THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS - PROVIDE CLARITY - TO THE MORE SALIENT AND PERTINENT ISSUES - UNIFIES THE TAX PAYERS AT LARGE - SHEDS LIGHT ON OUR REPUBLIC - MORE THE STANDARDS AND OPERATIONS.

The current hearing before the Judicial Committee - will clarify pertinent issues - in particular " high crimes " leading to impeachment - treason and bribery.

This President failed us all - linked to Public Trust. The majority of the tax payers - decent citizens want nothing to do with him.

This Presdent has failed us all - compromised each of the key safeguards - linked to our Constitution.

Created  turmoil  - of the worst order - never seen before - many actions - directly initiated by the President of the United States -  Donald Trump - the most unworthy President to hold an office as President of the United States of America.

The President has attacked the very Federal Agencies - U.S. Attorney General, the FBI, the CIA, the Secretary of State, other officials - his administration - has the highest turn over - and Donald Trump should be ashamed of himself.

An Independent Counselor made findings after two years - and found the President, Donald Trump - has violated the Constitution and that Congress must make the determination - to hold the charges - brought against Donald Trump - through a method know only to the United States - impeachment.

The Constitution was created to protect the United States - Governmental agencies - created to protect this Nation - 
we are a Republic - with checks and balances - you would not know that monitoring Donald Trump - who thinks he is a dictator or much like a pompous King without a crown.

Donald Trump  has even challenged Generals - from the Department of Defense - saying that he knows more than anyone one else - boasting about  his IQ - and compromised our National Security - tweeting.

This President Donald Trump has with intent abused his power - to seek personal favors.

Did his best to tarnish the name of his opponent Joe Biden - in the coming Presidential Elections - and to further his personal ploys and machination - involving millions of dollars.

He and his family has done this from day one - in the course of time - all this and more will be revealed.

Truth always prevails.

Expert after expert has clearly stated that the present President of the United States - is unfit  to govern.

And  as such many experts and U.S. Governmental officials - including Ambassadors  - have stated publicly that this President will spare NO effort to have his own selfish way.

I have  dared to call him an - egoistical maniac - from early on - weeks after he was sworn in as President - the worse President we have had in our Nation - starting some 243 years - when our Founding Father laid the Constitution to this great Republic - with checks and balances.

As I keep saying  - the Founding Fathers - incorporated  many checks and balances - in the U.S. Constitution - to STOP any one - including the President of the United States - from compromising our Republic - more importantly with our enemy - nations like Russia, China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, North Korea - all of which can never, ever be trusted.

Our Nation broke away from the British -  King and Royalty - to create a Republic.

We the United States inherited many of the customs from the British - however, our Founding Father did not want a King and insists that no one in the Republic was beyond the law.

The King could not be impeached - everyone else could be impeached - this fact is well know - but what is NOT know the sordid process of the British and the King or Queen - the royals always had their own way - and continue to do that to this very day.

With the many checks and balances - Donald Trump is  "NO " King.

To be sure - a 100% sure -  America and Americans will NOT tolerate - anything to do with a King - and substitute the Constitution and the rights of the people - citizens of the United States of America - for any Royal buffoonery.

Impeachable offenses must not be taken lightly.

In this case - all the " high crimes " committed by Donald Trump and his minion - are well documented - the problem is the Democrats - are part of the problem.

The process of the " impeachment " are held in open - to clarify all sorts of " high crimes " - and so far we are just being educated on the issues - the many telephone calls, the many junkets to Ukraine, the many telephone call to China - the secret communication with the Russians - and there is more that cannot be revealed.

We indigenous know that - no one can trust the Whites - they were born to lie - and indigenous people must NOT  be carried by - these forks who speak with a " forked tongue ".

From the onset of the Impeachment Proceedings - the Republicans have protected the President Donald Trump - arbitrarily and this is plain wrong.

In the past we had a bipartisan adjudication - not so today.

This lack of bipartisan was brought about by the high crimes of Hillary Clinton - when she was the Secretary of State - the  Barack Hussein Obama - chose " with intent " to not charge her - nor to chide her - Hillary Clinton should have been charged - 
with dereliction of duty - we have all the proof - and we have the empirical data.

Nancy Pelosi for all her talk - has NO walk.

As this proceeding delves into some salient and pertinent issues - 
connected to Impeachment - never, ever seen before on many fronts - the President with intent breaking laws, our Constitution - many Republicans in hight places - in cahoots with Donald Trump.

This is a process - a long process - and the more time it take to adjudicate this sordid process - the more the divisivenesses will entrench the communities at large - as the indigenous proclaimed a long time ago - " do not trust those with a forked tongue ".

I say they talk the talk but fail to walk the walk. Greed is their god - and they will sell their mothers for a nickel. Believe you me.

Abuse of the office for personal gain - to compromise the office of the President of the United States - in elections, to work with foreign entities to compromise our Nation's security and welfare - the above and more - call for " impeachment " - the people voting to impeach or not.

This  President has failed us all - by serving his own personal needs - soliciting personally to adversely impact our Elections - with intent - jeopardizing the welfare and security of our Nation and citizens.

Caught red handed - in the Ukraine episode - " quid pro quo " - money appropriated by Congress -  with held by the White House - without cause.

The money was  released when a Whistle Blower - brought light to  Congress and appropriate United States entities.

The  Intelligence Committee - that created the 300 pages document - now being evaluated and adjudicated by the Judicial Committee.

The  ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - exercised by Donald Trump  has tarnished the fair name - of these the United States of America.

We must use the " impeachment " as a last resort - to remove any President - who has failed - in this case again and again - impeachment - clearly refers - to several high crimes - impeachable crimes - that we the people will agree to - given the facts - more coming from the Ukraine - scandal.

Added a telephone log with hundreds of calls - all connecting the dots.

Many calls - made by the Republicans -  captured by the telephone companies - material revealing - the day, time, hour, second .

More - revealing in the calls - who made them and for what purpose - infallible - empirical data.

The egotistical maniac with intent allowed a foreign entity to mess with the affairs of our Nation - more our Elections. 

We must NOT tolerate the on going madness  - the many illegal transactions  - initiated with intent by Donald Trump.

We do not need some Constitutional scholars to educate us on that - not some of us who have been following such matters for over 50 years.

These crimes has been discussed in detail - by the Founding Fathers - and more in writing by creating the Constitution - vetted by our Founding Fathers.

The Founding Fathers - who created one of kind document - revered all over the world - created some 243 years ago - which has fully served its purpose an more.

Our Founding Fathers agreed early on those unscrupulous and uncouth politicians - could compromise our Nation and our Elections - not only the President of the United States.

We can read the Constitution and the Federal papers - that have not be discussed in detail  - if we the citizens and tax payers - care to.

The  egoistical maniac in the White House - has NOT read the Constitution - and more thinks that the powers vested in him as the President - permit him to do as he pleases.

President Donald Trump must be charged for many international crimes - " crimes against humanity " - atrocities committed in Yemen with his knowledge, in Syria with his knowledge and permission,  in Iraq and the torture of thousands of Christians and Kurds and other minorities communities that I have written about.

On our Southern borders putting children, youth, others in cages - dehumanizing human beings that should be treated as such. The Court in Hague, the Geneva Convention, the many International Institutions - are waiting for the impeachment.

Nancy Pelosi has declared the impeachment proceeding on - the articles of impeachment - are being drafted - the Democrats want Donald Trump out - the Republicans want Donald Trump in - but for how long.

The time has come to bring the above charges and more - on the International Level - and prove to the world - that the tax payers and citizens of the United States of America - in the land of the indigenous people.

More - many sovereign Native American nations - believe is justice - and adjudicating these " high crimes,  - crimes against humanity - and bring to book Donald Trump - a scumbag and a person - who has BLOOD on his hands. Aho.

A point to note at this juncture -  this present President - may be thought of  fit or unfit - mentally - he is NOT able to hold the position of the President.

Donald Trump - is mentally challenged and  unfit.

As has been stated by 38 Psychologists and Psychiatrists - a document signed and sent for the President - perusal.

There is Freedom and there is License - abuse of Freedom is License.

When the license - borders on  Treason, bribery for sure - and more - the President took an oath to defend our Nation - and failed - and must therefore bear the consequences.

IT IS TIME EVERYONE RESPECTS THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE - MORE OUR ELDERS WHO HAVE WISDOM - THE MAN WHO LIES IN THE WHITE HOUSE TODAY - IS A LIAR AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Many of us advocates with deep ties to the indigenous people must understand that we take our lead and guidance - from great indigenous Chiefs and Shamans - Spiritual Leaders - who would never, ever trust Donald Trump - let alone get near the stench of Sulphur - anywhere near his abode.

We know the meaning "smudging" oneself with sage.

Sage and other elements - know for thousands of years - that purifies and makes one beholden to speak the Truth to Power.

What is is most important to note and understand is paying keen attention -  " respecting " those that adhere to principles handed down - thousands of years - all documented - empirical data - our Elders - keepers of the Wisdom.

No one in the right mind should have anything - what so ever to do with the "Liar " - one that talks the talk but will never, ever walk the walk. He just happens to live illegally in the White House.

When some one says Native American Heritage Month can also include the Whites who killed, raped, stole, hoodwinked - something is seriously wrong - not only with the logic - but the situation at hand.

We have in the White House - a chronic liar who has NOT only sold this land out  - which of course  does not belong to any White person.

What is more - is in bed with our  enemies - be it Vladimir Putin or many of the dictators that the liar who makes his abode in the White House - wheels and deals with often.

243 years ago - the Founding Fathers - deeply influenced by the Six Nations -  the Iroquois Tribe - the Long Cabin - a Matriarchal Government - create a living document - the Constitution.

From time to time the Founding Fathers invited the Six Nations to learn more about a living Democracy - that helped them create the Constitution and a Republic with checks and balances. 

The Founding Fathers studied the many aspects of the Tribes who governed well  -  incorporated many elements into our present government. But as often happens - over time - bit the hand that fed them - as most Whites do this to this day.

Racism of the worst nature is embedded in their DNA - and they fear anyone who speaks Truth to Power - that includes anytime I meet liar, corrupt to the core - who are wheeling and dealing in San Francisco.

November in the United States - better known - among those that can be trusted and speak Truth to Power - as Turtle Island  - has been declared by the Whites - as Native American Heritage Month.

Many indigenous take this month with a pinch of salt - there is no way others - the strangers - can understand less comprehend - what is really means to be indigenous. I have witnessed the abject discrimination - meted out to people of color - indigenous people - who always say - Mother Earth.

Paradoxically this is the first time any White House can chosen to publicly state about November and its link to Native Americans - who we prefer to call indigenous -  saying things that adversely impact the indigenous people - much as those do today - not all but most  - who are noted for their forked tongues.

This title - Native American Heritage month - means many things to many decent children, women, men, our beloved Elders - more those suffering - trials and tribulations.

Those  -  of you - who are close to the Great Spirit and follow the dictates of the Elders - know what I mean. Our ancestors are special - our Elders - and as time goes by - we must hold fast - to Wisdom and learn to pass down the Truth - that stands against all harm.

When one goes to the Reservations and sees what is happening there - the many inebriated, the Opioids pandemic, the lack of opportunity, the starvation of the indigenous people, the lack of good roads, the lack of clean drinking water.

Lack of sound education, no decent hospitals, lack of elder care, lack of child care  - and there is  more - we are fed up of hot air - cheap talk - and No sound action that counts.

Some of us left San Francisco and travelled to North Dakota and saw for us the gathering at Camp Oceti Sakowin. 

We went to the Reservation and shared what we had. We saw the Black Hills - and prayed and took inspiration - from the Great Spirit that sees it all.

We know and we remember who sided with the devil and permitted the North Dakota Pipeline Project to go forward. 

Water is Life.

The egoistical maniac insulted every single indigenous person by including Whites who stole the land - taking the fake opportunity to speak for the indigenous - failing to understand the history and the harm done by the Whites.

When it comes to the Native American Heritage Month - and indigenous culture - Whites racists must stay far off - and as they near we smell the Sulphur - those of us who know better about Cultural Competency and more.

Faking it to a degree that the egoistical maniac - saw nothing - adding Whites to Native American Heritage Month.

His chronic lack of cultural competency, his abject bias to the indigenous - people of color - is well known - the man put  it in writing and made a fool of himself. 

Andrew Jackson -

Rogue persons - like President Andrew Jackson and other murderers who raped women, killed innocent children, shot and killed warriors in cold blood - are a abject " disgrace to the human race ".

NO  decent indigenous person - knows that history - will ever accept their evil deeds - of White United States Presidents and their government - who showed disdain to the indigenous people - and do so until today.

None of the so called Treaties what were signed by Sovereign Tribal Nations and the U.S.Government have been adhered to - and this shame has brought the United States to its knees - including this present mess we endure - from the egotistical maniac living in the White House - that was built by Blacks. 

What is more blindly incorporating evil actions and deeds -  in some sort of Executive Order - daring to include language contrary to the beliefs and trust - of  any indigenous -  acceptance of culture and value - worth the salt.

War  deeds and harm done to humanity at  large - and the indigenous people in particular in the United States - charges brought before the International Court at the Hague by many tribes at the World Court - and before other institutions - such as the United Nations.

While countries such as Canada and Australia have apologized to their First People and Aboriginals.

The  United States - steeped in pride, pompous buffoons, adamant  - do not want to apologize for their misdeeds - more killing and murder, rape and other atrocities - that will churn one's stomach and make one nauseate.

Now in the year 2019  adding more insults - to Native American Heritage Month.

Adding uncalled language - reminiscent of past sordid deeds - unspeakable rapes, murder, lying, cheating and more - a Presidential Proclamation on National American History and Founders Month, 2019. 

Shame on all those who participated in this shameful deed from the present White House on worse than the other.

We know the majority who want this buffoon out - we know the chronic liar, we know who makes deals with the enemy - we know who put the Kurds in harms way, we know who is in bed with Russia and with North Korea.

Some one can easily be charged - "  numerous crimes against humanity ".

For -  sure some legal institution can bring the charges - at least for the world to know the Truth and hold his legs to the fire - he deserve punishment - the kind imposed on criminal by Whites in times past - Romania and the neighboring region - a stake stuck up his whatever - and left to impale.

Thousands of Kurds put in harms way, the same with the Syrians - more women and children, the same with the Iraqi Christians.

Innocent children starved in Yemen - women and men killed by bombs that we provided to the Saudis.

The people of Yemen - do not need to be treated like dirt - but we tolerate the nonsense - our U.S  jet fighters and bombs sold to the Saudi Government  - who take pride and relish the suffering of human beings -  murdering and killing innocent children and women - the same with many ethnic groups all documented.

We know about the " quid pro quo " ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - we know more - the egoistical maniac - lying through his teeth.

The egoistical maniac -  who disgraces anyone who comes near his sordid self - his evil shadow - a disgrace to the human race.

I was at Alcatraz and met my good Brother -

Wounded Knee and others  - too many to mention -

we were there - to celebrate the 50th Anniversary 

of the take- over of Alcatraz Island -

an 18 month sojourn - that spoke of FREEDOM -

challenging movements - for liberty - all over the world.

Wounded Knee a respected elder, a man of his word, he has contributed a lot to the movement in the Bay Area and beyond.

My good friend  - Wounded Knee - and others - have now reached an age - where they can do only so much.

The politics and other understanding of Federal Recognition, Restitution, healing, health, safety, housing, education, elder care, child care, sound transportation, keeping the treaties and less of diatribe and verbosity - have exhausted many.

We have to be spiritually strong - our heart in the right place.

The Elders I know - all understand that indigenous women warriors must be supported - and will be supported - come what may. Actions count.  Aho.

One thing the deep indigenous warriors all  understand - is how to discern.


More those who over the decades have gone through the fire.

The ability to discern serves well - all those who have gone through the many hardships , trials, and tribulations - the intense  " fire "  -  all  Elders deeply understand and more know - teach and hand down by word of mouth.

The Elders can separate the wheat from the chaff  - and have learned well from those before them  what is good to keep and protect

Reading the Constitution - indigenous people are not treated fairly.

The  mention - words in the Constitution - the indigenous  being compared as savages is an insult.

Even as we well know  most Whites live like barbarians - in caves in Europe - when indigenous people for thousands of years - built cities - and contributed to many great civilizations - both in North and South America.

Blacks - mentioned as being less than human - other  sordid comparisons made -  people of color - by the Founding Fathers - leave a sour taste in the mouth.

Some owned slaves - and showed no empathy and compassion - in their words and deeds - we know it - but we say little always thinking the dark cloud will pass away - some keeps opening wounds - and the time has come to send him packing to North Korea - he can live there - with his lover boy and read all the love letters - in very close proximity.

Such behavior and more mentality is despicable  - brings  mistrust - best described by those who knew better and could discern   - " those that speak with a forked tongue " .

Muwekma Ohlone Warrior

Closer to home here in San Francisco - we have the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - the only tribe that was Federally Recognized and then illegally removed by L.A. Dorrington - a Bureau of Indian Affairs agent.

Technically NO other tribe has laid claimed on all the land we know as San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone did -  using their Right of First Refusal in 1991.

Alcatraz Island was where the Hopi Tribe were incarcerated - and so were others  - some innocent people.

Not to mention - even military personnel - among them the Buffalo Soldiers - not too many - but some and that mention - raises a brow here and there - but history is there to share - and more to bear witness to - that we know and can stand our ground.

Things were made difficult for those that took over Alcatraz Island - but easy for the hippies who jumped on the band wagon - taking on the island - after 18 months.

The Hippies  tarnished the initial take over -  that and more - has yet to be filtered - the chaff  - what is good and must be kept.

History is not always told with facts and empirical data - the 50th Anniversary is more of the 18 long months - where the " fire " was lit - for freedom.

We must know the difference between freedom and license - abuse of freedom is license - and we are not here to point fingers - but to right the wrong.

It is good to be educated on issues - know the process  -much as the Elders protect the customs of the Tribes - the Council maintains law and order - and Indigenous Mothers and Grandmothers do more - for the good of all concerned in many a tribe.

Let us listen to the Elders - learn from them - the Truth.

If we do this - we will succeed - it is essential right now to plant the right seeds - to grow the right plants - t nurture the plants to bear good fruit .

All this and more with the Great Spirit in mind.

The 50th Anniversary celebration brought out the people and among them advocates Collin Kaepernick and Actor Danny Glover -  Danny Glover - who was not keeping well - but brought himself to the scene to represent - show his love for those he loves.

It is always a pleasure to have

Right now in San Francisco - we all have to stand united - and we all have to be careful - of the many sell outs - many of them say things - but few are there to show their love - by presenting themselves - sacrificing -  good actions.

We left early and arrived early at 5:15 am - Thursday, November 28, 2019 - we stayed for 5 hours and then decided to leave for home - which is San Francisco. 

It was a pleasure meeting so many George and Millie from the National Park Service, Wounded Knee and Perry Matlock - Eric L. Mar - who always manages to find me. So many good people -
