The recently created Office of Racial Equity (ORE) has been created to address - Racial Equity that this City and County of San Francisco - has NOT address before - and it will be very difficult to address it - in the midst of the Pandemic.
We once not long ago that a program named Communities of Opportunity - over 4 million dollars were set aside - in much the same manner - and in charge of the program Dwayne Jones - the Mayor at that time - was Gavin Newsom.
The money was not spent on the community - on a Women's Conference held downtown - other events - and when an audit was done - the culprit behind the ploys and schemes was Dwayne Jones.

we are NOT about to be fooled again.
Sheryl Evans Davis and Shakirah Simley two Black women who are tasked to run the Office of Racial Equity - do not have a vetted Blue Print - and just throwing arrows in the air - will not do.
To understand the systemic problem - there are two documents - zeroing in on the Blacks of San Francisco - that must be studied - I said studied - not read in a nonchalant manner.
The first document was created by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission - and the name of the document - THE UNFINISHED AGENDA.
The document is short document - focused on the issues at hand - and to the point.
A copy of this document should be available at the Human Rights Commission - Sheryl Evan Davis may have NOT read it - and reading it will open her eyes and hopefully her heart.
Just to make it easy for those who will NOT bother to take the extra step and remain " ignorant " - while talking from both sides of their mouth - here is the Unfinished Agenda - reveal the underlying discriminatory practices - from 1960 to 1992 :
The second document is the OUTMIGRATION DOCUMENT - paid for by the erstwhile SF Redevelopment Agency - now known as the Office of Community Infrastructure and Investment (OCCI).
The OCCI which is a utter failure - should be distributing the Outmigration Document - the OCII has failed San Franciscans - more so during this pandemic. A simple audit will reveal the many nefarious activities - and the Commission - talking in circles - patting each other's - behind.
While the second document does not go into detail portraying the plight of Blacks in San Francisco - it does do some justice - as a document.
We must remember - we do not Blacks in San Francisco - who could have done a lot - but have not.
Blacks could have done a lot when Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr was Mayor of San Francisco. They missed the boat, the bus, the train, and the plane.

In 1996 when Mayor Willie L Brown Jr was elected as the Mayor of San Francisco - and he chose to hire 2000 yes two thousands - so called Administrative Assistants - placing those in need to do his dirty work in the future - in the many Department - in the City and County of San Francisco.
Among those he helped who help him today London Breed, Naomi Kelly, Malia Cohen - other too many to name - but you get the picture.

The Unfinished Agenda :
It was the same with others like Gavin Newsom who was on the Taxi Commission - went on to become Mayor. He followed Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.
Ed Mah Lee - as the Director Human Rights Commission, then head of Contracting, head of DPW - City Administrator - and finally Mayor of San Francisco. He followed Mayor Gavin Newsom.
When Mayor Edwin Edwin Mah Lee - passed away prematurely - he was followed y Mayor London Breed - each of the Mayors I mentioned - all have deep relationships with Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.
Each Mayor serving 2 terms - four years each - with the exception of Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - who term fell two years short.
Mayor Edwin Mah Lee's term completed by Mayor London Breed - who is our current Mayor.

has a very difficult job -
she is surrounded by folks who have NO vision -
a pandemic mandates visionaries - who can assess
the situation at hand - and make the right and pertinent
decision - but what is more - viable and sustainable.
We are in a pandemic - a pandemic - demands that a City and County of San Francisco - with a budget of over $12.8 billion - put in place - a Pandemic Plan - that works.
So far everything is moving at a snail pace - this cannot be tolerate - when we say we are a First Class city - but have very poor leadership.
Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.
" The Stay at Home " - mandates in early February were adhered to by decent San Franciscans - many educated - who have proved again and again - to do right.
We have seen this with water conservation, recycling, exercising, nutrition, education, and a host of other factors that contribute to Quality of Life issues.
In San Francisco we have a population of about 850,000 - and over 30,000 homeless folks - who need help.

The worst segment of our population are Blacks - and some of us have been on the frontlines doing our best - and have never, ever seen those now pushing for the Office of Racial Equity - in the trenches.
Unfortunately we have not seen these folks who have titles of Directors - when there been hundreds of killings and shootings - more Black on Black - which is raging now - more with this pandemic.
The two documents - " The Unfinished Agenda " - was created to allow the Blacks to ponder - how their ancestors came from the South and made it for themselves.
The children in the 1980s and 1990s - took huge loans - sub-primes loans - without permission from their parents in many cases - could not pay the loans - and the homes were taken over by the Greed Banks.
The document " The Outmigration " speaks of Blacks as if they are birds - flying from one place to another - thinking that if opportunities are created - at this late date - by osmosis - those who left for far off places - would return. Keep on dreaming.
The recent paradox has been GREED exhibited by those Blacks who were tied to other Blacks - one worse than the other some lingering in jail - Keith Jackson, Derf Butler, others I will not name - but have two - so that others know what their plight is in the offing.
Harlan Kelly could have decent Blacks but those not to - Naomi could have but did not - Juliets Ellis could have but ruined the careers of many a Black. Dwayne Jones - is a scum bag and all those who are were and are on his pay roll - will be brought to book.
The Blacks that I have mentioned above think they can use tax payers money - for mundane uses - and most being selfish to the core for their personal benefit.
The Tabernacle Group - the many Poverty Pimp Pastors, those of the Board of Young Community Developers, those who have formed Non-Profits - at one time for a noble purpose - in the past decade for nefarious uses - they will have to be brought to book - and repent for there sordid sins.

I have been following Sheryl Evans Davis for a long time - as I have Shanell Williams, Majeid Crawford, Daniel Landry, and a host of other older sisters and brothers - for over 35 years and more.
The Equal Opportunity Committee formed in the Bayview Hunters Point - led by the BVHP Coordinating Council - led the way to protest Car Dealers, MEL Drive-ins, other establishments - leading to progress.
When they Human Rights Commission was formed - the inherited a lot from the Equal Rights Committee - backed by the BVHP Coordinating Council established at 4909 Third Street.
Our Elders did a lot - and there a few left - today but they are confused. The astute and stalwart Blacks - women and men - do not have the energy to protest - less to understand the process.
We have the Black Leadership Council of San Francisco - the Bayview Hunters Point Coordinating Council, the Environmental Justice Advocacy, the Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation and more - fighting the good fight - all registered at 5021 Third Street.
The pandemic has stopped us in the tracks - venturing out in the open - going to SF City Hall and speaking out - looking the SF Board of Supervisors, the crooked Mayor London Breed in the eye.
Under the guise of the Novel Covid-19 pandemic - the many long - drab virtual meetings - crooks - have been wheeling and dealing - but not for long.
Our Blacks infants, our Black children, our Black youth and young adults - our Black Elders - those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged need help.
We cannot do this in a vacuum nor can we dictate and leave our LatinX who are the most impacted and dying.
The Asians more - those living in congregate living slowly dying,.
The Blacks who have not been given opportunities - need wrap around services - promised a lot and deceived most of the time.
Others - White, indigenous people that need help - and left to fend for themselves.
Today there is another dark cloud - inundating SF City Hall - corruption - subpoenas have been served to Harlan Kelly the Manager of SF Public Utilities Commission.
Juliet Ellis - Chief Strategist -
has been reduced to a little roach on the run -
time will tell - Truth will prevail.
Juliet Ellis the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs / Chief Strategist - a subpoena has been served her - she is now - away some where in Chicago.
Juliet Ellis will be answering many questions and she will be charged. Juliet Ellis has ruined the careers of many a decent person.
Anyway you look at it - the majority of those who have been charged and served subpoenas are Black - and that is a concern in this pandemic - standards, ethics, following protocol - corruption of the worst order - ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.
There is a God - and those who have their heart in the right place - know better. This pussyfooting around must STOP - now.
