We have but a few companies or corporation that make the
" voting machines " on which we depend.
For some strange reason - our United States government - cannot request these companies - to reveal the " fire walls " they use - to protect our sacrosanct - votes.
The votes that reveal to our Nation, at the State and Local level - who we vote for and why?
Those representative we choose to work for the people who have voted for them.
Where we the people want to know where our Democracy is heading to - and to serve whom ?
We have the centrists - we have those that are leftists and all shades of them - and for course we have the conservatives - and greater shades of these folks.
Recently we had a large " Black out " and lurking behind the minds - of those involved with " firewalls" and "security " - a supreme question - " were we compromised by our enemies - what have been targeting us the United States for years ?".
We tired to test the system - the GRID - and found out that we did not have - sensitive and reliable equipment in place - to do a systematic testing - that was reliable.
More - with empirical data - and find out - why on the East Coast - more the Manhattan area - there was a BLACK OUT?
Right now we have a " Heat Wave " on the East Coast.
Paradoxically - those that need help - our Elders, infants, and children - those with compromised health - and millions do not have access to the electricity.
When will our Nation - on a War Footing have reliable equipment - to detect virus that may or are embedded in our GRID?
We tend to go about our business - but our "enemies" can and will - use the GRID - and bring it down - when we are NOT - prepared.
We must be vigilant - 24/7 - we fail to prepare ourselves - thinking some how - we are not going to be attacked - and are not susceptible.
We have touched the tip of the iceberg - with the " heat wave" affecting more than 35 major cities - all over the United States.
150 million impacted - the population of our Nation is about 340 million.
Millions of our Elders, infants, those with compromised health - more those needing medical equipment - to keep them alive.
I am talking - sweltering heat - not the heat we experience on the West Coast - blessed with some cool breeze - cooling our well being.
It helps in San Francisco - we are surround on three sides by water - we call it the Bay.
We - have had it good so far - and have an opportunity on a War Footing - to check into the Fifth Domain - take charge of our GRID - that is viable and sustainable.
Our Grid and steady electricity is essential for our well being - and this fact - has been on the mind of those that care and know - the many adverse impacts.
Few know that some years ago - the Chinese hacked the Office of Personnel Management - and stole millions of information.
More - personnel data of many Federal workers.
What is important to note - those of us that had clearance - clearance needed to serve our Nation - and with that the qualifications needed to serve - all compromised and now the Chinese hackers - to use the information and they have.
These resumes now are in the possession of the Chinese from Mainland China - and the Obama Administration - did nothing - but spew hot air.
The Chinese went one step further to attack our Internal Revenue Service (IRS) - and even parts of the Pentagon.
We know that the Chinese - have long had access stealing our sensitive information.
Using - using Cyber Space - sensitive information - to build
the resources they need - to fight us militarily.
Also in the realm of sensitive business dealings and marketing, interacting with our financial institutions, they have it all - while our Nation has been fast asleep at the cockpit.
In China their government back those entities - that can do anything and everything - to bring us down - and we must be leery of these facts - but as we know - most of us are not even aware - of the facts - we are always into the shallow stuff - the gossip that goes around - also known better as misinformation and disinformation.
The Russians daily steal money and have wrecked havoc with our Banks - billions stolen and billions written off.
No one speaks about this fact - because our Banks would look foolish.
Yet - the banks write these losses off - but will not give a break to students and the huge loans they have to pay.
More - students in the medical field - who have racked up loans in access of $300,000 - toward furthering their eduction - it makes NO - sense.
The last General Elections - brought us - our Nation to our knees - in brought in an egoistical maniac now living in the Whites House.
We saw the attacks on Facebook and other Social Media areas - where Americans - share ideas and more.
We never bother to check and stop giving access to spread misinformation.
Most of us did not expect the Russians to use disinformation and misinformation - to dare to intimate our beliefs - and they did this and more.
Thousand of requests from fake Russian women and men - trying to befriend us - on Social Media - suggesting who to vote for - and for those that are " not educated on issues " they felt prey - and today admit that they were taken " for a wild ride".
The Nation is now preparing to use Space - as one of the grounds - to stay prepared - and protect our satellites.
Other sophisticated machines - that can interact and have been engineered - armed with missiles - to intercept and more deal with our enemies.
Not many of these maneuvers - the ability of one satellite to take down another satellite.
One satellite having the ability to capture another satellite - all this and more is happening in Cyber Space - we are still trying to catch up - and hopefully will.
Our Mayor London Breed, our SF Broad of Supervisors - rarely will speak - about building spaces to help our youth.
Help our youth and young adults - women and men - helping them garner - state of the art computers - to contribute their talents to the United States - and Democracy.
It is a pity that our youth are begging for space - here in San Francisco - requesting access to good and sound computers that are worthy of providing them - with the ability to do research - contribute to the Nation that they love.
Mayor London Breed has no clue what we need in terms of educated youth and young adults - who are the prime resources to contribute to our Nation and California - when it comes to the Fifth Domain.
Paradoxically I wrote about what I have stated above in the year 2000.
Now - 19 years latter books are being written - more and more Climate Change, Hackers, attacks in Cyber space, on land and sea by our enemies - are forcing us to act - to protect our FREEDOM.
It does not help corrupt and selfish politicians and politics - adversely impacting the rule of a stable and firm government - all over our Nation.
Here in San Francisco - close to the center where Computers made their debut - Santa Clara and the neighboring areas - we know what we have to do - but have decided NOT to challenge ourselves - to serve those that we must - serve.
Hot air - diatribe - the priorities all screwed up - nothing of importance - more mundane - speaks - of the lack of judgement and more " not being educated on issues " - money is all that Mayor London Breed is infatuated with - and this will bring her down - she will fall flat on her face.
The answer is simple - you cannot have dumb folks like Mayor London Breed and her minions - interested in having Summits titled " Invincible " - and fail to be very concerned about our youth and young adults - the most important issues that matter - our very existence.
London Breed wants women to be invincible.
Little comprehending - there are important issues to focus on - where our enemies - are on the verge of paralyzing - bringing down our very source of light and energy - our progress - our very existence.
Our very ability to maintain law and order, our health, our education, our very stability to function.
Our youth and young adults - must be given the tools to work and better our Nation and our world.
Women and men - with equal abilities - and paid well for the work they produce - equal pay for equal work.
All that I am stating above - demands action - space and computers for example so that our youth and young adults - women and men - contribute their best - to our very existence.
When we have one instance - of our GRID taken out - a wide area BLACKOUT - here in San Francisco - for days on end.
Our ability to restore power - next to none - the idiots who waste our time and money - bringing " divisiveness " will comprehend - but it will be too late.
It was not long ago - our very SF Police Department could not interact with the Federal Bureau of Investigation - more, using Windows 95.
Some astute people that I know - were strong enough - with tenacity and fortitude - to revamp and upgrade the Internet and other tools and software and hardware - to produce - results.
At City Hall - we still have problems - with the Internet - and more with the way we communicate - our data - and the way we do business.
We who pay that pay our taxes - cannot communicate effortlessly - the software in many SF City departments in the year 2019 - at SF City Hall - is antiquated.
As I wrote not long ago - the " Big One " is knocking at the door - and we do not have a sound - working system - as far as our communication system is concerned.
A dedicated - a Wave Band - that can facilitate - sound and stable communication - and all this and more should have been in place - 15 years ago.
