on very contaminated ground - go figure!
Historically - all over our Nation - certain areas - are deemed and targeted - to locate the garbage.
Dumping of all sorts of waste, the industries that general all sorts of harmfully pollutants - particulates more PM 2.5 - the Southside - past Planning Departments - located these areas and close by lived - people of color.
The power plants spewing mercury and lead, concrete and aggregate companies, congestion - back to back traffic growing worse in San Francisco - spewing mercury, lead, and more, a Superfund site - known to have tested " depleted uranium " may I say more.
It does not bother our Mayor London Breed - that the schools in the Southeast Sector are failing our children.
Principals fired, other principles give up, even a Chief Financial Officer at one Schools closer to Alice Griffith Public Housing - quit -why?.
All sorts of ploys, machinations, shenanigans - private entities - experimenting on our children and youth - trying new models - so called Charter Schools.
Not paying attention to trauma, stress, dysfunctional single parent families - failing to do a needs assessment - the blind leading the blind.
Teachers, aides, principals, others totally stressed out - with few options and NO warp around services. Our educational institutions are hurting - this has been going on for that last 10 years - gotten worse in the last five years.
We have been before the failed and messed up SF Unified School District - Board - they listen - but cannot do - nothing much - about the situation at hand. What the hell is happening?
The San Francisco Unified School District itself in a mess - pointing fingers at Charter Schools - that are making inroads all over the place.
Some have the interests of the children and youth - but most want to make money - GREED.
San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center -
doctors, nurses, social workers, case managers,
others all stressed out - it take over 250 days to
fill in a vacancy - the Chief Financial Officer -
bragging he save $2.1 million - what a joker!
The San Francisco General Hospital - the new section was built by the Bayview Hunters Point as part of the Model Cities Program - in 1960s. The new section is now called the old hospital - when the old hospital is really the brick buildings.
The contemporary hospital with state of of art equipment and facilities is named after the owner of FaceBook - whose wife is a doctor and works for University of California - San Francisco.
He made a large donation - and got the hospital named after him.
Even at the contemporary hospital is have serious problems - the nurses are overloaded with work - I spent some time at the hospital look after a relative - and learned a lot - got to know the doctors and nurse - the doctors and nurses are NOT supported - and this and more - is totally - uncalled for.
The Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant -
keeps spewing foul air - smelling of Sulphur -
adversely impact a two mille area -
the strong wind taking the stench further southeast -
for all the talk SF Public Utilities Commission -
and more Harlan Kelly - the General Manager -
has failed us all.
Historically most of the areas in the Southeast Sector have been prone to high instances of respiratory diseases, still born babies, skin rashes of all sorts.
Diabetes, heart problems, sore throats, bloody eyes - however, underlying all of the above - is chronic stress - more toxic stress - that everyone is talking about - and no one is doing anything - worth the salt.
When it comes to SAFETY - we just had a killing of a 50 year old man - not a whimper from the authorities.

The ambulance took time to arrive - the SF Police where there - confused as usual - and not a word on the Main Media.
The Main Media - does not care about Investigative Reporting - cannot connect the dots - the article they put out - are drab at most - and lack interest - to the decent and knowledgable - San Franciscan - readers.

It is a know fact that violence plays a key role - linked to health - and many of our infants, children, youth, young adults - fall prey to violence.
In many home - separate, with little food and money - families listening to arguments, loud shouting at home.
These inherent habits that carry on to MUNI - in places where the public congregate - people shouting and screaming - venting - playing for the public - what happen in their homes - right before everyone - revealing what should be private.
In our schools the SF Police Department and the Safety Officers assigned to the elementary, middle and high schools - cannot cope with the violence.
Tantrums thrown by the students, students bring guns to school, knives, other weapons - the worst school Willie L. Brown Middle School - it is getting from - bad to worse.
The SF Health Department and the SF Health Commission - has with intent - used primitive models and methods to hire - much need nurses - more when it comes to Mental Health.
The chronic turnover in some areas - is creating an emergency situation - where much needed and qualified Social Workers, Nurses.
Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Medical Technicians, Case workers, Doctors - other experts - making a lot of sacrifices - forced to come to City Hall - to cry, weep, plead to the SF Board of Supervisors - to help them all - what is going to be done?
We have an emergency - and there is No help - to be found.
The old Saint Luke Hospital is no more - the new hospital linked to Sutter Hospitals - has chosen to close down the entire floor dealing with the mentally challenged.
This happened two years ago - and on one seems to care.
Again, the entire floor dealing with respiratory diseases, the entire floor dealing with sub-acute care - closed for over two years - no one at SF City Hall - seems to give a rat's ass.
The many tax payers living in Districts 9, 10, and 11 are adversely impacted - Saint Luke took care of them - for generations.
The SF Health Commissioners - have been listening to the above mentioned situation for years - but have done nothing to alleviate the situation at hand.
On our streets - so many mentally challenged have been released by the SF General Hospital.
The situation is so chronic - innocent people attached - many tourists do not want to return to San Francisco - Room 200 at City Hall - more Mayor London Breed keeps talking - but not for long.
So much so that even Oracle and others who once touted our hospitality - now are open saying our streets are filthy, more, with feces all over the place.
One convention would have brought in $60 million - but that business has gone to Las Vegas. The bigger - better convention - do not want to deal with feces, being assaulted, harassed - it is getting worse. It does not help to see so many stored in Union Square closed - closed for months - Greed owners want more rent - and is and more all stems from GREED.
Those attending our Conventions attacked in broad daylight, other atrocities committed - and our Mayor London Breed want the Travel Council and the Travel Entities to work together - but what Blue Plan does Mayor London Breed have - besides - barking up the wrong tree.
30,000 housing are planned in District 10 - on land prone to severe flooding, liquefaction, and bombarded by the worst pollution and contamination - every day - some hotspots registering high levels of radioactive elements.
For all the talk the SF Department of the Environment - has not considered health, education, and safety - in toto - to address Quality of Life issues.

The Conservatory of Flowers receives $300,000 - the Bayview Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Visitation Valley - the entire District 10 - has been cheated - time and time again.
Community Benefits set aside for District 10 - doled to crooks - and those represent District 10 - past and present - cheating the public at large - ever fact documented by the SF City Controller's Office.
Nothing much has changed - in San Francisco.
Newbies come in our neighborhood - from Fresno, Vallejo, other places - and think they can fool all the people all the time.
Few leaders - have the institutional knowledge, the needed experience more the wisdom, and most important empathy and compassion - to serve the community at large.
Known thugs, pimps, drug dealers, jail birds are given opportunities to deal with the community at large.
Much as the shot-callers deal with their comrades - at San Quentin and other jails.
Doling favors and keep some rabid ass order - on the compound - inside the cages - these shady characters have graduated in such surroundings - mostly outsiders - they come into our community - and try to take advantage of the innocent and those that need help - most.
In the interim the SF Health Department has failed our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Seniors, those with compromised health, more mentally and physically challenged.
The SF Police Department and the SF Police Commission have nothing to show for.
The SF Unified School School District - is a mess - the SF Unified School Board of Education - throwing their hands in air.
San Francisco has lost its soul - there are few who want to tackle the critical issues. Room 200 at SF City Hall - stinks to high heaven of Sulphur - we know who is in charge - but where is the UNITY to get rid of the - cancer?
