where all the skeletons - lie. Time will tell.
As with any corruption - one has to be educated on pertinent issues. More to those issues - that impact the lives of millions - from the days of slavery and the ploys and machinations - of contemporary slavery - with sellouts - doing more harm - House Negros.
One - has to have empirical data - one has to follow the important events, have empathy and compassion. Do this and more - and keep one mind on the prize - those sordid individual who have lost their soul - and will do anything for money.
Before I forget - follow the money. Oh yes! Follow the money.
History repeats itself - and what we see today happening in the Southeast Sector - stems from past, endorsed corruption of the worst order.
It has reached - saturation point.
No one wants to listen to the Truth - not those who have sold their soul to the devil. You may not believe it - " evil " - thrives in San Francisco - the land of the Ohlone.
Much before the White men landed on this land - Shamann forecast what would happen - these prophecies - tell tale signs - are found every where.
The ignorant know little about Shell Mounds - but therein lies more that archeologist can behold - and philosophers and theologians - can reveal - they say stuff and talk about middens.
The SF Redevelopment Agency - played havoc with San Franciscans.
Mostly - people of color - in the Western Addition - aka the Fillmore.
This was taken right at SF City Hall -
under the Rotunda - Circa 1940 -
KKK are alive and kicking in San Francisco -
more in areas - where the fire raged and
brought many to their senses - thieves who
robbed the land - scalped and fetched a measly $5 and more.
Giving a dam to human dignity.
The Japanese, the Blacks - others - who were trapped - in the dragnet - of the White mens' paranoia - that caused havoc - that lasts to this - very, day.
In suburbia - Novato, Redding, Sonoma, Butte - the KKK is alive and kicking - licking their chops - the raging fire - Mother Nature doing her thing - sending some strange vibes to those that think they are invincible.
In the City and County of San Francisco - all sorts of ploys, machinations, shenanigans - the SF Redevelopment agency - using blight and other fabrications - to remove people of color - and change the world order. Blatant discrimination.
Decent people were given short notice - by the SF Redevelopment Agency - told to give up their homes - many Victorian homes - offered little or nothing - as compensation.
Innocent people - more people of color - threatened - told the consequences of not cooperating - would suffer severe consequences.
More - much like " thugs do " - scum of the Earth - thousands - were removed from their homes - in the Western Addition - and left on their own to survive.
Middle class Blacks - had no recourse but live in the Tenderloin - and soon fell prey to alcohol, heroin, and the rest is history.
The disparity between the rich and poor -
has been compared to Rwanda -
a third world nation - in Central Africa.
It does not trouble this City and County of San Francisco - nor the many Black sell outs - receiving dole - to do what they are told to do.
Innocent Black women, men, girls, boys have paid a very heavy price - and this City and County of San Francisco - does not want to address restitution.
Section 8 certificates and other certificates were not addressed - decades later some attempt is made - but most of it is - hog wash.
Some of us have seen the trauma, the slow death - once Middle Class - cast into the pits of despair - their morale abused.
Innocent human beings - reduced to the plight - of those who have little but some faint HOPE - at the end of the tunnel.
Each new morning - these innocent people - mostly poor - in the Tenderloin and other places - find themselves in deeper - harms way - numbing their senses.
Then one day they close their eyes and die - and wish the on coming death - their time has come.
Before that - the trauma, trials and tribulations - etched in their DNA - that pass by their eyes - one final time - they say farewell - gave up their spirit - and pass on - to the other side.
Many who live in the hell they live in - start the day - with a hit - the next day same - and before you know - the senses take you - no where.
The plight of those put in a pit of no return.
Treated - like the scum of the earth.
There is a God and we know who will be judged for these crimes against humanity.
God sees it all - we must acknowledge this history.
More - as we have people living today - know - what I am talking about - but cannot bring themselves together.
They love the bribes they get, they hog and make a mockery of life.
They look at fellow Blacks steeped in poverty with disdain.
They take junkets at tax payers expense - enjoy shopping sprees - all paid by the tax payers - making salaries over $300,000 a year plus - with absolutely NO representation.
No one cares to learn the history - more - to know the true history - of those who preceded them - laid some holistic path way - with NO - gratitude.
The crooks of today - create a fantasy and think that by bluffing and hoodwinking - they can succeed, some. Most of them will land in jail.
Today's - politician - is of NO value to anyone - decent.
Floating here, there, everywhere - hoodwinking and cheating - is their modus operandi.
These evil folks must be brought to book.
The empirical data and many nefarious actions have already bee recorded and audited. Time will tell.
Women such as Mrs. Ruth Williams - Mrs. West Brook - others
spoke Truth to Power -
and paid a heavy price - they left a legacy -
there is more to this story - who will listen.
Some of the victims - impacted by the SF Redevelopment Agency - who had relatives moved to Oakland.
Others - chose Public Housing in the Bayview Hunters Point - others stayed with relatives - for as long as they could.
Most lived in Single Residency Occupancy Hotel -living in studios - sharing one toilet and a common kitchen. Despicable environment - that is found to this day.
Shame on this City and County of San Francisco - all talk and no walk.
Today - no one seems to pay attention - to those very traumatic and prophetic - times. As I said many suffer to this day - just because they are given NO opportunities and happen to be poor.
It is critical and pertinent to known our past history in San Francisco.
Most do not seem - to truly comprehend to understand - what is really taking place today.
More those who were given opportunities by their grand parents and parents - relatives and friends - who did what they could - to help one another.
Once they got a nice job - and saved their money - these House Negros move to suburbia - today they cannot make it where they chose to go.
The City and County mocking them to return to San Francisco - where those who need - so called affordable housing - are on long list - some thousands on the list - bidding their time.
The lottery system has been rigged - your name in put in a hat - and your chances of being luck - a million to one. Go figure.
The sins of those evil must not be repeated - dense housing - it is.
Th increase in the carbon footprint - is alive and kicking - some 400% from 10 years ago in San Francisco.
No one takes account of concrete, aggregate, of sorts of industrial operation, the carbon footprint - per home has increased a 100% - the last ten years.
If we do not believe in Cumulative Pollution - there is NO need to talk about Carbon Footprint in vague terms - true, real time - empirical data - counts.
Repeating history - more, greed and leeching on those who took loans - this and some other greed actions - created Hitler and led to World War II .
Those greedy who had preyed on many today are spread all over the world - seeking empathy while repeating the same thing - all over again - loans, credit card, other means of squeezing those in need.
Churches that once accommodated Black congregations - were targeted as part of the SF Redevelopment strategy in the 1960s.
Many - Churches that were on SF Pine Street, Bush Street, and other near by places - were offered land on 3rd Street in the Bayview.
Few know about this history - and more need to know - about the details of these - events.
It is amazing the role meth has played, and before that heroin - and now opioids of all kinds and more.
It is amazing how the Black women was given meth and put in a position to destroy families. For hundreds of years - the Black saved families and did all in her power to keep the family together.
Today we talk about EQUITY and RESILIENCY - when asked what is stand for - they do not know the etymology of the word.
In those days the Church played an important role - for Blacks and people of color.
Today - the Black Church has been decimated.
One has only to witness - the lack of attendance - and abject survival of the churches to function - congregations dwindling - daily.
This upheaval and trauma that some take in stride - as did many before them - those who had suffered similar trauma - years before.
Out of despair - they sought refuge in the West - came to California in droves - what kept them going was they were strong morally and spiritually.
Today the bling and passing pleasures cannot sustain those that are morally and spiritually bankrupt - they talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.
Many had HOPE and look forward to traveling from the deep South - making a journey to the West - to seek freedom and more work and survive.
Many did just that - and left a legacy.
Buffalo Soldiers -
served all over the world too.
West Point trained Captain Charles Young -
he led the all Black Buffalo Soldiers -
he wrote the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
linked the vast Federal Lands - in California -
the upkeep of the vast Federal Lands -
later part of these lands became Sequoia National Park -
Yosemite National Park - no one seems to give
credit where credit is due.
Captain Charles Young could have easily been promoted to General but for the color of his skin.
Captain Charles Young - his knowledge and skills - were second to none - his peers and Commanding Officers.
I say this because little is known by most about the all Black Buffalo Soldiers and pioneer Blacks in San Francisco.
The more one studies this history - the more pathetic the present Blacks in power seem to have disowned their past history - and followed a path of nefarious activities and crime.
Some have gone to jail and even those in power - have a tainted past - investigated and being monitored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Unlike most other cities in the United States from day one - Blacks contributed to the making of San Francisco.
This - history is important to note - but the sell outs we have today - have No clue about history and less about being educated on issues.
One cannot generalize - but seeing is believing - and when talking about facts - they seem NOT to know much.
I see this happening all the time.
Empty vessels make a lot of loud noises.
This is sadly evident by the Black politicians - we have today - hoodwinking and selling out the community at large.
Jail time is waiting some -
no one can fool all the people -
all the time.
There is only so much wheeling and dealing that can go on - one day it comes to and end - may be ending in jail.
In comparison many decent Blacks that came to San Francisco - did right and were shinning examples of sound morals, ethics, with tenacity and fortitude.
Among them the Buffalo Soldiers - I had the fortune to meet some and they took to me - and I took to watching more and understanding the seasoned few.
The Buffalo Soldiers took on projects and excelled in what they did - and the rest is history.
Did I say the were all Black soldiers.
Many other Blacks from Texas, Louisiana, other places in the deep South - working in the Shipyards.
Other Blacks worked and provided services in the hospitals.
Some dared to go to fields in the Central Valley picking cotton, and fruits and vegetables - in plenty they had never seen before.
Many were janitors and women cleaned homes and made a living - sending their children to high schools and colleges.
These - facts are documented - and even today - many share their stories with tears in the eyes.
Many worked for the City and County of San Francisco - moving into job as drivers - working for SF MUNI.
Other worked for SF Water Department, other sought jobs at SF City Departments and did well.
More worked for University of California San Francisco - the Presidio of San Francisco and the Department of Defense.
In short Blacks mostly and others of color - did not give up.
They suffered suffered a lot - some overcame others fell by the way.
Many today bear the deep scars of physical and psychological pain and suffering.
They come to SF City Hall - and reveal the sordid facts of the times - discrimination, abuse - and more.
There are laws and ordinances - but none of these rules and regulations - matter.
Those in power use abject abuse and other stringent methods - to create and implement - modern day slave - plantations.
They all worked and did the best in the given situation.
Black leaders - spoke Truth to Power -
much as some do today -
many paid a price - laid their lives -
nothing much has changed - it is only worse -
this time around - we have Black sell outs
pandering to " dark money " - exhibiting the "crab mentality".
Black women too played a role -
speaking Truth to Power -
some years ago we united to celebrate -
even as many of our comrades could not join us -
they are all in a better place - guiding us to
speak Truth to Power.
I took time to talk to Barbara Newton -
she explained to me details about the movement -
personally explained to me -
about her brother and other Black Panther leaders -
she told me - in no uncertain times -
when you stand for what is right -
the price one has to pay - is heavy but worth it -
it is amazing to witness the sell outs
selling their fellow men - for some stale bread crumbs.
We remember the removal of thousands of American Japanese - citizens of the United States - many later fought on the battle field - during World War II. The Japanese American regiments - are know for their valor - all over Europe and in other places.
They Japanese Americans were sent to camps - treated with disdain.
Those - trials and tribulation - have been etched in the memories - of a people - proud of their own tradition - and second to none - in the service of this Nation.
Japanese American Regiments - were second to none - and their valor, fortitude and tenacity - recorded for all time. Documentaries have been made - just it case those naysayers - say nothing of the sort - happened.
Even today restitution and a meaningful apology has not been offered - landmark buildings that clearly adhere to the Department of Interior Rules.
Landmark processes - are ignored - and to preserve these buildings and land marks - a up hill battle - is on going - more prompted and stifled - by hatred - by Whites who still want to say what they want to say - and must be ashamed of themselves.

The hate and lack of sound facts - fabrication of sorts - that has No place in San Francisco - but continues unabashed - recently brought before the SF Planning Department.
The audacity to treat Japanese American citizens -
with disdain and mockery -
much as been happening today -
right here in San Francisco - and nationwide.
Droves were told to leave their homes -
given short notice and moved to camps -
these atrocities - did not happen in a vacuum -
it starts with some vague reason -
whether you land on the streets - on in some camp -
human dignity is abused - and mistreatment
etched is one DNA - one's subconscious -
abuse - deep trauma - all laced under " toxic stress ".
Camps where innocent Japanese Americans
were held - without cause -
these actions haunt the entire world
more human beings who believe in human dignity -
more in the United States of America -
our U.S. Constitution compromised.
Today's politicians have NO clue about the suffering endured by those that were targeted - innocent Americans - and look at these past events - as passing and not important to note.
The paradox is that many of our Seniors, our beloved Elders - are now living on the streets of San Francisco - NO consideration given to the hard times they endured - hoping to enjoy their Golden years.
Many men went to work - women stayed at home and worked harder rearing children - many grandmothers took upon themselves to rear children - in the neighborhood - these women are now treated with disdain.
House work and rearing children - many adults are products of such surrounding - this unique work is not part of any algorithm - model - some known, meaningful study that give value - to these thousands of women - who receive little or no money.
The work of those grandmother and others - was taken for granted - NO remuneration - NO points - No nothing - No nada - on par of work - accepted by the White men - for things and work they consider pertinent.
Who looked and still look at Black people and people of color - with disdain - carrying on the deep sordid mentality of slavery.
We see this at SF City Hall when Black and people of color - come to SF City Hall - and reveal to us all - that have empathy and compassion - horror stories.
Our SF Board of Supervisors - our City Administrator is aware of this - other heads of Departments - the hear it, they know it - but there is nothing they can do about it - constructive.
All this in the year 2019.
We acknowledge our beloved Elders - more their tenacity and their fortitude - they all leave a legacy. Their lives will not be in vain - God sees it all.
Our Elders take refuge under Bridges in San Francisco -
prey upon by " thugs " - while politicians think they know
some about the plight of the Elders -
the politicians lie - and speak from both sides
of their filthy, dirty, mouth - not all but some -
I have named them - and can name them again -
these evil and corrupt politicians -
must spend a day - under the bridge and report to me.
It is NOT uncommon -
for the trash collectors - under duress -
do what they do not like to do -
they do it - and then move on -
the humans impacted - suffer trauma -
more if they are old - our Elders who we must care for.
Our Elders -
we must respect them all -
rich or poor - human dignity and respect
comes first.
In 1996 the corruption started in earnest -
as Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.
initiated and keeps encouraging corruption
of the worst order
he has his " dirty finger " in every profitable, viable pie
that brings him tainted money and with it more corruption.

he left us - passed to the other side -
some remember him - more Big Developers -
I knew him for over 35 years.
Mark Farrell -
assumed the position interim Mayor of San Francisco -
earned his $366,000 for a very short period -
he saw things first hand - his Jesuit training helped him some.
Mayor London Breed -
serving her first full term -
elected November 5, 2019 -
she talks the talk but has failed to walk the walk.
It does not matter that I personally know the last 12 Mayors that served and serve - San Francisco.
It does not matter that I know the last 10 Chiefs of Police - of San Francisco.
The last 4 SF City Administrators.
Others - top SF City Department heads - many for over 35 years.
The Bayview Hunters Point area -
still has advocates - be it the last of the Mohicans -
we will continue to speak - Truth to Power.
What matters that today in San Francisco with all the talk about Resiliency and Equity - and nothing much to those that need help most.
Corruption - of the worst order - enthuse - those politicians - who do not give a dam - more, about the tax payers, the constituents, the citizens of San Francisco.
We have people steeped in " dark money " - today and before being watched - known to commit criminals acts.
Yet - pretend they are holier than thou.
Taking bribes, lying, cheating, bluffing hoodwinking in broad daylight.
In private bragging - what they have done - among their inner circle. The bragging enjoy with delight by mostly jail birds - while pretending to say all the right things - in public - cheating, hoodwinking, harming innocent people - chameleons.
Those who swear to represent - on being elected - are pandering to the entities and sources - " who are corrupt, unethical, immoral, have NO standards - steeped with dark money ".
Fools who are NOT educated on issues.
Have - NO history - in fact have not served the constituents of San Francisco - coming from far off places Modesto, Fresno, Vallejo - with a hidden - agenda.
Having less empirical data - on issues and maters linked to Quality of Life issues. More on education, safety, transportation, health issues, and more.
Even less morals, ethics, and standards - representatives that cannot be counted on.
Less the committees they form, the people they anoint, to commissions and as head of departments - time will tell.
We have a filthy stinking " swamp " right here in San Francisco - worse than Washing D.C.
The paradox we have a majority of independents in San Francisco.
Meaning - they are not Democrats nor Republicans.
They - these Independent are neutral - and the mistake they made - the failed to vote.
Well we know that only 23% of the total constituents in San Francisco voted - it does not matter who got in.
Only - 23% of the total registered voters - could not elect those who could have done better - we have to deal - with what we have.
One singular candidate that of District Attorney - does matter.
We need to vote - remove the chaff - and clean up the mess - drain the cesspool - that prevails at SF City Hall today - more, in Room 200.
Each time I go to SF City Hall - I smell Sulphur - that stench reeks to high heaven.
STOP - believing in the diatribe and utter nonsense - folks who are NOT educated on issues, less can discern - have no manners or etiquette - lack ethics and for sure have no standards.
We now have Mayor London Breed - after serving a short time as interim Mayor.
She now is in the cockpit - the just concluded November 5, 2019 election - voted in Mayor London Breed - and hopefully she will serve her first full 4 years - and do a better - job.
Every citizen more those trained by the military have to stand up and speak Truth of Power. We see the mess - displayed by what is happening in Washington D.C. As I said it is even worse - here in San Francisco - the wheeling and dealing in broad daylight. Aho
