First it was held for our Elders and rightly so - the administration of the vaccines.
The present administration with Biden as the head - had brought help to millions.
We now have the ability to vaccinate millions - and we also have millions of vaccines.
What we lack is the logistics - it does not help when the vaccines are stuck on the highway.
The hazardous weather stalled movement - the inclement weather - forced many to halt the administration of vaccines.
We waiting for better weather and put our best foot forward.
Even the challenge and the right resources - Americans - will deliver - as we have again and again.
Life is precious - we remember the demon in the White House - and the Republicans - who will not vote for the people - but pretend they are fiscally conscious - which they are not.
We also know who attacked Capital Hill - Sacred Space - caused millions of dollars damage - we know those who support the KKK.
Another key fact that few know about - we still with all our technology - do not have a software where the links can be distributed - in a meaningful and time manner.
We must have the ability so that each individual can input their data - and send it to a location - for quick registration.
What is critical - each individual should be give sufficient time - to ponder, make up their mind, and take the vaccine - without any stress.
Again and again the links are sent at the eleventh hour - making registration difficult.
In frustration many come to the site - reveal there difficulties.
Many are accepted as walk-in but many are sent back - with a promise of some help that many times does not come.
This has been happening for over a year - the poor outreach, the poor timely distribution of the vaccine and so on.
We are lucky that thousands of trained doctors, nurses, other experts well versed with statistics, logistics, distribution and quality administration of the vaccines - they are called " vaccinators " doing God's work.
They all come under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). We are forever grateful to FEMA - without that stellar support - we all would be in dire straits.
In San Francisco attempts are being made to distribute and administer vaccines - and again when one receives the links at the last moment - it is difficult to convince someone to take the vaccine the very next day.
Nor is it easy to convince someone to set a day to take the vaccine without any guarantee.
Once registered the confirmation arrives on your cell phone - it give one assurance - the detail, relevant and pertinent information - assures one - to get the vaccine - brings much joy and peace of mind.
I have witnessed that again and again - when everything is done well - things put in place - the ones being administered the vaccine - look forward to the next second vaccine.
Kudos to the Essential Workers - our doctors, nurses, other involved in data input and logistics - each has a role to play - the long hours are tiring - but worth it all - we save lives - we do God's work.
What Mayor London Breed does well is talk too much. She has failed San Francisco - with less testing, even less sequencing, and absolutely no sound logistics - in the distribution and administration of vaccines in San Francisco.
We have thousands of Essential Workers who need vaccines - many have died and no one is paying attention to this fact in San Francisco.
I bet you Mayor London Breed - jumped the line and took her vaccine.
Much like in the middle of the pandemic - she gave herself a " pay raise " - she makes $400,000 plus a year - and does a LOUSY - job.
The City and County is laying off thousands of SF City Workers - and could easily have hired them to address the situation at hand.
For starters we do not have a Digital Platform - to create the links - distribute them - on time ahead of any appointment.
Receiving the link one day before the vaccine is delivered is uncalled for.
Walk-in with long line - more in clement weather is primitive - those in charge - think they are doing us the tax payers a favor - but they are not.
No one is checking on the entities or organizations - if they are fully utilizing the links.
Check on these same entities - why are they sitting on the links - and you have - the many so called Liaisons - who do not know what the hell they are doing.
No one has put some quality effort when it comes to Outreach - some are getting money for outreach - the print materials - but little outreach is done in person - more - the hot-spots - that are left out of every equation.
We have thousands of " savvy tech experts " - who want to help - they want to volunteer - but again and again - the contracts are given to " shoddy contractors ".
Volunteers in the know can be paid - but, this is not done - here in San Francisco.
We have many mentors - who come - congregate talk for hours - do nothing - while the Essential Workers are working hard. This nonsense must STOP - less congregating and talking - at the sites.
Also STOP doing other extra-curricula activities - like Employment Opportunities. The locations should fully concentrate on administrating the vaccines - and related issues to keep the environment - stress free.
How - many times does San Francisco have to change the contractors dealing with the software and hardware linked to the distribution and administration of vaccines?
More - so that crooked politicians - blame others - after taking a cut.
Those doling the contracts - do not focus on the details - accountability, transparency, standards.
The tax payers suffering - the tax payers pay the taxes - while the Mayor, London Breed and others are busy pussyfooting around.
This nonchalant attitude must STOP - now.
I got so many complaints - that I took upon myself to see what is happening - all sorts of consortiums are formed - and each one has the responsibility to deliver - vaccines and cannot.
For goodness sake - people are dying - and what is the end result - Dr Grant Colfax and Mayor London Breed - wasting time talking - while thousands are dying.
Never once have they mentioned - it has been over a year now - and we cannot deliver the " LINKS" to distribute to the individuals - a week before - to register one, confirm the appointment - and make good things - happen.
These vermin prefer to talk about everything under the sun - except that which matters. Decent, astute, stellar San Franciscans are fed up - with this nonsense. And too we will revolt - and you will face the " ire of the people " - as you have never, ever - seen before.
