The City and County of San Francisco - has never once - conducted - a deep, vetted,  "needs assessment" - when it comes to so called affordable housing in San Francisco.

We have more than 25,000 homeless in San Francisco - many slowly dying - other taken to jail - deprived of their freedom and treated like animals.

Even the RSPCA treats their animals better.

Please - visit our jails and see things for ourself. 

 If you are poor - and cannot defend ourself - one can land in jail - why - because you are given the title of indigent - and  treated like excreta - we are supposed to be a land of laws.

All this in San Francisco - the City names after Saint Francis of Assisi - who cared for the poor and more.

Our Public Defender is elected - we miss Jeff Adachi who passed away - the SF Public Defender's  Office - has its hands full - but as least in San Francisco - we have someone on the side of the indigent :

The over 30,000 housing units planned in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco are all built on contaminated land - prone to severe liquefaction and flooding. 

Has anyone challenged this fact?

No - because the majority who bark up the wrong tree - including Mayor London Breed - are not educated on issues, and less have empirical data - to back their vague plans.  

Big Developer are now looking forward to a Bond Measure - more than $600 million - so that Property Managers - corrupt to the core can make tons of money the John Stewart Company, Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing - others too many to name - we are watching you like a HAWK.

As the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy for the last 35 years - I have been  on the forefront - fighting for the infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health, more our mentally and physically challenged.

Attended hundreds of meetings at the SF Planning, Land Use, Sf Board of Supervisors - the SF County Transportation Authority, the SF Public Utilities Commission - other too many to mention - today at all of the above mentioned Commissions and Committee - corruption has reached saturation - point.

The Sunshine Task Force is impotent, the SF Ethic Commission reduced to a circus, the SF Attorney's Office will now rubber stamp issues.

The SF City Attorney picks the cases that win the Department brownie points.

The Controller's Office - tries its best but no one will come forward - if inherently there are NO timely and stellar results - worth the salt.

The crooks are busy - lying, cheating, stealing, bluffing, hoodwinking - and those that speak Truth to Power - are like John the Baptist - waiting for their heads to be chopped.

Not once has the City and County of San Francisco had a hearing - brought the above mentioned issues linked to Quality of Life issues - to the table.

More - with fathers and mothers - giving the most adversely impacted community - an opportunity to state their case and offer solution with achievable goals and timelines.

San Francisco in large manner are astute and stellar.

More - have the tenacity and fortitude to represent and have contributed a lot of progress - to this City and Count to San Francisco - on many fronts. 

We all appreciate their endeavors - not that of the corrupt politicians - who do not have their heart  - in the right place.

On the contrary we have many " loud mouth " - sell out the likes of London Breed, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Sheryl Evans Davis, Shamann Walton,  Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis - the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - who steal the curriculum from some else - and are busy pushing an agenda - that is all fluff.

We have over 40,000 homes vacant and over 80,000 market price units - going for between $3 million and $10 million - and no one is looking into -  this one sordid cancer - starring at us in our face.

To date there has been NO adjudication on the Academy of Art University - that bought hundreds of building - most of the having " rent control status " - and converted them to dormitories.

As usual those pushing for the  Housing Propositions - so called affordable housing - are looking forward to huge sums of money - Bond Measures - that we tax payers - will vote for - but have NO say - with minimal transparency and accountability - how the money will be spent.

So far some $600 million that we know Bond Measures - that the hard working, tax paying citizens are NOT going to have a say -  with no empirical data - and not once has there been a meaningful - hearing.

Who is fooling - whom?

Congestion has reached -

saturation point - our Mayor and others -

barking up the wrong tree -

the air and environment is contaminated -

innocent infants, children, Elders most impacted.

It could take one - one hour -

just to cross a couple of blocks -

it is happening - right now.

The City and County of San Francisco is one of the worst polluted and contaminated Cities in the Nation.

Our homeless situation some 25,000 and growing - are slowly dying on the streets of San Francisco.

Our rents are hellish - one bedroom now going for $3500 and two bedroom for $5000 plus.

Our infants are fast falling prey to chronic respiratory diseases and asthma is on the increase. 

As part of the " toxic stress " acknowledged by health experts -  our women more single women are falling prey all sorts of tumors and cancer - more women of color - are dying earlier.

The middle and upper class women hold summits -  with fancy names - but there is NO action - to address the issues at hand adversely impacting more women than men.

For all the vain talk  - the women that hold the summit and talk from both sides of their mouth  - do not care for the women, infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders, our men of course - who need help. 

Most impacted those with compromised health more our mentally and physically challenged.

In the past - we let some to contaminate 

and pollute our land in San Francisco -

there is only so much of dense housing -

that any city can take - 

STOP making San Francisco another  Manhattan -

we know better - those of us that care.

This is Muwekma Ohlone land - and when the Chairperson of the Muwekma Ohlone addressed the SF Board of Supervisors - no one seemed to be paying attention.

Mayor London Breed is a Joke - to have such a person here in San Francisco - does NO one  - worth the salt any good.

Thugs and criminals are having a field day - making hay while the sun is shinning.

Decent San Franciscans - are fed up - and there is No forum - no avenue to speak Truth to Power.

This City and County once has some conscience no more.

More and more with too much emphasis given to life style - and a life style that does not have morals, less ethics,  for sure NO standards - this once great City - is going to hogs.

SAN FRANCISCO - HAS BEEN PRIVILEGED - TO HAVE OUR LIGHTS ON - OUR FOOD PRESERVED IN OUR REFRIGERATORS - OUR DAILY AMENITIES TAKEN CARE OF - WHILE THOUSANDS - IN NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - CANNOT SAY SO.

For days on end we have been following the wild fires in Northern California - the biggest one the Kincade Fire - that has reached over 750,000 acres - burnt down - everything in its path.

In  Southern California  the Getty Fire - our First Responders - doing what they do best - contain the fire - as best they can.

California has procured some large 747 Boeing jets that help the First Responders on the ground - and state of the art helicopters - that can help perform many much need information gathering and put out fires too.

Other state of art air planes that can map out wide acres - and help those on the ground - and prepare them hours ahead of strong wild and other elements that contribute to devastation - gusty winds some as high as 90 miles per hour.

Right now the Kincade fire in nearing 750,000 plus acres and containment to a mere 15%. 

The First Responders are fighting hard - and we  must pray for them and those that have escaped the fires - and are in dire need of shelter and help.

The many Press Briefings give us some sense of what is happening and thousands are without any access to their homes - renters and home owners. 

Some have Recreation Vehicles and have some comfort - it is not uncommon for many to sleep in their cars.

Saint Mary Catholic Cathedral on Geary has opened its doors - providing beds and food - and all this and more is need - as the situation grows worse.

Human beings get traumatized and more children - and all this and more has to be addressed - by our hospitals in the region - Charity Care.

Time for the many billionaires in our area to step up - and the hotels and motels can lend some help.

There are thousands that need shelter - but the ability to accept thousands ever more - force those that need shelter - to be turned away - in areas closer to the Kincade Fire.

The millions of acres that the Kincade fire and other fires near by all belong to the First People - who for thousands of years - cleared the under growth and always respected nature - and as part of that FIRE - that they always had in mind.

The United States Forest Department, the Bureau of Land Management - other all affiliated to the United States Government - over the years - did not pay heed to the Indigenous People - and even today - with all the noise - no one has utter a word about the indigenous people - and how the land has been abused.

Some of the world best First Responder - Fire Fighters - are teams of Indigenous Fire Fighters - women and men -  and they and other from all over California, the other States - and even abroad - are doing their best. We thank them and pray to Great Spirit  - to keep them save.

and abroad  -  well organized - ready for action.

The next wind event - that changes patterns - keep the First Responders  - on shore - off shore -  those in charge of the mapping - create best models - from best known practices - and some of these model are mind boggling.

As anyone can tell you - the First Responders on the ground play an important role - pitting out hot spots - while air support help a lot during the day.

All -  in all - no one can play with Mother Nature.

Right -  now Sonoma County is on stand by - and this one singular fact and more - revealed during the briefings - the next few hours -  today Tuesday  9:30 am - as I write this article - wide areas can be covered with FIRE.

 I am listening to the briefings - seeing models that are being prepared to attack the fire that is spreading - drastically.

We know as the wind picks up within minutes a large area - can be consummated with fire - more with gusty winds in access of 50 mph.

Again and again we fail to mention - how for decades - land was stolen - one put a stake here and a stake there - and before you could blink your eye - you became a stakeholder.

I have friends who own thousands of acres of land - all they did it stake it - and put their claim in Sacramento - and just like that - they owned thousands of acres and do to this day. 

The indigenous whose ancestors cared for the land - for thousands of years - just like those the encountered  - mostly White Folks who were after their scalps. Can you imagine - how far we have come - and how little we have learnt?

Greed knows no bounds - and you hear some cries now - but remember KARMA - there was a time - some, stole the land - and did not give a damn about the indigenous people - more because they could not defend themselves.

For each scalp one could fetch a measly $5 and edicts went out from the Governors of California.

Much - like the position Gavin Newsom holds - that position today - be it that he has empathy and compassion - and did apologize the the indigenous people - but there is more.

Gavin Newsom all the same - today - is throwing his hands up - blaming everyone except - the atrocities, trials, and tribulation of the indigenous people - whose land was stolen - and no one has paid them for their losses - retribution.

San Francisco will NOT be spared.

That time is coming. All the high density will be reduced to ashes.

Watch the action of the corrupt today - who build on land prone to liquefaction and flooding - " with intent " - putting innocent people in harms way.

On land that is contaminated and polluted - some land bombarded by particulates - particulate matter - PM 2.5.  May I say more.

The paradox those pushing for such development are Blacks - Naomi Kelly, London Breed, Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton, Sophie Maxwell, Sheryl Evans Davis.

Nadia Sesay, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, lackeys like William Carlin, Barbara Hale, our SF Board of Supervisors - who think they can rubber stamp - and hoodwink the people - the citizens, the hard working tax payers.

We have No District Attorney Office - that can perform their duty and charge those who are steep in " dark money " - the corruption has reached - saturation point.

We have no fairness at the SF City Attorney's Office.

The Controller Office is a referee - and the plays can be made - a Hail Mary - how can one win the game - with a Hail Mary - called all the time?

The San Francisco  Mayor's  Office stinks of Sulphur  to high heaven -  time will tell.

At time like what we are witnessing - the spiritually challenged - have No where to go and are desperate - much as Lucifer was.

San Francisco is a corrupt city and most who are educated on issues know that.

Today " thugs " and " jail birds " are wheeling and dealing - and the innocent infants, children, the youth, the young adults - our beloved Elders - those with compromised health  - more our mentally and physically challenged - are suffering.

Our OGs lack the information and more the process - they come to me and when I speak Truth to Power - they want to protect me - but what about those that are vulnerable and I have mentioned above?

Such conceptual plans are just conceptual plans.

A conceptual plan is like a dream 

you wake up - and it can be your worst nightmare.

30,000 unit are planned to be built on land prone to liquefaction and flooding - more on land prone to contamination and the worst type of population - does that make sense?

When the Big One strikes - there will be NO one to care much less save those that will fall prey to Mother Nature.

Our Churches are empty - the very old and some in between lost.

Those shepherds have long forgotten their flock - those that com to church do not hear anything that betters their soul.

To touch the soul one must be spiritual - and to be spiritual - actions count - you can talk the talk but who walks the walks - and loves our infants, our children  - those that need help most.

Spirituality that is spread without foundation that is deep in vetted - Theology.

Philosophy that given one the best senses of logic and empirical data - facts that are fact - and not fabrication laden with lies and hoodwinking in broad daylight.

More that embraces empathy, compassion - and proven good actions.

Fair play, impartiality, fortitude, tenacity and more - that comes to those only - who have their heart in the right place. 

The talk of EQUITY emitting from the Human Rights Commission - headed by a lackey - without a spine Sheryl Evans Davis. 

These few understand sacrifice - and where there is genuine sacrifice there is genuine Love - and therein  lies the crux of the issue at hand.

In the old days the Saints - were there for us - they spoke Truth to Power.

We saw them pray and we saw them speak - the love they had was genuine - the looked you in the eye and spoke truth to power. 

Today we have liars - standing and speaking - empty words falling on deaf ears.

 - I knew many of the Saints and  they knew me - even as they have passed to the other side.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - and today the indigenous people in San Francisco - be it from all tribes - are hoodwinked - and we have written to the authorities - and they look the other way with disdain.

Money cannot buy " peace of mind ".

Money - cannot buy sound health.

Money - cannot buy a good life - more, a life lived fully of good actions - a true  " legacy " that is left - by those who heart is in the right place - empathy and compassion playing a major role.

To my many friends I say - we must not allow our infants, our children, our youth, the many single mothers, our Elders to suffer - while millions are doled  out to outsiders - corrupt to the core -  those that must " do right " in San Francisco - as a habit in  City Government - do WRONG and have No qualms of conscience.
