MAYOR LONDON BREED - HAS ALL HER PRIORITIES WRONG - BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - DOES NOT NEED AN OPEN AIR BISTRO - SURROUNDED BY FOUL AIR AND PARTICULATES - NEXT TO THE BISTRO - MUNI BUSES SPEW PARTICULATES - AN ADDED INGREDIENT - TO THE DISHES BEING SERVED - ON THIRD STREET.

The Bayview Hunters Point does not need any more Bistros - more, open air restaurant on Third Street - with foul air and dangerous particulates  - galore.

In any other decent city such a eating place would never be permitted - but since the SF Public Utilities Commission is trying to win "brownie points " - anything - goes.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is busy doling out money - Community Benefits Money - to open restaurants - that open for a couple of month and close.

Bistros are low end eating places - mostly serving French cuisine - slow cooked food - like cassoulet, a bean stew, salad verte, pate de champagne - home made deserts, you get the feel.

The Bistro on Third and Hudson - is NO bistro - it is a BBQ pit - and the hygiene is not conducive to healthy eating. 

The surrounding air is foul, the near by traffic - horrendous - particulates all over the place - and more.

London Breed and her minions - when given an opportunity -again and again - display their abject ignorance and arrogance - what can we say - despicable.

We need enterprising entities given sound and healthy opportunity to cook food that is healthy - and cooked in a healthy environment - none of this is established at the Third and Hudson site.

The picture above show a person cooking with the proper apparel that cooks wear. Safety is paramount - and such things and more - unforeseen - no orientation - has cause a serious " safety issue" - one clothes on fire - and immense death.

Each of the outsider thugs get $300,000 on a platter - spend inordinate money fixing the place - and then - as I said after a couple of months - close the restaurant.

One restaurant named "WORD" boldly has a notice - restaurant closed - while some much needed editing is warranted.

Now, the latest trend is open air eating places like the many Open Air Pizza places - food that be very bad for those suffering from obesity and asthma.

" Bizy Bistro" needs a place -with a steady roof - and the $300,000 given to the outsiders to cater to the community - if that is a criteria that has been thought out - and SF Public Utilities Commission - really wants to help some up an coming business entity.

Third Street at Hudson - is exposed to continuous stench from the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - and tons of particulates form the the thousands of vehicles - moving up and down on Third Street.

To make things even worse - the MUNI buses are parked south - in very close proximity to the Open Space and Bizy Bistro - while the cooks are not aware of the very serious health issues - more  " environmental issues " -  those eating are putting themselves in harms way.

Suffice to say the restaurants on Third Street - by far find it difficult to manage to keep their restaurants clean. Restaurants that are inside - so one can imagine - how difficult it is to manage " a eating place in the open air " - more on days - when there is inclement weather.

Standard  hygiene does not seem to a criteria - that these restaurants - mostly " outsiders " adhere to  - the restaurant open with great flare - after sometime they close - and no one knows why?

Tracy Zhou who works for the SF Public Utilities Commission - does not have a clue about  " culinary issues " - the Bayview Hunters Point needs real help - with those who want to cook and serve - facilitated in the best manner.

Give these entrepreneurs an opportunity to run a real restaurant - with running water, toilets that are clean, the environment that is conducive to good health - please not mock us - and use the those that need help - and will take anything - just to survive.

I saw Harlan Kelly - and he should have reviewed, seen and noticed the things I am writing about.

It is a shame how this House Negro has been taken advantage of - listen to Juliet Ellis and using a Chinese employee to further some cause - that does no one good.

This type of food in today world is not what is considered - healthy food - greasy food - causing all kinds of health problems.

More surrounded with conditions that are filthy - the air stinking to high heaven - and if these " idiots " think they are doing some one a favor - they are mistaken.

Mayor London Breed is from the hood - the worst part of the hood - she lacks good manners - better known as etiquette.

She open her mouth and spews - diatribe.

She eats anything she can munch on - the " heifer " is bloated  - wallowing in " dark money ". She is no Mayor - she is a panderer.

No diverse community such as we have in the Bayview Hunters Point - will gather at such a filthy, stinky place - that is unsafe and known for shootings and killings. Third Street and Hudson.

Any decent Bistro -

serves quality " brisket " -

this so called Bistro - does not.

London Breed does not give a hoot about healthy food.

If others - eat at the " open air bistro - that does not even serve food that is wholesome - that is NO concern to London Breed. All she wants is some attention.

A dish found at any bistro on its menu - is - " brisket ". Bizy Bistro - does not serve brisket - nor does it have healthy amenities - no running water and no decent toilets.

Well the SF Public Utilities Commission - has decided to pour millions down a " dark hole " - giving outsiders over $300,000 to open restaurants.

When it comes to the people of the Bayview - they are tucked on a small triangular space - surrounded by traffic and particulates.

The - MUNI buses in very close proximity spewing particulates - while people are eating - their food contaminated.

All this and more - stinks - throwing bread crumbs - and failing to respect the people of Bayview Hunters Point.

Treat the citizens of Bayview Hunters Point right - give them opportunities to succeed - do not throw some stale bread crumbs - that will not bring about progress and good will.

No business will survive given poor conditions - even if you try to hoodwink the Main Media.

Do not think for a nano second that the Bayview Hunters Point residents - cannot think for themselves.

Please treat the Bayview Hunters Point resident with respect - give them a decent restaurant - with all the amenities to cook in a healthy environment. 

Nutrition is important - and we must stay away from greasy food - the likes that some eat and die - suffer from heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure and so on and so forth.

The SF Health Department needs to take another look at the location and the permit given - at Third Street and Hudson. 

No running water, no toilets, the air needs to be tested.

The  MUNI buses themselves contribute to a high level of mercury, lead, and particulates in very close proximity to the Bizy Bistro - ten feet away. Go Figure!

San Francisco has always been recognized as a center of fishing - whaling in the past - Fisherman's Wharf attracts millions of tourists and there is more.

San Francisco has long been known as a fishing location and hub.

In years gone by ships left San Francisco - on many fishing trips - and before that on whaling expeditions. 

Little is known about Captain Michael Healy - who went on  many whaling expeditions. The man had a heart and helped the Native Alaskan tribes - saving them from malnutrition - and doing other works of charity.

Before that the Russians sailed to San Francisco - and even before that the Vikings of known fame.

Sailors have always loved San Francisco for its scenic beauty - the Pacific Ocean, the rolling fog - and as I said fishing and sailing.

San Francisco - Baghdad by the Bay - about which so much has been written including fishing - now has a serious issue that must be weighed by all San Franciscans.

As every day passes - our fishermen and women - are throwing in the towel - and those few that are there - but be helped.

Of course the City and County of San Francisco - has failed in its duty - to provide succor to the fishermen and women - who have contributed so much - and today - pay more taxes and get very little in return.

Are we treating the fishermen and women with dignity?

Are we treating them with respect ?

Why have those that are supposed to help the fishing industry -  dared to challenge fair play ?

Why have those that can do something for the fishermen and women - why are they fast asleep in the cockpit ?

Why have we as tax payers - failed to help the fishermen and women ?

Why have we as citizens permitted those who create the many rules and regulations - that defeat the purpose - and do not adhere to the times - penalizing those that fish - and curtail the power of the fishermen and women - to make a decent living?


Where are those - who purport to stand for fair play and justice - steeped in the many rules and regulations - that defeat the purpose of sound fishing - adversely impacting our beloved fishermen and women.

Rules and Regulations are meant to create a health and progressive situation - right now the opposite seems to be the case - can we review the many rules and regulations - that defy decency?

Fresh fish is a delight -

more to those that can cook it - 

feed the family - the restaurants -

that cater to the better good of many - 
healthy eating - taking people to a better place.

Captain and Owner Giuseppe is a good man - his heart in the right place.

He knows his business - every aspect of fishing -

even his nets have been tested by scientists - using a proven technique that does not adversely impact - smaller fish.

The fishing nets he uses - use a technique that does not permit the nets to dredge the ocean - and yet brings in a bigger catch.  Using the Light Touch Fishing Gear nets.

Very thoughtful and more in keeping with a viable and sustainable way of doing business. Eco-friendly.

Many of us do not know where much of our fish comes from - sources - dubious in nature.

It is not uncommon for our restaurants - to say that they are serving one kind of fish - and serve another kind of fish.

We do not have a method daily to test the catch - enforce the law - pertaining to the catch - that comes from places like China, India, Mexico - elsewhere - fish that is served to the public - and is laden with chemicals.

It is not uncommon for the fish from many sources - to be laden with access mercury, lead, and what have you.

Once here in San Francisco and on the West Coast - our fisherman went to sea and brought  a catch that was wholesome.

 It was not uncommon for the fishermen and women to clean the fish for the customers - and have a good relationship with the customers.

The Federal and State laws have favored the unsavory entities - wheeling and dealing -  we see this when it comes to the crabs and the " crab season ". 

The salmon and the salmon season - we have too any Federal and State authorities - telling the fishermen or women how to conduct his or her business and this nonsense must stop - now.

There are now only two boats that can sell fresh fish from their boats. 

The Fishing Vessel Pioneer is the only one that serves the public of San Francisco.

This woman is challenged - but she 

makes every effort to hear and talk -

her name is Joleen Lambert -
she has fortitude and tenacity -

he told me - that without this challenged woman -

it would be difficult for him - to have a smooth operation.

Captain Giuseppe Pennisi -

respects and honors his father for starting 

the fishing business. His father and he 

have fished all over - in Alaska, along the West Coast -

seen and experienced a lot.

During my visit at the dock by Pier 47 at Fisherman Wharf  - we spoke about Climate Change - and how it impacts more the fishermen and women.

What triggers many of the adverse impacts come from Regulatory Agencies - and as the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy - I see this scenario play - when it comes to the " crab season " for sure.

The " salmon season " - and all of the ploys, machinations and shenanigans.

Those fishing in the International Waters -  devoid of enforcing rules and regulations - in the International waters - sweeping the ocean floor - and destroying the eco-system.

Some scientists have teamed with Captain Giuseppe to study a holistic method of catching fish - the Light Touch Gear nets method is one of many methods - used in some of the more sensitive nations - who want to catch a large catch - using more contemporary fishing methods that do not catch smaller fish -in larger amounts.

Keeping the smaller fish to grown bigger - while making the fishing - using this method more viable and sustainable.

Captain Giuseppe Pennisi believes in giving and contributes thousands of tons of fish to Glide Memorial.  This charity is to be noted - more in San Francisco named after Saint Francisco of Assisi.

Captain Giuseppe Pennisi and his crew - went out of the way - to help those after the Napa fire and the Butte fire.  Providing those that need much need nourishment - fresh fish.

I thought this one singular fact - to be admirable - full of empathy and compassion - not seen too much in much of what takes place, daily - in today's world - where greed seems to rule - more. 

The Cantonese speaking Chinese from China Town and else where are very familiar with the Fishing Vessel Pioneer - and Captain Giuseppe Pennisi and his great crew.

During the Civil War many Blacks died - history records that one of the first to die in the Civil War was a Black.

We all know in recent time about the Civil Rights protests -  we saw - amid the then on going  " crab mentality" - many Blacks stood for what is right - and won.

Today we do not have Blacks who can speak Truth to Power - they say one thing - then turn their backs - and do what they please - chameleons of  type - that no one can trust - steeped in Greed - lacking empathy and compassion.

Here is San Francisco - Blacks have always played a keen role - so many prominent Blacks - that for a long time - many Blacks flocked to San Francisco and did well.

There was also a time many Blacks felt they could do better moving to Canada - they chartered a Ship and went to Canada and have done well there too. Taking with them the established norms and doing - of San Francisco at that time.

There are Black Churches that are over 150 years old plus in San Francisco.

Prominent - Blacks who owned businesses William Alexander Leidesdorff, Mary Allen Pleasant and many more all documented for those that are interested to read and note.

The many streets we know in San Francisco - be it Washington Street, Merchant Street, Clay Street and Sansome Street.

Sacramento Street, Montgomery Street, California Street and Kearney Street.

Pine Street, Bush Street and more had Blacks established and running hotels, boarding houses, saloons one of a kind, free libraries, renowned advocates.

Wash houses, tailoring stores, newspapers, and publishing houses, artists one of a kind and more.

Many Blacks lived where now stands Sheraton-Palace Hotel - on the slopes of Russian Hill.

Reviewing, looking deep, checking the facts and empirical data -  studying today's rampant and on going despicable, and messy " gentrification" - one wonders what the hell is happening?

All the Blacks - more those in politics - have pandered to nefarious entities.

Often - doing nothing much for Blacks that created the way for others to prosper. 

In recent years from the mid- 1990s we have those who gang on others - those ganging favoring a certain life style - holding summits with titles named " invincible ".

Such vermin have no place in San Francisco and will fall flat on their faces.

Decent San Francisco -  will not tolerate too much of sordid - pussyfooting. 

Bring it on - real men - who have real families - wife, children and care for family values - will stand by and fight.

These  new folks invading our neighborhoods - think they can change things around - blindfolded - they will realize soon - who really is in charge. 

I have seen these changes and more during the past 40 years - and fought in the trenches to speak Truth to Power.

Naming crooked Blacks that today are destroying San Francisco - having NO clue about the past history - shallow and weak in the knees.

As a matter of  fact - she is confused, bewildered, confounded - as much as she thinks - that she is in the cockpit - she may be but out of control.

Come 2020 it does not matter who is the Mayor - the damage has been done.

For sure the Nation will suffer one of the worst down turns on our economy. It will adversely impact San Francisco - and bring about a change in the economy for the worse.

The spiraling of the economy in 2008 is nothing to what we will face - with most of these vermin - you call politicians - pointing fingers at others - failing to take the opportune time and opportunities - to put in place policies that work and help the tax payers at large.

Those that have created the " concrete jungle " - must be ashamed of themselves.

The skyline has changed for the " worst " - and the heifer goes around cutting ribbons - declaring sites opened for business - but all this and more - will fade - and fade at a supersonic speed.

We all see before our very eyes - the plight of the Blacks.

The Black History Month celebrations are typical - ignorant Blacks - not focusing on the key aspects of what Black folks fought for - gaining right opportunities for all.

You witness the same person Al Williams - who does not live in District 10 nor District 5.

Find out where he lives and find out where he does his business. 

The man is an anathema to our City - and has done a lot of harm - adversely impacting thousands - while filling his own pockets.

Today our Mayor is Black, our City Administrator is Black, our Chief of Police in Black, there are Blacks in key positions - who have NO clue about the past history of San Francisco - and the stellar contribution of Blacks to San Francisco.

Today the disparity among most San Franciscans - more,  Blacks is compared to a Third World Nation - Rwanda.

Never mind we have the most Billionaires in San Francisco - who can unite to address the ever increasing and growing 
 " homeless programs run amuck "  - they do nothing - much.

Never mind our City continues to focus on the concrete jungle - our Carbon Footprint - has increase by 400% and yet no one want to reveal to us - how they tally the Carbon Footprint.

We have City Department foremost Debbie Raphael who heads the Department of the Environment - loves picking low fruit.

Debbie and her minions -  cannot address Quality of Life issues - panders to entities like Recology - Debbie Reynolds and her minions are as fake as they come.

Who land is this? Not one square inch belong to those who purport to own it - they stole it - each and every square inch.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone here in San Francisco - more on matters of Development, Transportation, Education, Safety, Health, Childcare, Environmental Issues and more.

We have many enablers - who are not educated on issues.

More their heart in not in the right place.

The is a clarion call to all - do not say you are doing anything at all for San Francisco - when most of you who make large sums of money - are not addressing the issues at hand - with empathy and compassion.

Time will tell.

I know  the crooks - and I am not afraid to call them out.

We must NOT keep quiet and repent for not speaking up - as when the occasion requires to deal with the situation at hand.

Just keeping quiet does not bring holistic - results.

This is Muwekma Ohlone land - but more than that - this land was blessed by the Great Creator.

The demons have and continue to destroy it - until - they will throw their hands up - no one told them about the situation at hand. 

Greed knows NO bounds - and those the practice evil - the followers of Lucifer are many - do not think we do not have the devil at City Hall - it smells of Sulphur - all the time - more as one nears Room 200.

We enjoy and share a unique micro-climate that is being adversely impacted by our actions - more contamination and pollution of the environment.

We must monitor those  folks that have no morals, less ethics, and for sure NO standards. Aho.
