followed by Edwin Mah Lee, Mark Farrell -
and now the worst of them all - London Breed.
We are here today - facing a new decade 2020.
In the year 2019 we were shocked to learn - without any proper noticing and more lack of meaningful community meetings - drastic changes were planned and implemented.
What is happening to our City and County of San Francisco ?
The answer is simple San Francisco has LOST its soul.
The drastic changes on San Bruno Avenue - focusing and adversely impacting - parking, removal of garbage cans, dumping of hazmat and other material - construction and home materials - on our streets - more on San Bruno Avenue - from Silver Avenue all the way to Ward Street and beyond.
We complained for two full years and nothing happens - so we did what we could - and for doing good - we are treated like chattel. If that is what those who can do something think is right - let me tell you all - it is wrong.
Do not test the patience of the people - more those that can remove your asses and sent you all packing. Make NO bones about the power of the people.
The District Supervisor when notified after local advocates did their best - the District 9 Supervisor - was fast asleep at the cockpit.
She smiles, she talks a lot - but has failed to walk the walk - when it comes to District 9 in San Francisco.
It is the same with District 10 - the Supervisor in the pocket of Lennar and steeped in " dark money ". It is just a matter of time - before light is shed where there is abject darkness.
How can it be possible that the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) decides to remove 46% of the parking on San Bruno Avenue?
How it is possible that the majority of garbage cans lining San Bruno Avenue - were removed without proper noticing and more a public hearing?
How is it that parking meters - were removed - and then after we found out " we the people" - were able to restore some of the parking on one block - out of 6 parking meters - 3 were ultimately, restored ?
In the past 5 years we have had an increase of crime - the break- in of cars parked on our streets in District 9 and District 10 - has reached a chronic situation - with the San Francisco Police Department - trying their best - but admitting they can do only so much.

The SF Police Department is called - we have had instances - where the person who broke in the car - is found in the car.
The police come - take an incident report - the culprit is not arrested - given a stern warning.
The incident report - looks at this crime - as a nuisance crime - one of hundreds written - daily.
According to the SF Police Department - not worth an arrest - the penal code explained to us - as something that is very low priority.
We were told and encouraged to fight the incidents - in court.
Only fools go to court - people who have too much time to waste and money to spend.
Our Judicial system - is a mess - for those who want to know something - worth the salt.
It is the same with the garbage cans over filled with stinking fish remains, and other such rubbish - the foul smell - attracting vermin, flies, and other animals such as raccoons - and no one wants to do anything about the situation at hand.
They plan outreach and other such ploys after the fact - not before all hell breaks loose.
Some think when we say something - we do not do our homework - the paradox is that the facts are there - below their noses.
Those that must know something pertinent and critical - have no time to do their home work. They are busy pandering to lawyers - ever heard of a lawyer who has the best interests of the client - accept to accept money and ask for more money.
Those in charge and those who misuse our taxes - taxes that we pay - also, exorbitant fees - license fees, business taxes, all sorts of permit fees and get SHIT in return - from the City and County of San Francisco.
The SF Treasurer's Office - the Assessors Office, the SF City Attorney's Office, the Controller's Office, the Mayor's Office - all the City Department heads - have become comfortable - paying off the politicians - and hoodwinking the public at large in broad daylight. Fuck that.
The time has come to take them to task and do what is required to rid the vermin - scum bags of the worst order.
Last year over 250 commodes were dumped in and around the area from Silliman Street to Wayland - In District 9 - the Portola District.
The commodes were collected and removed by entities other than the Department of Public works or Recology.
Not to mention construction material, residential material - other hazmat material - in your face - littering on San Bruno Avenue.
For all the talk about contacting the authorities to be - the response time is long - sometimes no one comes - forcing us to use our contacts - to keep our neighborhood clean.
Maintain some hygiene that keeps the health of our infants, children, youth, young adult, Elders, those with compromised health, more the mentally and physically challenge - free from harms way, safety and has been noted - their health.
We do not want diseases like SARS to create a pandemic - suffice to say we are dealing with the OPIOID pandemic in San Francisco.
Abject stinking filth - is not what is truly reflective of our City and County of San Francisco - for some strange reason those in charge - feel that can ignore what they must address. Foremost Mayor London Breed - who constantly is seen - barking up the wrong tree.
The City and County of San Francisco has LOST its soul - and Corporations come into our community - make money in our community - and have FAILED - to address Quality of Life Issues.
Some of them sole source contract in the millions - yet cannot support advocates who do a good job - and shed light where there is abject darkness - in some cases Corporations - who have been involved in corruption - exposed - and pretend they are guilty of NO - crime.
Our so called District 10 representatives starting from Doris Ward, then Sophie Maxwell, then Malia Cohen and now Shamann Walton - cannot do anything, much - they are not trained leaders - they are panderers.
Each has tarnished their name - dealing with " dark money " - busy shopping at Macy's - when they are suppose to work - taking junkets and in the pockets - of Big Developers. The facts are there to see - and these individuals - have NO shame - what so ever.
The last three have taken millions from Lennar to do Lennar's bidding and have failed the constituent of District 9 and District 10.
In other words Zip Code 94124 the Bayview area, 94134 the Portola District , 94107 which is mostly Dog Patch - for those that know little about what is happening when it comes to addressing Quality of Life issues - can remain there like zombies or do something - positive.
The Walgreens at the Evan's Shopping Center - on Third Street has been closed.
The main reason for closing the Walgreens on Evan's and Third - shop lifting.
The Walgreens at Felton and San Bruno Avenue - in District 9 has been attacked by a deluge of " shoplifting" thugs - mostly from District 10 - migrating to District 9 - and this and more has not been addressed - by those who are fast asleep at the cockpit - foremost the District 9 Supervisors - who grins and has no clue what is happening - in there district.
Of course the Walgreens on San Bruno is hurting - and guess what - the Management - cannot deal with the chronic shoplifting.
If Walgreens goes - guess who suffers most - our Seniors who have no one place - where they can get their medications - and also do some light shopping at the same time.
Right now some of them have difficulty parking - as the days go by - our Senior our Elders - more and more are adversely - impact. Who cares?
Not the outsiders who come into our community - and talk from both sides of their dirty, mouth. The only care to get their check - laughing all the way to the bank.
When these rogue SF City Agencies fail to do their duty - deprive the citizens who pay their taxes - deprive the the citizens and tax payers from getting parking, force them to smell the stench of house refuse.
Make our street unsafe - with increased congestion, fail to address an increase in respiratory diseases - guess what - there is no one to address Quality of Life issues - to hell those that pay taxes might as well suffer - what is that they can do - when we are protected by the crooks and the very corrupt..
While Corporations in San Francisco - over 5000 small business - make their abode in District 9 and 10 - the Produce Market, the Postal Main Office, Recycling Centers, the many large stores selling carpet, floor product, window, doors, you name it and more.
Furniture, , Electrical and Mechanical, Metal Sheet and Welding, a large facility facility at 400 Paul Avenue catering to one of a kind Internet Services, the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant and more.
Car Repair, LOWES, Fast Food entities, Umpteen Chinese Restaurants, Hair Beauty Saloons, Dry Cleaning Facilities,
Foods Co, Construction Companies, Printing Companies, Sees Candy, Marble and statutory companies, and more - there has been no concerted effort to do outreach - and address Quality of Life issues.
There has been a tendency to build Senior Housing on land that is contaminated. 30,000 housing units at Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - one a Superfund Site and the other is very close proximity to the Superfund Site.
Our Mayors starting with Willie L. Brown, Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, Mark Farrell, and now London Breed - have not had a Blue Print - to address Quality of Life issues.
What all of them had and have in mind - make money while the sun shines.
They all talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.
I am fed up trying to educate evil people - all they seek to do - is make money - at the expense of those they charge for services - but fail to deliver. Do the very minimum, cheat the City and the State - and pay lawyers to rescue them - from their evil ways, when they are caught - with their hand in the cookie jar.
Knowing me - I have the empirical data - I have the documentation - and I can spell it out in detail - for those that want to shirk their responsibilities - more from the City and County of San Francisco and those who get on a platter - sole contracts - in the millions - our tax payer money - besides paying for services.
For decades District 9 and 10 has been the dumping ground - the authorities that be - paying little if NO attention to the residents.
How long are we going to tolerate this on going nonsense?
At Executive Park the car break-ins are on the increase.
The surrounding area is becoming a dump ground - for all sorts of rubbish from South San Francisco and god knows what.
Our Transportation in and around the Southeast Sector is very poor - besides has serious safety issues.
The Third Street Light Rail services are mostly late - it starts at 4th and King and ends in the middle of no where Visitation Valley.
This is your clarion call - there is more to come - complete with empirical data - court cases - and the utter nonsense within most of SF City Departments - the nonsense must come to an end - the utter corruption must STOP.
The Controller's Office is very slowly ratifying the situation at hand.
Our City Attorney, our District Attorney, most SF City Department heads, the Mayor's Office and those that follow the Mayor - in this case Mayor London Breed - have no empathy, less compassion.
There is only so much we the citizens and residents - can and must tolerate - those who think they can play with Fire - will fail.
