Ukraine, Germany, and the United States could have done better - they blew it - when they made many dubious decisions. Thinking the gas line from Russia to Germany - would bring about some stability. Ignored the pleas of the people of Ukraine,  allowing Putin to mess with Crimea, Georgia, Belarus - and with Ukraine in 2014 the first time around and now - once again.  

For the last 8 years, the people of Ukraine have been suffering - just like the Afghan people - the United States had full knowledge of the situation at hand - and kicked the can down the street.

The United States cannot meddle in nations' affairs, be it Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Ukraine, other countries - just to flex our muscles - saying we are a Super Power.

When the first nation to fire nuclear missiles, there is no Super Power, which may cause tremendous suffering and damage and bring all progress ever achieved to a halt.

It does not matter that our Media says something - they say something about nothing at all. The Media likes to see where they can go and sensationalize the news.

The people worldwide - are bright, and few trust the Media, the fourth estate - and get their news from other, more reliable sources.

Russia knows something about missiles that can deal with Russia a blow - Alaska is not far from the target - other Scandanavian nations may have them - powerful missiles - with nuclear heads. 

We could make small talk with the Tomahawk missile and then move to the hypersonic missiles - with nuclear heads - it is all about location - 10 miles away from the target of even 2800 miles - it is also all about logistics with a deep strategy that works.

Russia, China, the United States - others have hypersonic missiles - with nuclear heads - but will not use them - because that will be the end of the beginning - we human beings have lost our mind - and more when we salivate and listen to the Media.

Few know about war - war is not pretty - and madness prevails when you get politicians in the equation.

During the last 25 years - we have killed millions of innocent people - just because autocrats, dictators, decided they could do as they please.

We have not learned much from World War I, then World War II, the Korean War, the Viet Nam War, the Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan War.

The skirmishes with Iran, Yemen, Isreal bullying the Palestinians,

the wars going on in Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea - East Timore, Taiwan, the many fights in South America - with the United States siding with dictators many times.

The United Nations that was created right here in San Francisco - is impotent - those five nations wite Veto rights - can do as they please and mostly vote - with strings attached and have been doing so - since the early days of the United Nations.

We have maybe six tunnels capable of testing hypersonic missiles - China has hundreds - builds one more - every six months. Where are our main Media on hypersonic missiles? Hypersonic missiles that can go undetected - while Biden is scratching his balls. Biden should sit down with Putin - speak on behalf of our infants, children, youth, Elders, those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged. 

China can afford to spend trillions of dollars -  today has hundreds of Hypersonic Tunnels - the United States has less than six - it is useless to say who has more tunnels. The is no more than one single Super Power. It all depends on who pulls the trigger.

We know those nations that have more hypersonic missiles than the United States. Why did the United States fall behind?

We know the nations that have the capability - to mess up our precious world  - capable of making bad choices. Why?

We must be proud to have some of the best jet fighters - in the world - they need to be equipped with sophisticated jamming devices. Our United States Airforce - still maintains very high standards. Now is the time to honor our jet fighters. We are fully aware that we have lost a couple of these jet fighters - one very near the China Sea - wake up America in recent months.

Chairperson Xi Jinping is a master manipulator - he and Putin made a deal - during the Winter Olympics. The United States should not have shown any animus - sent a U.S. Government official or two - just to maintain decorum. China is a force - we made them great - bought their rubbish - while failed to produce at home. President Biden talks a lot - and far as Kamala Harris is concerned - there is nothing to said - a reed in the wind - blowing any which way.

Our United States military knows well that we cannot allow laymen politicians to mess with our Constitution and Democracy.

The Republicans who are insane do not want to stand in unity to deal with the Ukraine situation. What can we expect from the supporters of the January 6, 2022 - fiasco - traitors who desecrated Capitol Hill.

Close by the University of California San Francisco - did the same and continues to this day - gives over 40,000 good-paying - jobs.

The Presidio Trust, a proxy of Nancy Pelosi - took over -  continues the dirty work - practicing discrimination - abject disdain for people of color at the present Presidio of San Francisco.

Recently - Nancy Pelosi channeled $200 million - pork-barrel money - linked to the Infrastructure Bill - now, some of you know how this works. 

Nancy Pelosi holds too much power - and has wasted millions of dollars - two attempts to get to the former President - both the times the impeachment proceedings failed - we the taxpayers footed the bill.

Nancy Pelosi and her minions are very corrupt - and enable some evil politicians in San Francisco - to make money - illegally.

The plan to build 30,000 homes of contaminated ground - where depleted uranium was tested - is something the world is watching.

The City and County of San Francisco, the SF Health Department, other federal and states governments know about this harm done to innocent people - but look the other way.

Millions of dollars - over $300 million Community Benefits have been wasted - led by two corrupt individuals - Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones. 

Jeffery Tumblin - the Director of the Municipal Transportation Agency - brash and stupid to the core - there will be a cutting of the ribbon - April 1, 2022 - April Fools Day - Go Figure - the opening of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system on Vanness in San Francisco. Van Ness our State Highway.

The MTA Commission has no clue that cutting the ribbon on April I, 2022 - on April Fools Day - says a lot about Jeffery Tumblin - who replaced Ed Reskin - a more experienced person - and for sure not mentally challenged.

I remember attending the initial meeting linked to the BRT on VanNess way back in 2003. At that time, the budget for this much-needed project was $309 million.

Today that figure has expanded to more than $400 million, if not more.

Much like the Central Subway started with a budget of $600 million and has reached $2 Billion. A project initiated by the San Francisco -  Municipal Transporation Agency (MTA). What else is new?

Over 300 businesses closed because of the BRT project - plagued with all sorts of problems - dust, closed lanes, noise, and no one listening to the businesses.  

The business came to City Hall - shed tears - and the SF Board of Supervisors heard them - but nothing substantial was done to ease the pain and suffering of the businesses.

Now a slap on the face of all those businesses - the opening of the BRT on Vanness on April 1, 2022 - All Fools Day.

Heading this madness - the brash, corrupt - Jeffery Tumblin and the MTA Commission - anointed bunch of clowns.

The construction on Vanness went on for years - and they say will soon come to an end - time will tell. I cannot wait for the April 1, 2022 ribbon cutting - to see the nuts cut the ribbon - with no consideration - to the thousands who could not work on Vanness and the hundreds of businesses that went under.

Right now, many Seniors and those physically challenged have to walk three blocks - up the hill -  from one stop to the other. 

This walk for any Senior - more those physically challenged is totally uncalled for and has caused tremendous suffering - many requesting me to address the situation at hand.

I did address the situation at the last MTA meeting.

These adverse impacts should be addressed under the Americans with Disability Act, the San Francisco - Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) can be sued. The MTA is aware that their funding can be STOPPED - in the interim, the MTA can be fined and should.

Not one MTA Commission member represents the Seniors and the Physically Challenged - here in San Francisco - as they should with respect and some standard - coherence. 

Even though there appears to be one woman who must - she is all over the place - has no clue about what is happening on ground zero.

This one photograph pin-points - the situation at hand - the sidewalks blocked - those with impairments forced to walk blocks to get to the place they want to get to. I know this - because it happened to me.

London Breed, the Mayor of San Francisco - affectionately called the heifer - is nowhere to be found - helping those who need help most.

London Breed will be there - on April 1, 2022 - to cut the ribbon and other state and federal brag about the failed Vanness project - that today has too many problems. 

Some are seen above ground but wait until the utilities that are placed underground cause issues - time will tell.  

  

PUTIN MUST REMEMBER - HE HAS A VERY NARROW OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A NICE EXIT - PUTIN CAN MAKE UP HIS MIND IN GENEVA OR A PLACE OF HIS CHOOSING - WE MAY WIN SOME - RIGHT NOW THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PEACE - AND LESS TURMOIL.

History repeats itself - we saw this in Viet Nam - up to this day - when we talk to those who were evacuated from Viet Nam - the similarities bring back sad memories.

 San Franciscans are fed up with the San Francisco Police Commission - too much talk and no walk at all.

The SF Police Commission, headed by an airhead Malia Cohen - anointed by Mayor London Breed - was elected Chair of the Commission. Things have gone from worse to worst.

Since this anointing of Malia Cohen - who is not educated on issues - fewer matters of importance - to the SF Police Commission - the SF Police Commission - has been drowning in the cesspool of its own - creation.

Malia Cohen, dumb as she is, tends to build her resume - bringing in speakers - legislators from Sacramento - to the SF Police Commission to talk about legislation - going on in Sacramento.

Legislation devoid of good action and execution takes years to implement in Sacramento.

We San Franciscans are fed of the political whores and pimps - who have failed to represent the people and compromised quality of life issues.

In San Francisco, we have severe problems - assaults, shootings and killings,  car break-ins, home break-ins. 

It does not help that the SF Police Commission fails to review the fundamental amendments it makes - laws on the book - that they pay no attention to.

It took the SF Police Commission over 6 years to address the 272 recommendations initiated by the  U.S. Department of Justice - led by DOJ Community Oriented Policing (COPS) (now defunct ).

San Francisco made national and international news when high-end stores were ransacked on Union Square.

Mayor London Breed trying to flex her muscles after the fact - using the SF Police force - that has fewer offices - spread too thin.

The raids of stores in San Francisco continue - Walgreens, CVCs, Pop and Mom stores - mostly Blacks committing the theft - in open defiance. 

The SF Police Department should have a working force of around 2000 Police offices - they have 1400. Many of the positions are vacant.

Many SF Police Officers - have taken early retirement. Over 200 are adversely impacted by COVID-19.

The SF Police Commission has failed to endorse the many suggestion and requirements mentioned in the SF Police Department's PERF - report.

The PERF report that expanded $400,000 sits on the shelves - gathering - dust.

It is the same with the COPS report with its 272 recommendations that took over six years to implement - those in charge still working on it.

Every SF Police Commission meeting is a waste of time - during the past two years - it is a waste of precious time. 

Not once has the SF Police Commission stated its Mission Objective.

Today there is a great divide between the District Attorney and the SF Police Department.

It was the same when George Gascon was in charge.

The same was when Kamala Harris was in charge.

The same goes for the last five District Attorneys. I knew all of them - one worse than the other.

Some of us advocates attended the drab, long drawn out, putrid - SF Police Commission meetings.

The inept, uneducated on issues, weak in the knees SF Police Commissioners all anointed by the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - are useless. I repeat - USELESS.

The last meeting that resulted in pandemonium - I was the only one that spoke during Public Comment.

The issue that the SF Police Chief brought up started early during the Chief's Report.

The SF Police Chief Scott Williams was giving his report - when the Chair interrupted him and told him to hurry up - as he had crossed the limited time - supposedly. 

The Chair, Malia Cohen - disrespected the SF Chief of Police - Malia opens her mouth and shoves her foul foot - into that mouth.

I have never heard any SF Police Commission Chair conduct themselves in like manner.

The matter regarding the SF District Attorney - more, how the SF District Attorney is treating those attorneys representing SF Police Officers and cases coming before the judges - was not on the agenda.

However, what triggered the discussion was an action taken by the SF Police Chief earlier  - where the SF Police Chief - terminated an agreement between the District Attorney and the SF Police Department.

The SF Police Chief approved the agreement - the SF Police Commission approved it too -  the SF Police Chief strongly felt - the deal did not serve any purpose.

That may be the SF Police Chief prerogative - was it or not?

If not, how should a matter like this be handled - how should the Commissioners act - can any SF Police Commissioner throw tantrums?  

Did the Chair of the SF Police Commission - misbehave, and is there something that can be done about such actions?

Is the current SF Police Commission Chair fit to lead the current SF Police Commission?

This matter will be put on the agenda - duly noticed - and when the presentation is made - we the people - San Franciscans - will have our say. 

The SF Police Chief mentioned the situation at hand - but one of the Commissioners blew the subject manner - making a mountain out of a molehill.

The SF Police Chief was annoyed, and even as he tried to explain the situation - one Commissioner went on and on.  

The Chair of the SF Police Commission  - Malia Cohen - failed to nib the repartee early on.

The Chair of the SF Police Commission - then threatened to censure the Commissioner - another blight on the SF Police Commission Chair - an airhead that is totally inept and should not be on the SF Police Commission.

Let us see how this matter is handled on Wednesday - it has already been blown out of proportion by the Media.

I know what I am talking about - as I was the only one who spoke at Public Comment. Time will tell.

Soon after World War II, the Northern Alliance Treaty Organization (NATO) was formed - the United States played an important role - so did England, France, Italy, Germany - other nations - thirty in all - who wanted to protect our Democracy. 

To these thirty nation strong - standing united - Vladamir Putin - must fully understand - that he is putting the world in harm's way.

Millions died during World War II; most chose Democracy.

We - know that was not the case with Russia - to this day, Russians - good Russians suffer - autocracy does not respect - humanity.

Putin so far has got away with murder - but this time around - I do not think this coward will make a move - he will cow down - sooner, not later - as most cowards do.

Russia has bullied Georgia, Crimea, Belarus other nations closer to Russia.

The world has not reacted - to the ploys and machinations of Vladamir Putin. The time has come to hit the nail on the head - squarely. 

It did not help us, the United States, when Donald Trump, a traitor - treated NATO in a manner that was uncalled for.

President Joe Biden has embraced NATO - he did this because he understands that we can keep Russia at Bay with NATO.

The United States has many more things in common with NATO nations - and less with those nations that favor autocracy - Russia is one - China is another.

Europe must now figure out a way how to program their energy needs. 

Today, nuclear power can be as clean as any other clean energy - produced. 

When we depend on nations and more for a vital need - such as energy, that nation - should NOT be a nation - favors autocracy.

Technology today has improved - and more and more in France and other nations - Nuclear power - can deliver a product - keep the carbon footprint in check - to bear minimum.

In fact, here in California, we can move towards Nuclear Energy - for those educated on issues - and having a viable and sustainable vision.  

We know Russia is a rogue nation - an autocracy - that does not sit well with Democracy. 

Putin is not to be trusted - he and his cabal - these folks have invested in the United States - billions of dollars.

In times like this - Putin will not hesitate - to use his Ace card -  cut all ties and agreements - to provide natural gas to Europe.

As a young man in the early 1970s - I traveled to Europe and understood firsthand - the big difference between those European nations free - embracing Democracy -  those controlled by Communism and living in abject fear. 

Nothing much has changed today - in fact, with Vladamir Putin in power - this man is dreaming of uniting Russia - a concept - far-fetched and delirious.

Pretending - he can restore Russia to some era - some time in history - when Russia had little influence  - in my personal opinion - Putin can keep on dreaming.

The United States is going through some turbulent times - and even as we monitor the situation in Ukraine - watching the thirty nations belonging to NATO.

Here at home - millions do not adhere to our Constitution - more and more - the Republican Party is pushing for the divisiveness of the worst nature - now taunting Black universities with bomb scares and so on.

Canada and the United States - here in Northern America - are ready to stand shoulder to shoulder - to save Democracy. Now we must rally the people - who should be educated on issues.

Our worst enemy is ignorance - sound education is paramount - education is downplayed today in the United States.

We must push for a sound education in the United States  - some of us do not have a clue - we have over 35,000 Chinese students studying in the United States.

The Demon himself - he sowed mistrust - and now we must right the wrong. We stand united with NATO and in toto - will WIN.

It is sickening to hear the former President - seen above - egotistical maniac - divide our nation.

The time has come to put this monster under 24 hours surveillance - in fact, he needs an ankle monitor - placed under house arrest.

When I traveled in Europe, I sat down and listened to many describe what happened to them and their loved ones during World War II.

I remember well all the interviews and, to this day - understand more about World War II.

America helped Europe in a big way - General McArthur played a key role - so did many other foundations headquartered in America.

In Russia, millions died.

Practically - every family lost loved ones.

Putin does not give a damn about this historical fact - he thinks he will be remembered as some hero in his sordid mind - that will not be the case.

Putin will fall flat on his face.

The plight of the Uyghurs is more critical - the fake winter Olympics matter some  - empathy, crimes against humanity matter, more - Putin must understand this - and 

more Xi Jinping - make a note of this - now.

It is the same with Xi Jinping, the autocrat from China - killing, murdering, harvesting organs, incarcerating the Uyghurs, treating people with disdain, and trying to use the Olympics for Ulterior motives. 

Putin and Xi Jinping - both autocrats, are not to be trusted.

All over the world - millions are concerned - if Putin dares to invade - he will fail.

If someone fires a shot - it will be met with hellfire - the likes Putin has not seen - before. 

War is not pretty - and those who can STOP - this nonsense - better 

Both - autocrats - consult one another - Putin messed this up.

Putin and Xin Jinping must realize - no one can fool all the people all the time.
