THE RECENT SHOOTING AT THE TANFORAN MALL - MUST BE INVESTIGATED - TEENAGERS NOW CARRYING GUNS TO THE SHOPPING MALLS - DISRUPTING NORMAL LIFE - BEGGING THE QUESTION - WHAT IS NEXT?

Around 4 pm we all suddenly were notified of some shooting at the San Bruno Tanforan Mall - where people go to from all over the Bay Area and beyond to shop - and recreate.

Visit the Barnes and Noble book store - and some other one of kind boutique stores.

Families go to this shopping mall - visit the theater to watch films -  all this and more will now  under a dark shadow - because of this incident - that must be taken very, very seriously.

On the second floor there was an altercation when two  teenagers were shot - and are now at the Mark Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.

One is in critical condition and the other is in very serious condition.

The two teenagers injured are from the Bayview Hunters Point area.

The  community is disturbed - as more and more our youth are getting into trouble - some shot and killed.

Others  maimed for life - some ambushed and this and more - is very disturbing to decent citizens.

Now we have to ask ourselves why are our youth carrying guns - to the shopping mall? 

Is it because they have no safe haven to go to - and so have to go outside the Bayview Hunterspoint area ?

Staff Sgt. Isaiah Locklear  an Army Recruiter went to the rescue of one 16 year old teenager - who was crying out aloud that he did not want to die.

We heard the San Bruno Fire Chief David Cresta give a brief report about the incident. 

The main information that these two teenagers were rushed to the Mark Zuckerberg SF General Hospital.

The San Bruno Chief of Police - Ed Barberini gave his report how the San Bruno Police Department - received a call at 3:56 pm and were at the mall - at very short notice.

Also - that various agencies had exercises a week ago - and all this and more - prepared and helped them secure the place - and look out for the shooters.

A lockout  was in place - and after hours of searching - the suspects were no where to be found.

Simultaneously - someone informed BART that one of the shooters was on the BART heading North.

The Bart trains were stopped at 12th Street - in Oakland - inconveniencing thousands - a search conducted - but the suspect was no where to be found.

One report says that a gun was found. But nothing beyond this fact. 

Many people carry guns on BART - and some one may have panicked and left a gun - behind.

Thousands were impacted by this incident - hundreds had to wait of over 4 hours to go back to their cars - that were parked in the Tanforan Mall garage.

A total search of the shopping mall and the garage at the mall - but no suspect was found.

The Media were posted at the 12th Street Bart - at the San Bruno Bart Station, in the parking lot where the Tanforan Mall is, here, there, everywhere - trying to find any type of information - to sensationalize this incident.

The San Bruno Avenue Police Department -

the SWAT team and others -

reported at the location - to secure the place -

and lead the customers and other to a safe place -

all this took hours - all have to be commended.

Today and right now 20 hours after the incident - NO sign of the shooter - even though the Oakland Police Department says they have a photograph of the suspect.

You would think with all the cameras - at the shopping mall -  the many cameras at the BART station - with the latest software - " facial recognition " - and other more sophisticated software - we would be able to pin-point and find the shooter. 

Unfortunately that has NOT happened - it is about time - we fine tuned our security - at the shopping malls.

Have strict -  protocol in place to deter - those unsavory elements - that tarnished the name of decent citizens. More find out where they come from - and get to the root of these growing - cancer.

District 10 has a Supervisor Shamann Walton - is busy fighting JUL a billion dollar company.  Making waves to shut down the SF Juvenile System - the Courts will make a decision on both cases. 

In both cases Shamann Walton - a know jail bird - will lose - and when that day happens - those backing him - will make excuses. 

Both issues were touted as if Shamann Walton is fight for the people - the matter of fact is that no one TRUSTS Shamann Walton - who deep into " Dark Money " and power has gone from his ass to his small head.

Shamann is concerned more about e-cigarettes and a host of other mundane issues to win " browny points ".

The idiot is arrogant - his first duty is addressing Quality of Life issues - our youth are suffering.

More our Black youth - and this man thinks - wearing a three piece suit - makes him great - he is the laughing stock of the community.

Those who back this idiot from Vallejo - better sit him down and tell him to change his ways.

Wheeling and deal - aiding and abetting those that he favors to run Cannabis Clubs.

A contradiction of values that decent tax payers and constituents are debating - too many Cannabis Club.

You sell the Cannabis but it is illegal to bank that money - no bank will accept the money. It is against the law to bank money earned from selling Cannabis.

The man man from Vallejo - a known " jail bird " - is not fit to be the Supervisor of District 10.

Our youth in the Bayview Hunters Point - are left to go find some solace at the Shopping Malls - not only Tanforan Shopping Mall - but downtown San Francisco - the Westfield Shopping Center -where - in most of the cases Black youth - create hostile situations.

Many a time they are just too loud - and fail to comprehend that being too loud - can intimate those that are not use to such behavior.

Shouting and screaming at the top of their voices - comes naturally - with some of our Black youth - they are not intimidating - they just are used to shouting and screaming - and we must somehow give our Black youth some orientation about good manners, etiquette - perhaps all this and more - comes from " toxic stress or anxiety".

Some Black youth and young adults - pick on someone who looks at them in a public place - on the MUNI bus - often abusing them - and this and other uncalled for behavior - creates hostility. 

Often bring harm to someone who thinks she or he he can take on a group - the SF Police Department and the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) knows about this.

This behavior - has been reported  - to many entities.

One can mention about these incidents - the process to take action is non existent.

Write about these incidents - nothing happens.

No one  want to go to the root of the nature of such despicable behavior. Now this nonsense such visit our shopping mall - where decent - well behaved citizens - have to deal with youth and young adults - have NO clue the damage they are causing to society at large.

We know for a fact that many youth from Oakland - come to San Francisco and now are going to the Tanforan Mall situated in San Bruno  - to seek illegal opportunities - to sell drugs - but also get into trouble.

I have seen this myself and interceded - now we must analyze the rampant situations - in many Black families - with no Father present - the lack of a man present - and a Mother handling the situation at hand.

Our Mayor London Breed and Shamann Walton - have not given a second thought about our youth - more Black youth who are suffering -  " Toxic Stress " has inundated Black Youth.

Time to have a Summit on Toxic Stress and invite the aged Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - rather than gather some women of means - to discuss and encourage about women being " invincible ".

Try having such a summit in Public Housing - where London Breed was brought up - again and again - she visits Public Housing - making promises -  not keeping them.

I know this for a fact - that an organization such as Young Community Developers getting more than $6 million a year - supposedly to help the youth - and foster Work Force Development is doing nothing at all.

What the fuck are you doing with all that money - an audit by the SF Controller Office is due - and the role of Dwayne Jones a former Director of the Young Community Developers?

On an average YCD has received  $5 million a year for the last 5 years - and this organization - claims it has Case Managers - but an audit reveals that  - this is not so.

There was an incident - linked to Amare Jackson - a young Black man who supposedly had a case manager - that was working for Young Community Developers - but had not seen Amare Jackson - in all the time he worked for IPO an organization - that comes under the SF Mayor's Office.

When I spoke to Amare Jackson - a couple of weeks before he was ambushed - shot and killed - he told me he got NO help from YCD. 

I see our youth in the Bayview Hunters Point - neglected - and outsiders be they Black given scholarships.

A  lot of nepotism - and all this and more - is fine with Shamann Walton - a " jail bird " - who is from Vallejo and does not belong to our community.

I have not seen him in the trenches - and more and more the OGs and others that live in our community - are bringing to my attention - how he treats people more Blacks with disdain.

The incident that happened at Tanforan Mall - will be reveal soon in all its details - more about the situation at hand - and youth, more teenagers that were shot and maimed.

We the people must know - why are youth from the Bayview Hunters Point are put in harms way?

Why our youth have " No safe haven" - why the many organizations that receive millions - including YCD  - wasting tax payer money.

Now we hear the Mayor's Office Economic Development and Workforce - has millions to spend - but does not have a Blue Print that is viable and sustainable.

MOED has plans that have NOT been vetted by the Public at Large - more the Bayview Hunters Point Community - these crooks are planing - a Bayview Hunters Point - African American Arts and Cultural District.

There is NO curricula that is meaningful when it comes to Workforce - where is Career Pathway - and I want o to know who developed the curricula - for its Workforce Program - at City Build?

We can name the schools from which these teenagers went to.

It is not more about the schools - it is about what the youth - more teenagers - what they do in their free time? 

They should not be horse-playing, smoking, doing drugs - drinking alcohol,  putting themselves and other innocent citizens of San Francisco - in harms way.

The youth who are not loved - the youth who are treated with disdain - bring their hostile behavior into our MUNI - creating a ruckus - they do the same in our SF United School District.

When the youth are arrested - that is the end of their careers - the SF Police Department - take the opportunity to ruin their lives - they give them as many citations as they can - even though they may be arrested for one of two issues.

Many linger in jails without bail - we do not have a stellar advocate like Jeff Adachi anymore - where we could contact him by phone and get our work done.

Once the youth was released - we help give them jobs - and nurture them. 

The IPO programs and some other programs - do not provide " wrap around services " - it is left to advocates to fill in the gaps - and we do not get any funding from the City and County of San Francisco for this work.

The programs supposedly create to provide job opportunities - career jobs - are non existent - in our neighborhood.

Too much emphasis is put on City Build that does not have clear - vetted path - to proven good Career Jobs.

It is the same San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - and a rogue person in charge Dwayne Jones - the Gate Keeper - who is black listed - by the authorities in charge - and yet controls millions - linked to Work Force.

Such actions are an anathema - and our youth and young adults are put in harms way - the man Dwayne Jones does not live in San Francisco - and yet controls our Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - some $300 million - plus.

One thing leads to another -  no one in our community - cares to bail out the youth - those that do it - are a handful -  I know what I am talking about.

At this juncture - the shootings and killings in the Bayview Hunters Point have increased.

Shamann Walton - has NO clue what is happening. 

If Shamann Walton has a clue - he has NO solutions.

Shamann Walton gravitates where there is money - he and his minions.

We will expose them - by naming them if things do not change - drastically.

Shamann Walton - wastes his energy on mundane stuff - arrogant, and dictatorial - fighting JUL a billion dollar company, closing down the Juvenile System - without a back up plan. 

No one in their right mind supports him.

This Tanforan Mall incident - points to the Bayview Hunters Point - so who is going to connect the dots -  conduct a through " needs assessment" - I want to know ? 

Shamann Walton was trained as a Nutritionist - even in that field - he does not know much - he is known for his wheeling and dealing.

Giving money to some Black Pastors - buying favors - and he must step down and fade into oblivion. The fucking son of a gun.

Shamann Walton is so dumb - that he does not know where his nose is.

As I said our youth are left to fend for themselves.

How many youth - women and men must die - before we wake up.

The Main Media is not look at the underlying factors - the reported the incident - and use every sensational method - to keep those that watch TV glued to - piecemeal information - that revealed some - but not the true facts - that led to this incident.

Yesterday's incident - at the Tanforan Shopping Mall at San Bruno - our neighbor - where I go - from time to time - has traumatized hundreds.

We must all ask ourselves - why are we not spending more time - with holistic solutions - to help our youth - more Black youth all over San Francisco - but particularly - in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Where are the OGs - the Polynesians, the Asians, the Latinos, the Native Americans, the Whites, the Black - others - on this very important issue.

We have youth today who can buy guns for $50 and commit a dirty deed. Think about it.

We have youth taking guns to school. Our schools are failing our children - all over San Francisco - especially the San Francisco Unified School District.

Our Mayor a loud mouth - keeps barking the wrong tree - having Summits and cutting ribbons - while homelessness in on the increase.

Congestion on our streets - our Elders abused - and we have a $12.3 BILLION dollar budget - and have nothing to show for it.

Talk to the tourists and find out first hand what they have say - about our filthy streets, people begging and becoming a nuisance - tents everywhere - and people living as if San Francisco is a Third World Country.

Our jails filled with folks who need mental treatment - treated with disdains - all this and more - in this City - named after - Saint Francis of Assisi. 

We need a through "needs assessment " on our Black Youth - this incident at the Tanforan Shopping Mall where I frequent - is a clarion call. 

I want to see how the authorities handle this case - the City Administrator - the SF City Controller, the Mayor, the City Attorney, the District Attorney - the SF Chief of Police - the many others who talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.
