the COVID-19 virus - drastic changes - linked to testing -
agreements with Private entities - will speed up progress -
to provide " testing kits " and also vaccines in a trial stage.

Our Nation has declared the War Act -  last enacted in the 1950s.

The ball game has changed drastically - for the better.

The wannabes who have been barking up the wrong tree - can now fade away -  incompetent leaders - some of them amoral - we know who they are - one worse than the other.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) the Corps of Engineers - the thousands of career Federal workers who handle Medicare, Medical, the Corps of Health Professionals - all will come to fore - to serve our Nation as best they can.

Now at last - we have the right tools - the right expertise to do the right thing - quickly. Make no bones - this is like night and day.

We have now over 300,000 Federal Health professionals - more aided with our Reserves all trained - we can tackle this and more.

I know this because I played a key role - during Desert Shield - Desert Storm - we did it then and we can do it now.

The Feds can deliver - they have standard operating procedures - not so much - the laymen and women - who try to say something - but cannot deliver anything much - with standards. This is about life and death - not about pussyfooting around.

This playing field is total different from the layperson the likes of Mayor London Breed, Drs Grant Colfax, Tomas Aragon, other pathetic idiots - the kind of Mary Ellen Carroll - inept, weak in the knees, failing to understand the objective at hand.

Call the SF Mayor at : 415.554.6164 there is no live person to answer the phone. The message basically says everyone is told to " shelter in place " - they can shelter in place - while there is NO mechanism to address - emergencies.

The pompousness and audacity of these government idiots - who think no end of themselves - we pay their salaries - and they do us NO service - most of them a pain in the ass.

Our SFGOV.TV has some problems - the viewers who watch our leaders spew diatribe cannot be heard on the TV - SFGOV.TV has difficulty - more problems with the sound - the broadcast are NOT - audible.

Call the City Administrator's Office : 415.554.4851 no live person there at the City Administrator's Office - hear the message - everyone kicking the can down the street.

We pay these folks $400,000 a year - and the service is pathetic.

The man at SFTV.ORG told me the problem was at Sutro Towers the tall towers by Twin Peaks - for those that have NO clue - what is happening - the Sutro Tower broadcasting - is failing SFGOV.TV

Now we have an emergency situation - and we want to hear our politicians that we cannot trust - and Sutro Towers - seem not be working - the wave bands failing to transmit a strong signal or something of that sort.

Time we have a dedicated wave band - when we have an emergency - we need to have the necessary tools working. 

 This is San Francisco - we are supposed to be abiding the call 
 " shelter in place ".

 Now when we want to hear what is happening and turn to SFGOV.TV - the audio is not audible - so much so you cannot hear a word. 

This has been an on going situation - for the last 5 days.

I bet you the Mayor London Breed has NO clue what is happening.

 So does the City Administrator Naomi Kelly - so does anyone who say they have a say linked to Emergency Services - too much talk and NO walk. Fix the problem - now.

Some one call Sutro Towers and tell them to get their act together - now. Pathetic.

So far all of them have been hoodwinking us in broad daylight.

Our Governor Gavin Newsom - is much of the same - when he was Mayor - he was missing in action.

We remember the oil spill under the Golden Gate Bridge - and the man was in Hawaii and left no one with experience to handle the situation at hand. The Coast Guard came to our rescue - and I can say more - but will not.

All the money Governor Jerry Brown saved - Gavin Newsom will spend.

Gavin Newsom will then start begging - he will adversely impact our economy - the 5th largest economy in the world.

Nothing - much has changed - Gavin Newsom has NO experience handling a pandemic - any large Emergency.

All this time Gavin Newsom talks a lot - we all have been bluffed in broad daylight.

Now that FEMA, the Corps of Engineers, the many other Federal Agencies linked to Health  - will quickly use real time - data and the latest agreements with Roche Pharma and other companies - to bring the required number of test kits - to bear and control the situation at hand.

Here in San Francisco - the center of the digital world - we do not have a website where we can get the data - in real time.

All our leaders do is spew hot air and diatribe. 

We are fed up with morons - who are not fit to lead - have NO family values - talking about taking a dog for a walk - when our Elders and Seniors are suffering and have NOT been tested on a War Footing.

For the majority of San Francisco - we want to save our family values - Father, Mother, children, the extended families - forget about those who are selfish and put their focus on the dog.

Up until now we did not have the test kits - the paradox is although our population is in only 840,000 in SanFrancisco  - we cannot test the most vulnerable our Elders.

Those in authority must be charged " dereliction of duty " - charged I said - for too long have we had amoral folks - tell us what to do - when they have no standards, less ethics, forget about morals - they are amoral.

We must do the best for those who have sacrifice a lot - and many at now working - even though they have symptoms of the sordid COVID-19 virus. Think about that - before tell us what to do. 

More - our frontline health workers - the Doctors, Nurses, the Janitors - all those essential Health Workers who lack masks, respirators, the required ventilators - all we hear as usual are - general statements. Hot air.

We need viable and sustainable solutions.

For that we need the data - and we can get the data from other sources.

The  idiots leading the show - this guy Dr Grant Colfax - to date has not spoken a word about our capacity to handle 500 patients - we do not have the necessary beds, we do not have the respirators, we for sure do not have the ventilators - go figure.

Initially we received testing kits - that could not work in San Francisco.

 We do not have swabs - we had testing kits that were defective - we have Roche Pharma - that made the testing kits - paradoxically in our own back yard - but we do not have the vision to think outside the box.

No one is giving us the facts - all they do is kick the can - down the street.

This notion " shelter in place " is used mostly when we talk about nuclear war - a place that has no windows - so that you can ward off a worse case scenario.

Now the world is talking about San Francisco - for all the wrong reasons. This comes when idiots - say OK - let us put our a statement " total shelter in place " - while encouraging people to walk their dogs, do what they want to do - hundreds exercising in close proximity - and all this and more - is utter nonsense.

Each one of us must follow the common sense solutions that have worked.

Even though the War Footing Act has been stated - none of the Acts have been invoked - and why this is so - we do not know.

All these words " shelter in place " other term like " lockdown" - are just words - even though these edicts are declared - there is not " clout "  to enforce these silly sayings of a kind.

In China and South Korea - these two Nations - attained their goals with " testing " with " testing kits " that work.

They also used a multiple of things - to encourage people to stay at home - while they people were helped. 

 One could email what they needed - and one person from a home - could go and pick up - the groceries.

China just declared - not a single person tested positive today in China - only if for another 14 days they find no positive cases linked to COVID-19 virus - then only they lift all the sanctions - now in place.

Those that needed food in China - the food was delivered - all that and more - including medicines were delivered at home.

In the United States we will go the route of Italy - hundreds will die - and when this happen - many will take the necessary precaution they should have taken weeks ago - there is freedom and there is license - abuse of freedom is license.

Here is San Francisco - we are being ordered around - while the orders are flouted in public.

These idiots - thought that we were going to listen to them - when we know our Doctors, our Nurses, other vital Health Workers in San Francisco - are put in harms way.

Our corrupt SF City officials - are corrupt - the most corrupt you can find on Earth. 

Flattening the Curve - 
hopefully we can attend to as many positive patients -
without being inundated with very large number -
in the next two weeks the more we tests -
the more " positives " we will get - 
then come the moment of Truth -
our capacity to deal with reality.

Here in San Francisco - " Community Spread " is rampant - and this will be seen as we test the " positive patients "  and realize - that so many have been - moving around - and passing our the COVID-19 virus - without knowing - the harm they are doing.

The government SFGOV.TV cannot be heard for the last 4 days - I have tried to contact the SFGOV.TV - you have to turn the volume on your TV and you still cannot hear.

Now if this is one of the tools for communication and you cannot hear - and cannot do anything about it - it has been 4 days - what does this and more say about the leadership in San Francisco?
