - abuse of freedom is license. Some Law Enforcement perverts love license - more when they are armed - take away the arms - and they are cowards. This freaking nonsense must stop at once.


These so called Law Enforcement spies are not very smart.


Not when they try to use water-boarding to get information. Use drones to kill most civilians; filled with their paranoia - looking at some human beings who do not speak their language, dress differently, have a different culture, find it hard to communicate and use their own impediments - to demeaning targeted groups - while screwing themselves and degrading themselves by their very acts.


Bring disgrace to the better side of Law Enforcement - and sore sighting trust, good relations, understanding, the better aspects of public relations - that morons and those filled with bias - are prone not to understand and less to imbibe for the betterment of this Nation - that truly belong to the First People - Turtle Island.


There are good policewomen and men - and there are ass holes. 


There are good SF Board of Supervisors and there are whatever.


Unfortunately, we have a bunch of SF Board of Supervisors - that have no clue about International Security, less local security, and pride themselves that some stories they have heard - forces them to dictate terms and pass legislation that is mundane.


That is not the point though - the point is representation - and when it comes to representation - some of the SF Supervisors - clearly are egoistical - Scott Wiener is one of them.


Selfish to the core - he thinks he is truly smarter then the rest - but, for all practical purposes - is a poisonous, slithering - snake.


Nothing worth the salt has truly come from the Castro recently - first it was the loud mouth Bevan Dufty and now this taller version of that psychopathic artist, sadist, who cut his ear and painted himself.


Loathing himself and running away from New York - this man is out to destroy the freedoms we have in San Francisco.


The SF Board of Supervisors must understand as many keep telling them - they work for the people - the constituents of San Francisco. 


David Chiu who portends to be the Chair - must comprehend the difference between SF Board Rules and the State of California Brown Act. Do not read the SF Board Rules and try to convince us that you have the facts.


On this the Clerk of the Board is wrong - and so are you - interjecting and trying to impress on the people and making a fool of yourself. Read the Brown Act - and now where is mention made about applauding. For years people applauded, we have photographs of people applauding at sessions and meeting - far more important then the once you David Chiu facilitate - in ignorance and some dictatorial - fashion. Think about it - you really do not want be to get Sacramento involved on this matter - do you?


The latter that is the Brown Act defines and lays the path to the former - the mundane SF Board Rules that are not worth the salt.


SF Board Rules linked to applauding and other mundane stuff must address present norms - and the Chair knows this but suffering from his Bonaparte Syndrome - tries some but fails - every single - time.


Public Comment has become a farce - with the Egyptian Indigent making it a point to set the tone - being the first to start Public Comment at the SF Full Board of Supervisors  meetings.


With his diatribe - speaking on a different topic in Arabic and then pandering to  some - depending on his moods - and translating his speech in English - adding and subtracting what he wants. He gets double the time - and each and every time - decent people get annoyed with this charade. This nonsense must stop.


In the past we had such jokers - and some one stepped forwarded and put an end to it.


We must have some decorum, come finesse, some etiquette - but all best this present, SF Full Board has to offer - seems to be far away from standards and decency - they are all swimming in the sordid cesspool of their own creation.


It does not help when Carmen Chu is told to her face she has taken bribes - be it donations to promise to help the Taxi Drivers.


Has done nothing what so ever to bring some succor to their daily plight of being taken for a demeaning - ride.


The Taxi Drivers have no pension, are constantly made to pay more, the Municipal Transportation Agency is leeching upon the Taxi Drivers - fleecing the Taxi Drivers of San Francisco.


Now the City of San Francisco the Metropolitan Transportation Agency (MTA) wants to deprive the hard working, Taxi Drivers - of their medallions.


The only source of pride, gratis - and income they can have - when they hand it to the new owners - at the time of retirement.


When it truly come to our Taxi Drivers, our Small Businesses, our small contractors, any constituent that needs help - our SF Board of Supervisors are far removed - and seem impotent to act and serve.


When is comes to Big Developers, the crooks that pander and bribe, the SF Board of Supervisors are all ears and eyes.


These SF Board of Supervisors buffoons have degraded themselves and in doing so - brought disgrace to San Francisco.


Making $120,000 a year plus benefits - they have carved a niche for themselves - pandering, lying, cheating, bluffing, pretending to help, and screwing the constituents of San Francisco - each and every time - on important issues.


They could hire a psychologists on their dime and review their own deliberations on the May 3, 2012 SF Board of Supervisors proceedings - on the major agenda items.


Then pay attention to the Public Speaking agenda and the comments - most of the comments pertained to the SF Full Board of Supervisors - being far removed from reality - talking the talk but failing - each and every time to walk the walk.


Never mind they lacking etiquette. Having their sidebar conversations when some tax paying constituent - is making a statement.


Thinking no end of themselves. Some of the SF Supervisors will walk away and go to somewhere to fiddle and fart. These morons have reached a height of disgrace - unparalleled in the recent history of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. 


Read the Brown Act and where does it say expressing there should be no applauding - it is done in all decent meetings - it is not like screaming, shouting, and causing any disturbance. Applauding shows appreciation; when some one  articulates and makes the soul feel good:

THE BAYVIEW FROM BEING EMPOWERED - TO BEING BACK ON THE SLAVE PLANTATION.

Who remembers the days when young and old Black women and men were strong, well educated, and spoke so well that they cast a spell on those who attended meetings and other such like forums?


Who remembers the time when Ruth Williams taught young men and women to act at the Bayview Opera House - once the abode of the Free Masons.


There was a time - when the site fell within the jurisdiction of South San Francisco - and from the teaching and guiding of Ruth Williams - came forth Danny Glover and many other - noble leaders and actors?


Who remembers the time when five brave women went to Washington DC and convinced the authorities that be - to fund and create new housing in the Bayview Hunters Point area. The like of Mrs Eloise Westbrook and others?


Who remembers the days when Alex Pitcher did not settle for less and helped in the building of the Southeast Facility Commission Building?


Together with Mrs West Brooks, Mrs Shirley Jones, Mrs Espanola Jackson and others. Some are alive today - and can speak for themselves. Mrs. Espanola Jackson does but the crooks do not want to hear the truth.


Today, the photograph of Alex Pitcher - hangs on the wall but there are NO leaders worth the salt to stand for the community. What is more fortitude, vision, and the will to attain the best that is withing our power as a community that still has some gumption.

We cannot give up - the few leaders that know the way, show the way, and go the way - must lead the way and do away with the chaff that has been hovering here, there, and everywhere for the longest time - in recent history.


We cannot permit the sell outs to destroy the community. The many Poverty, Pimp, Pastors  - the other crooks sitting on the many committees - talking the talk and failing to walking the walk.


We need new blood, community members who can articulate, those with fortitude, and a vision to make good things - happen.


We do not want to have anything much with Young Community Developers and Girls 2000 - these two organization have NOT contributed in any real way to the larger interests of the Bayview Community. All these two entities seek are grants. Audited in the past - they have failed. We have the empirical data.


Mayor Ed Lee keeps pandering to the old and the crooks from yester years. These crooks that leech on the community - do not have the better interests of the community.


The youth are fed up with them and that includes the inept, spineless District 10 Supervisor who does not have the respect of the youth and the community at large.

The time has come to act and there is a narrow window of opportunity.

This time around nothing will happen without the community input, meaningful discussion, and a Blue Print that has been vetted and approved by the community.


How come everyone seems to forget - what happened with Communities of Opportunities - where the poor were taken for a ride - and the crooks including Gavin Newsom used money of their own hidden - agenda. Millions of dollars wasted - no one decent, with some conscience should tolerate such nonsense.


Do we have anyone worth their salt in this great City and County of San Francisco? And if they are alive - why do they not speak up and take charge of the situation.


Lennar the Rogue Developer is DEAD - now more so with the demise of San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - has not helped the Bayview community at all.


The Parcel A project is dead for all practical purposes - and the time-lines set by the Disposition and Development Agreement in default.


Now, it the time to take Lennar to court and with Lennar - all the minions that worked for Lennar - and destroyed the community.


Our children and the our elders were harmed by Lennar.


Lennar held many of its meetings at the Southeast Commission Facility Building at 1800 Oakdale -  many others who may have had their Senior Moment - may have forgotten the ploys and machination of Lennar, the Rogue Developer - not me.


And with me the Stop Lennar Action Committee - (SLAM) that is alive and kicking. We are watching intently and the time to take charge is - now.


I am laser beam focused - trained by the best entities in the world - and when I started this mission, I was alone - but, today thousands support me - here in the Bay Area, all over this Nation, and also all over the world. 


Lennar a Rogue Developer is DEAD for all practical purposes.


This is not Miami, Florida - this is San Francisco.


And even though the Zionist favor Lennar - thank God we have many that do not favor Lennar, and Lennar must sink in the cesspool of its own creation and fade away - forever.


Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Lawrence Pelosi, Paul Pelosi - all have had connections with Lennar in large - measure.

It is the same with Diane Feinstein and her husband Richard Blum - they are in bed with Lennar - do not think we do not have a rap sheet - on you who are despicable to the core.


Willie L. Brown Jr. for all his sordid talk - brought Lennar in and created this on going mess. We must NOT forget this fact - never ever. Willie L. Brown could have said something about our children and elders suffering - but he did not.

All over the Bayview - pay careful attention who is controlling the Bayview Opera House - Ruth Williams is turning in her grave. I know she is - do we have not one person of color - to manage the Opera House? 


In our community to have outsiders and the shallow - SF Art Commission to control our destiny in our cultural house where we have been in charge?


During the 1960 riots where did the protesters take refuge?
Till recently do could see the bullet holes - at the Bayview Opera House? Tanks were brought on Third Street to cow down the protesters - but, they did not. That one murder - sent the right signals to the then Mayor and to this City and County of San Francisco.


Follow the documents - read it slowly - but read it with intent. We do not have any entity that does not serve the community with diligence  - have anything what so ever to do with the Southeast Commission Facility and the community.


Always remember the community comes first - and the crooks and those that want to prey on the community - must be  kept out and far away.


We the community keep bowing our heads and listening to the nonsense.


 It is the same with the Bayview Project Committee linked to the SF Redevelopment Agency.


The SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) is dead and the Bayview Project Committee and any of the tentacles left - must be severed and done away with.


The Bayview Project Area and those in charge - sold out the community.


It is time to take over the Southeast Facility Commission - get rid of Toye Moses as the Facility Manager - he has been making over $100,000 with benefits all these many years.


He has been a disgrace to the community - no one understands what he says and he has acted as a conduit - serving those that work towards the detriment of the community at large.


We know this but we do not have the guts to say it aloud.


We need to bring the educated leaders from the Bayview - those with a proven track record - and set the record clear.


We cannot continue dealing with the sell outs - be they representatives at City College, working for our City and County of San Francisco at First Stop Centers, others working for SF Public Utilities Commission - pretending to serve the community as outreach facilitators - but taking every opportunity to shaft the community.


All this and more must come to an end.


You all are put on notice - the entities that want some space at the Southeast Commission Facility Building - must be vetted and approved by the community at large.


Those that pander to the corrupt - must get out of way.


Mr. Harlan Kelly and Mr. Ed Harrington - I cannot spell it out in detail - but the time has come for a new change.


We must take this community to a better place. We cannot take the community to a better place - with the present folks in place who pander, cheat, lie - and do not have any fortitude and less vision worth the salt. Aho.

THE ON GOING FIASCO AT THE SOUTHEAST COMMISSION FACILITY BUILDING AT 1800 OAKDALE IN THE BAYVIEW.

It is simply mind boggling how the Bayview Community and more the Blacks have been promised things over the years - and shafted. And with that Black dwindling population the Samoans, the Hispanic, the poor Whites and other poor minorities including Asians.


The Bayview Hunters Point community is so divided that you really cannot have a meaningful - dialog anymore.


The Black leadership that tries its best to interfere in any discussion - brings with it divisiveness of the worst order. The Black on Black continued violence - the on going hardships brought about on the Black population - lined to poverty, drugs, prostitution, and other elements - make this population the most vulnerable.


It does not help that we have 65 plus churches - no miracles seem to stem from these places of worship. In fact the Poverty Pimp Pastors - are on the fore front to beg, take, and receive money - and seem to favor mammon and less God and spirituality.


The Bayview has a population of about 73,000.


Our City has a population of about 811,000.


Our City and County of San Francisco employs over 26,000 City workers. That is for every 28 constituents living in our great city of San Francisco - we have on City worker!


Many of them - live in the Bayview - many MUNI drivers for example live in the Bayview.


The Main maintenance yard linked to the Department of Public Works - is found in the Bayview - in the 94124 zip code.


In the Bayview we have over 9000 small businesses - there are plenty of jobs - but the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force - does not have a list of these businesses with sound contacts - to help our youth and those that need jobs.


There are more sound businesses in zip code 94107 and 94134 and these areas the businesses - are willing to help - but some one must step up and provide the skilled workers - and leaders must have some Blue Print to attain some qualified - goals.


Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.


The demographics are changing rapidly with the Asian Pacific Islander ethnic group having a population of about 28,000 and growing rapidly - and making up 36% of the total population of the Bayview according to the 2010 United States Census.


The Blacks making up of about 20,500 that is 28% and rapidly dwindling. It is called gentrification. We know about it - but this City will not do anything about it. Except to create a document "Out Migration" - comparing the Blacks to some birds that migrate and out-migrate. Forget, that these same fools - failed to read the "Unfinished Agenda" a document - that said it all - lay there on the shelves - collecting dust.


Black are most affected by "Gang Injunctions" and "Poverty" - poverty encourages crimes and more lack of education and lack of opportunities. In most Black communities - the above conditions - create the perfect - storm. Go figure.


Hispanics have a population of about 12,000 that is 17% of the general Bayview population and growing faster by the day. It is in this population; that we have many that are not registered and hence the silent, hidden, population that is a force to reckon with.


The crime and killings that will come from this community will shock the Bayview - if right now; we do not address the situation at hand - the future will spell out the deeds of the time. The gangs with roots in El Salvador - are the worst and we have not seen anything - yet.


In all the talk about gangs, incarceration, safety - no one wants to talk about Community Policing. We have several plans but no one wants to execute them. Over $40,000 has been spent on documents to do this and that - but nothing seems to executed holistically - when it comes to Community Policing - less Restorative Justice.


Again as I have stated - it is the same with Restorative Justice - too many people talking the talk - but few ready to treat our youth like persons, people with a heart and soul. People see a Black youth and immediately spread their bias around - we have seen it before - and we will see in the future - unless there is a change of mind, heart, and soul. 


Whites make up about 16% that is 11,000 of the general population in the Bayview Hunters Point. We see more young Whites in our community - walking with their poodles, their dogs, riding bikes, interested in open spaces and gardens, the internet, internet radio shows, and so on and so forth. The Blacks wonder what is happening? It is called "gentrification" in your face.


Many of these White youth approach me - for the simple fact - when they google - my name pops up - I did not think of this factor too much - but when I did it myself - my name popped up and I felt - a little shaken up. Again, the signs of the time.


The others - Native Americans and so on make up about 2000 and about 3% of the general population.


I represent the Ohlone more the Muwekma Ohlone on matters of infrastructure and base closer. Hunters Point, Oakland Army Base and so on and so forth.


The Ohlone were the owners of all the land that is San Francisco. It was stolen from them. Today, we do not think much of them - having stolen their land and built a concrete jungle.


We think this is some civilization and it is funny when those that pollute - think of curtailing the carbon foot print today - how very strange - the strangers! Contaminate, pollute, and when it suits you - think of curtailing your own pollution and contamination.


When will you learn to respect Mother Earth? When you will learn about sustainability  - in all things that matter - Quality of Life issues.


The Southeast Commission Facility Building was built to help the Bayview Community - and when it was built - the community leaders helped created the first off site campus - conducting classes in nursing, cosmetology, cooking and catering, sewing, and had a curriculum that was certified and recognized by the Colleges and Universities.


Along the line the Black leadership dropped the ball and failed miserably to pass the torch to the youth. What was once working was decimated - and sell outs like Veronica Hunnicutt not from the community was one of them.


Today, the Southeast Commission Facility is a JOKE in evolution.


Again some Black loudmouths are screaming and shouting - the same ones that are in for the money - and offering shallow, inept, and band aid training and nothing that can be of value and having standards.


Blacks, Asian, Whites, Hispanics, the First People, others must aspire to be the best. Never settle for the mundane and second class status. That is NOT the American way.


If anyone aspires to train folks after having passed the basic General Education Diploma (GED) and has such bench marks as a goal - the end result will be utter - failure and pandemonium.


Our youth need skills that offer career jobs. I will say it again - career jobs.


These skills cannot be given by entities that do not have the ability to deliver - and less to offer such jobs.


You cannot give good jobs to anyone that do not have a sound education. Sound educations comes with hard work, discipline, fortitude - the ability to work and be focused at all times.


You cannot attain such standards - smoking pot, wearing baggy pants, chewing gum and talking at public comment time, with no command of any language. No ability to be logical. Dress like a "thug" and think that if you are loud - the Whites and those those in authority will listen. This will not happen. Not now and not in the future.


In the future the Asians and Whites will succeed - they already do - simply, because they set their bench marks very high. The work hard and nothing deters them - they are not lazy. More they have unity among them.


The Blacks are the worst when it comes to bench marks and attaining high grades in the schools and colleges - closely followed by the Hispanics.


The empirical data is there; when we gather the information from our colleges, universities, and high schools - we note the result but do not have the guts to do something about it.


We can change this around - by all of us contributing the best ideas, a viable tested plan, having a holistic vision, and executing the vision with fortitude and determination.


Today, the Southeast Commission Facility Building needs a thorough revamping.


First and foremost the Facility Manager Toye Moses must be let go. Sorry, this pathetic person has no clue about education, less about communication, and has NO vision.


There must be a change in the Facility Commission - a representation of new blood - younger people with college education and professional people - to undertake the task at hand. The Southeast Commission all appointed by the Mayor Ed Lee - is a JOKE.


Willie B. Kennedy is a shadow from the past - she cannot  Chair - has sold out the community - and is hovering around for the money. Her time has passed and she must go because she has been an utter - failure.


It is a shame that the Black leadership in recent months has faded away - all those that used to take money from Lennar and conduct themselves in a sordid manner. The well is dry - and the crooks are like gofers - hiding in some dark - hole.


San Francisco City College is in a mess. We, in the Bayview do not need to subsidize City College - again and again City College has started some program and dropped the ball. SF Public Utilities Commission must break away from this entity that is swimming in a cesspool.


Its leadership is poor, people steal money, the student are fed up and we must NOT permit this virus to spread. Confine it on the City College campuses - and they must be out of the Southeast Facility Commission - sooner than later.


All City College wants is subsidized rental space, offers inferior programs and classes, and has caused the Bayview community at large - endless pain.


The Human Services Administration - if it wants to bring succor to the indigents and those are challenged - can take its - unsuccessful services and programs - elsewhere.


The Southeast Facility Building in not the ideal place for Human Services Administration -   to be. This is fact and we can go to court to prove it.


The audacity to City College to lease space to the Human Services Administration - when it had no authority to do so.


The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission must be ashamed of itself.


It did not for the longest time ever - maintain the building - even though it subsidized the rents, and paid for other maintenance - but it did not do it with any standards.


Deferred maintenance had the elevators in bad shape. Other details too many to mention - were not attended to. Today, rather late - the SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has stepped up - but, it is late - but not too late.


Again and again the SFPUC has not paid attention to the mandate - spelled out in its agreement with the community.


Again and again it has allowed past Mayors to appoint dubious, shady characters on the Southeast Facility Commission.


Folks that have not represented the community - and what is pathetic and true - brought about its eminent - downfall.


Even today - no one is taking a practical and holistic look.


The demographics clearly point that the Blacks are on a decline and dwindling. "Gentrification" is motion in the Bayview - is on the move - locomotion.


No one can improve this situation - quickly - time will tell. Black on Black violence, the average reading and math skills sitting at 7th grade level - amongst most youth.


The dysfunctional Black families ridden with poverty, drug addiction, leaning on Welfare to help themselves - have devastated the Black community.


Those that came from the South with solid spiritual values, work ethics, and high standards - have grown old and did leave a legacy becoming home owners - today, the children have sold the homes. Fallen prey to materialism and mostly wasted thousands on drugs. This does not bode for everyone but most of the Black folks.


Those that live in Public Housing have lived there for decades. Today the SF Housing Authority have evicted the tenants - many of them; for not having the head of household registered with the SF Housing Authority.


It is very common for the head of household to be registered under the name of some one who passed away years ago - in some cases twenty and thirty years ago. Go figure.


This is the case with the Samoans too. The Samoans and the Blacks share a common destiny because of their environment - living in Public Housing - and sharing other cultural morasses.


With no opportunities, and constantly pointed in the direction where there is no upward mobility - these two communities that are tight - have had to bear the brunt of the lies, false promises, and the utter devastation of their communities - more, when they are evicted and treated like dirt - and have to take to the streets to survive in the Tenderloin.


THIS NONSENSE MUST STOP NOW - AND THE ONLY WAY ONE CAN STOP IT - IS BY PROVIDING SOUND LEADERSHIP - STAY AWAY FROM THE PRESENT SELL OUTS - AND I HAVE NAMED THEM BEFORE - MANY TIMES BEFORE.


I work with the Blacks, the Samoans, the Hispanic leaders; who all know me. How many times must I scream and tell them the truth. We cannot get things - given to us on a platter - we just cannot keep begging the City of San Francisco to help the indigents and those that need help.


We must work hard for anything that is worth the salt.


Again and again the SFPUC uses outsiders who have no clue to come into our community and create further discord. I will point is out in detail and what I write and say will not be pretty. Sam Murray has not done a good job - catering mostly to himself.


Juliet Ellis has miles to go - and cannot handle the outreach and the policy making without having the pertinent information linked to the continuity of the history that has created the Bayview Hunters Point community.


Girls 2000 and Young Community Developers have not borne the brunt of the burden of the community in the past or in recent times. These two entities want money to survive - and if they get grants - never mind, how they spend the money - they are happy.


Their band aid programs are just that. In all the time they have been given thousands of dollars in grant money - they have failed to provide career jobs.


These two entities are always working behind the scenes to bring in money - and in past - when they were audited - they did not make the grade. The know it and they must admit it.


The caliber of the training and educational opportunities that are offered at the Southeast Facility Commission Facility today - must be one that offers the best education - to put our youth in a position where they are offered the best, educated well, nurtured well, and made to put their best foot forward.


Over $6 billion dollars will be expanded by the SFPUC linked with the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).


Mr. Harlan Kelly and General Manager of the SFPUC - Ed Harrington can initiate the curricula with professionals to offer our youth the best. 5% of a billion is $50 million - it is not too much to set aside $300 million to make this happen.


For too long have sell outs filled their coffers - with Mickey Mouse program. Trying to run a cafe and other such ploys and gimmicks that are not worth much. $50 million offered to Dwayne Jones who has used the community, lied, wasted money on programs like Communities of Opportunity - who is monitoring such thugs? Never mind if they are back by Platinum and Willie L. Brown Jr.


We want plumbers, electricians, architects, engineers, contractors, accountants, folks that do pay roll, registered nurses, executive cooks, professional tailors, professionals in cosmetology, in bio-science, in web designing, media professionals - we have a gamut of talent - but, the sell outs keep putting us down - and keeping us down.


The SFPUC can have professionals mentor our youth - to find work and find permanent jobs linked to the operations of the Water System Improvement Project and related projects.


The same with the Sewer System and Improvement Projects.


The Weirs need to be repaired and we the community have Contractors that can repair the Weirs  - now. An interim project that must be done - anyway you look at the project as a whole. The weirs if constructed and the job done well - can stop the flow of salt water - gaining access to the sewer treat plant. As they stand today - they are in bad shape. I know it and a few other know it. And there is more.


The same with the sewer pipes and the upgrading of the water pipes - who is kidding whom?


The contracts are given to outsiders - and some in the SFPUC are hand in glove with these shenanigans. We know it - and it would not be prudent to totally expose this corruption that is well known to those that have the "rap" sheet available.


This is an opportunity to use local contractors based in the Bayview Hunters Point to train and employ our youth - women and men and save lives.


I have been saying this - have had the required discussions - but these buffoons have been moving at a snail's pace.


The crooks at Platinum get what they want. Other crooks and lazy, inept SFPUC employees have raped the community and continue to rape the community - even today and have all these many years.


At one time we had articulate black young and old women and men who could speak up. No more.


Now, we have folks adults and young - chewing gum and trying to say something - and saying nothing - because they have no ability to be logical - at public comment.


When you bring it to their notice - the protocol the process - they tell you plainly - they are new to this process. You are new to everything - hygiene, dressing up, education, articulation, simply logic - you spend you time like a fool and when the time comes to count - you act like a foot - to the chagrin of all and a shame to the community.


Would it alarm you SF Public Utilities Commissioners to know that these youth were told to come and show support - and not trained about speak as to what had to be addressed.


These youth have no etiquette and with that comes lack of representation that is worth the salt.


These fool with their pathetic representation have caused much pain to those like myself who fight for the community at all levels.


Shame of these fools who have no vision and what is more no Blue Print to follow - less bench marks and no goals worth the salt.


What would Marcus Harvey say?


What would Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. say?


What would Ruth Williams who trained so many say?


What would her son Kevin Williams say? 


What would the late Mrs. Westbrook say?


You heard the sane and poignant remarks - when Espanola Jackson and Sophina Maxwell spoke - what did they say?


What did they offer - can you do that - or will these shenanigans go on for ever and ever?


Step up and do the right thing - or forever hold your peace.
