Millions of gallons of "clean drinking water " leaching into the ground every single day. The SF Public Utilities Commission - has been " pussyfooting around " - with very corrupt employees the likes of Juliet Ellis - wasting millions of dollars.

Our 1100 clean water drinking water pipes are over 90 years old - and less than 15% have been replaced.

It is the same with the over 1000 miles of sewer pipes in worst shape - over 90 years old - and less than 15% replaced.

No one deals with more crap -

than the " TAX PAYERS " millions of dollars 

wasted by the SF Public Utilities Commission -

folks like Juliet Ellis involved in nefarious activities -

she must be FIRED - now.

The SF Public Utilities Commission is an Enterprise Department with the General Manager receiving a salary of over $350,000 with benefits - a special contract - that he has enjoyed for decades - but failed us tax payers - more, in recent times.

Choosing to wheel and deal - his main side kick - Juliet Ellis.

In San Francisco our fire hydrants -

do not have sufficient pressure -

those in charge - have known about this situation -

fast asleep at the cockpit.

Our hydrants lack pressure.

We have "Idiots " in charge - and leading the charge our Mayor London Breed - she has NO experience at all.

Most of her heads of Department - are lackeys - minions who pander to her - have not read the SF Grand Jury report and are oblivious to addressing - Quality of Life issues.

Tomorrow God forbid if we have a very large fire - more on days that we just experience - 95% degree heat - large areas - home built back to back -  will be wiped out - right here - in San Francisco - more in the Sunset - but in other areas too.

Most of the homes built with wood - and foundations that are not secure - many built on land that were once sand dunes - in other places - poor landfill - prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The latest SF Grand Jury report - is scathing - and clearly states the obvious - we are NOT prepared to handle a situation - where a large fire occurs - more on a day that is windy - and the climate favors an inferno.

Such facts do not  deter the Mayor London Breed and her lackeys - preparing speeches that she reads - ribbon cutting events -  that make no sense.

As the Mayor she has not practical experience - and what is important to note - is NOT educated on issues - she favor Commissions and Task Force - where jail birds who have NOT been vetted - will  be having a say in Districts 6, 10, and 9 - we are watching you - like a hawk - especially the worse one of them all - Shamann Walton.

This heifer keeps on hogging and thinks all is well with our once Great City - that is going to the hogs.

The 12,000 homeless, the many who have NO sound health coverage, the many infants, children and youth who go to bed hungry - our Elders too - who we are duty bound to take care of in their Golden years.

We have a large budget over $12.7 BILLION - and yet - our City and County of San Francisco - has been put in harm way - with intent.

In recent months we have seen cases - where large fires have occurred -  touch and go.

In each case - where a large disaster could have taken place - but for the quick reaction to the situation - by neighbors.

The -  SF Fire Department - thanking those in close proximity for doing the right thing.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has failed San Francisco.

In the year 2002 we had a Bond Measure to address both Clean Drinking Water  System and Sewer System.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - against the mandate of the tax payers - who voted for a $2.4 Billion Bond Measure - the Regional Partners -  voted for a $2.2 Billion Bond Measure - chose to focus on the Clean Water - and turned their back on the Sewer System - arbitrarily.

This lack of fiduciary responsibility has not been seen into by the SF  Controller, the SF District Attorney and must be looked into by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and will be.

If need be we will go to court - where those entities - who can do something - and kicking the can down the street and have been for decades.

There are none decent citizens who are willing to deal with the devils - much like we see at the Washington DC level - a Whistler Blower - get nothing - but headaches and wrath from those evil.

One needs to be spiritually strong - and what is more be vigilant - these devils will be brought to book - and some will spend many years in jail. Their time is coming - health wise most of the crooks - are suffering here on Earth - and we see them wither right before our eyes.

In San Francisco Public Utilities Commission  - chose to stick and focus on the Clean Water System.

They took the liberty to  -  rename the Clean Water System - the Water System Improvement Project  ( Water System Improvement Project ) that is now in 2019 at the tail end of this project.

Over a billion more has been expanded on Mountain Tunnel, Calaveras Dam Project, Irvington Tunnel and more - all tax payers money - who is fooling whom.

Here is the report on the Sewer System Improvement Project - another Bond Measure was issued in 2011 in the amount of $6 BILLION -  that is now reaching $12 BILLION.

No one - seems to care - time to get the Federal Bureau of Investigation rein in the crooks.

That was to the point - asked again and again on some issues of importance - other than have long winded answers - she spoke to the point.

Planting millions of trees, reflecting and action how best - NOT to deplete the Ozone Strata - that is depleting.

Use less fossil fuel and check the amount of Carbon Dioxide and Methane Gas - one ton of Methane Gas equal twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.

Following China - the United States emits the second most Carbon Dioxide.

This is a fact.  Now given the know how we have in the United States - we must join forced with all Nations - and curtail the amount of Carbon Dioxide we emit.

No more pointing fingers at India, China, other Nations - that need help from us - the latest technology and more sharing vetted information - which is the best education.

All over the world - local leaders - are nonchalant - about the empirical data needed to address - Climate Change, Sea Level Rise - other related and pertinent issues.

The lip service given - when it come to recycling, spewed Carbon Dioxide, failed to curb Methane gas, conservation of water, our forest canopy, the million of gallons - that seep from old pipes that are 95 years old and have not been replaced - stare at us - here in San Francisco.

We have serious environmental issues in San Francisco. Few speak Truth to Power - and this on going nonsense must come to a STOP.

Our Mayor London Breed loves to talk - but lack the ability to have a Blue Print - with timelines and goals - Actions counts not barking up the wrong tree.

We have millions of gallons seeping into the ground - most of it clean drinking water that come all the way from Hetch Hetchy - and no one seems to care - not the General Manager Harlan Kelly - of the SF Public Utilities Commission - nor his side kick Juliet Ellis. 

Your time is coming and you will fall flat on your face.

When I was young - I spent many hours of my free time - deep in the forest - and studying rivers and lakes. 

I was alway interested in the frogs - that I believed and believe now - can reveal to us human beings - homo sapiens - how health the environment is.

Here is San Francisco the land of the Ohlone - each and every square inch was stolen -  where once we had the world best micro-climate.

Millions of species flora, fauna, animals, birds - over 80% are extinct - and no one seems to care. Time will tell.

Dinosaurs - roamed the land - and we have found skeltons - 
all carbon dates to over 15,000 years.

The Ohlone lived here for 13,000 years plus - and all this and more - has not been recognized by our SF Board of Supervisors and less by our Mayors Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom, Edwin May Lee and now the worst of them all - London Breed.

No one gave San Francisco - those that stole the land - permission to take over the land and change the skyline - converting, San Francisco a concrete jungle.

To this day that has been no empirical data - linked to concrete, aggregate, the dangerous particulates more PM 2.5, congestion, commercial and industrial operations - all of which contribute to the increase in Carbon Dioxide.

In San Francisco our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health, more our physically and mentally challenged are dying.

The people united will never, ever be defeated -

the corruption has reached saturation point -

this nonsense must STOP - now.

The SF Health Department have the statistics but has done nothing to curtail the increase in cancer, in respiratory diseases, in one of kind tumors - the paradox for the last 15 years we have had NO qualified Toxicologist.

I led the charge against Rogue Developers and have been on the frontline to this day - others have dropped the ball - but since 2000 to the day - I voice my opinion at City Hall - on SF Planning, Land Use, Transportation, Safety, Education, Environmental Issues - and when I do the corrupt and those that are evil shudder - because I speak Truth to Power.

Millions of dollars are wasted - the Central Subway started with a sum of $600 million and is now reaching $2 Billion - with over 2 year delay - for inferior and defective work.

The TransBay Center has had over runs - and has just opened after having an opening than being closed for month on end - only to be opened recently - cost us the tax payers close to $3 billion.

It is the same with the Sewer System Improvement Project  (SSIP) that started with a sum of $6 billion - the Digestors should have been in place and have been delayed - the entire project will cost over $12 billion - and the tax payers have been take on a wild ride.

All those making in access of 250,000 dollars - at the SF Public Utilities Commission - that have a track record failing to produce daily at work.

More showing daily - dereliction of duty - must have their salaries cut by half - warned in wiring after due counseling - and if the nonsense continues - dismissed  or fired- one of them for sure Juliet Ellis.

For forty years I have been monitoring SF City Hall - and have never seen the corruption as it exists today - it has reached saturation point.

Community Benefits meant for the community - more to cater to our infants, children, youth, and young adults - are given to the same organization who are NOT respected - and who should be ashamed taking money and wasting the money.

One of them Young Community Developers who should be audit and asked how many " career jobs " have they produced - and why are they all over the place - in other Districts when they have done injustice more in the last 10 years in the Bayview.

Dwayne Jones - says he is a businessman

and a Philanthropist - both of which he is NOT -

he has been STOPPED doling money -

but he and Juliet Ellis are circumventing the 

process - allow Contractors to dole the money -

and audit will prove - who is right - never mind if it 

takes time to bring the crooks to justice -

Juliet Ellis - 

proclaims that she is the Chief Strategist -

was the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs -

does as she please - daily hoodwinking the public -

filling her coffers - but not for long -

she works for the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis have long been known at crooks - Juliet Ellis had the Fair Political Practices Commission fine her - and have her return $200,000 to the SF PUC that she took the liberty - to send to Green For All - her former Non-Profit - that she was still receiving pay from.

Dwayne Jones was debarred biding for contracts - taken to court and a contractor got his project back - Dwayne Jones was black listed and remain so to this day. 

Yet he is willing and dealing - using spineless, immoral, drab people he pays with Community Benefits money - to act as his minions and do his bidding. 

Enough is enough and the time has come to reel in the crooks - and send them to jail - where they can reflect and hopefully change their sordid lives.

San Franciscans by far are decent citizens - we pay our taxes - and should not be subjected by these villains who have no conscience, less ethics, no morals what so ever - and forget about having standards.
