Look into the Non-Profit who waste millions - pretending to help the indigent - when that is far from the TRUTH.
When the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed, shouts and screams - challenging the Judge - who brought to the attention of the Mayor and the SF Board of Supervisors - that a roof over the head - is everyone's right.
Barking up the wrong - shouting and screaming - is not the way to address any decent event - those that fight - are correct.
Those who remove the tents and belongings in the wee hours of the morning- poor Elderly folks, those with compromised health - and those who are mentally and physically challenged - are wrong.
It is even worse when the San Francisco Police Department and Recology join in the fray - I have seen this - with my own eyes.
The City and County, with a budget of over $14 billion - can do better - but what is happening is that Non-Profits - whom the City and County outsources millions - in the name of helping the indigent- and fill their coffers.
Get rid of outsourcing to corrupt Non-Profits - with no transparency and accountability - and let the City and County of San Francisco handle the situation.
The City and County of San Francisco endorse charging more than $80 a year for a tent, using the toilet, and some minimum services.
Mayor London Breed prepared to take the Homeless issue to the Supreme Court - she imagines that all of San Francisco agree with her when the opposite is true:

The Judge adjudicated right in this case - provide a roof - no one should be sleeping in filth and stinking - especially in inclement weather.
The City and County have not taken the issue of homelessness seriously - to help the indigent.
If the Mayor wants to take on the Judicial system, she can - but let her not vouch for most San Franciscans.
The Majority of decent San Franciscans - do not respect the Mayor London Breed.
Room 200 at SF City Hall reeks of sulfur - the corruption has reached saturation - more crooks embedded in that room than anywhere else in SF City Hall.
Please read this article - Just 13 people got beds in August - so what does that mean - Just 13 people, the rest sleep in inclement weather - that is thousands of people who have fallen on bad times:

The Mayor and the SF Supervisors who support her - should work hard to provide a roof over the heads of the indigent. Stop the sweeps that adversely impact the Elders, the mentally and physically challenged. The injunction is necessary because many have died after the sweeps - traumatized and left in total despair.
This is San Francisco - and to know that the many poor are left to face the inclement weather - know that these folks are challenged - mentally and physically - and to have sweeps early in the morning - 5 am - is totally wrong.
None of you would like someone to wake you up - when you are fast asleep. Now consider the early morning sweeps - happening to the homeless - their tents taken away, their medication, the few heirlooms they have - treated with disdain.
Politicians love to talk - and say things that people like to hear.
When it comes to helping the poor - those who stand in line - just to sit on a chair - all night long - because they do not want to be on the streets and face inclement weather.
Why do the Mayor and the sordid supervisors support her?
Why do the Mayor and her lackeys - experience sleeping in a tent - in inclement weather?
Do not judge the poor - the poor have not asked to be poor - they face it - because they encounter hardships - and do not get help - and are not offered wrap-around services - that matter.
Those who mess with the poor - without showing empathy - will fall flat on their face - wait - until I address you all in person.
