IN SAN FRANCISCO THERE IS NO BLUE PRINT - TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ELDERS - MANY LEFT TO THEMSELVES - MISSING MEALS - AND NO PLAN IN PLACE - TO CHECK HOW THE ELDERS ARE FARING.

In two weeks - we will see a drastic peak of this COVID-19 virus in San Francisco.

The  most vulnerable are our Elders. 

While some mention - has been made - our Elders are adversely impacted - many have NOT had their meals delivered.

There  is more to this fact - that cries to heaven for justice.

For all the talk there has been NO walk. Please deliver meals to all our Elders - daily and on time.

One glaring signal that has been observed linked to the sordid COVID-19 virus - red rings round one's eyes - now, this has been noticed in many of our Elders - and they have not been tested. 

I said our Elders and others - have NOT been tested.

Today March 26, 2020 - we have no clue - how many San Franciscans more Elders - have been tested.

We  have no clear data - how many San Franciscans and those within our jurisdiction have been tested. 

The SFGOV.org website gives some number of 223 declared positive - and two deaths.

We have a population of 840,000 in San Francisco - that increases to a greater number - during the day.

Be it that right now - we see fewer people on the streets of San Francisco - yet we witness there has been - a lack of monitoring - " social distancing ".

It is critical during a three week period - to slow the COVIV-19 virus - from peaking - stay at home - and help us all - sending too many patients to the hospital and creating - pandemonium.

Here is what the City and County says - and truly wants us to believe - in general given our population of 840,000 not sufficient to make a difference - " community spread " is on the increase :

We now know more about this COVID-19 virus - which mimics the SARS virus - once a person get it - there is NO clear understanding - that - it will be the last time one gets it. 

Even if you develop antibodies - the COVID-19 virus much like the SARS virus - props up again and again - kind of lingers in one's system. Such are the design of the virus of these times - some of us who have been monitoring such diseases - know about it - and now at last many say - we must be vigilant and take care of our health.

It is critical that we take care of our Elders - more in their Golden Years - this one singular factor - has not been addressed and must on a War Footing.

Some sort of long term Elder Care is a must - and our City and County must step up -use the Stimulus Money - to create some base-line care - linked to long term Elder Care - now.

There is NO " needs assessment " made on the Elders in San Francisco and this must be made on a War Footing. 

We cannot do this right - if the Elders are NOT tested. So far the testing done - is minimal - and as long as it it minimal - what these idiots spew - is hog wash.

The Commission on Aging and other so call non-profits who leach on the Elders - receiving huge grants - have not said anything much - linked to the Elders.

The minimal half ass - information and the public statements put out by the San Francisco Health Department - does not address our Elders in toto - this is pathetic to say the least.

There is no one member on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - who has concrete knowledge and more proven experience - when it comes to addressing a large Emergency situation.

I personally have - never seen them before at any site or when the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake took place.

One needs tons of information - you need to be educated on issues  - logistics and a through education when it come to Emergency Services - more when it comes to the pandemic.

Much as is given in the specialized training by the military - to listen to these idiots talk from both sides of their mouth is a JOKE - no wonder - no one worth the salt - respect our SF Board of Supervisor - more those that run their mouth - for hours on end.

Stop shooting arrows in the air - and think you can hoodwink us all tax payers - in broad daylight.

This mentality and dog and pony show - more Mickey Mouse team who have moved to the Moscone West Center - Drs Grant Colfax, Tomas Aragon, and Mary Ellen Carroll - so called Director of the Management Services.

None - of them have concrete experience to handle a pandemic - nor have they address the base-line requirement hospital beds, ventilators, gowns, respirators, masks, swabs - the morale of our Doctors, Nurses, Medical staff - other staff all over worked and traumatized.

 Has no clout - to enforce and less to serve the most vulnerable - our Elders come to mind - but there are others - those with compromised health - AIDS victims, our physically and mentally challenged.

These idiots who meet at the podium and speak from both sides of their mouth - have NO idea what they are dealing with - let us see them live and present - in three weeks -  before that in two weeks.

 

The Novell COVID-19 virus is playing hell with our Economy - which will impact our City and County of San Francisco's - economy - for a long time.

More - than did the spiraling of the economy in 2008 which took two years to get back on track - the current situation will take 5 years.

We do have a $12 Billion plus Budget - but this Novell COVID-19 virus will play hell - with our economy.  Sufficient said.

On the horizon we already see Kaiser - declare it will NO longer build a brand new state of art Kaiser Hospital in Oakland.

We learned recently about Concord - reject the Lennar Urban proposal - to build brand new homes - worth $5 Billion.

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer - who fell on its face in the year 2008 and will now be totally decimated. Lennar with intent - adversely impacted our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health - in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

All  those who took money from Lennar Urban and you know who you are - have BLOOD on your hands.

Some - who are on the SF Board of Supervisors - have taken money from Lennar the rogue developer - one of them Shamann Walton - who cannot be trusted.

The SF 1550 Evan Project has come to a halt - the Pier 70 Project will stumble and fall on its face. 

The many sordid designs - linked to Candlestick Point - down the drain - into the cesspool created by 5 Points Holding LLC aka Lennar Urban. 

There were plans for a shopping mall - the entire ares is prone to liquefaction and severe flooding - next to a Superfund Site.

It is the same with all the so called affordable housing in Visitation Valley - none of that will happen.

No - Developer can deal with the present situation - this COVID-19 virus - has brought about a serious moment to reflect and ponder.

Those  crooks who were wheeling and dealing - are now realizing they have been caught with their pants down and their hand in the cookie jar.

On large areas prone to Liquefaction and

More - with the Mayor London Breed, the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the many other head of Departments charged - their heads removed - fired.

The Department of Public Works - the Department of Building Inspection -  others are running away - they can run but they cannot hide.

It is a shame we do not have on single leader in San Francisco who can made a " through needs assessment ".

All we hear are generalities - do this and do that - what the f*** are you doing SF Board of Supervisors - right now too many people are hurting.

The Mayor, the other so called heads of departments - we pay your salaries - and as far as I know - we are a Republic and are a democracy - stop ordering us around - without fair notice and valid information - how many people have been tested in San Francisco - we have a population of  840,000.

You may not know this - politicians in San Francisco are salivating and waiting - for the Federal Government - the just passed Stimulus Money - that they spoke against against in the past  - now, they are looking forward - to foster the own private nefarious activities.

The money is for the workers - the money is for those who most need it - and the SF Controller - Ben Rosenfield and others who have a conscience better do they job.

We are fed up with the Sunshine Task Force it is impotent.

The SF Ethics Commission kicks the can down the street.

The SF Controller - must now step up - and charge those that are caught with their hand in the cookie jar - get rid of the  " chaff " - we are fed up.

We can go to court - we have the empirical data - and the City will have to fork up millions - we have pro bono lawyers - ready on the mend to deliver.

We  are fed up the the saturation of blatant corruption in San Francisco - more in Room 200 at SF City Hall.
