When anyone such as London Breed - has NO clue about good planning, even less about transportation issues - and of course as we know nothing much about maintaining Quality of Life issues.

Quality of Life issues matter. Keeping our environment healthy is paramount. The land all around Mission Bay is very contaminated.

The air is not the best - the near by hospitals - have to filter the air - and maintain extra precaution - to check on pollution, dangerous particulates - and other chemicals that come with the operation of any health maintenance organization.

The land is prone to severe liquefaction and flooding. Many of the basements have fungi - the result of salt water and other contaminants seeping from poor, contaminated soil - on which these building catering to the public at large - were built.

Corrupt politicians the likes of Willie L. Brown Jr., and his minions - circumventing the law. Today, those that do not know the facts - read the empirical data - make a fool of themselves.

Beyonce, Metallica, Elton John, others - may come to the Chase Center - but the thousands who create the congestion, breathe the unhealthy air - adversely impact the near by hospitals must be responsible.

Those behind the Chase Center - have disdain for the advocates and more parents - who challenged the Environmental Impact Report linked to the Chase Center - the very poor Transportation Management Analysis.

The very serious environmental, planning, and transportation  concerns - that mattered to decent citizens and tax payers - were  taken to Court.

This that pooled their " hard earned money " to file the case - - fell prey to big money - and greed.

 God sees it all.

Few know that all that land we call Mission Bay is Public Trust Land.

The land was given to Santa Fe, Southern Pacific -large leases signed to provide the services these huge entities engaged - transporting material, persons, and other things - using their trains - that went all over this Nation.

 Connecting with other trains - to complete any destination.

The operation contaminated the land - creosol, mercury, lead, other contaminants - spills from petroleum products, ammonia and other very toxic contaminants - were common - where for decades - safety, and hazardous management - was not know less exercised.

Blue collar workers suffered and more " people of color " who had direct contact with chemicals, contaminants, and pollutants - had to work - in an environment that today would not be tolerate less accepted - Notice of Violations.

In the mid-1980s the Environmental Protection Agency was formed. It took another ten years for the EPA to truly enforce its laws.

The Department of Toxic and Substance Control, the Regional Water Board, the Bay Area Air Management District - other local agencies - talked the talk but few followed up with  - enforcement.

In the early 1960s - the State handed over the land we now know as Mission Bay - together with 7.5 miles of sea front - to the SF Port Authority. The SF Port Authority got the land, buildings - but very little funding.

Being an Enterprise Department the SF Port Authority had to bring in their own money - to survive. Nothing much has changed - the SF Port Authority has huge plans, more conceptual plans - but lack money.

Hence it has resorted to create the AT&T Park to bring in money, other projects like Pier 70, Mission Bay, Mission Rock - the land as I said is very contaminated. 

Most of it declared a Superfund Site - only the worst contaminated land is put on the Superfund List. Some term the land - Brownfield that is a LIE.

I am sure London Breed knows nothing much about Public Trust Land. Much as she know practically nothing about the Precaution Principle.

London Breed has no clue - how former Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., used his influence with the Regional Water Board - to by pass the Department of Toxic and Substances Control - to permit very contaminated soil.

Class One - be moved from the higher ground - 4th and King to the lower ground where the hospitals are built - be it University of California San Francisco - the Children's Hospital, the Research Centers - and more.

Politicians today are like pimps and whores - pandering to the highest bidder.

It makes it easy when some one like London Breed - who salivates when any one mentions - money.

London Breed lacks etiquette and less is NOT educated on issues - barks up the wrong tree. She cannot represent a First Class City - and has reduced San Francisco - to a stinky, dirty, congested, polluted and contaminated City.

The Chase Center provides fee MUNI transportation - to the events - that tickets to the performance cost a lot of money.

Most decent tax payers in San Francisco - are working two and three jobs to make a living. No one in their right mind is thinking to spend large sums of money - at a concert - or even a Warriors' Game - not after they lost the Championship - and treat Durant is a manner that has cast a cloud on the Warriors Management.

The Warriors turned their back on Oakland - and this one singular fact - must be considered in all matters - never trust an entity that bites the hand that fed them.

San Francisco had the 49ers and lost them.

We have the Giants and tolerate their performance.

The Warriors are not welcome by most - even in Oakland - they are frustrated - turning their back on the faithful.

All this talk having concerts - and the very high price of tickets - tickets going for as hight as $600 for the good seats - is typical of an entity that is GREEDY.

Here and there - the Warriors are known to throw bread crumbs  to the public at large - those who are hungry take them.

However many who survive - treasure their dignity - have morals and standards - work hard and do not want a handout - know what is right and what is wrong.

With God on their side they have nothing to fear.

This is Ohlone Land - the Warriors have not said a word.

Mayor London Breed ignorant and arrogant - will fall flat on her face. She has learned nothing much. Times will tell.

Politicians like London Breed - will wheel and deal - bark up the wrong tree - London Breed has no integrity, no morals, less ethics and for sure no standards.

Daily our Elders are dying on the streets of San Francisco.

Daily our infants and children are exposed to the worst pollutants and contaminants.

Daily the killing and violence is on the increase in San Francisco.

Our MUNI is a mess - and more with all the construction on our roads. 

In some area the roads are torn up - the cross walks not painted - one on SF San Bruno Avenue by Burrows Street. No cross walk painted - after the construction and asphalting of the roads.

An accident waiting to happen - every day - we have cars - blind sighting - close to hitting and killing some innocent pedestrian.

Big Developers are given grants to build dense units on very contaminated ground. More in the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - China Basin. This land is designated as Superfund Land. 

Where is the Precautionary Principle ? Where are the Regulatory Agencies on this matter?

London Breed - the woman is crazy - she will look you in the eye and lie - but not for long.

Typical of Morgan Chase who was bailed out by us tax payers - during the last spiraling of the economy - 2007, 2008, 2009.

Morgan Chase is not a name that commands respect - not by the decent Public and less by decent organizations and institutions. 

Chase rakes in billion in " dark money " - and their day is coming.

Chase wiped out the debts of thousands in Canada - few know about this - can they help our students in San Francisco and our Elders to start with - provide our Elders with safe and subsidized - housing?

By One South Van Ness the Warriors are building a skyscraper - off site - as part of Community Benefits - they can help our Elders - at this location - and can step up and save the Mission, the Bayview, and other areas - where gentrification has taken a grip - and suffocated decent San Franciscans.

Mission Bay - all of it is Public Trust Land - belongs to all of California.

It is absolutely baffling how SF Board of Supervisors, the Mayor, and many SF City Departments - favor Big Development - and put innocent people in harms way.

Anyway you look at San Francisco today - daily it is loosing its once noted and valued pristine environment.

This area we know as San Francisco - once enjoyed the best climate in the world. All that has changed and soon even the fog that acts as our natural air-conditioning - will be no more.

It does not bother the SF Representatives to favor Big Developers, building high density buildings - where people live in condition that do not favor - socializing in a meaningful way.

The Carbon Footprint in San Francisco has increased 400% - but those that favor " development" and knowingly pollute and contaminate - embrace " money " and "  "greed" and will not turn back - they " with intent " - put innocent people in harms way.

These evil people have BLOOD on their hands - having harmed millions of innocent infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health  - more, our mentally and physically challenged.

The Whites that came here are not indigenous.

The Whites that come here some four hundreds years ago - came to make money - they were greed - the indigenous people helped them - when they were dying from hunger and disease small pox and other general diseases - unknown to the indigenous of Turtle Island.

It is amazing in all the discussion about Climate Change, the increase in the Carbon Footprint, the impending Sea Level rise - other calamities that have befallen the United States - not once are the indigenous people - respected as the host tribes and the host nations.

Indigenous people always acknowledge the host nation - the Whites ignorant and mostly arrogant - think their " shit " don't stink - the result they will fall flat of their face - and have blood on their hands.

In recent years the astute and stellar advocates STOP going to SF City Hall - for all the talk about democracy - what goes on at SF City Hall - is nauseating to say the least.

Daily hundreds are suffering on the streets of San Francisco - and judging from the unclaimed bodies at the SF City morgue - one can get a clear picture - where this City and County of San Francisco - is heading.

SAN FRANCISCO HAS LOST ITS SOUL.

The people united will 

never, ever be defeated -

if you are educated on issues -

you can stand your ground - defeat those -

that have NO empathy and less compassion.

Even as so me advocates came to SF City Hall to express their frustration - on housing, shootings and killings, high increases in rent, the on going "gentrification " and more.

The SF Board of Supervisors were all over the place - talk is cheap - action that brings results.

Here at home - no one needs to be a rocket scientist to witness the increase in homelessness, the sky rocketing high rents, the corruption at all levels that has reached saturation point, those in need dying on the streets of San Francisco.

In District 10 there has been an increase in shooting and killings. The SF Police Department for all its talk - has failed to address Quality of Life issues.

The SF Police Commission is a JOKE. That entire SF Police  Commission must be replaced and with it the Micky Mouse entity that Paul Henderson - has created to massage his ego.

We have seen banners like this before -

Thousands of units were once built by the Department of Defense - the Public Housing at Potrero Hill, Hunters Point, Oakdale, Visitation Valley - Sunnydale - transferred to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

HUD - who in turn transferred thousands of Public Housing to the City and County of San Francisco - who turned it over to San Francisco Housing Authority - with ulterior motives.

Mayors Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom 

and Edwin Mah Lee - all three with intent -

saw the "degrading" of public housing -

using deferred maintenance.

The Housing and Urban Development - thought they were doing the crooks controlling San Francisco's City Hall a favor - little did they know that the " crooks " - did not want the Public Housing to flourish.

All the while the "devils" wanted to tear down the housing - remove the mostly Black and other people of color - and foster gentrification.

Outsiders come into the community and carry on these evil deeds.

All of them  - the Mayors Wille L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, and London Breed.

The Mayors and the their lackeys  participating in the crimes - putting innocent people in harms way - fostering the removal of people - called gentrification - have BLOOD on their hands.

When any housing is built - the first thing the Property Manager ask - is your credit. If you have no " good credit " there is nothing one can do.

We saw this when the Geneva Towers were torn down - and less than 7% of those that lived at the former Geneva Towers - could move into the brand new town houses.

The rest eventually landed on the streets of San Francisco - more the Tenderloin and Sixth Street.

We saw that at Huntersview and the John Stewart Company.

Now we see it with Apartment Investment Management Company gone - a new Property Management has taken over thousands of units - and it is the same story - NO good credit - they tell you to your face - " go take a hike ".

All those living on the hill are facing serious problems - and most are not aware -they are there - for a short while,

The views on the Hill are good - the air polluted - and land contaminated - and all this and more does not deter the " evil Property Managers " to make money - while the going - is good.

None of Property Managers can be trusted - Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing, the John Stewart Company - the new ones Property Managers that come in - to foster gentrification - and all of them are " outsiders".

The deliberations at SF City Hall - are boring. Addressing issues that are not pertinent to the tax payers and San Franciscans.

Those SF Supervisors - that just came back from their month long vacation. 

The SF Supervisors who gave themselves a raise.

The SF Board of Supervisors - who have failed to address Quality of Life issues.

The SF Board of Supervisors  - some - have NO shame - they think they can fool all the people all the time.
