From the Hetch Hetchy Vally to Crystal Springs - from Crystal Springs to University Mound and other Reservoirs in San Francisco - clean drinking water is delivered to San Francisco - and most do not get our water - every single drop is stolen the indigenous.
San Franciscans have had it good - when it comes to clean, pristine, drinking water - but not for long.
Soon after the 1906 Earthquake - plans were afoot by the authorities and powerbrokers to bring water to San Francisco - to address the lack of clean drinking water - the recent fire that destroyed most of San Francisco.
The politicians use every wicked trick in the hat - to confuse, lie, and hoodwink the National Park Service - the Forest Department, the Bureau of Land Management - the Raker Act of 1913 was passed by powerful politicians - and the rest is history.
Few know about the Raker Act and less that hydroelectricity was key in bring income to fill the coffers - of SF City Hall - it is interesting how Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&e) - completed the electrical grid - the City and County brought the high-power line and stopped 30 miles - South of San Francisco.
PG&E completed the high-power line - brought electricity to San Francisco - and the rich investors made money for over a hundred years - until the recent fires in Napa and the surrounding areas.
The history of California - is full of thieves, thugs, the worst type of folks - stealing, raping, shooting and killing, robbing land - and more.
They took it all from the California indigenous - just because they could. Whites had no qualms of conscience - committing crimes and do it today - most White Collar Crimes.
To make the situation worse, these crooks lie, lie, and lie and rewrite history.
The true history of California is never told nor taught in the many schools and colleges. Few have read the history - and very few historians have taken the time - to research and speak Truth to Power.

The paradox is in San Francisco - many Blacks have chosen to commit crimes - adversely impacting - thousands. One of them is Harlan Kelly.
Most Black came from the South - places like Texas and Louisiana - worked hard - built schools and churches - many bought their own homes - and by far were not know for corruption and crime as are today Blacks in San Francisco.

Now, those Blacks who worked with Harlan Kelly have chosen to shun Harlan Kelly.
Blacks in San Francisco- are fully aware of the " crab mentality " - and even as the world knows what is happening - we have Sophie Maxwell, Dwayne Jones, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Derrick Smith, Malia Cohen, London Breed - defy decency and think they can hoodwink us in broad daylight.
To this day - the indigenous are being played.
The indigenous people who have lived here for over 20,000 - all Carbon dates - artifacts and human remains.
Immigrants here came to make a good living - and few associate and work with the indigenous - who are true keepers and protectors - of Mothers Earth.
Before that, many Blacks - more those who were slaves - were always helped by the indigenous tribes - the runaway slaves - took refuge with the indigenous tribes - but that gratitude is rarely recognized by the many loud mouth politicians - the kind of Malia Cohen, London Breed, Harlan, and Naomi Kelly, and others who are the scum of the Earth.
In San Francisco, with about 840,000 population - and a budget of $13.7 Billion - thousands of San Franciscans are homeless.
The Mayor London Breed is Black, the President of the Board of Supervisors is Black, the SF Police Chief is Black, the former City Administrator was Black - all of them corrupt - and more Blacks - lackeys - now all being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Can you imagine it cost $70,000 per year - to live in a tent - in a program embraced by the Mayor of San Francisco - providing three meals - the tents located on a parking lot - with some pit stops and maybe a shower place - one or two - all for a huge sum of $70,000 per year.
Many homeless are forced to crash anywhere they can - under some bushes, under the bridges - at the doorstep of the many homes used to the homeless.
Many homeless live on the streets - surrounded by filth - and in makeshift tents.
The homeless - are San Franciscans who have fallen on bad times.
The SF Board of Supervisors (SFBOS) - give a damn about those who need help most.
Offices should be set up in each district - to help those who need help fill the many forms - the convoluted language - the idiots want to know too much - how much you make, what you owe, and so on so forth.
All the time, the SF Board of Supervisors - receives money - $50,000 and more from certain sources - we know this is happening and monitoring the situation at hand.
The situation for those that need help is made worse by the Novel COVID-19 pandemic. - many live in tents - with no water to wash, no electricity, no amenities that we all take for granted.
The corrupt politicians who run San Francisco - will not own the problem - the homeless situation - some 12,000 plus living in dire straits - therein lies - a serious problem - someone has Blood on their hands. Make no bones about it.
Governors of California send out edits to kill the Native Americans - up until 1927. The California Governor's office would pay a measly $5 for a scalp.
The atrocities - committed by those in power against the indigenous people of Calfornia cries to heaven - some apology has been made by the current Governor Gavin Newsom - but that does nothing much - holistic restitution is the answer.

In San Francisco, we have over 1100 miles of clean drinking water - over 60% over 90 years old. There is money to upgrade the clean drinking water pipes - and the project should have been completed - two years ago. Today - we have no clue.
We know that millions of clean water leech into the Watershed - maintenance has been prolonged - and deferred maintenance is not the way to go.
Harlan Kelly - the former General Manager - indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - now waiting adjudication - and for sure will be jailed for his many criminal activities.
Harlan Kelly, who is now indicted for many criminal offenses - was fired as the General Manager - Harlan with intent - harmed thousands - and must pay the price for his stupidity.
Today - in 2021 - we are called to reflect - how nonchalant we have been and continue to be.
After - all these years - now that we have vaccinations - have wasted thousands of doses - deprived the world and more those poor and who have to be uplifted - treating them with disdain.

Juliet Ellis stepped down - after spilling the beans - sending Harlan Kelly to his doom.
Tracy Zhou has jumped ship, Masood Ordhikani is keeping low - Carlin, the Deputy General Manage, opting for early retirement.
Hundreds of other gadflies - working for the SF Public Utilities Commission have left - others are sweating one of them, Dwayne Jones.
