The Corona-virus still challenges us -
even as we see peaks and prepare for more -
to good news the vaccines are here and will soon be delivered
for use - and hopefully keep the virus under control.
San Francisco likes to brag that at the eleventh hour - some effort - has been made to being about sound testing. We do not test the most in the Nation - when Mayor London Breed says stuff like that - she says it tongue in cheek - lying comes naturally to her - so beware.
Soon the hotel rooms used to house and help COVID-19 patients - after being released from hospital - others " asymptomatic " some have been allowed to quarantine.
The majority have in virus - are spreading it - because they do not feel ill - but these asymptomatic folks - are playing hell - and help the virus in ways - that cannot be recounted.
California is dealing with the situation at hand - and soon San Francisco too will experience new cases - while Mayor London Breed and her sidekick Dr. Grant Colflax - pussyfoot around.
We cannot make progress - under the " egoistical maniac " who puts himself at the center of everything - he failed - to do what was right - since January, 2020.
From the inception early January, 2020 we could have taken charge of the situation - but we did not.
We did make an attempt to test - and lo and behold - that test controlled by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention - was defective. This happened around February, 2020.
The required chemical to detect the virus - did not work - there was a black log at the various CDCs - the test could only be verified by the CDC - and we do not want to go there - pandemonium.
We managed to convince the Federal Drug Agency and others in authority - build a strong relationship with the private sector - some leading pharmaceuticals and all this and more worked in our favor.
Right now we have several vaccines - that are in the several vaccines show prospects - and we hope by April, 2021 - the distribution will take place - with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and related federal agencies - prepared with sound logistics, transportation, and distribution.
Nations are making every effort to position themselves to be the first to take control of a vaccines or vaccines - as part of acquiring the geopolitical status. It is all about money - even when it come to the health of millions - may I say billions.
There is a Consortium formed that broker the sale of vaccines - this Consortium say it will help the poor Nations - and address emergency situations.
We know we could do better here in the United States - and are fortunate - some of the best laboratories are here in the United States and here in California. Anyway you look at it - it is about money.
Some developed nations - gathered recently have promised to help the poor nations - I hope they execute their promise.
Right now - millions are poised to die - in six month time - death galore. We can save lives - if we have a vaccine or vaccines - and around April, 2021 - they say - that is when the magic will happen.
The Federal-Private Program - with tax payers money - War Speed - funded by added funding - from large Foundations, and others donating for the good of the Nation.
Donations from Dolly Parton - the Bill Gates Foundation, have done well - funding the research.
We know we are waiting the transition - the President-Elect does not have the required information - to participate in a meaningful manner - just because the "egoistical maniac " - is doing everything in his power - to thwart the smooth - transition.

San Francisco lacks the expertise and leadership - that is why we cannot work smoothly with FEMA - that is the reason - why our Mayor London Breed and her sidekick - and now cowing down - and will have nothing much to say - when we fall within the purple tier - that practically call for a complete - shut down.
We have a terrible situation at SF Alice Griffith Public Housing - the residents are suffering from all sorts of adverse impacts - lack of ventilation, filthy conditions and to add fuel to fire - shootings and killings.
While the so called Virtual Meetings - long and drab - talk about the Homeless, doing this and that - most of the time they allude to get more resources.
They do not speak of goal, time lines, measure actions. It is mostly diatribe - hot air - and long convoluted speeches that take us no where - except, put as to sleep.
In the mean time the crooks the likes of Shamann Walton, Sheryl Evan Davis, Shakira Simley, London Breed others too many to name - are waiting for Stimulus Money - to fill their won pockets.
They already are salivation when some $21 million to play with - on so called program called Racial Equity.
Food security is a problem - 4 out of five infants, children, youth, young adult, Seniors, those with compromised health - do not have food.
Many do not have access to sound health services.
More - warp around services are needed - Psychologists and Psychiatrists to address Toxic Stress - chronic ailments diabetics, heart problems, asthma, many Elders their health - compromised.
All we hear from Mayor London Breed is hot air - she has give herself a raise making over $400,000.
Failed to accommodate our " essential workers " - who wanted some monetary help - money that was saved by the City and County of San Francisco.
More, when the essential workers did not take a raise - some years ago - to help San Francisco.
Some $50 million accumulated in the General Fund. The Mayor London Breed said No - to the Essential Workers. This will come to bite her in the butt.
