stinks to high heaven.
The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a tab of $6 Billion - has now reached $10 Billion and will soon reach $15 Billion plus. Only in San Francisco.
Much like the Central Subway - started with $600 million and is now close to $2.2 Billion.
It is the same with the Van Ness Rapid Bus Transit - only in San Francisco - most everything reaches the billions dollar mark. Not forgetting the Trans Bay which is still having seriously problems - and is costing us over $3 billion.
The corruption at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has reached saturation point.
Its General Manager - Harlan Kelly - has been subpoenaed - and so has it Assistant General Manager Juliet Ellis - who is Missing In Action.
At the last SF Public Utilities Commission - I clearly stated to the Commissioners present - that all of them have failed - when it comes to Accountability and Transparency - and will not leave a legacy.
The SF Public Utilities Commission - have been looking the other way - but not for long.
Now those remaining Commissioners have a responsibility - to put things on track. It will NOT be easy.
A short time later - the SF Public Utilities Commission went into Closed Session - and most probably - at the deliberations conducted - which are not revealed to the Public at Large - it was announced at that fateful meeting- that two sitting Commissioners would resign. In short jump the ship.
Mrs Caen has been trying to hold the Fort - the corruption stinks to high heaven - and with SF Federal Attorney David Anderson - mandating all those making $100,000 a year - to hand over - most of their transactions - involvement with bids and more.
The cockroaches are making a vain attempt to run. They can run but they cannot hide.
Most probably Mrs Caen will bid adieu and with her Francesca Vietor who is on the SF Public Utilities Commission - but also sits on the San Francisco Foundation. Fred Blackwell heads the San Francisco Foundation.
Francesco Vietor and Juliet Ellis the Assistant General Manage for External Affairs and Chief Strategist are good friends and have been involved - in a number of projects.
Including some upgrades - at 1800 Oakdale - the Feds will have to check out the details. Grants given to favorite Non-Profits and more.
In life when anyone decides to play with FIRE - the possibility of getting burned are high.
Ed Harrington is slated to come back and help the SF Public Utilities Commission - I would not approve of such a move at this time - Ed Harrington can fix the problem - but it will involve a lot of very heavy lifting - and too much stress.
Dwayne Jones who has been having a field day - is now keeping a low profile.
Again a cockroach may try to run and hide - but this time the possibility of getting caught - are very high.
Millions of dollars have been doled out to crooks - by Dwayne Jones - parties held - and all sorts of ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - created to hoodwink us the tax payers in broad daylight.

More - with line items tweaked - the Digestors costing $3 Billion plus - is a project - that is moving at a snail's pace.
Mr Robinson has links with Juliet Ellis and anything that touches Juliet Ellis - is contaminated.
Community Benefits meant for the community more our infants, children, youth, young adults - our beloved Elders - those with compromised health.
More - our physically and mentally challenged - have been doled out to crooks - Dwayne Jones using Young Community Developers as a conduit. For the longest time - these crooks mostly Black - have been having a field day - not anymore.
The crooks will be audited - again the crooks may think they can hide - but not for long - they will be caught and the evil deeds - exposed - for the world to see.
The District 10 Supervisors Shamann Walton - has been having a field day - talking from both sides of his mouth - he will be investigated - the operations of Young Community Developers - audited - and right now that audit is on going.
Time will reveal more.
The 1550 Evan Street Project - on Third Street - was meant to show case some. It will not go any way.
As things happen - the recent subpoenas have cast a " dark cloud " and those who had sordid and putrid plans - for this, that and the other - are now singing the blues. Their plans have gone - asunder.
No one can fool - all the people - all the time.
It is amazing how these few corrupt Blacks - and I have named them before - openly - are defying norms - cheating, stealing, hooding the tax payers in broad daylight.
The people educated, their heart in the right place - united can never, ever be defeated.
Our community has been taken for a wild ride - but all this and more will be revealed - and the crooks will be caught - and when they are caught the world will know.
No one can defy the Truth.

Right now Alice Griffith Public Housing - faulty ventilation - filthy conditions - people sick - and no one paying attention to Quality of Life issues.
