This is San Francisco City Hall - under the present rotunda - the KKK taking an oath of office - White Supremacists - take a good look. Nothing much has changed - not with the SF Planning Department or any SF City Department - corruption has reached saturation point. (circa 1938).

 

San Franciscans are well educated by considerable measure - work hard - and in the last twenty years - the San Francisco Planning Department has failed us all. 

Adversely impact San Franciscans by imposing on us taxpayers - astute constituents - dirty streets, poor transportation, our MUNI system is primitive - the Southeast Sector has no standardized and quality transportation.

When it comes to affordable housing - giving opportunities to those who make under $80,000 - amenities for citizens in this category still need to be made available.

We have over twenty buildings - sinking - the Millennium Building sinking twenty-five inches - tilting eighteen inches - a situation such as this - does not seem to faze the sordid SF Planning Commissioners.

The San Francisco Planning Commissioners are a CABAL - they talk too much - and as you know, empty vessels make a lot of noise.

The Muwekma Ohlone have been here on Turtle Island for over 100,000 years. All of San Francisco and the neighboring area come under their jurisdiction. The Muwekma Ohlone is mentioned in the General Management Plan - we made sure of that fact - when Amit Ghosh was the SF Planning Director -in early 1980

While addressing the Housing Element, San Francisco would address the First People of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohlone.

The Muwekma Ohlone are not mentioned  - they were not invited to be at the table - even though the land is theirs - stolen from them by evil folks - who are shameless.

Until 1927, one could scalp an indigenous person and fetch $5 for the scalp, no questions asked.

California governors sent edicts -  to kill and murder the indigenous tribes of California - including the Muwekma Ohlone, who are Federally Recognized.

Rachael Tanner, the President of the SF Planning Commission; Kathrin Moore, who should adhere to term limits and step down, Derek W. Brau, at his hearing, I stated he is weak in the knees and lacks sound leadership.

Sue Diamond is demanding and thinks she can lecture astute and stellar San Franciscans - stop being rude and stop playing with fire.

With ties to the Unions, Joel Koppel has yet to contribute an iota of empathy to help those who most need housing. I have seen him vote for the vultures, and he will reap what he sows.

Theresa Imperial - could be forthcoming but needs to learn about the deep culture of the indigenous people - the Muwekma Ohlone.

In any decent Housing Element, you start with the people. You started with the quality of life issues - you do that every eight years.

You jackasses have failed miserably, and San Franciscans are watching you all - like a hawk.

Downtown San Francisco and some adjacent areas have over 44 million square feet of commercial space - vacant.

In the next two years, the City and County of San Francisco - will experience many adverse impacts - over $400 million - less coming to the General Fund - Mayor Lond Breed singing the blues.

Can you imagine the SF Planning Department boldly proclaiming that in 8 years, they will build 82,000 and attain this goal by rezoning at a fast speed - and building 34000 units - to start with? 

Utter rubbish.

Right now, Sacramento - knows the City and County fall short of 22,000 when it is more than 35,000 units short. Time will tell.

Atomic Bomb - one of them dropped on Hiroshima or Nagasaki. The bomb was assembled at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The 30,000 units planned on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - on contaminated land - where depleted uranium was tested - poor landfill - land prone to liquefication - does not faze the ill-prepared - uneducated on issues - pushing for goals that are tainted with blood.

One has just to visit Alice Griffith - also known as Double Rock - many living in filthy conditions - the new units infested with cockroaches and giant rats.

Not far from Alice Griffith, the once-only urban State Park has been turned into a garbage dump - that it once was in the early fifties. Methane gas still spews from the State Park - duck and jackrabbits are stunned from inhaling methane gas. 

Of course, the dumb, weak-in-the-knees - San Francisco Planning Commission - has no clue what I am talking about.

AnnMarie Rodgers and I go ways - over 30 years. She is in charge of SF Citywide Policy - has a staff of 50 working under her - and a budget of $ 6 million plus.

The Commission has no clue about the Native American Graves and Repatriation Act  (NAGPRA).

How can these jerks be on the SF Planning Commission and have no clue about the fact and protocol linked to the indigenous tribes of California in general and San Francisco and the neighboring counties in particular?

When Director John Rahaim was the Director of the SF Planning Department - I invited then Chairperson Rosemary Cambra to attend the Commission Meeting.

The Director came down from the dais to greet Chairperson Rosemary Cambra - creating an emotional scene - as Director John Rahaim was a good man with his heart in the right place. 

Lennar was in the news - a rouge developer who will fail - it has already failed.

The SF Planning Department, under pressure, did all in its power to accommodate Lennar, and the SF Planning Department has failed.

Big Developers favor greed - and when those SF Planners fall for the graft - they become grifters - and you know what that means.

The present SF Planning Commission will fail - simply because it has not heeded the advice of the public at large.

The Mayor has hand-picked candidates who are not worthy of representing the people - the virtual meeting has given cover to the SF Planning Commission - to commit atrocities - harming us all - San Franciscans. 

We, the people, have been hoodwinked in broad daylight. 

As I said and will say again - in less than six months - the SF Planning Department will fail - fall flat on its face. Make no bones about this.

We have over 10,000 human remains kept on shelves at U.C. Berkeley - we have numerous atrocities - overlooking to follow the protocol  NAGPRA). When Ohlone remains are found all over San Francisco.

The San Francisco Planning Commission - is fully aware - they failed in compliance. How can you possibly ignore the Muwekma Ohlone - even after you are kept informed. You will be exposed - but more than that, the SF Planning Commission is put on notice - dereliction of duty.

Today we have thousands of human remains - all over the City and County of San Francisco.

The authorities - the MACHINE - the senile Diane Feinstein and shaking in the wind Nancy Pelosi - have avoided being sincere with the Muwekma Ohlone. Time will tell.

Mayor London Breed has sided with the two clowns - giving them access to read some drab acknowledgment statement - that the indigenous have not ceded the land - and must be respected and honored.

The pandemic has adversely impacted our students - more, those of color - how will we remedy this situation?

The students need computers with the ability to be connected to high-speed internet - the teachers need the tools connected to providers who can provide them access to servers - and have the broadband capacity - to deliver a quality product of information quickly.

Here in San Francisco - near Silicon Valley - where many of the early computers and computer technology were created - we in San Francisco suffer from a digital disparity - failing to educate those who need help most.

Again and again, devious folks will bring in Racial Equity - more and more, when we dig deeper - we find those entities who play with Racial Equity superficially - are in it for the money - the founders audited and found guilty of fraud. 

In Unity, we can and must move forward. There is too much divisiveness in the United States - on every level - and this must change - if we are going to progress.

Social Media can be used for good purposes - if benchmarks and standards as used as a norm.

As we know, more disinformation and misinformation are spread from the United States, China, Russia, and other nations with a hidden agenda. One nation pitting the other - those suffering the poor - that need help most.

It is all about algorithms and " dark money " - many may need to learn dark money is kosher in the United States.

Even the Supreme Court favors " dark money " - even as it is against women and wants to control their bodies.

Would it shock anyone that wicked politicians - will not stand for the indigenous people?

Fentanyl by the hundreds of pounds is moved by trucks on the Southern border - Tijuana - arriving in San Diego and the same day right here in the Bay Area - San Jose, Oakland,  San Francisco - and as deep as Mendicino.

Does it matter to us all - that more Americans and others die of Fentanyl than have of COVID?

Does it matter to us that Mainland China - is the key culprit - and we must be leery of Chinese moles and others - making hay while the sun shines?

It is a joke when some jokers say the same thing as parrots about not opening Cannabis Dispensaries in San Francisco - yet there has been no concerted effort by the Chinese living in San Francisco - to go to City Hall and express their opinion about Fentanyl? 

Wake up San Francisco - Non-Profit in San Francisco have received over $300 million to deal with the homeless problem - open hub where folks partake of drugs - with no detail notes available for inspection.

The Tenderloin Center is closed - it was an illegal operation from the start - the City and County are now breaking the law - as it has done at Laguna Honda - allowing addicts - to mix with our vulnerable Elders - all because the Federal Government - foots the bill.

Nine patients from Laguna Honda were moved - leading to the death of these innocent nine Elders. Who is responsible for this utter and abject cruelty?

Where is Mayor London Breed on this singular -  issue? How many thousands have died in the last nine months from Fentanyl in San Francisco? How many have died slowly - living in tents - facing inclement weather? 

Recently - Pope Francisco visited Canada. The Pope apologized for the injustice done to the indigenous tribes - personally. But not in the name of the Catholic Church. In this case, indigenous tribes from Canada are our neighbors. In the United States, we have yet to apologize to the many indigenous tribes - who lived on Turtle Island - for stealing the land. Congress has a say but is dragging its legs. 

President Joe Biden has a say - but needs to have the balls to issue - an Executive order.
