THERE IS A WORLD OUT THERE OF THE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED - MANY OF THE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED NEED HELP.

Three days ago I got a telephone call from a friend who is physically challenged and needed some help. My friend had found an apartment - he could have settled more for an apartment on the ground floor - in this case since the apartment was on the second floor - he wanted it - because he needed it.

The owner of the building was uncomfortable giving it to my friend giving all sorts of excuses. Since the apartment building was in my neighborhood - my friend mentioned my name - and the owner who knew me - asked my friend to ask me to speak to him.

I did so and allied the fears of the owner whom I knew. My friend much like myself wears a leg brace. My friend is healthy - he exercises - and can carry himself slowly but steadily up any hill, some reasonable flight of stairs - and most of all has a job and can pay his rent.

My friend thanked me profusely and I told him - I was happy for him and that he should keep in touch with me. If there was something he need - that he should not feel bashful to call on me.

Hopefully, as the weeks turn to weeks, and the weeks to months, and months to years - my friend will appreciate his apartment and more the neighborhood - where most, everything he needs - is a stone throw away.

Most people who are Physically and Mentally challenged who are given opportunities - given good jobs - will work hard - and have few days when they are absent. One reason being this segment of the population - are appreciative when given a chance - if the love the job - you have a winner.

When I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco - I was able to give opportunities to many. Help many get career jobs - and I learned a lot - have taken all the courses as an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator and manager.

The Americans with Disability Act (ADA) has been on the books - and many agencies have done their best to cater to the physically and mentally challenged in large measure all these many years.

The ADA has been written into the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco - but it is a pity that those officials and leaders - have been very, very slow to implement them. Give good career jobs to those that need it - and more in the City and County of San Francisco.

As I said because I am physically challenged and have inflicted by polio when I was two years - I overcame and have led a normal life for over 65 years.

Most of my friends do not know I wear a full leg brace on my left leg - on days when I am tired and drag my leg - they ask me if everything is fine.

It is only then that I begin to reveal to them about what really happened to me and that I wear a brace. Many of them are a aghast and taken aback - and some request that they get a peek of my brace.

My brace and I have a couple are very expensive. Custom made - with fine leather coverings - I  take care of my braces.

Regularly using white grease, fine tuning the French Lock that helps me bend my left leg - and catering to the other things that go with my brace. My brace loves me and I love my brace.

All these many years my braces have evolved from the very primitive; many years ago where I could not bend my leg.

To the very sophisticated today - that allow me to walk as steadily as I can - jump - hop and do what most normal do. Amazing.

Today's brace go for as high $10,000 easily - made of expensive materials - more with the thousands of our soldiers returning from recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and elsewhere.

I visit City Hall and as you all know - those of you that know me well. Advocates represent the people - have to speak to the Truth - and do due diligence.

The many forums at the many Commissions, the committee, need one's presence to take on those that make deliberation the can adversely impact thousands for sure - and millions - down the years - and one's presence is need.

One has to go through a physical search on one entering City Hall. After the normal ritual of emptying one's pocket and handing our cell phone, removing your belt, any other jewelry that can trigger the alarm - I go through and the alarm still rings. I do make it a point that I wear a brace - but mostly those who are there - do pay attention - but want me to go through - to hear the alarm and do the needful.

When the alarm rings - the Sheriffs who do not know me - look at me funny - then we go through the running of the wand  - and all sorts of questions - and that is fine. The Sheriffs that know - wand me - but they know where my brace is - do not ask me too many questions and make this " odd experience" some what comfortable.

It is the same at the airport and other places where security is heightened - and rightly so.

I cannot stand it when old men and women, the physically challenged in wheel chairs, children in wheel chairs, some mentally challenged and visible to all - are treated with disdain and with unnecessary groping.

I normally ask those that want to be a 100% sure that I am not not a risk - to take me to a secluded place.

Here in privacy they can search what they want.

Then when they are fully satisfied - reveal to them who I served and the role I played in Desert Storm - Desert Shield. 

These minions then apologize - all the information is available to most - as and when one enters the airport - but, the entities that monitor such actions - are lay folks - where the job has been out sourced to the lowest bidder.

No one can expect anything stellar - anything worth the salt - anything worthy of any standard - from these morons.

Daily, thousands of innocent most physically and mentally challenged - are humiliated.

Few want to stand up to these goons - but that is what Home Land Security has done. Created divisiveness among the decent constituents of these the United States of America.

Such searches have created a billion dollar industry - with poorly trained personnel, x-ray machines that do a better job.

To top it all - these personnel are not educated on issues.

You can hear it, see it - they cannot even articulate - not in English or any other language. They do a poor job - a mundane job, get poorly paid - and take their stress - on those they must serve.

What a paradox and said state of affairs.

In recent years hearings are held all over the Bay Area and beyond - addressing issues on the Physically Challenged, the Mentally Challenged, other Challenged but not visible. The ADA as I said protects all - but there is no will - no real will to give opportunity to those that are Challenged - career jobs, and amenities so that people who are challenged are not forced to live on the streets and face the inclement - weather.

San Francisco is no different and I have attended and participated in all the deliberations from the early 1980s to now. Tons of talk, tons of diatribe, tons of hot air - and little - action.

We give jobs to crooks and deprive those that are decent, have skills, happen to be challenged - fail to give them a chance. Many live in our city - but the disdain show to them - is pathetic to say the least. This from our SF Supervisors and other City Department Heads - I observe it all the time.

 I know this from observation. Personally, I have always been a fighter, always a leader, and always an advocate to voice the concerns of people that need help - all over this City, our State, our Nation and beyond. Fight for those that most need help.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

We have folks who make policies - that have no ethics, less morals, even less standards at City Hall in San Francisco.

We not generalize - not all - but, most of them.

We recently had - YET - another so called hearing on those that are Challenged - few get opportunities to work and more are forced to live a life that is full of hardship and stress. More baby boomers.

The hearings just permit those who want and this is required to a certain extend - as I said we have the ordinances, we have the law, we have the requirements - in our City Charter. Those that make polices - do not read the City Charter - they get their advice from those aides - that are NOT educated on issues. 

Our City Attorney Office has failed us and so has the District Attorney.

Let them provide statistics - as to what they have done to provide career jobs in their own office - and I challenge them to audit the other City Departments - and provide statistics linked to the Physically Challenged and good - career jobs.

Our Controller's Office has this one opportunity to lay the matter to rest - and Ben Rosenfield is a decent man - and can shed light where today there is abject - darkness.

Our City Administrator Naomi Kelly can do the same - and those that are now in hiding and under the radar - some out of the dark hole and do the right thing.

That holds good for those in Room 200 - too much wheeling and dealing - and less caring for those that need help most.

I know you all - and can expose you all - with facts, empirical data, and what is more; testimony from individuals who have been adversely impacted.

Waste of time. Follow the City Charter - follow the Americans with Disability Act - less talk and more action. Those challenged need good jobs - so that they can live well as human beings - and be worthy of human dignity.

WE MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE LAND BELONGS TO THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE - THE FIRST PEOPLE - THE NATIVE AMERICAN - ONCE CALLED TURTLE ISLAND.

We cannot just go on contaminating our land in San Francisco and then pretend to address the Carbon Footprint, and talk about Greening and other forms of progress - in San Francisco - without empirical data. Also failing to respect the Ohlone whose land this is - that was stolen from them - and on top of that make a mockery of this and that - when someone with intent - contaminated the land. Who is fooling whom?

We know that some policy makers - are wasting millions of dollars - stupid decisions and arrogance reigns supreme in many quarters - just because these fools have tax payers money in the Billions to spend - and they keep wasting - millions. All tax payers money - with little to no - accountability and transparency.

San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) money give grants to entities that have nothing to do with the Sewer System Improvement Project - have nothing to do with factors that improve San Francisco in general - pandering and wasting tax payers money.

All the time - in the interim - we waste Hetch Hetchy pristine drinking water - millions of gallons of precious water - our aged clean water pipes - leaching - long over due for total replacement.

Even within the City of San Francisco - we have not met our goals - every time a question is asked - we have excuses. We have our City agency - who are polluters - but because they are not trained to collect the data and more to study the data - no one bothers - and so the damage is done.

Gone are the days - one could talk the talk and try to sell - snake oil. We have folks like that now in our City - corrupt to the core - and even though the Ethics Commission has warned them - continue to cause damage - and adversely impact our great City of San Francisco.

We have 47 hills that we know - some say 54.

Those that should have kept records on our hills, streams and river and lakes - did a poor job. 

These catchment areas and the valleys are long gone. The many streams and rivers that we had once - all contaminated in large measure - and portions of rivers now running underground - they must be brought on ground and day lighted.

The concrete and the asphalt now cover most of San Francisco - shaming Mother Earth. The asphalt, concrete, the many contaminants that are washed into our dual sewer system is horrendous. These many chemicals and waste of all kinds - they pollute, contaminate, and send contamination of the worst kind - down our manholes - to our treatment plant - and half-treat so called secondary effluents - into the Bay.

We have empirical data about this - but, no one really cares.

Add the pooh of the over 12,000 dogs that reside in our City.

More cats and other kind of pets - some very small and other large - a large portion of their excrement -  goes to the three treatment plans - one at North Beach, the other near the San Francisco, Zoo - and of course the aged and failing Phelps Sewage Treatment in the Bayviw - that takes in the sewage from the Presidio, 80% of the San Francisco's sewage, that of Daly City, Brisbane, and so on forth - and few know about this - fact.

From Twin Peaks to Islais Creek once ran rivers and streams - right by Dolores Park - and even now if you visit the Mission High School - you can hear the stream running - if you are permitted to go to the basement of school - and check it out.

At the Presidio still runs the Lobos Creek - and Riparian efforts have restored the El Polin Springs - also in the Presidio of San Francisco. Giving those that care - what once was found all over San Francisco.

It is a shame when because of greed we destroyed and contaminated our streams, our rivers, demolished our many hills, large ample of acres once covered our great City - that was before the strangers came here and screwed it all. Now, we have so called experts - talking from both sides of their mouth.

It is a JOKE to hear these black and whites folks speak and no history. The mentality of these folks - defies logic and what is more - is a slap on the face - decency, standards, ethics, sound education in no where on their horizon. And the make good money - spewing diatribe - but let us see - how long this nonsense goes on.

June 19 is a day most Blacks that have some sense of history - gathered in places to remember - the day slaves were free - but Texas was slow to receive the news. Years later it did - and in Texas and is other places - as it will be in San Francisco - Juneteenth will celebrated.

One June 19, 2014 as if it does not matter - Juliet Ellis and her team - will hold one of their Green Meeting - at the Hall of Flowers at Golden Gate Park - another slap to Blacks - and another sign of lack of sensitivity. 

Today this City and County of San Francisco which has over 36,000 trees that the City has come to a conclusion it cannot take care off. We now have mandated the owners of the homes in our City - where the trees are - to take care of the trees.

When it comes to our trees and to the trees we plant in our City -  there is no planned maintenance - viable and sustainable measures in place - and  no one worth the salt - wants to talk about this situation at hand.

You many plant a plant - you need to nurture it - water it and maintain it - speak less of doing something - and act and do what is right by all our trees.

The trees do not speak - but one single tree can contribute a lot - in terms of the higher standards of the environment. Some know about this but most are ignorant of the basic facts.

There is talk about Greening - but no one wants to take care of the large Watershed - from Lobos Creek to Lake Merced.

It took the advocates who love Lake Merced to come up with a report - that they paid for - only for those that should take care of Lake Merced to mock the report.

Shower disdain for those that should have been lauded. We have been following the deliberations - going to the meetings - and watching the crooks like a hawk.

 All the while those at Recreation and Park - the SFPUC - the City and County of San Francisco - those policy make - continue to make small talk - spew diatribe and do nothing.

Now, suddenly the crooks - when they smell - forget about history - forget about those advocates who do real work, forget about those that love our City - crooks get the money - and it is very concerning that Juliet Ellis is in charge - of making some decision when she is not ethical and has no standards.

The very corrupt  who cannot fathom the worth of our Watershed want to tap into the large Watershed - without a Blue Print that has been vetted - by the public at large.

We have educated and astute constituents in San Francisco that know more than the City knows - and especially more than the crones who earn large salaries - and are corrupt - many of them working at SFPUC.

The large Watershed that we have not tapped  for a long time - because of the ample pure water we get from Hetch Hetchy which caters to our needs. We have a population of about 805,000 - day time population - a million and a half.

We need to listen and more work with folks like Gregory Braswell and  Yoseph Ashur to address the matters above. Some of us do not know the role they played and less about their experience. There are crooked people - with no education - they have access to information but no education - messing our City and County of San Francisco.

If these idiots want to debate me - let us have a open forum - it will give me an opportunity to expose the many levels of corruption that is going on in our City and County of San Francisco.

The youth and young adults are fed up. That is what they tell me all the time. Our City Fathers are testing their patience - but not for long.

Even at Hetch Hechy we have failed miserably by failing to upgrade Mountain Tunnel - we spent over $4.6 on the Water System Improvement Project - and are still dealing with Calavares - because we were not careful - failed to take the proper action at the proper time - linked to Mountain Tunnel.

Julie LaBonte did what she always did best - stay under the radar - and jumped ship - when it was hot in the kitchen. She was the former Project Manager of the area and the project linked to Hetch Hetchy and Calavares.

It is the same with Juliet Ellis - I saw her recently talking from both sides of her mouth - at 1800 Oakdale - the woman is shallow and inept and a disgrace to anything decent.

Juliet has no history, less facts, does not have access to empirical data and even when that is given to her - her cannot figure out the basics. She has less engineering expertise - knows nothing about hydrology and other issues that are pertinent to the Sewer System Improvement Project - yet she is on the front line - pretending that she does. Juliet Ellis a transplant from the East Coast and from the East Bay - knows less about gathering information, discern and filtering the right information and even less analyzing the information linked to the Carbon Footprint, contaminants, the make other environmental issues the plague the Southeast Sector .

As far as character is concerned Juliet Ellis should have been fired - for her misdeeds - with intent funneling over $200,000 to Green For All. She worked for them before working for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

Those who openly say the Juliet Ellis plays a vital role in the workings of the SFPUC must be out of their mind. Time for the Federal Bureau to step in - and charge her under the RICO ACT.

She dared  bring her supporters to come and defend her at the Ethic Commission. Creating a commotion - disrupting the hearing - and proving to the public at large that they had NO manners.

There is nothing good about Juliet Ellis - when it comes to morals, ethics, standards, and plain etiquette.

We must always remember that this land is Ohlone Land - and the land belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone.

 I represent them and so I monitoring these good for nothing jerks - who pretend they know something little about Greening, about the Carbon Footprint, about things Riparian - when all of them are far from capable - understanding the basics.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission for years - use to release Methane Gas from the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant. Tons of Methane gas in a residential area in the Bayview.

One ton of Methane Gas - equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide. Juliet Ellis would not know about this - she does know about dividing the community. Creating the worse kind of divisiveness and all this will and must come to an end.

No one who is not connected with the daily operations of the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building should be housed in the trailers - by 1800 Oakdale.

The trailers were paid for by tax payers money - to house the operations linked the 1800 Oakdale  operations - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - and not some non-profit that panders to Juliet Ellis and her cronies. 

There is this in your face defiance and we who are watching will see how far the SFPUC plays this game.

No non-profit however noble should be operating in those trailers - at  the expense of the tax payers. No favors - and no right in your face - defiance.

This matter was brought to a higher ups attention who is in charge of the area and the site and the trailers - but again - open defiance.

The land belongs to the Ohlone - and not a mention about them in all the vain talk linked to the Water System Improvement Project. The same with the Sewer System Improvement Project.

The resources were stolen and this is recorded.

The Raker Act of 1913 spelled it all out - the hydro-electricity was to be used by San Franciscans - aiding the Municipal and Military operations.

This mandate has been negated by policies that go against the Raker Act of 1913.

The pristine Hetch Hetchy waters are used now more for flushing the commodes, swimming pools, the many tech companies and other industries - and for less money. Who is fooling whom? 

You stole the land, you stole the water, and do not follow the mandates and the policies - and now you think you can fool us all - by creating a Commission, some committees, some Work Group - shenanigans, machinations, and ploys.

These fools who have no history, less the ability to discern, creating Working Groups - no one in the Group is an engineer, no one is an Environmentalist, people are put on the Group who have just come from New York, some are on that group who are sell outs - doing the bidding of those at City Hall - who have no experience what so ever.

We must always remember that the land belongs to the indigenous people - the First People - the Native Americans - this Nation once called Turtle Island.

The San Francisco area and beyond - belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. The Ohlone maintain this land and all there was that flourished. Then came the Strangers and messed it all. Aho.

THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS AT THIS LATE DATE HAS DECIDED TO REVISE ITS RULES TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES TO GET FEDERAL RECOGNITION.

It is a shame that the United State Congress has decided to revise the rules that determine Federal Recognition  at this late date and day. Making it a little easier but still cumbersome - starting with the year 1934.

Way back in 1934 the United States decided to give some tribes Federal Recognition.

Now tribes are told if they can prove they were a tribe and meet certain conditions - use the date 1934 as a reference point - they could - yes they could at this late date - be eligible for Federal Recognition. The paper work remains the same - tons of it - and most of it - nonessential.

This is their own Mother Land - better known to the Native Americans as Turtle Island.

Can you imagine being a second class citizen - in this the United States of America - other who migrate here - getting more and Native American - hoarded and kept on Reservations. Where is the justice? Is this fair - and what do you think is the world opinion on this issue? People have human rights - and the United States states it boldly - but some one must pay attention. All this still in the year 2014.

Today, all over America - injustice, has been done to the Native Americans. The digital work has done one thing right - given the ability for those that can use the tools - to speak to the truth. Many of the Native Americans - lingering on Reservations - this in their own land that they took care off - for thousands of years.

Many of them stressed out, drunk, and whiling away their time - no hope and is utter distress. More the living condition worse than many third world countries.

All over the world the "white men" has exercised his evil designs on indigenous people. Stolen the resources - all at the point of a gun. Now, the indigenous people have awoken up - and it is - not to late. Time is running out.

Reading and studying our United States constitution - which the Founding Fathers - wrote with the many interactions with the Six Nations in mind - who practiced Democracy for thousands of year - before the "paleface" made his appearance on Turtle Island.

This land our Nation was once pristine - now, it has been turned into a cesspool.

More here in California - our redwoods trees cut, our lakes and rivers polluted. Our environment in toto tarnished by the sordid deeds of those who are "evil" to the core.

The on going drought - the raging fires are but the signs of the times. And there is more to come - because there is KARMA.

At this late date Congress wants to make amends - it is not too late - because the woes of "climate change" are upon us.

The misdeeds of those that contaminate and pollute - have clearly shown the entire world - the direction we all are heading - towards. Today, some band aid solutions are in the pipeline - but greed is foremost in the mind of those that want it all.

Three percent control 40% of the wealth of this Nation. Indirectly it is more like 85%. We have a population of about 305 million in our Nation. We can do better - and we can share the wealth - but will greed, selfish, corrupt segment of the population - that is a disgrace to the human race?

The Department of Interior has been mean to the Native Americans - stealing their Trust Funds in the billions.

Stealing their land and using the Bureau of Land Management and other entities linked to the Department of Interior - to abuse the rights of the many Native American Tribes - who are treated like second class citizens - in their own land.

The Great Spirit sees it all.

More here in San Francisco where there is lots of talk about Greening, the Carbon Footprint, and so on and so forth - but the sordid actions of the whites - continues unabated for the worse.

The many skyscrapers have contributed more to pollution and the worse contamination - increased the Carbon Footprint and comprised Quality of Life issues.

THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO HAS FAILED ALL SAN FRANCISCANS - WHEN IT COMES TO HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD AND TREASURE ISLAND - THOUSANDS EXPOSED TO HIGH LEVEL RADIOACTIVE ELEMENTS.

The United States Navy has been lying for the longest time ever - and will never, ever speak to the "truth" when it comes to the high levels of contamination on the two former Navy bases - Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - here in the Bay Area and closer to San Francisco.

Much as we see what is happening with the Veterans Administration - and the disdain shown to our soldiers and their families.The United States Navy and one Keith Forman - is now fully aware of some chronic issues - and yet will not step up and do the right thing.

Our soldiers were sent to war - on their return we expected our beloved soldiers to be treated with - love and respect. They have been treated - much as the saying goes - as Government Issue - GI. More with disdain and utter - disrespect.

Now - it is the same at our many Department of Defense bases - all over our Nation - where contamination, hot spots, all sorts of nefarious experiments and contamination - are shoved under the rug. Those exposed suffer and if this information and the facts are brought before the United States Navy - they issue is simply ignored and pushed - under the rug.

When those in power on the Department of Defense (DoD) - the many contaminated bases speak - it is as if the devil speaks.

Make no bones about it - these devils who deal with war and ammunition that kill - have NO conscience. The worst of them all - is the United States Navy. Some one higher up and with some one with a  conscience  must have to right the wrong.

We have been knowing for the longest time that Treasure Island is a man made island that is sinking. More that it is contaminated - with high level radioactive elements, other hot spots.

The United States Navy has used the "jettison" and ordered the most contaminated chemicals and radioactive elements - to be dumped and buried - ordered U.S. Navy to do so - and ordered them to do so.

The City and County of San Francisco since the early 2000 - has know about the contaminants and the hot spots all over Treasure Island. It is know about the high levels of radioactive elements - in high levels - if anyone is in close proximity - lives in closer proximity - innocent people are adversely impact. Yet there are housing brokers - property managers - who are willing to make money at the expense of the innocent, the poor, those that need housing - and this is - WRONG.

Mercy Housing, the John Stewart Company have acted as proxies housing people and raking in millions - putting thousands of human beings in harms way. This is a crime crying to heaven for justice - and our City and County of San Francisco  - looks the other way.

Others like Lennar Urban and our City and County of San Francisco have put our our San Francisco Police Department - in harms way - put the SWAT team in harms way, the SFPD Laboratory and all those that visited the laboratory and worked there in harms way, other activities with others agencies - all were put in harms way.

All this in very close proximity with Parcel E2 - one of the most contaminated parcel on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Other parcels close by - all very contaminated - where no human beings should have been - being all exposed to high levels of radioactive elements - and other very toxic chemicals.

Millions of tons of dirt from a hill at Potrero Hill were scooped up and much of Treasure Island was created - for the World Trade Fair in the early 1900s. Treasure Island is man made - sinking three or four inches - every single year.

The land is prone to liquefaction and flooding. If there is a Tsunami - this man made island will face the full brunt of a Tsunami and for that matter - a very powerful earthquake. Where is the moral compass - of the City and County of San Francisco. The moral compass of the SF Planning Department. The City Administrator and the Mayor of San Francisco. Why are these folks so nonchalant about an issue - that is begging the question?

Of course the ordinary woman and man would not know much about the many factors on Treasure Island that can bring about harm - adversely impact - thousands.

This is because such matters are unknown to the layperson and  - mostly well known  by the history buffs.

There is more - when it comes to radioactive elements found in high levels - and innocent human beings exposed. Innocent children daily are exposed to the high levels of radioactive elements - and the City and County of San Francisco - keep on denying.

The City and County of San Francisco with a $8 Billion budget - has not hired a Toxicologist - so that we can have the facts - the empirical data reviewed - what a crying shame - and I have to point this to Barbara Gracia and those idiots who run our City - wake up and do not make a fool of yourselves.

During the many wars that our Nation has fought - some decisions made - cry to heaven for justice - the dropping of Atomic bombs and being the first on our Earth to do so. Karma.

These minions who killed millions by harming innocent people during World War II - the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki - and in recent years - in Iraq and Afghanistan - these devils - minions of destruction and murder - are just that. Karma.

Similarly with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - millions of tons from neighboring two hills were demolished and complete with the dirt - the remains of the Ohlone - were taken to create - the present Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is prone to liquefaction and flooding of the worst kind. It is contaminated - you would think some "standard" clean up would be in order. Proposition "P" in the year 2000 - mandated just that - the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard be cleaned to "residential standards".

Fourteen years later - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is worse - added Asbestos Structure - and the added contamination from the activities of AAA Shipyard - that dumped the worst type of contaminants all over the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The same with Candlestick Stadium - parts of the Bayview Hill removed with the remains of the Ohlone - and Candlestick Stadium was built - and people played at that stadium - desecrating it - each and every time, they played - not knowing better. Why? 

These people are NOT educated on issues. Dumb to the core - pandering to the politicians one worse than the other.

For decades both Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard were connected to the hip - the older document would state clearly state that - Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard Annex.

The National Defense Laboratory a ten story building with three stories underground still stands at Hunters Point where all sorts of high level radioactive elements were used in sordid - experiments. Tunnels with rail that could move the chemicals and other material all highly classified - it is there to see - but no one knows about them - simply because the very dumb - cannot see beyond their noses.

The world must know that depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard as part of the World War II - activities.

Both Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are contaminated - hot spots found everywhere.

The recent reports where thousands of tons - of Class One dirt was shipped out of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard without proper manifests and clearance - should NOT come as a surprise to anyone. 

I have been saying that for the longest time.

Guess what Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Jose Cisneros, Carmen Chu, Bevan Dufty, Sophie Maxwell, Willie L. Brown Jr.

Aurelious Walker, Doris Vincent, Lola Whittle, Vernonica Hunnicutt, Calvin Jones, Dwayne Jones, Linda Richardson, Tiffany Bohee - others too many to mention - all favor development - where human beings will be adversely affected - they have before - both at Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Lennar Urban is spearheading development both on Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - with two San Francisco Board of Supervisors - Jane Kim from District 6 and Malia Cohen from District 10 - at the helm of affairs - filling their campaign coffers - and NOT representing the constituents of San Francisco.

Both these sordid women - Jane Kim and Malia Cohen have BLOOD on their hands.

Lennar Urban will never ever succeed.

 I have said this many times - " no good ever will take place at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard".

The Chinese who are now investing at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard with the enticing EB-5 Visas - this SCAM will topple down and fall flat on its face.

Much like any gambling game - no one should gamble with people lives. No one should with intent allow innocent people to live on contaminated land - no way. There is KARMA and KARMA will get your butt - one way or the other.

Both Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and Treasure Island a man made Island - that  is contaminated and sinking - is not fit for human habitation.

Yerba Buena once know as Goat Island is clean but not Treasurer Island - you must visit the places to see the difference - and Lennar Urban and Kofi Bonner - will fail - we can say so much - now it is left to you. Cut your losses and get out of California - more the Bay Area.

Lennar Urban failed Vellejo - why are we dealing with such crooks, thug, monsters - that build homes on toxic ground. We must put the Chinese in harm way - suffice to say that we have put our own people in harms way.

The San Francisco Chinese Consulate must may some serious inquires and the Chinese Government must stop all the scam with the EB-5 investment on Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Human beings must not  live at both these places.

The City and County of San Francisco - will be fully responsible for all liabilities - and this will happen soon - with hundreds of court cases - saturating our courts. As it is our California Courts are back logged - dysfunction - and so say that is justice and fair play - is a JOKE. Our judicial system is a circus - the clowns and buffoons the politicians.

Paradoxically our children have been exposed to radioactive contaminants at Treasure Island.

People in power - minions of the devil -  some diabolical entities - using our children as ploys. No one should harm our children and more our seniors - if you do that with intent - you will burn in hell - the living hell on earth.

 Such nefarious machinations and shenanigans have been known before to divide the people. The mostly Black ignorant sell outs who are bribed - have played an important role - in selling their community.

Some will do anything to make money.

Again San Francisco Recreation and Park - our San Francisco Board of Supervisors and our Mayors who were suppose to take San Franciscans to a better place - have failed.

We have empirical data - thousands of documents - sitting at our Main Library and gathering dust. The pity is that our dumb Representative at all levels have NOT done their home work.
None of them fully understand the consequences - and none of them have read for example the Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report - and there are more - I have thousands of documents in all formats - in my private library - from 1974 to 2014. 

The dumb, inept, spineless Representative such as Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, others too many to name - want " developer money" to fill their campaign coffers.

In the interim innocent human beings are exposed to cancer, respiratory chronic diseases, tumors - and other diseases all related to exposure of high radio active elements - both on Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. 

In the past companies like International Technogies, Tetra Tech, others like Shaw and many more - have failed at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Treasure Island, and the other Bay Area bases - taking short cuts - and failed. This companies were paid millions by the United States Navy - our tax payers money - and failed. Wasted millions of our money - as much as a billion dollars - directly and indirectly - all these many years.

San Francisco with intent put our San Francisco Police Department in harms way - as many as twenty five SFPD have come down with cancer - working in close proximity to Parcel E2.
What has our City and  County to say about this. Bunch of idiots - dumb ass idiots - who want to represent but have no clue about what they are suppose to do and more represent.

I have been the only one to speak about the toxic exposure - connected to our San Francisco Police Department.

I did this at the SF Police Commissions and at the SF Board of Supervisors. More written about it - mentioning it in my articles and this one too - here I go again. What is wrong with our City and County of San Francisco?

Our City Attorney, our District Attorney, our Controller, our Director of Health, the other so called authorities like our City Administrator and our Mayor - we the constituents should not be educating them on such pertinent and critical matters.

We do - we go the extra mile - only for these so called representatives to make their bed with the devil. Shame of them.

The above have BLOOD on their hands - and they must remember that if they do not want to represent - they must get out of the way.

The many so called Environmental Foundations - have failed San Francisco.

We have serious, very serious concerns affecting all LIFE in San Francisco - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point - where 30,000 units are planned.

Where FAKE - Environmental Impact Reports and Studies are fast tracked. No one can fool all the people - all the time. Shame on the San Francisco Planning Department, the Land Use, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - for rubber stamping - the deliberation - that have now come to adversely impact - thousands of innocent people.

Who knows about the Precautionary Principle - and why is it not used?

Some one must go to JAIL - make no bones about it.

TRILLIONS WASTED ON BOMBS, OTHER WEAPONS THAT KILL AND DESTROY - AND NOW WE MUST DEAL WITH THE KARMA OF IT ALL.

Our Nation has with "intent" spent trillions of dollars to enter wars against sovereign nations - without sound justification - like the Weapons of Mass Destruction - that Iraq was hiding - but we never laid our eyes of them. We did find Saddam Hussein hiding in a manhole.

We have failed miserably in Afghanistan and more in Iraq.

In Iraq people do not have clean drinking water - and many do not have steady electricity.

The Quality of Life is not stable - and where there is some stability - those that walk the streets or congregate in the market place and at the places of worship - have no guarantee that they will not be victims of - bombs and explosions - victims maimed for life - and many die for reason at all. 

This nation has failed to be accountable and evaluate the trillions we will have to spend on our Veterans - for decades.

Veterans who have lost their limbs - and those that suffer daily excruciating pain. Many take pain killers - just so that they may live - and no one can go on like this - but they do.

This nation has failed the families and loved ones and now we hear - from the daily reports - how our Veterans Hospitals - faked schedules and participated in the deaths of our Veterans.

Failing to offer our Veterans the services they needed - vital operations and other medications - that could have kept our Veterans alive - but, many of them are no more.

The very Veterans that we pay "lip service" - but have stabbed them in the back. The skeletons are out of the closet - and now many Veteran Hospitals and the top Managers - are marking their time - soon they will be called upon - and told to leave their jobs in disgrace.

Even our President was slow to comprehend the insult, the harm, the immense suffering experienced by our Veterans all over our Nation.

All the facts I have have mentioned above - I have written about, before.

Our President - Barack Hussein Obama - should have initiated an investigation and evaluation on a "war footing" - and as I mentioned before - sanitized the situation at hand.

We still have upper management - who received bonuses - who are still on the job - at the many Veterans Hospitals.

No one has sent a personal written apology to the Veterans families. To those families that experience a death of a Veteran - just because some one thought - that was not necessary. This is completely - uncalled for.

Recently some Representatives from Congress and the Senate - have band together - to ask for the resignation of the top official at the Veterans Administration - who though being a General - failed the Veterans. Today, he is making excuses.

Today or tomorrow after all these months he will be asked to step down - and he better step down. And it is critical that the others who were part of the plot  - to disrespect our Veterans - willingly step down.

If they do not - they should lose all their benefits.

Believe me it is easy to send our soldiers - women and men to war.

But very few of our Congresspersons and Senators truly comprehend the immense pressure and stress - put on the families, especially children.

Friends and supporters - witnessing pain and trauma that the Veterans and their families have to go through - is traumatizing - and for us that love the Veterans - heart breaking.

It took our Nation years to admit about Agent Orange in the Vietnam  War.

It also took our Nation years years to admit the harm done to our soldiers when they took part in Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

The same for those beloved soldiers who were sent to Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Main Media failed the constituents of the United States of America.

The Main Media is not to be trusted.

The few documentaries and the few written documents - with empirical data - about the war our nation took part in recent years - are not available easily to the pubic at large.

If you read them - it will send chills down your pine.

Our Representatives in Congress and those in the Senate have been very slow.

In this case the White House has failed miserably and this one fact linked to our Veterans will come to haunt those culprits - the managers in our Veterans Hospitals who failed our beloved Veterans.
