THE NATIVE AMERICANS WHOSE LAND IS - TURTLE ISLAND - THE MOCKERY THE SO CALLED CIVILIZED WORLD - MAKES OF THE WORD - CALLED "JURISDICTION".

We are living - in the year 2014 - and the world is in dire turmoil. 

Wars, drought, flooding, human slaughtering other human beings, raping, and murdering children and women.

Those of us who enjoy a better standard of life - have an obligation to do something - more action and less - talk.

Here in the United States of America - better known as "Turtle Island" we have the Native Americans - the indigenous people of the United States of America.

It is the year 2014 -  President Barack Hussein Obama - knowing well what he should do - has NOT addressed the plight of the Native Americans - the indigenous people living on "Turtle Island".

The indigenous people of America - living on Reservations - deprived of the own land - the land of their ancestors - treated with disdain - disrespected - but for how long.

Many Native American Tribes - are NOT on the Federal Register - and if a tribe in not on the Federal Register - they are second class citizens - deprived of right and benefits that are due to them.

All this happening - for hundreds of years - here in the United States. Most decent Americans are not aware of such facts.

Until 1927 here in California - the Governors of California send edits - to kill the Native Americans - and if the killers and murders showed proof of a scalp - they could fetch a measly - five dollars.

Many others who are fanatics - think that this land is theirs - even though they stole the land, killed the Native Americans, raped the women, and committed atrocities - that cannot be described.

Today, here in the United States of America - we have a population of about 313,232,044 million and a vast area for this population - 3,717,812.8 square miles.

Within this area - we have mountains, rivers, lakes, vast plains where animals roam freely, fertile land, forest and wetlands - we have everything we want.

Blessed with resources protected by the "indigenous people" for thousands of years - resources like clean water, our forest, the animals, fauna and flora - fish and all that is good - placed by the Great Spirit for those that respect - Mother Earth.

Deep into the earth coal, petroleum, precious minerals, so much  petroleum, coal, the many minerals that are needed and more -  that must be used wisely.

All here in the United States of America - better known to the Native Americans - as Turtle Island.

Here in California - the 8th largest economy in the world - all this land belongs to the indigenous people - the Native Americans.

18 treaties were signed between the Native American tribes and the United States government. These 18  treaties were - never, ever - ratified.

Those that truly know about legalities and land uses - are quick to accept the truth - but slow to admit - who truly has jurisdiction - over the land.

That is the mentality of a rogue, a thief, a liar, one that steals and fake belief and he or she owns it. Time for restitution.

Here in San Francisco - we do not have one single document - that gives City Hall - jurisdiction over the land - we call San Francisco.

The settlers, the former Governors of California, laid stake to the land - and took it. Took surveys, bribed those in power, and embezzled all they could get - typical of those that are - GREEDY.

In San Francisco they did it to the former Spanish and Mexicans landowners.

The Americans - took the land and did what they wanted - they paid you some - and in most cases they eliminated those that came in the way.

The Ohlone names were brushed aside - the Spanish names reign supreme - San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz - you get the picture.

It is same mentality when it came to taking Hetch Hetchy valley - damming the Hetch Hetchy valley - and creating the Hetch Hetchy dam or reservoir - that caters to our clean drink water.

Missing in this equation are the Native Americans - the Piutes, the Miwoks, other Native American tribes - the Pomo and others who in their own way - can lay claim to millions of acres of land - that the thieves with blue eyes - laid claim to. The thieves better know as - " Pale Faces" - people who  talk with a - "fork tongue".

Once in San Francisco we had hundreds of Shellmounds - at these sites - lay the remains of the Native Americans - closer to home the Ohlone - known as the - "people from the west". In San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone - who I represent on issues that are linked to land use, infrastructure, and so on.

The Muwekma Ohlone have "patrimonial jurisdiction" that the White men's law cannot stand to - but who is to say - when the thief is put in the cockpit?

These remains of the Ohlone - have been carbon dated going back to 13,000 years in some cases.

Most around 10,000 years. At the University of California - Berkeley - lie 10,000 Ohlone remains - not hundred but ten thousand. Go figure - why would anyone - having an iota of decency - dare to conduct themselves in such a manner. More an California - Educational institution.

What does this one fact say - about a people - who do not respect the "dead'?

Native Americans - the indigenous people - all over the world - respect the "dead".

Shame of those that do not respect the dead - remove the remains and artifacts - and store them - as trophies.

I have met stellar anthropologist, archaeologist, historians of a kind.

I have sat with the Elders of many Native American Tribes and heard the facts of life. Foremost for the last 35 years - I have fought the good fight - and my heart has led me to the - "truth".

There is nothing too difficult to comprehend - that when some land, some thing precious does not belong to you - it must be given back.

There is restitution - and restitution - whether linked to slavery and free labor, stealing artifacts from graves all over the world, dehumanizing a human being - is plain wrong - and if you are a thief - then you must be brought to - justice.

History is there for all the world to know and study.

We know that those that came here to America - when they arrived here - there were other here living for thousands of years.

The White men - only dares to say what he think is best to say.

This is the mentality of a thief, a liar, someone that has no ethics, no morals, and less standards.

In the sixteenth century there were in access of 300,000 Native Americans west of the Rockies.

We can go into the details - but the fact of the matter is that -  these tribes all flourished.

There was sufficient resources - and the land, the rivers, the hills, the mountains. the air, the environment and more - were all - pristine. What should be noted - there was sufficient for all - and some law and order - nothing that we see in today's world - where despicable actions and happenings - occur each and every day - on a gigantic scale.

There is a lot of spirituality with the indigenous people - I have experienced it in person.

Compared to that spirituality - the lack of spirituality - the white men brings to the table - pales in comparison.

Colonizing the world - for one purpose only to steal resources - is not the right thing to do.

Again and again this has been repeated by the Dutch, the Portuguese, the Spanish, the British, the French, the Belgians, the Germans -  in modern times - you do get the picture.

Turtle Island will always remain - long after those that populate it - wither away - it may be some huge catastrophe man made or that nature chooses to display with all its might.

I know for certain that the indigenous people have "jurisdiction" over all of California. I have clear knowledge of it - on many levels.

The others who disagree - might huff and puff and bring about their sordid explanations.

We all have a conscience - far more powerful than the "Magna Carta" - other legalized documents not worth the paper or scrolls they are written on.

The White men rule and ways - have been detrimental - to all indigenous people.

More to innocent children, women, and men steeped in the ways - that are closer to "Mother Earth".

We know who is greedy and what segment of the world's population has caused so much harm. Adversely impact this Earth.

We know who has strayed far away from what is wholesome and spiritual. We know who worships Greed - what consumes the White men and his ilk.

I have traveled the world - seeking out the indigenous people.

The indigenous people know me - before I utter a word - embracing me and their elders bestowing of me the kindness and more the wisdom - not written in any books.

I have met the others so called women and men in authority - who find it difficult to speak to the truth. They lie to your face and when confronted with "truth" - have nothing to say.

The worse type are those who care less about our children and seniors in San Francisco - bringing this dialog - closer to home.

We, the indigenous people in San Francisco and others who support the struggle - do not care - nor do we want the "greedy" - many of them have made their abode at City Hall - and, the worst of them - deliberate in Room 250 - the likes of Malia Cohen, Jane Kim, Scott Wiener and David Chiu.

We, the Muwekma Ohlone are watching you all like a hawk.

We have warned you all - and you that are "evil" seem to think - that lying, stealing, and bluffing will get you somewhere.

"You will receive your reward soon -  the wailing, and grinding of your teeth - will come to you in this life time.

OUR FAILED - SAN FRANCISCO PLANNING COMMISSION - AND MORE OUR VERY FAILED SAN FRANCISCO - PLANNING DEPARTMENT.

The San Francisco Planning Commission continues to make a mockery of our City and County San Francisco Planning process - and fails to address Quality of Life issues.

In the bargain thousands of innocent families in San Francisco are adversely impacted.

San Francisco has a population of about 805,000 which grows to over 1,500,000 - a majority of the people coming into San Francisco to work - in our large Financial District - downtown.

Our Hotel Industry, entities like University of California that employs thousands - many living outside San Francisco.

The same with our thousands of San Francisco City employees. Few people know that our City and County of San Francisco employs over 37,000 City employees and more.

A fill twenty percent of these employees make over $200,000 with benefits.

In years past the San Francisco Planning Commission has failed miserably to curtail entities like Academy of Art University - buying hundreds of buildings - many of them entitled with "rent control".

Remodeling these units - illegally - and the converting them to dormitories - this one entity the Academy of Art University has done damage to all San Franciscans - and is known culprit - deceiving the students - taking their money - and giving them certificates that are not valid.

Thousands of mostly foreign student paying exorbitant rents to live in these dormitories - adversely impacting San Franciscans.

More depriving tax payers, hard working San Franciscans - from having access to "rent control" units. The Main Media has failed to investigate this fact - and other facts that I have revealed from time to time.

I have brought this up - about the Academy of Art University - at the many meetings at City Hall and more at the San Francisco Planning Commission.

The on going investigation - where the SF Planning Department has promised to reveal the findings - about the Academy of Art University - is not forth coming at all.

Thus proving that our SF Planning Department - for all its vain talk - cannot walk the walk.

These jokers talk a lot at the SF Planning Commission - and with additions like a new fake Commissioner like Christine Johnson who knows nothing about planning, less about the history of San Francisco - and even less about the last five Housing Element documents - that she and the other - SF Planning Commissioners - ignore and are ignorant about. 

Region wide ABAG and other entities engaged in shedding light on Quality of Life issues - have tried to guide the SF Planning Commission - but the SF Planning Commission is head strong - and lacks - sound leadership.

The SF Planning Commission has failed on Hunters Point and the near by area like Candlestick Point. Rubber stamping plans for over 30,000 units on land prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The air is foul and contaminated with particulates, carbon dioxide, asbestos friable, and high levels of radioactive elements. The documents and statistics are there - but no one - "worth the salt" wants to investigate the sordid projects and programs - backed by very corrupt - politicians.

In the case of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - high levels of Radioactive elements - and all this will come to haunt the SF Planning Commission and the Mayor's Office of Housing. Make no bones about it.

Recent MNBC a television station was bold enough to reveal - how Class One - very toxic dirt - is being diverted to landfills that cannot accept such dirty soil - containing among other things - high levels of radioactive elements. The manifest changed - and the truckers lied to - putting thousands of innocent people in harms way.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is asleep at the wheel. So is the very corrupt Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC) - people fired for not doing their job - and new legislation introduced - to put stringent measures in place.

The SF Planning Department keeps rubber stamping - ill planned infrastructure - contaminated with Asbestos Structures - man holes contaminated - all leading to the Sewage Treatment Plant - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - more on Parcel A.

Such plans go before the Land Use - a committee that has done injustice to San Francisco and San Franciscans.

With inept and sordid SF Supervisors like Jane Kim, Malia Cohen, and Scott Wiener - rubber stamping - and not representing the tax payers of San Francisco.

Why would anyone want to build homes on contaminated ground and more surrounded by land prone to liquefaction and flooding?

Why lie and try to convince innocent people that building homes in the middle of Chernobyl is right - when it is wrong?

Right now - this is being done at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard on Parcel A - by a rogue developer - Lennar Urban.

Never mind Kofi Bonner who hails from Ghana - and works for Lennar Urban - thinks his plan will work - as it did at the Emeryville Shopping Mall - built on a Shellmound - containing Sacred Remains of the Ohlone.

He will soon find out the "truth" and sink in the "cesspool" of his own creation.

No one should disrespect the Ohlone - and in San Francisco the Muwekma Ohlone - that I represent. I have been warning you all - but the clarion call - has long been called - you are now waiting your peril - and you all know what you have done - wrong.

Innocent Chinese are bluffed into buying an EB-5 Visas - for $500,000 a pop.

Elsewhere where the land is NOT contaminated - it cost $1,000,000 a pop.

Lennar Urban is greedy and has hoodwinked innocent people linked to most of its projects - all over the Nation.

Closer to home at Vallejo - Lennar Urban promised to build 10,000 homes on Mare Island - Vallejo expanded its finances - to make this happen - only for Lennar Urban to declare - bankruptcy and leave the City Council of Vallejo - holding the empty bag.

We all know this - yet we are bragging that Lennar Urban - will develop Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

Knowing all the time that this "devil" - has not and will not attain what it promises to do. It has not before - has no standards, is unethical, immoral - scumbags of the highest order and will not keep its word - not now and not in the future.

For many years - the SF Planning Commission has NOT provide sound housing for low income and no income.

In recent years - the Mayor's Office of Housing, the SF Planning Commission, the SF Board of Supervisors - have penetrated Public Housing - created HOPESF.

Divided the vast properties - among Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing, and the blatantly discriminating entity and Property Management Company - the John Stewart Company.

The model used is "Land Banking" and so far the John Stewart Company with the help of Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - has raked in millions from the State of California to built these inferior units.

For better measure - assisting the John Stewart Company in its sordid exploits -  the Mayor's Office of Housing.  Giving the John Stewart Company in all with the State's contribution - over $200,000,000.

Mostly people of color live in Public Housing - which at one time - if you studied the floor plan - that very large rooms - where two or three - king beds could fit. 

The inferior housing units - the John Stewart Company has built at Huntersview cannot accommodate a "Queen Bed" - and if you manage to squeeze one in - you will not have sufficient space to move around!

The windows leak, you can hear the foot steps and other noises of people living next to you and above you. Of course our City and County of San Francisco is cognizant of the fact - but looks the other way.

What are these white folks doing - with people of color - and why are the sell out Blacks - selling their own people out - Linda Richardson and others - one worse than the other. Linda and Dwayne Jones - were investigated and black listen - so why are they hanging around in San Francisco - crooks of the first order.

Here is how it works for the developers and the Prime Contractors.

If you contribute to the "corrupt politicians" - the politicians like Sophie Maxwell, Gavin Newsome, Nancy Pelosi, Malia Cohen - will look the other way - permit those that give tainted money - all they want to do.

Scumbags all - who will burn in hell.

The SF Department of Building Inspection has its hands tied - they will not inspect these inferior and contaminated buildings.

Even though Asbestos Dust is found all over the place. The result of Serpentine Rock being crushed - that naturally releases Asbestos structures - and no one really cares.

But, all this and more will reveal itself - as people fall sick and many slowly die. Many have died - and their spirits are hovering - asking for justice - and that time is coming. Make no bones about it.

No one can harm our children and elders - and think for a second that all will be well. You time is coming you sell outs - that I have mentioned umpteen times. You are already in hell.

The victims most vulnerable our children and our Seniors. We respect our children and our elders - not so the politicians - the likes of Malia Cohen, Jane Kim, Scott Wiener,David Chiu and those that are in bed with the John Stewart Company and Lennar Urban a rogue developer.

Recently again -  we - a few advocates revealed all the adverse impacts - in and around the old Schlage Lock Company.

 To no avail - the watershed is contaminated, there are petroleum tanks that foul the air in close proximity to the project.

The traffic spews over 200,000 tons of particulates, the dirt is so contaminated that no one can touch it - less dig and plant - and the folks think that all this and more - will not adverse those living there.

In this case Malia Cohen and Fran Martin - one worse than the other - spewed diatribe - and to top it all the owner of this site - stole $800,000,000  from Taiwan and is now in Mainland China - and cannot travel - a recluse and a thief. 

It is a shame our City and County of San Francisco - makes such deals - and thinks - all is well. Malia Cohen should be ashamed of herself - and has no right representing anyone - less the constituents of District 10.

Malia Cohen is a thief, a liar, and recently was exposed - for accepting thousands in campaign donations - linked to her Supervisorial seat - from sordid parties that - evict renters - the owners of these buildings - using Ellis Eviction - tools. 

Again and again Malia Cohen has gone before the SF Planning Commission - with plans and projects - that have NOT been vetted by the tax payers, the constituents - only for the SF Planning Commission to - rubber stamp - her projects.

The most famous one the Wellness Center at 3450 Third Street - where the air is foul - and the area a toxic hot spot.

Malia Cohen and a Jamaican Doctor - Nadine Bruke - received $4,000,0000 from California Pacific Medical Center - and the 49ers doled out another $300,000 - towards this project.

Our children who are treated must get the best facilities - not some toxic hot spots - contaminated - foul air - 24 hours - 7 days a week. Time will tell.

The last frontier is the Southeast Sector - and we must have Representatives in place to do the right thing.

We do not want homes built on land that is contaminated - and prone to liquefaction. We surely do not want to put our children and seniors in harms way. 

This land is Ohlone land - to be precise Muwekma Ohlone land - and the First People of this land - will not tolerate - the abuse of the land and more tolerate putting human being in harms way with intent.

Right now the San Francisco Planning Commission and SF Planning Department is doing - just that. Shame on them - all.

Never mind this SF City and County of San Francisco stole the land - and has abused the land we call San Francisco - all these 250 years.

As I have been saying - San Francisco - once was pristine and is now very, very, very - contaminated.

In the last ten years our Carbon Footprint - has increased - exacerbating chronic diseases more respiratory diseases, heart problems - the statistics are there - but no one want to study them.

No one wants to bring about solutions - it is all about GREED.

San Francisco steals its water from Hetch Hetchy - water that belongs to the Pitutes and the Miwoks - some 160 miles away.

Ten years ago we should have had grey water to flush our toilets - if not fifteen years ago - if we were progressive - we talk a lot - but their is no action.

We contaminate our watershed - and do not have the "guts" to provide the real time statistics - on the Internet.

It is the same with our Raw Sewage Plant - spewing lead and mercury and methane gas - into our watershed, the Bay, and thinking that all is well.

Our SF Planning Department and Planning Commission - must follow State Guidelines and they do not. Where do you think you will get the clean drink water - for thousands more?

Daily thousands of tons of methane gas spews from our landfill areas - one ton of methane gas equals - twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.

Try multiplying 500,000  tons by twenty two - and this is conservative number - spilled into the air - every single year.

Condoning such actions is criminal - and yet these fools talk about some Carbon Footprint - lying all the time - and wagging that tongue that has no bone. 

We have the Precautionary Principle on our books and no one bothers to apply this law.

We have the Mather Ordinance - when it comes to contamination, pollution, landfills, and so on - and no only really cares.

Our Department of Toxic and Substances Control is a joke - and the recent firing - and the new legislation introduced - as a result of the the sordid work done by the DTSC - is there for all the world to see.

We tax payers - we citizens of the United States are taken for a ride - by corrupt, evil, despicable politicians - looking at us in the eye and lying through their - teeth.

Who is really responsible to keep Mother Earth - free from contamination and pollution?

Many UNION leaders fought hard so that millions of American workers - could get decent wages - more, so that their families and loved ones - could live a decent life. Enjoy what we know as Quality of Life issues.

At one time the American dream was to own a home, a car, have a family and put bread and butter on the table. Permit one to attain a decent education - and always see that the future was bright - for future - generations.

In recent years - the corrupt - those that control 95% of our economy directly and indirectly - have chosen with intent - to deprive many Americans - women and men - from holding - permanent jobs.

They offer temporary jobs - and temporary jobs that give one no lasting benefits. If you desire to have some benefit - as harsh as it sounds - you have to pay for it.

These facts must be analysed and changes made - to save the Middle Class - from completely fading - from the Unites States of America.

With intent during last 25 years - our economy was eroded by sending good paying jobs - to countries - we called that "out sourcing".

The result many UNION jobs were lost and as much as we are now making - some attempt to bring back those jobs - it is proving to be herculean and long drawn.

We try and we must try our best - to bring back and keep good jobs - here in America.

The unemployment statistic are as "fake" as they come and are reported - as if everything is normal.

Thousands of people will work two, three, and even four jobs. This type of living erodes standards - "standards of living" - and those in charge of reporting - sometimes - just catch one of these jobs - and create charts on unemployment - as if - all was well.

Some entities have chosen to break down the details -  challenging the Department of Labor and those that truly must represent our citizens and constituent of the United States.

Those that must represent us such as the Department of Labor - have failed us when it comes - to real jobs - jobs that pay a good salary.

This situation becomes even more horrendous when it comes to people who cannot speak English - our immigrants - those that have no skills - and of course those that cannot afford a car and have to travel long distances.

If you do not own a home and have to pay $3000 for a one bed room apartment.

Have to work two or three jobs to pay for that - more here in San Francisco - no tax breaks are given.

A mockery is made of such living - about how we continue to encourage - trying to make ends meet - carving out a living against great odds.

Lack of progress - when it comes to Quality of Life issues.

In recent years - down-sizing, out sourcing, all sorts of  make shift ways to enjoy some shelter - keeps plaguing us all - who work so hard.

Couch sharing and other ploys and machinations - and now accepted as normal - and if we continue to live - in such a manner - it will affect us human beings psychologically and undermine - humanity as a whole.

It is a right for all human beings more in the United States - to live in a home and have decent amenities. It is a shame to see and hear - three and four families sharing two bed rooms - and sharing one kitchen and toilet - right here in San Francisco.

We have a bunch of SF Board of Supervisors and other department heads such as the SF Planing Commission - who have failed the constituents and tax payers of San Francisco - when it comes to providing suitable and affordable - housing.

More low income and no income - as was always provided in the past.

In the last 10 years over 30,000 families have left San Francisco.

We have a population of about 805,000 living in San Francisco.

Our City and County of San Francisco - has a budget of about $9 Billion - each and every year - those that need help most - get less.

What is important to note - is that today - Labor Day is celebrated all over the United States of America - a Public Holiday.

Reminding us of the many rights and benefits UNIONS have fought for us all in America - so that millions of UNION workers and others - could celebrate - Labor Day with pride.

As far as we know the first Labor Day was celebrated on Tuesday, September 5, 1882 in New York City - in accordance with the plans of the Central Labor Union.

In 1884 the first Monday in September was selected as a holiday.
In 1885 Labor Day was celebrated in many industrial centers of the United States of America. Today all over the Nation.

Today, all over the United States in accordance to first celebration - a parade - various forms of forums - other means " to strength and esprit de corpos of the trade and labor organizations" - followed by events of festivity and amusement are held for the workers, their families and supporters.

Here is San Francisco we just celebrated the 80th Anniversary of San Francisco General Strike that took place in 1934.

The 100th Anniversary of 1914 Ludlow Massacre that took place in Colorado.

We who worked hard to uphold the great values that many workers enjoyed for decades - are now poised to defend those same rights, benefits, values, the empowerment of the human beings for women, children, and men - brought about by UNIONS and Union Leaders all through these years - in the United States of America.

Those gains won by the General Strike of 1934 are now under attack, undermined, and despicable entities are attacking the very foundations that made UNIONS strong.

The right to strike, the Union Hiring Hall, a living wage, health benefits, sound working conditions,  and other benefits that made the middle class and our Nation, strong - the United States of America - strong.

In San Francisco we all remember one of the brightest and stellar Union Leader - Harry Bridges. Harry Bridges was admired the world over - and today we have a Union Building names after him.

80 years ago residents of San Francisco and Union workers marched only to be attacked by the San Francisco Police and the National Guard.

There is monument raised to remember those workers who died - their blood spilled that we all may benefit.

 Bloody Thursday - we must not forget this day - we must NOT forget those that spilled their blood - facing those that shot and killed - even as they do today - in some measure.

Good working benefits are becoming a thing of the past.

Wages that once made the middle class is becoming rare - a thing of the past - no more - to be taken granted for.

Today, many work two and three jobs - work very hard - to pay as much as $3000 for a one room rental unit - in San Francisco.

Quality of Life issues that many enjoyed after World War II - are today a fact of the past.

More here in San Francisco. We have the filthy rich - corrupt folks - that use money - to make more money on the backs of workers - who do not have sound - benefits.

These scumbags must be put on notice - more here in San Francisco. Our City and County continues to give unnecessary breaks to companies like TWITTER - other corporations that are the scum of the Earth. 

We have 60 cranes on 60 sites - where Market Rate housing costing millions of dollars per unit are built.

Low income and no income housing is something - no one cares about.

No one is paying attention to the Housing Element - and more garnering sound housing and related benefits to families. In the last 5 years over 150,000 families have fled - San Francisco.

We have 120,000 dogs in San Francisco - and our dogs are treated better than human beings - never mind that we talk the talk - but fail to walk the walk.

Forcing thousands of San Franciscans to flee San Francisco - and thousands more - "indigent" - facing the inclement weather on the streets of San Francisco.

San Francisco one of the richest cities on this Earth.

Over 30 billionaires make their abode in San Francisco - and just one of them could wipe out the sad state of affairs - facing the poor.

The plight of those who are indigent - living on the streets of San Francisco.

Our City and County of San Francisco has a budget of $9 Billion - and yet we do not care to help those that need - help most.

Saint Anthony's, Glide Memorial, St Martin de Pores, many faith based organizations have stepped up their efforts to care for and feed the poor.

But as every year goes by - more and more poor - die on the cold streets of San Francisco.

Sellouts in the Bayview mostly Blacks who once benefited from the Unions and Union jobs - today - sell out the community - doing injustice and biting the hand that fed them.

Black pastors mostly run away from the sheep - and today amass wealth for themselves.

The Tabernacle Group instead of doing God's work - is now serving mammon - and their day will come.

The Labor Movement must be revived and the good deeds documented - and people made aware of them - in large measure.

The digital media must be used to bring the facts to the fore - and stop this rampage on the rights of Union Workers and their families - and the Labor movement.

The many families of those that belonged to the Union Movement - who for so many years - stood for what was right - the backbone of the Middle Class - that we now see - fading - before our eyes.

Again and again the Unions have met and Union Representatives done their best to come to the aid of those members who have been discriminated against.

Many Union workers who have been fired - for doing right - and speaking to the TRUTH.

The San Francisco Health Department and one Barbara Gracia - has targeted the workers who provide succor to the mentally challenged - and this nonsense must stop - at once.

San Francisco is a Labor Town - a UNION TOWN - the City and County of San Francisco employs over 37,000 Union Workers.

We have a population of about 805,000 living in San Francisco.

We can do better - and today is one day - to remember - the Unions, the Labor Movement, and especially the heroes and heroines from the Labor Movement and their families and friends.

Great Labor leaders like Harry Bridges, Dr Martin Luther King Jr., the many Unions - SEIU Local 1021, the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 104, Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3,  the International Longshore and Warehouse Union Local 10.

The Iron Workers of the State of California - San Francisco Local Union 377, United Transportation Union - Local Union 1741, San Francisco Fire Fighters Local 798, the 100,000 members of the San Francisco Labor Council  - Tim Paulson, Executive Director.

The Carpenters Unions, many others that I have not noted - just to give you a sense of what we have going in San Francisco.

California more - the Nation as whole even more - once had UNIONS - doing what they do best - representing the workers and fighting for their rights and benefits.

I always paid my dues - and I always prepared my cases - I never went into any arena to lose - never, ever compromised not one cent - when it came to UNION benefits.

So where are our leaders that we capitulate to spineless politicians, inept and unethical managers - who seek their own interests - and harm the workers - their families - their friends and supporters.

San Francisco can do better with our failing Transportation, more housing for those that live pay check to pay check. We need good schools, and better hospitals.

Quality of Life issues with great Recreational Facilities and Open Space to go with it.

Safety and care for all citizens, Nutrition and Child Care of our babies, sound education and training for our youth and young adults and more.

Respect for our Elders and those that worked hard and now are Retired and deprived of their savings - the spiraling of our economy.

The many ploys and machinations - that keep hurting UNION workers. We can do it and we must stand united - against the force of EVIL.

Husband of Dr Espanola Jackson - a stellar advocate and my good friend from the Bayview Hunters Point area in San Francisco.

Mr James Rich served in the United States Navy and worked for the San Francisco Water Department - at Hetch Hetchy. He saw the worst kind of discrimination - the first Black electrician - to work at Hetch Hetchy.

Nothing much has changed there - today.

Mr James Rich was trained as an electrician - by the United States Navy and well respected by those he worked for.

Mr James Rich could not joined the Electricians Union - even today minorities find it difficult to join the Electricians' Union today - and even more difficult to join the UNION - those that build and repair - Elevators. 

Mr James Rich - often would comment on my articles - always encouraging me to fight for those that cannot defend themselves.

Rest in Peace - Brother - good things come to good people.

Our struggle on this Earth continues - the many Latinos, the many Asians, the many Blacks, others of color - we have ways to go - to fulfill our aspirations - while those in power daily - abuse their power.

In recent years joining  the Union is taboo - why?

The Corporations, others who want to rake in millions - prefer "out sourcing" - others shenanigans.

Corrupt and evil forces - mostly large Corporations - do not want to pay a living wage - and we call them - "scumbags" - we must fight for what is right.

This land belongs to the Native Americans - and we must take the hint and clue how the Native Americans we treated. Here in San Francisco I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - the First People of San Francisco - on matter like Labor, Unions, Infrastructure, and so on and so forth.

God bless America and God bless the worker that works hard - to put bread and butter on the table.

The Middle Class is what America is all about and must aim for.

No one must be poor, indigent - sleep on the streets and face the inclement weather.

In shelters in America and crash under bushes and bridges - in cars and wherever they can lay their head - in distress.
