We have had 23 homicides in San Francisco - in recent weeks more killings - shocking decent San Franciscans - more those that pay their taxes and get little if nothing in return - when it comes to Quality of Life issues.
The teenagers are busy wheeling and dealing - we have teenagers going to our malls - to sell drugs and make trouble - traumatizing decent citizens..
Teenagers from San Francisco and Oakland - going to Tanforan Shopping Mall - for example - outside the jurisdiction they live in - causing trauma to decent citizens from City Daly and the neighboring counties - and our Mayor London Breed has said not a word.
Suffice to say we are having the same problems at our Shopping Malls in San Francisco - and boutique stores - rampaged in broad daylight - most of the incidents involving Black youth.
Daily we have youth and young adults from Oakland come to San Francisco - to sell drugs and make trouble on our MUNI - the so called Ambassadors - who are paid to keep peace on the MUNI - are no where to be found.
You can easily find them - during work time - at the many McDonalds and other eateries - and there is NO accountability and less transparency.
When we have an increase in shootings in San Francisco.
The NAACP is called upon to have a meeting - some drab food prepared - to entice those that eat such food - and the discussion is controlled by the leaders - most Black Pastors - who should be ashamed of themselves.
If you visit the churches - that these Black pastors serve - you will see mostly old folks.
Very young children with their single mother.
Missing are our Black youth and young adults who detest the Pastors and Deans - who are talking down to the youth and young adults. Showing them no love - except wanting many - passing that hat several times - to get as much money as possible.

of the San Francisco Unified School District -
must step down and fade into oblivion -
shameless - he sits there and grins like a jackass.
Our San Francisco Unified School District - has no leadership.
More when it comes to our children, youth and young adults.
The San Francisco Unified School District - daily has incidents - youth and children in grades four and five - bringing knives to school.
You can imagine what happens in public Middle Schools - and more of this same nonsense in all the Public High Schools - things are out of control.
Again and again the SF Police Office are called when youth gang up on a victims - many a time the victims sent to hospital - and all this and more cost money - and there is NO accountability and transparency.
More and more our SF Unified School District schools are becoming War Zones. Youth feuding with other youth - anti-muslims slogans - abusing Asians and other minorities - and if you review the many incidents reports - you can find out who starts - the ruckus. This is pathetic.
The segment of the population that has the most dysfunctional families - who send their children to our public school - cause the most problem. Many of these children suffer from " Toxic Stress ".
We had one glaring incident at Balboa High School - that went before the SF Unified School Board - and the discussion that followed was pathetic to say the least.
We had a similar discussion before the SF Board of Supervisors - and it was worse.
Again and again the San Francisco Unified School District Board - listens to the parents and other and does nothing.
It is the same with the SF Police Department - I have met all the parties concerned - and what is evident - those sent to address the issues - have no certified training - and less resources.
The talk about " cultural competency " and more " explicit bias " is just plain talk - hardened racist are doing what they want - we have proof of this behavior - empirical data.
One can kick the can down the street - only for so long.
While our SF Unified School District - purports to use Restorative Justice practices.
The SFUSD Superintendent, the Administrators, some Principals do not have the whole certified training - and more love for the children.
General policies on Restorative Justice are circulated - but few of those in authority - know the history of Restorative Justice - and many have chosen the wrong field - teaching requires a lot of patience - and love of learning - the ability to discern - and more being educated on issues.
I have been to the Elementary and Middle Schools - and seen the on going ruckus.
The worse among them Willie L Brown Middle School - not a day goes by - without some ruckus - and incident - that causes trauma to the youth - attending that middle school in the Bayview.
Several principals from Willie L. Brown Middle School - come and go - the teachers throw in the towel - they cannot handle the ruckus going on - the students ill mannered and hostile to the teachers and principals.
Those who want to do good - the volunteers and some teachers - are not given the necessary support.
The NAACP consists of a leadership that is a disgrace to decency.
I thought - I would have nothing to do with that entity - the NAACP.
I was forced to interact with the leadership - when a Black woman Principal from Visitacion Elementary School - was removed from the post.
Many parents and supporters went before the SF Unified School District and the NAACP was there too - be that the leader was not present on time.
There is a Memorandum of Understanding between the NAACP and the SF Unified School District - but in all the deliberations and trying to act at the many mediations - the results have been abysmal.
The Street Violence Intervention Program (SVIP) - must be expanded to allow - teams to go to the schools - and reduce the violence and pandemonium.
Interact - with the Principals and teachers - and with their permission regularly - talk to the children, youth, and young adults.
A curricula can easily be created - and the execution must be implemented on a War Footing. If not our Public School will go to the Hogs.
I have reached out to SVIP - and introduced them to another type of intervention - giving the Administrators and Principal - in cases that I have interceded - an introduction to the location - more the history - where the school is and the neighborhood.
There is a lot of history - linked to the 11 Districts and the 10 precincts - that come under the San Francisco Police Department.
Some Administrators and Principals - lack that knowledge - feel like a fish in a tank without water.
We have a population of 840,000 in San Francisco - which grows to over and million and half in the day time - more when we have several conventions, a big ball game - and so on.
It does not help the growing congestion we have on our streets - the increase in the carbon foot print.
" Toxic Stress" that the Black Pastors suffer themselves and then when they interact with others - without being aware of the situation at hand - make matter worse.
The Safety Resource Officers - are NOT trained sufficiently.
I have seen and witnessed this in person.
There is no real involvement with the community at large - and this and more - are making things worse.
The NAACP should have nothing what so ever to do with Violence Prevention in our City and County of San Francisco.
Again and again - the NAACP instead of representing the concerns of people of color - the high increase in homelessness, lack of child care, the discrimination from Immigration agencies - seek the two minutes on fame - on Television - making a fool of themselves.

He is a jail bird - yet, thinks he can represent - his attack on JUL - a capping company - a billion dollar company has backfired.
Jul too Shamann Walton to court and won - now, Shamann the idiot is licking his chops.
The same will happen - trying to close down Juvenile Youth Center - the Judges will rule - against the wishes of the District 10 Supervisor - who is a " jail bird " - and NOT trusted by anyone.
We have heard shootings and killings in the Bayview - and no a whimper from the District 10 Supervisor.
Shamann Walton has NO root in the Bayview Hunters Point or the Southeast Sector - the jackass is really affiliated more with Vallejo.
Only in San Francisco we permit such jackass to interfere with our standing - values.
