The KKK once held their ceremonies at SF City Hall - which should surprise no one - under the Rotunda - complete with the banners that say more than needs to be said - nothing much has changed.
San Francisco is a Racist City and has been for decades. Some may talk to you nice - and one may be disarmed by such mannerism - turn your back - and you may be in for a surprise.
At these blatant ceremonies - not a single person - was found - and if they were - it would be - death.
Look at the galleries - they are packed - and hatred for people of color - was rampant - all over San Francisco. Few remember these days - some thirty years ago - we did have a few who could recount the above scene and photograph - one by one they have passed - away.
Racism in San Francisco is alive - and for all the talk - people of color - have NOT been given opportunities - when it comes to career job.
The few BLACKS who got opportunities - were put in there to do the bidding of Whites - it may be difficult to understand this - but just look at the downfall of Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, Juliet Ellis, others too many to list - all doing the bidding of Whites - corrupt to the core.
Primes raking in millions - with corrupt folks liked Dwayne Jones and others - facilitating crimes of the highest order.
Corrupt folks liked Juliet Ellis, Naomi Kelly, Harlan Kelly - were put in place - to do the bidding - of those who pull strings - and get what they want AECOM, WEBCOR, other primes that are shown in the above mentioned diagram.

It is a shame under the auspices of Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones - over $300 million has been spent - all Community Benefits.
By comparison the so called fake Racial Equity Division that comes under Sheryl Evan Davis from the Human Right Commission - has cheated other SF City Departments - amassing $21 million - to help mostly Blacks in San Francisco.
With the $300 million each one who lives in the Bayview Hunters Point could have received a check of $20,000 with money to spare.
Yet these scumbags I have mentioned above with another individual DionJay Brookter and other sell outs I have mentioned before - have destroyed the community - using Community Benefits money - in access of $300 million - for their own personal gain.
Most of us advocates never ever saw Dwayne Jones, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter - all scumbags - fight with us in the trenches - we see them today - having free access to our Community Benefit that we fought for - to address Quality of Life issues.
The demographics of San Francisco has changed - it is simply wrong to focus on a segment of the population that has more than 52% incarcerated in our San Francisco jails.
The same segment of the population are involved in home break-ins, car break-ins, shooting and killings, assaults, rapes, all sorts of crimes - yet we focus on one segment of the population - that has had opportunities as most other communities - but has chosen always to make easy money.
In this pandemic we could have used the Community Benefit for education, health, safety, creating digital platforms that work - to help our families in Bayview Hunters Point and more.
The time has come for reckoning and this will happen within one month. Watch out you scumbags - your time has come. Shame on you scumbags - working against the community at large - with intent - doing more harm than good.
Wake up San Francisco and follow Title VI.
San Francisco - you will be adjudicated and you will learn your lesson - soon. Aho.
