Shamann Walton together with Sophie Maxwell took large amounts of money - to increase the height limits and give Lennar Urban - an opportunity to build skyscrapers with dense housing - on land prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.

Right now NO insurance company is vouching for Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLC - we also hear latest soil testing samples - have shown the land to be very contaminated.

Shamann Walton does not care about the constituents - who live in the Bayview Hunters Point are - and San Francisco in general.

Daily - Shamann Walton is wheeling and dealing - and is known for his very " nefarious activities ".

Saturated  - in his DNA - a known jail bird - who has no place as a leader - leading any city or town - more San Francisco.

Where do these jerks come from and who votes for such despicable characters?

Recently - Shamann took on JUL the e-cigarette giant - that is now calling upon all - with high profile ads - to ban all cigarettes.

NOT - a whimper from Shamann Walton - he cannot afford a single ad - that he has to pay from his pocket. He can afford other things - with money from other sources - others paying - when it comes to Shamann Walton - he wanted to win brownie points for free - but right now is drowning in the cesspool - of his own making.

It is the same with shutting down Juvenile Center - without any back up plan - and failing to consult the " judges" and California Courts that have jurisdiction - over such matters.

Shamann Walton is as phony as they come - ignorant, arrogant - and a known jail bird - that no one decent - respects.

The indigent and the poor - unfortunately most of them are Blacks - are suffering - so are Black infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders and those with compromised health - in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Shamann Walton is more interested in opening a Bistro on Third Street and Hudson - in a contaminated area - encouraging ,selling " greasy food " that is not good for health. The money from SF Public Utilities Commission - Community Benefits money - that we never said could be used for such purposes.

The Bistro place has some make shift  " stalls " selling food in any environment that is not healthy.

MUNI buses spew particulates in very close proximity - twenty feet away from the stalls. 

No running water and for sure no clean toilet.

Shamann Walton says he has a degree in nutrition - but as I said he knows little - his arrogance and ignorance is beyond anything I have known - he opens his mouth and shoves his dirty foot in - each and every time.

Shamann Walton has NO idea how contaminated Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is - as he had NO idea about Mare Island - a contaminated island - which is in close proximity to Vallejo - where he grew up.

He spent an inordinate time in jail - his youth was turbulent and so is his life today. Always angry and defiant.

All sorts of crime - more shooting and killings are on the increase in the Bayview Hunters Point Area. Shamann Walton has been busy - supporting those that have got permits to sell " Marijuana " - better known as weed.

The Federal Government does not allow proceeds from selling Marijuana to be deposited in the banks - that come under the U.S. Federal Government. 

Can you imagine any Black more jail birds - daily gazing at the " Strong Safe " - laden with thousands of dollars - while they operate within their means?

It is like the Uber and Lyft drivers - who have to pay their taxes at the end of the tax year.

The 1099 comes in  - they do not have the money - and this one factor and others - apply mostly to these Blacks - who do not have a back up plan - have put all their eggs in one risky basket - targeted to be devastated at any time. 

San Francisco has a Black as a Mayor, the City Administrator is Black, the Director of OCII is Black, the Chief of Police is Black, the Manager of the SF Public Utilities is Black, we have other Blacks in power - but none of them have the leadership to leave a legacy.

No homes should be built on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - no decent human beings should be put in harms way.

Dwayne Jones a known crook - has contributed thousands of dollars to her campaign.

Dwayne Jones was bold enough to advertise an advertisement in a Black newspaper - boldly proclaiming - that he was backing Mayor London Breed - and was proud of her achievements.

He used to dole out money liberally to his minions - one thousands here, five thousand dollars there - and this for years - until the Controller's Office - got on his case.

Dwayne Jones takes it upon him - to dole out - Community Benefits - calls himself a Business man and a Philanthropist - he is NOT a businessman and for sure NOT a Philanthropist.

San Francisco is Ohlone Land - all of it - every square inch.

I say this to bring to the realization of mostly Blacks - that Blacks in the past have had a " shared experience " with the indigenous people - Blacks  of San Francisco with the Ohlone.

A shared experience with Native Americans - all over this Nation - more, during the period of Slavery.

Appointing unqualified people to be Commissioners - and pushing for Summits and other conferences that divide and fail to bring people together.

Playing to the whims of some women - who think they do not need men in their lives - of course such women forget their fathers - and other men in their lives - that matter.

If these women - purporting to be feminists - have some decency and more agree with women and men - work together - for the good of society - much more can be achieved and the divisiveness laid to rest.

It would help more in the up bringing and nurturing of our children - who are suffering - more in those community that are not offered - opportunities. 

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health - in our poorer neighborhoods are hurting.

Having some cook in the open at the opening of the Bistro - all dressed up - with a silk scarf and dress - in very close proximity to fire.

Safety comes first - any chef will tell you that - and such norms and more - matter.

But - not to London Breed and her minions - they are into winning brownie point for the short duration. 

London Breed and those that pander to her - use tax payers money - in a manner that betrays their ignorance.

The Bistro on Third Street - has no running water - and no clean toilets - and London Breed thinks people will come together at such a place. She can keep on dreaming and making fake promises.

London Breed has done nothing when it comes to congestion - more on Van Ness Avenue, Geary, Third Street closer to Market Street, all over San Francisco - torn up streets - and back to back traffic.

It is even worse on our freeways - every single day.

The great divide and disparity in San Francisco  - compared to Rwanda - a third world nation - it does not seem to bother the arrogant London Breed - her mouth keeps spewing diatribe - at the time.

It is a shame to see so many homeless sleep in tents - die on our streets - many indigent folks - arrested without cause - and put in jail.

The mentally challenged attacking innocent folks - and those HOT Teams and other teams - no where to be found.

We have over 12,000 homeless and a few Navigation Centers - each can accommodate only more than 120 people. Go Figure?
