THE SF POLICE COMMISSION IS A JOKE - THE CHAIR MALIA COHEN - BRASH - WHY DO WE ALLOW SOMEONE - WHO IS ALL OVER THE PLACE - AIRHEAD - ANOINTED ON THE POLICE COMMISSION?

It does not help San Francisco to have a Black Mayor - London Breed, the SF Police Department headed by William Scott, the SF Police Commission chaired by the brash and inept airhead - Malia Cohen - the President of the SF Board of Supervisors - President, Shamann Walton. 

Again and again, the SF Police Commission - is making a mockery - conducting its meetings - like some SITCOM.

90% of the deliberations can be carried offline.

The SF Police Commission meetings - the virtual meetings are drab, boring, and do not address quality of life issues. We, taxpayers, are fed up with too much talk and less action.

5 years ago, the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS), an entity the Department of Justice outsourced - came to San Francisco to address the many killings and shootings.

Chronologically speaking, the SF Police Commission - has no clue - over 2 million have been spent on consultants - $400,000 each year for the last 5 years.

When COPS first came, and advocates found out - what they were all about - studied their history - we stressed to them to bring back relevant changes - within one year if not sooner.

The SF Police Commission has failed to comprehend the 272 recommendations - created a mountain out of a molehill - gone in so many directions - hoodwinking and pull the wool over our eyes - in broad daylight. Wake up San Franciscans and boot these scumbags - from doing further damage.  

Mrs. Gwen Woods holding the sign of her son - we fought for her - and she was compensated after year - $400,000 - we fought for others - we were fighting in the trenches and never saw a single Black sellout who now sit on the SF Police Commission support us - less Malia Cohen, DionJay Brookter or Paul Henderson. 

We protested outside 850 Bryant for years - to make sure - San Franciscans knew what was happening to our City - never, ever saw Malia Cohen or London Breed join us - pathetic sellouts - who are in for the money - and know for their abject corruption.

Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - came to San Francisco and started interviewing people - and before you knew it, we who advocated found out - that we were not part of the equation - even though COPS was aware of our work.

We stressed the parents and family of the victims shot and killed by the SF Police Department - be treated with decency - time and time again, the opposite happened - many of us disgusted and frustrated at the behavior of some - rogue police officers.

We made sure that COPS were invited to our meeting. 

Our meetings were held at the SEIU meeting hall - 350 Rhode Island - Potrero Hill.  COPS realized we were a force to be reckoned with and were made it clear this was San Francisco, and we have a history of taking crooks to the task. 

COPS created a huge document with 272 recommendations - linked to the many disparities and other issues they deemed necessary to create their huge document.

COPS were known for doing say too much and doing less - good actions.

It was customary for COPS to visit many States all over the United States  - create huge documents - most of it fluff -  the documents they created sitting on the shelves - because that model simply does not work. 

Most of the recommendations are vague, fluff, and what is really need is a BluePrint - with timelines and goals - for improvement - in this case, the SF Police Department.

These documents cost money - thousands of dollars - all taxpayers' money - the Department of Justice - did not take the entity COPS to the task - and as everyone knows today - they do not exist - they were shut down - by the previous administration.

The SF Police Department has a long history - not adhering to standards.

The SF Police Department -   has a long and tarnished record among Police Departments nationwide - coming under the " consent decree " - an entity or ombudsman supervising the operations and behavior of the SF Police Department - for years on end. 

DionJay Brookter is not from San Francisco - from Fresno - who has no clue - about the history of San Francisco - when it comes to Quality of Life Issues in the Bayview Hunters Point. As the Director of Young Community Developers (YCD), he has failed to create career jobs, is connected to corrupt individuals, one of them Dwayne Jones - he is not fit to be on the SF Police Commission.

We have serious issues to deal with homelessness in San Francisco, with thousands dying from an overdose.

Others -  living on the streets - surrounded by filth - shaming our City and County of San Francisco. 

Many of the homeless are a danger to themselves - and to innocent people. 

The tourists who are assaulted never, ever return to San Francisco.

This fantasy that 10 million tourists will visit San Francisco this year - is some joke - not with the City so dirty and the raging Delta Variant showing its ugly head.

We live in a digital world - yet our SF Police Department has a Smithsonian way of processing incident reports. 

It is difficult to use their present system to query, and there are more -  issues to the subject - revealing them  - will cast a dark shadow on the SF Police Department.

The SF Police Commission - has not once addressed the COVID-19 pandemic in a meaningful way.

It is paramount that the SF Police Department comprehend - that science plays an important role - in understanding the Novel COVID-19 pandemic. Failure to do so - will bring many adverse impacts - some dealing with death - more the raging - Delta Variant.

It is time the SF Police Department hires sound Psychologists and Psychiatrists - so that those sitting on the SF Police Commission - are cleared - meaning tested and found capable before any of them are anointed or appointed.

Judging from the SF Police Commission deliberations - most of those talking - at the many drab virtual meetings - from both sides of their mouth - who is fooling whom? 

Malia Cohen keeps inviting guests to waste our time - taxpayers' time and money.

Time and time again, Malia Cohen is brash - insulting those who during Public Comment - are given two measly meetings - and must be allowed to express themselves. She interrupts - who the f*** does think she is.  Malia Cohen - is a control freak. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely the majority of the 850,000 who live in San Francisco. 

On a normal day pre-pandemic, that population increased to one and a half million. Not so now - as weeks go by - we see - more cars and I guess more people - if all goes well. 

Over 90,000 people have left San Francisco - never to return again.

There are over 40,000 homes in San Francisco - vacant.

90,000 housing units - many condominiums - that use to go for $5000 to $10,000 a month - and there is more.

Plans are afoot to build 30,000 units - on land prone to liquefaction and flooding - more near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where Depleted Uranium was tested - mostly Black crooks pushing to build these units - no one gives a damn - about Quality of Life Issues - impacting infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged. 

The skyline of San Francisco has drastically changed - we continue to waste clean, treated drinking water - from the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - using the water to flush our toilets.

Our MUNI has failed San Franciscans - received millions from the Federal Government - many MUNI lines eliminated during the pandemic have not returned - adversely impacting thousands. MUNI has million in its reserves as much as $600 million - yet - continues to have disdain - for the ridership - our Mayor London Breed fast asleep at the cockpit.

The Delta Variant must be stopped in its track - we cannot take a high risk - and allow the Delta Variant - neutralize the good work done by us who worked hard to get thousands to get fully vaccinated. Only those who are fully vaccinated - have had their two doses and completed two full weeks - after their final vaccination. One for  Pfizer, as the case may be. 

Finally - we all understand our children must be vaccinated - those under 12 years are not. STOP this nonsense of having camps - and putting our children in harm's way. 

We have a Mayor, London Breed, who thinks that people will listen to her if she just shouts and talks.  She continues to bark up the wrong tree - each and every time. 

While most of us stayed at home, we remember the time - she was partying at the French Restaurant.

These SF politicians uneducated - lacking etiquette - are a disgrace to the human race.

Recently after years of waste - the SF Board of Supervisors - found out that each year - that last five years - each year $2 billion were doled out taxpayers money.

SF City Departments - doling out grants - with no accountability.

This year our budget is capped at $13.7 billion. There have been many talks - that the budget will fulfill its obligations - serve all - the people do not believe a word. 

Politicians in large measure are LIARS.
