OUR THOUGHTS AND OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH JESSICA NICOLE ALVA , HER SIX CHILDREN, HER PARENTS, HER BROTHERS AND SISTERS - HER LOVED ONES.

Born January 19, 1984 -
she left us to join the ancestors on the other side -
April 6, 2019 -
she will be missed but never, ever forgotten. Aho.

When one is a true advocate - when one is a stellar and astute warrior.

When one's heart is in the right place - when you are educated on issues - a graduate from the University of San Francisco.

Very well - known in the circles that count - we knew Jessica Nicole Alva - and her untimely death came to us - as a great shock.

Jessica Nicole Alva was so full of life - a good soul - and a person that all those that came in contact with her - loved.

Jessica Nicole Alva -
and her six children -
she passed away - victim of Domestic Violence -
The month of April is set aside to address
Domestic Violence - this death happened in San Francisco -
what is the SF District Attorney George Gascon, the
SF Chief of Police - William Scott going to do
about his case - crying to heaven for justice.

A mother - she bore six children - Brianna 17,  Cindia 12, Sarah 11, London 9, Alana 7, Anthony 6. She leaves behind her father Joseph and her mother Cindy.

Jessica's - Brother Joe and Anthony - Sisters Trina, Sarah, and Marlena. May the Great Spirit bring you all peace of mind and bless you with good health.

Countless friends and supporters - when they heard the news - did not know who to turn too - the little we heard - said nothing much.

As as I said we are in utter shock.

Then learning - that some one close could have committed  such a heinous crime - choking the life out of her - and yet be her husband - defies all norms, decency - but most importantly respect for a Mother of Six children.

Jessica Nicole Alva was of  "One Mind" -  belong to that category of human beings those that will never judge others -  alway working on giving them a second chance.

And - then another, and then yet another - until finally - the very one she spent too much time to change - took her away from this Earth.  What a loss of life - we are all in deep shock - I made every attempt to write - and could not - then convinced myself - I had to do it for her and those like her that spend so much time - helping others.

Warrior women most of them
from the Pit-River
stood in solidarity - and vowed never to fall
victim to domestic violence. Many women told their
personal stories - as those who have empathy cried openly -
this crime happened in San Francisco -
what are we going to do about it ?

I have been very busy - and just as I was embarking on some important task - I found this message - about a gathering at 850 Bryant Street.

Women leading this event and supporters - protesting the increase in " domestic violence " - even as the culprit was warned and had not changed his sordid ways. He was on the run - but latest report say he is in the cage.

April is a month set aside to focus on " Domestic Violence ".
April 6, 2019 is when Jessica Nicole Alva went to the other side - and as we know - she is in a better place - in peace with the ancestors.

In San Francisco for all the talk by the Mayor London Breed and the SF Board of Supervisors - there has been NO press release - no announcement worth the salt - NO woman should suffer as a result of Domestic Violence.

Where is the Chief of Police William Scott of this case?
Where is the Mayor on this case linked to Jessica Nicole Alva?
I will be at SF City Hall - April 16, 2019 and address the above mentioned situation at hand.

Not One More Sister
Missing Murdered Indigenous Women
Respect For Mother Earth.

Such crimes come from an innate hatred for oneself.

More - lack of respect, poor upbringing - lack of anger management, and most importantly lack of  comprehension - humility and failure to have empathy and compassion.

No one must take Motherhood for granted - more disrespect a Mother of six children.

This one fact - is what shocked me - I knew Jessica Alva as an advocate - never, ever knew she mothered six lovely children.

My sincere condolences to her father Joseph and mother Cindy.

Her brothers Joe and Anthony.

Her sisters Trina, Sarah, and Marlena.

On Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 12 noon - many will gather on the main steps of SF City Hall to express their sentiments.

At 2 pm many will attend the SF Board of Supervisors' meeting in Room 250.

I will be there - and we will speak Truth to Power.

Women from all walks of life - will gather - united and question - what is San Francisco really doing ?

More - to safeguard women and  curb " domestic violence " - ZERO Tolerance.

Justice 4 Jessica

Jessica being herself -
always sharing and loving

Here in San Francisco - more and more we are experiencing all sorts of crime - shootings and killings.

Domestic Violence is on the increase - and our Mayor and SF Board of Supervisors fast asleep at the cockpit.

This is a clarion call to our SF District Attorney George Gascon - our SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera - others who can do better - to provide succor to our women - more indigenous women - who are suffering - and often have to keep quiet more if they have NO documentation and concrete support.

Our Law Enforcement must make it clear to all - that we are a Sanctuary City - and all women are protected.

In this case Jessica a Native American fell prey to someone who pretended to love her - and took advantage of her.

There were songs sung by the women -
encouraging others to join them in song -
drum beating to soothe the soul -
and lift the spirit and all this was good -
we will miss you Jessica even as you leave a legacy -
they say - one's name should not to be uttered -
even as she travels - for one a month or so -
much before we can utter the name - I thought of it -
and here is my explanation - she will forgive me .....

Indigenous Women Raise Your Voices
demand justice
stand united and speak your mind

defying common sense and all decency.
