BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - SHOULD NOT BE REPRESENTED BY CROOKS - THE AFRICAN AMERICAN ARTS AND CULTURAL DISTRICT - SHOULD HAVE BEEN FORMED 25 YEARS AGO.

Where were the Black sellouts -

selling our the community -

when we took a stand for what was right!

It is amazing how the vultures meet behind close doors - and purport to represent the Bayview Hunters Point.

Even at this late date - the " crab mentality " reigns supreme among the sellouts - who are selling out the community and impacting all - in the Bayview Hunters Point area - part of the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

Recently - precisely July 25th, 2019 a meeting was held - not open to the public - the meeting was held at 1753 Carroll Avenue - a location chosen - for crooks to meet and sell out the community at large.

The crooks cannot have their meetings - at the Bayview Opera House - because they have to notice the meeting - the Bayview Opera House comes under 12L and is not a 501 c 3 as most believe it to be. 

The Bayview Opera House primary mission is Economic Development - and has chosen to have little to do with Arts and Cultural development and pertinent - progress.

The Director Barbara Ockel - of the Bayview Opera House - is known for her nefarious activities - and is being investigated by the Internal Revenue Service.

She has already been audited by the City and County of San Francisco - Controller's Office - and one must read the audit reports - seeing is believing.

All 12L designated entities - must pay taxes over $250,000 and the Bayview Opera House - has NOT - paid its taxes.

The above facts and more can be visited by reading the many audits done - all of which the Bayview Opera House has failed miserably.

The audits can be requested under the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act - by any citizen - and others too.

The agenda created for the closed meeting - held by the proposed  African American and Culture District - with intent to keep the community at large in the dark is uncalled for -  more, " dubious in nature ".

Two  entities Tyra and Marsha - long known to have a piece of the pie - greedy to the hilt - they want it all - and vie for it - by any means necessary.

Some of the consultants who applied to operate the African American Arts and Cultural District are Imprint City, an appellation by Nnenu Ukuku, one by Randal Serguchi, and one by Felisia Thibodeaux.

Those noticed were April Spears, Barbara Ockel, Cheri L. Miller, Ellouise Patton, Fely Tchalo, Linda Tchalo, Meaghan Mithchell, Oscar James, Rev. Burch Jr., Tiffany Carter, Aaron Yen, Malik Looper, Julia Savory, Shelley Caltagirone, Toni Autry, Diana Ponce De Leon, Larry McClendon and some others.

There are a few documents created on the Bayview Hunters Point in recent years - going back 15 years - chronologically describing the history of the Bayview Hunters Point in general.

All of the above chronically noted historical documents - clear point to the rapid dwindling of the Black population.

As far as Blacks are concerned - this population is disappearing - some call it " gentrification ".

Witnessing - the actually removal of Blacks in the Bayview Hunters Point area - the Black have NO viable and sustainable leadership - the entire picture resembles - abject "GENOCIDE".

There is even a movie starring Danny Glover - who had his beginning at the Bayview Opera House - " Last Black Man Standing " - playing at a movie - near you.

The same Blacks - who are not respected - have not been in the trenches fighting for what is right - and now are trying to pull over our eyes - in broad daylight.

Toxic stress keeps affecting the Black population.

Thousands of our beloved Black children have died - and here our Sellout  House Negros - are trying to have a PICNIC. 

The Agenda for this particular meeting - wants to have a PICNIC  - calling it the OG Picnic.

PICNIC - stands for Pick a Nigger - postcards were distributed so that these Picnics could be held - where lynchings took place.

While - Blacks from the time period - suffered - Whites took pleasure in these events.

White newspapers and those entities like the KKK - distributed postcards.

Newspapers sent their photographers - and Whites took pleasure - while Blacks of that period - were demeaned.

To this day many Blacks - have failed to look at progress, being educated on issues - most Blacks today are not educated on issues . 

Many have NO clue - when they sell out the community - they showcase the " crab mentality " that is rampant - among the House Negros - who have NO conscience.

Many stellar and astute Blacks - over the years - stood for what is right.

The sell outs mostly Blacks - none of whom are respected by the community at large - in the Bayview Hunters Point - with a smattering of Whites - one is particle Barbara Ockel.

Barbara Ockel -  hails from Germany - makes a $200,000 salary - is leading these meeting linked to the African American Arts and Cultural District.

It is all absurd - but even as I write this lines - Barbara Ockel is busy - creating confusion - and defying norms.

As I stated above the Bayview Opera House is a 12L - that has come under deep scrutiny - it is being investigated by the Internal Revenue Service.

There have been shootings at the Bayview Opera House - the basic things that should have been in place - lacking - for example -" Security ".

While "pimps" and " gang members " have been allowed to foul the name of the Bayview Opera House - kept alive by many Bayview Hunters Point residents.

When we got NO support from the City and County of San Francisco. The Bayview Opera House was run down - some of us - upgraded the Bayview Opera House and furnished it - to make things - work.

Today the organizers of the African American Arts and Culture District - have not taken into consideration - the current demographics of Bayview Hunters Point.

Instead  of " uniting " the community - they have chosen with intent - to foster abject - " divisiveness " and " greed ".

None of the applicants - applying to be the consultant to foster a viable and sustainable African American Arts and Culture District - have NO clue - what they are getting into.

For starters the Bayview Hunters Point - African American Arts and Culture District does not have a Non-Profit in their name - does that say something?

I have mentioned some of those that were emailed the notice for the meeting - these individuals are put on notice - you all have - already used the community - had access to Community Benefits Money from the Sewer System Improvement Project - failed the community on many fronts.

Some of you have been involved with drugs and even gone repeatedly for some rehab - and I am not talking "weed". 

Others have been involved in ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

Do you NOT feel guilty - have qualms of conscience?

Remember you all are not respected by the community - yet with intent want to use the community at large - in the name of the dwindling Blacks in the Bayview Hunters Point area -  pretending - you all are representing.

The consultant will be paid a meager $26,000 a year - and this and more points to poor planning and what is more - hoodwinking the community at large - in broad daylight.

You forming this African American Arts and Culture District - do not have a Logo.

You do not have a website - as only you can comprehend.

You  next meeting - will be a telephone meeting - voting on next steps -  Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves!
