THIS PANDEMIC KEEPS EVOLVING - VARIANTS AND MORE - EVEN AS THE HURDLES KEEP SLOWING US DOWN - WE MUST HAVE HOPE - WE MUST UPLIFT - WE MUST SEE THE BLUE LIGHT OF THINGS.

 The pandemic has taken a heavy toll of our lives - and it does not make it easy to listen to politicians the likes of Mayor London Breed and her lackeys - who have NO clue about life.

Life  is for the living not the living dead.

Each of us on this Earth - can leave an imprint - an imprint so sacred.

It  takes each human being - years to throughly comprehend - pertinent and salient issues - then a day comes - when "wisdom" is achieved - after years of discerning, education, inter-action, good actions - most importantly - in humility.

From time to time -  pandemic - visit us - human beings - and we are not prepared. You cannot be prepared unless you are tuned with Mother Earth.

Some 400 years ago here our Turtle Island - the indigenous people took care of Mother Earth. Today those fine tuned to the Earth - want to do the same. Some of us are into saving this Earth - and some are not.

The paradox is that this Earth will remain here - it does not matter if we try to save it - or if the Earth reacts to the evil perpetuated - and destroys all living life. 

The Earth will be  here even as once the dinosaurs and other giants roamed the Earth - the scientists tell us - they ate greens - tons of it.

All all seemed well. Then, the skies were blackened - the sun rays were blocked - and soon lacking food - these dinosaurs - disappeared. 

My description may not be totally scientific - nor do I want it to be.

What - I want to say - is that we humans must do what is right - and if  wrong is done - then we will be responsible in the end. 

Here is San Francisco - by large measure - we take care of business.

I witnessed this in 1989 when the Earthquake struck us - and I took part in the various actions - to help the City and County of San Francisco - that did not have any Department or Office - linked to Emergency Management - as we know - today.

Truly speaking to under the present situation - we need some one with is a Commander. Emergency Management - Commander.

Not some so called Security Officer - who have NO experience what so ever - handling a large emergency situation.

Here is San Francisco it has been a year - and we still do not have a total grasp on the situation at hand.

Can the layperson do something about this? For sure we can and we do - the smart ones wear their masks and do what they can - by spread the " education " - and I have seen this first hand.

As I said early - " life is for the living not the living dead".

Recently some souls have reached out to me - to help San Francisco as best they can - and their love has astounded me to the core of my being.

Our action as a team - is to give hope to Essential workers - and so far we are doing a great job.

Sequencing is critical to dealing with the variants -

we are dealing with an evolving virus - that is smart.

There are those in our Society willing to listen and submit to taking a vaccine. Today's vaccine were not created overnight - the research has been going for well over ten years.

The rMNA technology is well know by the scientists and it is difficult to explain to the layperson - all the many aspects - how this contemporary  vaccine is created. 

A far cry from the old vaccine that used the yolk of the egg - to create the old vaccines - that saved so many lives.

I took an interest in polio or poliomyelitis and a scientist and doctor - Dr Salk. He created the flu vaccine and he created as I am stating the Polio vaccine. The Polio saved millions of lives.

I am so deep into this subject - because I was a victim of polio - paralyzed my whole left side of my body - fought Polio tooth and nail - and today - wear a brace of my left leg.

My friends are great - and their help in recruiting the right candidates -  has left all of us uplifting one another - this love spreads like wild fire. 

You vaccinate one person - that person tells 10 people - all candidates - that meet the criteria - to take a vaccine - and before you know it -  you are doing God's work. 

It truly takes team work - to make - good stuff happen. Save lives.

Wear a mask. Eat right. Exercise. Meditate - stop congregating too much - and do all those things - that common sense tells us to do.

Everyone should register at  http://www.myturn.ca.gov  - and one will be informed - the many sites - where one can get their vaccines.

Of course you have to read the criteria and the many other factors that educate oneself - and then proceed - to take the right actions - to save one life. 

They are many entities - Non-Profits, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)  - willing to share information and help.

The present administration led by President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris are doing their best to help all Americans and others who are eligible to take a vaccine.

Millions of vaccines have been administered so far - and millions are on the way - it is just a matter of time - one could schedule a time and take a vaccine - that will come in the couple of months.

In the mean time we must do everything to create an environment -  that helps taking a vaccine, wearing a mask at all time.

More - when one is in any congregate situation, eat right, exercise, do all those good things that keep us healthy - and attain what is called " herd immunity ". 

Those in power in San Francisco - have NOT done a good job.

They have NOT done a good job - because they lack the knowledge of " sound logistics " - " marketing " - " outreach that matters " and a host of others tools - available to those who are smart.

We are living in a digital world -  some entities using old computer Softwear - Cobal and Fortran in the year 2021 - and what have you.

Mostly - local and even national - Government that has lost their mind. Have not kept up with contemporary times.

We have the tools - and we can - if we have the guts - to step up and deliver.

We cannot trust the politicians - the likes of Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor London Breed - they talk too much - and in talking too much - they remind us - of those empty vessels that make too much noise.

It is time we take action to save ourselves - and we can think - outside the box and make good things happen. Aho.

it is March 18, 2021 - and no accountability and transparency.

Never - ever, trust politicians - more those - who do not value ethics, less morals, and have No standards - what so ever.

Those who brag about their platform - then, get elected and show you the finger.

Unfortunately - most of the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) belong to this category.

Under the cover of the COVOD-19 pandemic - the SFBOS are using Virtual Meetings - to make significant changes - amendments - illegally.

They do not follow the Brown Act - and have been abusing their power on many fronts - and all this and more - is nauseating.

Recently - they took 3 agenda items - agenda items 2-4 - the Budget and Finance committee - Wednesday, March 17, 2021 - doing what they do best - wheel and deal.

We know the hotel industry has suffered and that - there will not be a large revenue that goes into to the General Fund. 

How about reaching out to the Hotel Industry - and clean the streets in front of the many Hotels - dealing with drug trafficking - and caring about the hotel guests - who now - refuse to ever visit San Francisco.

How about the SF BOS taking a 50% salary cut - that will cut all the rubbish and nonsense you all utter - more, during this pandemic. 

Wagging that tongue - that has NO bone - talking mostly nonsense. 

Your talk SFBOS is boring - and as far as your representation is concerned - nonexistent.

Bayview Opera House - once owned by the Masons.

The SF Arts Commission has long been known - for its abject corruption - notice that heads have jumped ship - from the Arts Commission. 

We  still want to know about the $5.3 million that cannot be accounted for - linked to the Bayview Opera House.

The Bayview Opera House comes under the SF Arts Commission.

Once know for keeping the Black Culture alive - one of its former Directors Ruth Williams - would be shocked to see the state of affair today.

Today  the Director is a German woman - Barbara Ockel - and black sellouts - do her bidding - it is always about doling some money - stale bread crumbs.

Often seen with a large Black dog - on a leash - as if this German woman - is managing a large plantation.

The Opera House is no long a Non-Profit 501c) 3 - it comes under 12B - without any notice to the public at large - and more the citizens and constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point area.

The Board of Directors are all deep into Economic Development - they have grandiose plans. The people have been kept in the dark. One of the original culprits who initiated this - Malia Cohen. She must now account for the $3.5 million missing - the IRS knows about it.

The COVID-19 pandemic - has stalled their sordid plans - they are waiting on the stall plans - it has been over a year - having invested in some other properties, too - one the old KFC on Third Street now operated as a BBQ place - with a temporary permit - may be?.

Pre-pandemic the Bayview Opera House Board met without giving the public notice as mandated and noted in its By Laws. 

Post-pandemic that are no notices - and of course even it they have virtual meetings  - it makes no sense - crooks are careful not to speak truth to power - when they are recorded - more on video tape.

The San Francisco Unified School District comes under the State of  California - in recent years - the SFUSD has under performed - and the only way to make the operation of the Public School viable and sustainable - is to have a drastic overhaul - top to bottom.

The present Superintendent is leaving - good riddance of very bad rubbish. The man had NO leadership qualities - recently when he could not come out with a Blue Print - to address the changing situation with the SF Unified School District - he decided to jump ship.

Simultaneously - three members on the SFUSD Board - are been recalled - all this and more does not bore well for the SF Public Schools - many Principals is dire straits - many Public schools - in San Francisco - experiencing - deep, turbulence.

In the midst of this pandemonium two female SFBOS want to help the SFUSD - none of them have qualified - teaching experience and both of them have failed to address pressing issues - one in District 9 and the other District 7.

The SF Board of Supervisors - have failed to address Quality of Life issues. You never see Hillary Ronnen do anything for small businesses on San Bruno Avenue.

She cannot address the daily violence - and recently the Uber Driver who was assaulted by some women - one arrested in Las Vegas - took a Uber Car from Felton Street - in her District.

Over 25 businesses have been broken into - and the woman - Hillary Ronnen is singing the blues - worried about mundane things - failing to address Quality of Life issues - more in the Portola District where she makes her abode.

At the SF BOS meeting Ronnen talks too much - and that is the problem - empty vessels make a lot of noise.

Watching the SF BOS conduct their business you would not know that we are in a Pandemic - they politicians stink to high heaven.

The SF Board of Supervisors act as if the people of San Francisco are not suffering. Thousands are suffering from  " food security ".

Thousands have No money to pay their rent.

Toxic Stress is rampant and so is Domestic Violence and more.

One can fill application for help and all you get is a - see you the next round - and this after receiving five and six responses.

Thousands have NO job - bring issues to the door - no health insurance, cannot pay their bills - and our SF BOS are busy pussyfooting - and think they can fool all the people - all the time.

Many essential workers have received their pink slips.

We have filth tent cities all over the place - and NO one seems to care. God sees it all - these scumbags will be dealt with - by a higher power.

Time we cut the salaries of the SF BOS in half to begin with.

Most of them are just wasting our time - and wasting their time too.

A Non-Profit could run the City and County efficiently - and save the constituents and tax payers of San Francisco - the utter nonsense we hear - at the long - drawn out Virtual Meetings.

The SF BOS according to the City Charter must address the issues facing our City and County of San Francisco.

Led by a SF BOS, President who is a jail bird - they are all over the place - talking from both sides of their mouth. More, lacking ethics, standard, morals - less, a vision that is viable and sustainable. Go Figure!

Right now we have a circus - the clowns are the SF Board of Supervisors - they have failed us all - and must STOP - having the long drawn out  - " Virtual Meetings " doing more harm than good.

In recent days we have seen on Nation Television a number of incidents Asians being assaulted - and more in the Bay Area.

The SF Police Commission has been meeting with the Chair Malia Cohen - introducing subjects - mundane - talking about groups - so called gang members - and attempting to learn more about killings and violence - when she will never know how to handle this subject.

We have sets not gangs - you want to meet gangs go to Chicago - go to Compton - I say mention some more places - it does NO good to say things - to buffoons.

What action has the SF Police Commission introduced to address the violence on Asians that has been going on for over a year. The recent peaks - stem from lack of action - lack of foot patrols - and allow many Black mentally challenged - to roam our streets - when they should be offered - wrap around services - and monitored 24/7.

London Breed  lacks leadership - and has taken a pay raise - now earning $400,000 a year - and has nothing much to show - our tax payers money - thrown down a sordid black hole.

Essential workers had to visit the home of Mayor London Breed - protest and proclaim loudly that Essential Workers are mistreated, treated with disdain, pay little and made to work long - hours.

The Essential Workers now have reached " saturation point " - toxic stress, depression, paid less and made to work long hours - and more. 

London Breed and her lackeys are wasting our tax payers money - and it does not help we have a San Francisco Board of Supervisors who talk in circles - pat their behinds - and think they can fool all the people - all the time.

Harlan Kelly charged for Crimes - despicable -

he made $450,000 a year plus and yet wanted more 

he will be getting a long jail term - where he can sing the blues.

Again and again we see Blacks the likes of Derf Butler, Keith Jackson, Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, others too many to name - using Community Benefits - and all this and more under the watchful eyes of very corrupt politicians the likes of Malia Cohen, London Breed, Sheryl Evan Davis, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Dwayne Jones  - and many more.

Many of these Democrats are now salivating - waiting for Stimulus Money to spend on themselves - they never, ever learn - again and again corrupt to the core - they seek public office - not to serve - but pussyfoot and fill their campaign coffers.

In recent months much is made of Racial Equity - and when the issues is addressed it is focused on Black only. One has just to read about Title VI - it embraces all injustice and all people of color and those physically challenged, mentally challenged and more.

The paradox is that Blacks the likes of Sheryl Evan Davis and Shamann Walton do no speak for all Blacks - and less for astute and stellar people of color.

Shamann Walton - he talks a good talk - but NO - walk.

District 10 the District in San Francisco that Shamann  Walton reeks with problems - an influx of rats - inundates Visitation Valley - Shamann Walton does nothing about this problem.

Elders who need housing - are place in trailers - Recreational Vehicles - by Pier 94. Dust and fine sand flying all over the place - the homeless in District 10 has increased by 400% and the man - thinks most everything is fine.

He and his side-kick have received million from the Rogue Developer Lennar aka 5 Points Holding - and Dwayne Jones - Community Benefits - in the millions and have nothing to show.

DionJay Brookter is the Director of Young Community Developers that will be investigated - now - trying his hand - with Property Management - on Mission Bay and some drab, corrupt, so called affordable housing ploy.

DionJay is from Fresno must like Harlan Kelly is from Fresno - and birds of a feather flock together.

Some years ago -  Amare Jackson was killed - right in front of this home. 

His case manager - never ever helped him - and worked for Young Community Developers (YCD). Not once did his Case Manage help Amare Jackson.

I got him a job -  a few days before he could work at this new job - he was murdered - in front of his home - 56 bullets pumped into his body. 

I wrote about his case and this incident - with NO response from the SF Police Department - and No apology from Young Community Developers.

Young Community Developers (YCD) -  in this pandemic - is worthless - they cannot think - outside the box. They have NO leadership and absolutely no Transparency and for sure - lack ethics, morals and plain standards.

YCD get paid for so called Case Management and to this case - does a despicable job. They have BLOOD on their hands.

YCD keeps wasting millions of dollars - talking the talk but failing  failing to walk the walk.

 All of the money - taxpayers' money - how many millions do we have to see wasted - while these criminals - fleece us all.

YCD is an Equal Opportunity Crooked Entity - that preys on the community.

No one know what they do - but they receive millions - and have nothing much to show. 

I get many complaints - the shady work YCD does - and takes NO - responsibility. But, not for long.

While all this nonsense is going on - Community Benefits - that was suppose to help us all - is controlled by crooks like Dwayne Jones.

I hear that he is being investigated - but this Gate Keeper of the Bayview - must be put away - despicable to the core.

He lives in the East Bay - and comes to San Francisco very day to conduct his nefarious activities.

This COVID-19 pandemic has hit District 10 - and for all the talk - Shamann Walton has nothing to show - accept take huge bribes. 

 Shamann Walton helped create a computer hub in District 11 but has nothing to show in District 10. The Computer Hub did not last long - the pandemic visited it and shut it down.

Shamann Walton keeps denying he has taken money from Lennar  - a Rogue Developer.

In the interim District 10 has thousands who are without a job - no opportunities - suffering from food security.

The Alice Griffith Public Housing inundated with all sorts of problems.

First it was held for our Elders and rightly so - the administration of the vaccines.

The  present administration with Biden as the head - had brought help to millions. 

We now have the ability to vaccinate millions - and we also have millions of vaccines.

What we lack is the logistics - it does not help when the vaccines are stuck on the highway.

The hazardous weather stalled movement - the inclement weather - forced many to halt the administration of vaccines.

We waiting for better weather and put our best foot forward.

Even the challenge and the right resources - Americans - will deliver - as we have again and again.

Life is precious - we remember the demon in the White House - and the Republicans - who will not vote for the people - but pretend they are fiscally conscious - which they are not.

We also know who attacked Capital Hill - Sacred Space - caused millions of dollars damage - we know those who support the KKK.

Another key fact that few know about - we still with all our technology - do not have a software where the links can be distributed -  in a meaningful and time manner.

We must have the ability so that each individual can input their data - and send it to a location - for quick registration.

What is critical - each individual should be give sufficient time - to ponder, make up their mind, and take the vaccine - without any stress.

Again and again the links are sent at the eleventh hour - making registration difficult. 

In frustration many come to the site -  reveal there difficulties. 

Many are accepted as walk-in but many are sent back - with a promise of some help that many times does not come.

This has been happening for over a year - the poor outreach, the poor timely distribution of the vaccine and so on.

We are lucky that thousands of trained doctors, nurses, other experts well versed with statistics, logistics, distribution and quality administration of the vaccines - they are called " vaccinators " doing God's work.

They all come under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). We are forever grateful to FEMA - without that stellar support - we all would be in dire straits.

In San Francisco attempts are being made to distribute and administer vaccines - and again when one receives the links at the last moment - it is difficult to convince someone to take the vaccine the very next day.

Nor is it easy to convince someone to set a day to take the vaccine without any guarantee.

Once registered the confirmation arrives on your cell phone - it give one assurance -  the detail, relevant and pertinent information - assures one - to get the vaccine - brings much joy and peace of mind.

I have witnessed that again and again - when everything is done well - things put in place - the ones being administered the vaccine - look forward to the next second vaccine.

Kudos to the Essential Workers - our doctors, nurses, other involved in data input and logistics - each has a role to play - the long hours are tiring - but worth it all - we save lives - we do God's work.

What Mayor London Breed does well is talk too much. She has failed San Francisco - with less testing, even less sequencing, and absolutely no sound logistics - in the distribution and administration of vaccines in San Francisco.

We have thousands of Essential Workers who need vaccines - many have died and no one is paying attention to this fact in San Francisco.

I bet you Mayor London Breed - jumped the line and took her vaccine.

Much like in the middle of the pandemic - she gave herself a " pay raise " - she makes $400,000 plus a year - and does a LOUSY - job.

The City and County is laying off thousands of SF City Workers - and could easily have hired them to address the situation at hand.

For starters we do not have a Digital Platform - to create the links - distribute them - on time ahead of any appointment.

Receiving the link one day before the vaccine is delivered is uncalled for.

Walk-in with long line - more in clement weather is primitive - those in charge - think they are doing us the tax payers a favor - but they are not.

No one is checking on the entities or organizations - if they are fully utilizing the links.

Check on these same entities - why are they sitting on the links - and you have - the many so called Liaisons - who do not know what the hell they are doing.

No one has put some quality effort when it comes to Outreach - some are getting money for outreach - the print materials - but little outreach is done in person - more - the hot-spots - that are left out of every equation.

We have thousands of  " savvy tech experts " - who want to help - they want to volunteer - but again and again - the contracts are given to " shoddy contractors ".

Volunteers in the know can be paid - but, this is not done - here in San Francisco.

We have many mentors - who come - congregate talk for hours - do nothing - while the Essential Workers are working hard. This nonsense must STOP - less congregating and talking - at the sites.

Also STOP doing other extra-curricula activities - like Employment Opportunities. The locations should fully concentrate on administrating the vaccines - and related issues to keep the environment - stress free.

How - many times does San Francisco  have to change the contractors dealing with the software and hardware linked to the distribution and administration of vaccines?

More - so that crooked politicians - blame others - after taking a cut.

Those doling the contracts -  do not focus on the details - accountability, transparency, standards.

The tax payers suffering - the tax payers pay the taxes -  while the Mayor, London Breed and others are busy pussyfooting around. 

This nonchalant attitude must STOP - now.

I got so many complaints - that I took upon myself to see what is happening - all sorts of consortiums are formed - and each one has the responsibility to deliver - vaccines and cannot.

For  goodness sake - people are dying - and what is the end result - Dr Grant Colfax and Mayor London Breed - wasting time talking - while thousands are dying.

Never once have they mentioned - it has been over a year now - and we cannot deliver the " LINKS" to distribute to the individuals - a week before - to register one, confirm the appointment - and make good things - happen.

These vermin prefer to talk about everything under the sun - except that which matters. Decent, astute, stellar San Franciscans are fed up - with this nonsense. And too we will revolt - and you will face the " ire of the people " - as you have never, ever - seen before.

The Main Media is not doing their job.

Three out of Five Seniors - our Elders go to bed hungry? Why?

Requests the SF Morgue to give us statistics - on the poor and indigent - dead.

The Morgue replies - the law says they cannot.

California Laws prohibit - giving such information.

 If the truth comes out - people will rock the boat.

The politicians will flee and deny - they knew anything about these nefarious activities and  facts - starring them in the eye.

How many of these folks - " drug addicts" do you think have - COVID-19 virus and have died of it - compounded with - drug addiction?

For how long have we known - other States giving their drug addicts to come to San Francisco?

The other States giving money - rent money and more - and a one way bus ticket to San Francisco. 

The other States get rid of their - " drug addicts " and San Francisco - with intent compromises our Quality of Life - issues.

The dirty, stinking, tent Cites - are all over San Francisco.

Mayor London Breed does not feel ashamed about this fact.

We spend million on fake " clean up " - sites  - power-cleaning and all sorts of ploys, machinations and shenanigans.

The crooks think they are Fooling  the tax payers - these entities - close to the politicians - we are watching you folks - like a hawk. 

Millions of tax payers money - given to entities - some linked to Recology, others to the Department of PUBLIC WORKS and related departments.

The Mayor and others think - we the people do not know nothing about these deals.  Your time is coming.

The  San Francisco Health Department - and those Departments dealing with Homelessness - pouring millions - as much as $400 million a year - pouring this money - down a dark hole.

Already  new Departments and entities are being created - to waste money on entities that have done nothing - what so ever - one of them the Department of Racial Equity.

Another the Human Rights Commission - lacking sound leadership and accountability - favoring life-style appointments.

Permanent position were frozen a long time ago - not in San Francisco - those in charge talk the talk - but fail to walk the walk.

Creating another Department - in the middle of the pandemic - to dole money to some Non-Profits - the take the money and do nothing at all.

Non-Profits that have done good work and are honest - are kept out.
