IT IS CLOSE TO THREE YEARS - THE NORTH DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE - 500,000 BARRELS A DAY - AS TO THE LAKOTA TRIBE - THE FIGHT CONTINUES - AT STANDING ROCK AND BEYOND.

It is close to three years - I was reviewing the thousands of photographs that we took - when some of us - went 1400 miles away to Standing Rock.

We went there - to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Lakota Tribe - and thousands of others advocates, supporter - children, women, men - their heart in the right place.

The region in and around the Dakota Access Pipeline they say is booming - and the Lakota Tribe - and the Reservations are suffering - millions of dollars lost - as much $10 million a year.

The Lakota Tribe and other tribes in the region are resilient.
We know from experience - advocates and supporters - have come together - it is difficult to sustain the sacrifice, the hardship, the taunting.

More - from the present White House and the egoistical maniac who makes his abode there - twitting - challenging the Meteorologists - the man figures - when he says anything - it means something - when in fact it means nothing at all.

Here you see the pipeline been laid -

years before the Dakota Access Pipeline

was laid - land was acquired - lying to those

that farmed the land - little money given -

but NOT once were the landowners told 

the grand scheme to bring in thousands of 

barrels of oil - and the many leaks that take place.

The tribes and supporters protested -

Obama put a stop to the Dakota Access Pipeline -

the Egotistical Maniac - reversed the decision -

thousands gathered - the pain was felt all over the

world - people from many Nations came -

gathered at Camp Oceti  Sakowin 

 near by Standing Rock - the gathering was astounding.

Mother Earth is hurting - these greed bastards - who will use fossil fuel to make tons of money - salivate in the short run - but in the long run - the entire area is polluted - more with fracking and other methods of pumping oil - leaving behind - waste, pollution, and contamination - disdain for the land -

daring to dig up the remain of the ancestors - sacrilege.

came to Standing Rock - joined the protest -

met her husband Giron - and today carries 

on the work - strong warrior women -

have suffered - even taken rubber bullets and more.

While we were proceeding to Camp Oceti Sakowin -

this women was shot in the eye by a rubber bullet -

other too - took bullets - and others 

were arrested, charged and are lingering in the jails.

Three years ago - we really did not know what was happening. It came to me suddenly - we must make a move and go to Standing Rock.

Our pilgrimage to Standing Rock - was an eye opener. Thousands gathered at Camp Oceti Sackowin - a valley - where battles were fought - and the Lakota Tribes - roamed the valleys - later rode horses - and as we - well know - won battles - one of them Little Bighorn.

The indigenous people of this land - better known to the indigenous people as Turtle Island - is now named United States - controlled by some " evil entities " - who came here some 400 years ago.

It is disgusting and nauseating - to witness - blatant pollution, contamination, increase in the carbon footprint - Mother Earth harmed by those that are materialistic and as we well know -  " spiritually bankrupt " .

The Main Media does not show case the indigenous people - more the Native Americans - many are NOT Federally Recognized in their own country,

Most people who come from abroad are shocked when I reveal to them - the atrocities committed agains the Native American Tribes - who lived continuously here for over 13,000 years - artifacts and remains - carbon dated.

When we hired a van and gathered those that had their heart in the right place.

We had NO idea - what we would experience - we took all the care - to equip ourselves with what was necessary - we travelled over 1400 miles - and all of us treasure each and every minute of that pilgrimage to the land of Chief Sitting 
Bull who united the Lakota Nations.

and feeling the spirit of some of the

greatest warriors - ever to set foot 

on Mother Earth

The Lakota Nation is a sovereign nation. Most folks that do not read their history - think America belongs to those that came some 400 years - tattered and torn - and spiritually bankrupt.

They brought in their divisiveness religions - greed - and diseases - not know to the First People of Turtle Island - today known as the United States of America.

As I mentioned Chief Sitting Bull united the Lakota Nation -

and in doing so sent a strong message to those in Washington D.C. - who were delusional.

The battle of Little Bighorn

The battle of Little Bighorn is well known to most that know anything about warfare on the Dakota Plains. 

Man to man - hand to hand fighting - that defeated the greedy and sent a strong message - to those that had to think twice.

General Custer and his 7th Calvary Regiment lost badly - and to this day - those of us who study " Military Warfare " - admire those that defeated those that came to hurt with false pride - and invade " sovereign land " and were defeated.

Chief Sitting Bull was not one to brag about victories - he was one to protect his people.

Chief Sitting Bull - was not only a good warrior - but a dignified warrior and Chief - that was visionary for his time.

Chief Sitting Bull loved his people.

It is a shame that some will do anything -

to make a fast buck -

destroy the Sacred remains, pollute the land,

pollute the air, pollute the water -

and think all is fine - the Great Spirit sees it all.

No decent human being - should disturb the Sacred Remains of any tribe - the indigenous people all over the world - understand this fact.

Not so those that have an affinity to go to the Sacred Places and dig up remains - to seek treasurers - and sometimes - just to act as the " devil" does.

The indigenous people are into protecting and preserving - taking little - only as much as one wants - practicing a viable and sustainable concept - for over 13,000 years - artifacts and remain - all carbon dated - prove that fact - empirical data.

Using fossil fuel and contributing to Climate Change - contributing to the Carbon Footprint - with intent to make money first and putting all life at risk - simply put is " evil ".

All those entities who thought they could do as they please - have suffered losses in the billions of dollars.

The very heavy snow fall - the blizzards one of a kind - have taught those that steal,  lie, cheat, hoodwink, and are evil - a lesson. But will they learn - or die with a fork tongue?

There is more to come - to those cheating and stealing - using fracking to create severe problems - that lead to the pollution of the " water shed " - contaminating clean drinking water - creating tremors - polluting the environment - to foster "greed " - and more.

Greed know no bounds - to those that worship money - and all that is " evil " - the devil.

The " Standing Rock " protests and others that followed are here to state clearly - to the greedy - " you will be held accountable - more, by the people who have their heart in the right place.

Juliet Ellis - calls herself

We humans demean " humanity " and " humankind " when we gang up on our fellow human beings and take advantage of those that most need help.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - has proved again and again - that sexual harassment - implicit bias of the worst kind - the lack of cultural competency - grows all over the SF Public Utilities Commission - like " fungi" of the poison kind.

Way back in 2013 I envisioned having a center - where our youth and other who wanted to have a " career " job - could come to a center and prepare themselves - women and men - for the many jobs - that came with the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

This Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) came with a price - $6 Billion - Bond Measure - that we the tax payers pay for. 

The SFPUC has long been know to waste money - and more with scumbags like Juliet Ellis - who is as corrupt as they come.

Hardly had Juliet Ellis jumped from the SF Public Utilities Commission - where she played no pertinent role - bidding her time to position herself to steal money.

That moment came with Laura Spajian left her position at SFPUC - as the Assistant General Manager for External Affairs - Laura knew her job - and we remember her to this day. She left for Houston - where she is flourishing with her wife and new born child.

Some of us were shocked when Juliet Ellis - already - known for her haughtiness and arrogance - always did not care - what was said - she always imposed her views and plans - and did it with the cunningness of a sleuth.

As soon as Juliet Ellis filled Laura Spajian seat and job - all hell broke loose - Juliet Ellis understanding there was millions of dollars - planned to send $200,000 to Green For All - in the East Bay - without any qualms of conscience.

Juliet Ellis was on the Green For All Board - took money while she worked for the SFPUC - and now dared to fool us all - taking our tax payers money - and did not blink an eye.

Some one filed a complaint with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). The FPPC fined Juliet Ellis made her return the money. And all this and more should have taught her a lesson.

The same complaint was lodged at the SF Ethics Commission - the SF Ethics Commission - decided to embrace the decision made at the FPCC.

The SF Ethics Commission should have debarred from holding a job - it did not.

All the crooks came to back Juliet Ellis - most of them in jail today - and other wheeling and dealing - and they all think - they can fool - all the people all the time.

God see it all - so now we see those that are evil - slow wither before our eyes - some cannot bear the pain to suffer - but there is more the horrors of hell. Hell here on Earth.

I have sacrificed 40 years in the trenches and on the frontlines - and seen all the clowns - seen all the crooks - today the crookedness has reached - saturation point.
