ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO - PROPERTY MANAGERS - IN BED WITH SF CITY AUTHORITIES - TO GENTRIFY AND MOVE THOSE WHO LIVE PAY CHECK TO CHECK - MANY SENIORS - ON FIXED INCOME - MANY FORCED ON THE STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO.

Mayor London for all her talk about EQUITY -

has done nothing at all - 

to address "gentrification " -

removal of mostly Blacks on to the streets of SF.

The Property Managers - be it the John Stewart Company - Bridge Developers - Mercy Housing - others are all pretending to help those that need - so called Affordable Housing.

In reality - they all have had plans in place - to move the poor and spread " gentrification " .

Gentrification like a raging fire.

 Greedy Property Managers - that mostly Black leadership pander - getting some " stale bread crumbs " - fostering the well known " crab mentality ".

The conceptual plans look good -

it is like a dream -

you wake up - it could be your worst 

nightmare - those treated with disdain -

know best - talk to them.

Few remember the " Geneva Towers " - public housing in the middle to Visitation Valley. 

The place was infested with horrendous  " drug selling " - thugs armed with machine guns - prostitution - the best thing that happened the entire complex was " imploded " .

Less than 10% of those that lived at the Geneva Towers Public Housing - moved into Town Houses - building on the same location.

The rest had to fend for themselves. 

Much like what is happening today.

We saw this in the Fillmore aka Western Addition - thousands removed as part of the SF Redevelopment Agency's plan to foster blatant - gentrification. 

Removal of Blacks, the Japanese and others - who could not defend themselves.

San Francisco is a " racist city " and nothing much has changed - today.

The Apartment Management Investment Company (AIMCO) has changed hands. 

The new Property Managers are busy weeding hundreds - the first thing they zero in - is one credit rating.

If whey have some complaint against a renter - they will see that they get you out - after one singular warning.

From Huntersview to Kiska Road to Oakdale Public Housing - to Northridge Cooperatives - the John Stewart has it all and wants it all.

Bank of America that we tax payers bailed out - during spiraling of the economy - that played an important role - screwing thousands in San Francisco where Bank of America was founded.

Bank of America failed us all and yet Bank of America - loaned the John Stewart Company in access of $2.4 Billion to rehab - old housing built by the Department of Defense - and paid a thousands times over.

With 66 year leases and some 99 year leases - the John Stewart now has equity in place - and can make billions - all at the cost of the poor - and slowly but steadily - diminish what was  once known as Public Housing.

So called " affordable homes " - built 

on contaminated land - the Property Managers 

mandate good credit - and if you do not have it -

you are told come again - and they will see 

what they can do.

The Mayor's Office of Housing has the "Dahlia" program -one has just to enroll in the program - and check out the vague emails sent - you can try your best - to fill out application - hundreds of them - and wait for the " lottery " - to hit the jackpot.

Waiting for Godot!

Not once have we had a hearing - why for over 20 years plus - the City and County of San Francisco and SF Planning Department - encouraged thousands of Market Rate Housing.

While doing nothing at all to build -" true affordable housing" for those making $60,000 and less.

With intent " Affordable Housing " more for those making under $60,000 were not built.

Many Seniors - our beloved Elders - in their golden years - were forced out of their rental units - thrown on to the streets of San Francisco.

Too many died slowly - and even today - many are rounded - and sent to jail. Here we have Mayor London Breed talking about Equity - much like she throws out the words such as      " Resilience  " - which mean nothing without a Blue Print - with time-lines and goals.

For over 20 years - many advocates did what they could - advocated for " true affordable housing " - with NO success at all.

From 2007 to 2011 - for those 5 years - we did our best - until " dark money " came in in 2011 and continues to fill the campaign coffers of the very corrupt - San Francisco politicians - the Mayor is one of them - other like Shamann Walton - who is the scum of the earth. 

Time will tell.

Sheryl Evans Davis -

has failed with the Human Rights Commission -

kicking the can down the street -

now given one million dollars -

to foster Equity issues.

Today Mayor London Breed and her many lackey - are circumventing the issue - and talking about " Equity" and some one million dollars - given to Sheryl Evans Davis - who is already the head of the SF Human Rights Commission - has done nothing at all - and is good for nothing.

Sheryl Evans Davis does not have the ability to do a much need " needs assessment " - on the subject of " Equity " which goes hand in hand with " Disparity ".

Now, that I have mentioned the issues - she will hire a consultant - and when the time comes for " enforcement " - she will not know - how to conduct herself - her minions will do as they please - and millions of dollars will be wasted - all talk and NO - walk.

Much like " thugs " act - in the hood - much like you hear in the hood  " what is in it for me ? ".

Today we have a Mayor who is Black, a City Administrator who is Black, the Chief of Police who is Black, other Blacks who can do something - are heads of SF City Departments - but each of them has failed us - none of them are good leaders.

They must ask themselves - each one of them - " do I have my heart in the right place? ".

None of them has a Blue Print that works - and most important those heading the Departments who are Black - do not have their heart in the right place - as I have said.

Dr Martin Luther King Jr, Frederick Douglass - others, too many to name - all Blacks - did us proud - not these scum bags - who talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.

One has just to go to the neighborhoods and feel the suffering - while each and every day - these Blacks who make over $300,000 with benefits - hog and think all is fine.

Our children are dying and these clowns feel nothing - they hear the cries and the pain - but they look away - and all this and more must STOP.

There is a God - and these morons will fall on their face - here on Earth.

In the interim our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our physically and mentally challenged - are suffering - and slowly dying.

Where are the morals, more ethics - for sure there are NO standard and less EQUITY - with the DISPARITY that has been compared to Rwanda - a third world nation in Central Africa.

We have more billionaires here in San Francisco than most cities worldwide.

It does not help at SF City Hall most of the SF Board of Supervisors are concerned - about issues that do not benefit the tax payers in general.

Some SF Board of Supervisor want to win Brownie Points - and in doing so - they put self before the community - and fail miserably. Aho.
