The chronic homeless situation in

San Francisco - now invading our 

neighborhoods - the Mayor barking up the wrong tree -

talking the talking - but failing to walk the walk.

Daily compromising Quality of Life issues.

Thousands of tourists - are not staying in San Francisco - they may land at SFO airport - but they prefer to stay - away from San Francisco - Napa and places like that.

More - where they are not accosted by crazy folks - the streets are clean,  they are not assaulted as they enter restaurants - and they stuff stolen from them - after shopping at Union Square in San Francisco.

More cars are broken into in San Francisco  -  thieves in broad daylight rob from our stores - Walgreens, other stores - and stores are closing up.

The over-head expenses are costly - the losses occurred by thefts and damage cause to stores and restaurants by vandals - is mind boggling.

The authorities love to talk they are doing something but they are doing nothing - at all.

Restaurant workers do not want to work in San Francisco - more, because the rents are too high - they try coming into the City taking BART and other public transportation - sharing car rides - the workers do it - as long as they can take it - the stress is too much -  then they give up.

Recently there was a hearing - too many restaurants closing their doors and leaving San Francisco - never to come back again.

Many well known restauranteurs owners of some famous restaurants - came to City Hall - and addressed their concerns at the August Chambers - Room 250.

Most - of the SF Board of Supervisors heard - the testimony from the restauranteurs  - but the SF Board of Supervisors - did not have too much to stay. Most of them rolling their eyes - baffled, perplexed, astounded, and totally confused.

As to our Mayor London Breed all she does is bark up the wrong tree.

Mayor London Breed - who brags she is from the hood - has not represented the City and County of San Francisco - as she should. 

Her ghetto ways - will not leave her - and her arrogance knows no bounds - she will fall on her face.

What London Breed does best - when she has the microphone  - is ask others to do the job and then she takes the credit.

Salesforce doling millions to Oakland and San Francisco - but go to the schools - and see for yourself if the children and youth - are really being educated.

Of course to show case the donation from Salesforce they had the event - at the Presidio of San Francisco - Federal Property - where the place is clean - and the environment - maintained. I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco and know more than most about the 1500 acres of Federal land.

Black children and youth are suffering in Oakland and San Francisco - most of them live in horrible conditions - no one has taken a survey of our children - Toxic Stress.

More when it comes to trauma, lack of nutrition, domestic violence, drugs and prostitution, illnesses like AIDS and other Sexual Transmitted Diseases, Asthma, heart problems, other respiratory diseases and more.

Politicians in today's world are charlatans - they talk the talk but do not walk the walk.

For sure most of them have NO empathy and less compassion.

San Francisco's City Hall -

where the wheeling and dealing goes on -

corruption has reached saturation - point.

When one goes to City Hall - we the tax payers must listen to the SF Board of Supervisors - they talk, and talk, and talk - but they fail to walk the walk.

When it is time for us to talk at Public Comment - we the public, we the tax payers and given a measly two minutes.

Today in San Francisco - we have over 30,000 homes closed - the owners do not want to rent the homes.

The owners of the homes fear if they rent the homes - the homes will be damaged - and they will incur heavy losses.

We have over 80,000 housing units - Market Price units - empty - rents ranging from $5000 to $10,000 a month.

Our SF Planning Department has failed - and our SF Board of Supervisors - have failed to address the damage done by entities like Academy of Art University.

Academy of Art University - that bought hundreds of rental unit buildings - all coming under Rent Control - and converted them to dormitories.

The dormitories were used to house foreign students - the paradox the Academy of Art University - was found deceiving the students - and its accreditation - invalidated. 

Paradoxically the Academy of Art University enjoyed the close friendship of past Mayors.

Mayors - who joined the owners of Academy of Art University - taking  junkets - in their private Lear Jet - to New York  - to attend gala dances and fashion shows. 

The Mayors wined, dined, and had all the fun possible. 

One past Mayor especially - who still has his finger - in every pie and project in San Francisco - who has an affinity for Oriental - women.

The disparity in San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - Rwanda is a Third World Nation - in Central Africa.

We have more billionaires in San Francisco - than any other City in the United States. 

One of many navigation centers -

most built under freeways -

bombarded by dangerous particulates -

there is nothing wholesome nor holistic

about Navigation Centers and their location.

Yet when it comes to housing our poor - we choose Navigation Centers. 

Navigation Centers that can accommodate a 150 at the most - is not a viable and sustainable way of living - that too for 60 days - than you are back on the street.

We have 12,000 homeless - thousands living in cars, and Recreation Vehicles, crashing anywhere - and among them children, youth - families with children - all this in San Francisco.

Those using drugs and shooting - are an eye sore and more when the addicts do it in front of children - having lost all shame and decency. 

Our streets are filthy and the needles and trash make it worse.

Volunteers led by Mayor London Breed - should flood our streets - and clean the streets and haul the garbage - then an independent volunteer team - should pick the winner. 

This mickey mouse - having the Battle of the Bay - where others foot the bill - and the Mayor makes an appearance to win some ill famed - brownie point - pretending to clean some beaches and the water front area - contaminated and polluted  -  hoodwinking the public in broad daylight.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP)

started at a price of $6 Billion and will end 

up costing the tax payers $12 Billion plus -

it does not faze the SF BOS and Mayor - the

rampant corruption of the worst order -

prevailing at the SF Public Utilities Commission -

led by Juliet Ellis.

Now, let us talk about the two Treatment Plants that we have one in San Francisco - one in the the Bayview  -the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant.

The second one - the one situated by Ocean Beach - in close proximity to the Ocean Beach.

Both Treatment Plants received umpteen Notice of Violations (NOVs) that the Mayor is not aware of .

If the details are discussed on this blog - it will shame the Mayor.

More the SF Public Utilities Commission - and of course the dumb SF Board of Supervisors - who run their mouth on other mundane topics - but fail to address Quality of Life issues - in San Francisco.

The Mayor makes over $350,000 and takes every opportunity to tell others to shell out money for programs - example Salesforce. Never once has she sponsored a program - except , wheeling and dealings- linked to those involved with Cannabis Clubs - and their likes.

Mayor London Breed - 

has done nothing for the restauranteurs  -

she is famous for barking up the wrong tree.

Recently hundreds came out to speak against the many hurdles the restaurant owners face - year to get a permit - or sorts of antiquated and mundane rules and regulation - typical of folks - that love " red tape " - and encourage corruption and expeditors to exploit those that need permit - and help circumvent the system - the reeks with corruption.

The Advocates the matter - have STOPPED going to the testify to the Commissions - stacked by lackeys - the SF Board of Supervisor - given the opportunity to speak - can go on and on and on.

Most of the topics are mundane - we have known for over 20 years the corruption at the SF Health Department - one Director Barbara Garcia was fired.

We have known for over 15 years - how the mentally challenged are treated. Not only at the SF General Hospital but hospitals like Saint Luke - as soon as the Sutter Hospitals took over.

The first thing Sutter Hospital did close down the entire floor dealing with the Mentally Challenged at the former St. Luke Hospital. The also totally shut down the floor - dealing with sub-acute care and more.

Our SF Board of Supervisors - are always behind the curve ball - trying to win brownie point - talking in circles - are not educated on issues - and when it comes to having their facts - they seem not to comprehend less understand - making a fool of themselves.

The shack at 900 Innes -

when Joe Cassidy owned the property.

It is the same when the talk about Landmark Building - and the Shipwright's Shack - which is all known to me.

I inspected it - the owner was Joe Cassidy at that time. The shack did not have a floor - I lifted the ply floor and saw  a dirt foundation.

The facade was taken from some building on ship and patched to the front of the building. 

I worked for the National Park Service - understand the Department of Interior mandates - when it comes to Landmark Buildings.

The paradox is that Joe Cassidy offered to donate the land and shack to me - and then gave it to Randy Shaw - who in turn made a deal with SF Recreation and Park - such are the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans of those that say one thing and do another.

There was bad blood between then District Supervisor Sophie Maxwell and Joe Cassidy.  Joe Cassidy the better of the two. Sophie Maxwell sold out District 10 - as does the present District 10 Supervisor - Shamann Walton.

We have hundreds of Landmark Buildings - and mostly when some one want to exploit the situation at hand - they invoke the Department of Interior mandates - and then waste our time and money.

Taking the matter of SF Planning - then the Historic Preservation Commission - the Appeals Board - and then of course to the dumb SF Board of Supervisors - who recently decided to given themselves a raise - wasting our time - talking about mundane things - and disgracing the fair name of the City and County of San Francisco.

The Historic Preservation Commission is a Joke - enough said.

Back to the restaurants - so many of them are closing their doors - and leaving San Francisco.

The Restaurant - " Pedro Cantina " 

opened 2010 and just closed its doors -

many others in and around the Chase Stadium -
have closed their doors too.

About ten restaurants have closed their door - by the brand new Chase Stadium - the congestion, the pollution, the rowdy crowds - are not worth the risk - within half-mile radius from the Chase Stadium.

Of course much is made of the concerts held - costing in access of $300 to $600 per ticket if not more. Realistically speaking - our Mayor London Breed has lost her mind - she has done little to solve the " homeless problem " - even less to sit down with the one of a kind " restauranteurs " - she has failed miserably to address " Quality of Life issues ".

Shame on these so called representatives - that have failed our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

If anyone wants to open a restaurant is takes on an average 3 years to open a restaurant - even if you pay an expeditor.

Hundreds of Non-Profits - have closed their doors - and as much as the City and County advertises help for Non-Profits -  you have to jump thorough hurdles - to get help.

All this in the land of the Ohlone - where every square inch was stolen by those that today - make hay while the sun shines.

More the Zionists who have positioned themselves - using the SF Board of Supervisors and the Mayor London Breed - like a puppet on a string.

The corruption in San Francisco has reached saturation point. Aho,

THE ARCTIC IS NOW THE PLAYGROUND - OF THE GREEDY - MILLIONS OF ACRES - OPENED UP TO THOSE THAT WANT TO EXPLOIT THE LAND.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR)
was created to save and protect 
our natural resources  - not to contaminate -
and pollute and adversely impact - nature
and the environment - more with oil drilling.

The Arctic is not for the faint of heart - and the Yupik, the Inuit, the Nenets, the Khanty, Evenk - others have taught the world - that human beings can survive and live in conditions - not for the frail of heart.

The Native Tribes have been revered all over the world - but now more than ever - the environment - has been contaminated - more with the drastic changes  - brought by Climate Change.

When anyone mentions the Arctic we think of the polar bear - the moose,  the caribou -reindeer, the large seals - birds that migrate to the area more the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

Today the entire Arctic is undergoing drastic changes - the large glacier that once stood tall and majestic - are melting.

The glaciers are melting right before our eyes - those that make their abode - the animals, the birds, the flors - all life - are quickly disappearing from adverse impacts - originating and initiated by human beings - homo sapiens.

Large areas in the Arctic - protective lands - are now declared open for drilling oil.

The largest oil companies Shell, British Petroleum, Philips Conoco and others are moving away from the Arctic -  the statics - show millions of gallons of oil - that once traversed
through the pipelines - moves slowly - due to less production.

 

The smaller oil companies  - more those greedy to the core - are NOT fazed.

Backed by the Senator of Alaska Murkowski - much like her father - and the demons that now make their abode at the White House - are leasing - large tracts of land - for oil drilling - defying environmentalist and more those that have their heart in the right place.

Hundreds of vetted environmental laws have been declared null and void - this present Administration at the White House - is undoing all the good - from past years.

Environmentalist are aghast that the goons living in White House - greed to the core - have no morals, less ethics, and for sure no  - standards.

Orion Oil Permafrost 

The people from the Arctic have character - much like the Native American Tribes - all  the indigenous people from the Arctic and worldwide.

These humans beings one of kind  - have protected millions of acres of land - and in the process kept the balance. 

Taken little and left more for future generations.

Climate Change is adversely all life.

The harsh weather toughens those that dare to face the blizzards, the strong winds, the cold air - that can play havoc on any exposed skin.

I have always admired the tribes from the Arctic - even as I have respect for the animals, birds, flora - all life - that speaks so much about the origin of  life.

The Arctic tribes have their own art - totem poles that tell a history - chronologically depicting - the finer points of what the village and leaders - wished to reveal in carvings and other artifacts. More to live a legacy and history.

Not long ago the Native people from the Arctic were invited to see the artifacts of their ancestors - at the Museum in London.

Amazing art, artifacts, clothing, cravings - one of a kind - that amazed the contemporary Native artists from the Arctic -  visiting the Museum in London.

Revealing to these artisans  - how much they have lost - from their homeland.

Foreigners  stealing, hoodwink - trading trinkets like beads  and other material things -  liquor, guns, and ammunition - taking precious artifacts - and many a time - desecrating - the culture and sacredness of the Arctic Native Tribes.

I watched the curators from the museum in London - open large boxes and spread the artifacts - watched the contemporary artists - from the Arctic - shocked and perplexed.

I saw the artists take photographs - admired how skilled their ancestors were - the legacy they left - only for the artifacts to land in museums - in far off lands.

Realizing for the first time - in a strange land  - how much they had to catch up - to contribute the best they have - each in their own way - men and women - and bring honor to their ancestors and the villages. 

Proud of their cultural heritage - the artifacts and sacred mementos - spurred them all - to learn more - and what is important to note - share their experience to the noble people from the Arctic.

The artists were sad - they had hope - and where there is hope - there is progress.

Many of them could not comprehend - how much was plundered - from villages so remote and taken to England.

The French did that too - and so did the travelers of that time - that traded for fur - and gave the Natives - beads, cooking ware, and such things - that the natives had not seen.

History plays out - in many ways - and even though it is painful to witness the sacrilege - the stolen artifacts, the sacred carvings - other symbols that the ancestors would not trade - but were stolen.

The artists realized that looking, touching, and feeling what they do not have at home - could may be - one day - hoping against hope - that much of what they had seen - would eventually may be returned to the land from which much was taken.
