There are over 200,000 IRGC ready to die for their cause - we witnessed this during the war with Iraq and have learned nothing much from that ordeal.

Our Main Media has not once made a needs assessment on Iran and its population, varied groups, each with their own beliefs, and each has an opinion.

The common thread they are blessed with tenacity and fortitude - and an inner unity that, when it comes to their country, they are united.

Iranians have a rich culture, and the cuisine is second to none - their music and poetry are awesome - the beauty inside and out - astounding - you have to visit Iran as I have and spend time with them - to understand what the Persians are all about.

While Iran will have nothing much to do with America, more as Persians that are proud of their country, one cannot say of the Arabs, where folks like TACO are busy breaking the Amulment Act, and raking in billions, and Americans, more Whites, think nothing of such despicable behavior.

Most Americans who are Republican are into money - we go to war to allow those who invest in bombs, missiles, ammunition, jets, and other expensive assets to make huge sums of money.

With the resources they have, the filthy rich create divisiveness - doing all they can to ride the Civil Rights Act and putting hurdles in the way of those who want to vote.

America right now is going backward - and the youth and young adults do not understand - why all the divisiveness - the killing and bombing that we adults must teach those who will lead tomorrow, what is right and what is wrong.

America has a surge of people who are mentally challenged - the divisiveness and the hatred are so deep - that the surge in mental illness is increased so much that it takes years for some to see a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

I work with youth who do not want to talk about their mental illness, and many are thinking of suicide, and our United States government is fast asleep at the cockpit, and we tolerate the Republicans and the Democrats to help us, when all they do is kick the can down the street.

Our educational system is in dire straits, and our TACO has reduced funding for research and for our universities. TACO is looking forward to destroying all that is good. 

Our Founding Fathers could never have imagined a felon being the President of the United States.

Our Founding Fathers took pains to allow Congress to make key decisions, and could never envision a felon, rapist, liar, cheat, and one for all practical purposes a "Traitor " - make a decision that would compromise our freedom and create pandemonium.

We are in a doldrums - millions stressed and millions confused - it looks like everywhere authoritarianism rules - every decent standard is abused - pandemonium we have never seen before. 

American citizens killed and murdered - the brain drain has started - and soon will be in deep trouble. 

Right now, there is a surge in mental issues - our hospitals cannot handle the number of people waiting in line to be treated for mental illness.

While all this is happening, those who have invested in AI products and shenanigans are raking in billions - we have the filthy rich and the abject. poor.

The middle class has long gone - and soon we are heading towards autocracy - and our only hope is the mid-term election - to get rid of the chaff.

With someone in the White House who has been indicted with 34 counts, is a felon, lies, cheats, rapes, and is not to be trusted, the United States has suffered, and our standards have been reduced to trash.

The IRGC knows that Turtle Island belongs to the indigenous, and the IRGC looks forward to working with any entity, rather than an egotistical maniac.

We know that someone has lost his mind - and that nothing holistic will come from the idiot.

For months now, we are told we are winning, even though we know all that is happening is that things are getting worse.

The Arabs again and again told TACO not to attack Iran.

Today, the Arabs are suffering, and relations between the Arabs and the United States are at an all-time low. Recently, the Saudis mandated that no jets would be allowed to use the skies in and around Saudi Arabia - that one decision speaks volumes.

The Iranians will never, ever concede - they will hold the Straits of Hormuz as their Ace Card - they have been waiting forever for this moment - only for the idiot we have in the White House to fall into the trap.

There is only one way to get out of this trap - remove the idiot from office. Once he is removed from office, there will be an opportunity to resolve the situation. 

Right now, the idiot will not concede that he made a mistake. Every day, he comes out with some excuse, and most Americans listen to his nonsense. As each day goes by, things will worsen.

We must divorce from Israel - stop spending our taxpayers ' money to back Israel - Israel is for itself - and it is none of our business to support any country that murders and kills infants, children, youth, women, and men, innocent and unarmed.

We are going to celebrate the 250th anniversary or Semiquincentennial on July 4, 2026.

The Whites who stole the land could have put all indegenous tribes on the Federal Register and admit that they stole the land - on this 250th anniversary that we are so proud of.

Instead the United States are following the behavior of President Andrew Jackson - a despicable man - the likes of TACO who has failed to admit that he is a felon and wants to deprive us all of our freedom.

 

Americans must be educated on issues - not tolerate the nonsense - going on in Gaza and the West Bank.

For the longest time, we took our Democracy for granted - the Democrats failed to listen to the voters and thus distanced themselves from the citizens and voters that matter.

Our infants worldwide have been deprived of USAID, and millions are dying, others are lacking nutrition, and will not be able to function as decent human beings. 

I have traveled all over the world and seen things for myself.

This Iranian attack with our superior air power and the backing of Israel is an attack that has two superior nations - bullying Iran, and killing and murdering the citizens of Iran, who have done nothing to harm us.

The Obama Administration took two years to negotiate an agreement that favors the world: Iran would allow the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) access to its nuclear program, and the many countries that signed the agreement would serve as witnesses to it. 

The negotiations went into detail, preventing Iran from having a nuclear bomb - the inspections were done regularly, the Iranians afforded assistance - the money that the United States froze - Iranian money released - in short, we had a treaty that was foolproof.

As soon as the idiot in the White House came in, he made sure to declare the agreement I explained above null and void.

This idiot has destroyed our Economy using tariffs that mostly do not work - putting the burden on those who pay for everything they need at a higher price.

It took the United States Supreme Court to declare the tariffs illegal - the damage has been done - and the talk that we will be reimbursed is a joke.

The idiot got up one morning and decided to tear down part of the White House - the East Wing - to build a Ball Room - the idiot is fascinated with naming everything after him - when no one in their right mind respects this idiot.

As soon as the idiot leaves the White House, all the stupid naming and damage will be dealt with - the institutions renamed, and history will record the facts about the worst President the United States ever had.

In the interim, our farmers are hurting - the idiot lies and bluffs and has ruined our Economy.

The idiot has failed to abide by the emolument law - the idiot and his family have amassed billions - while citizens of the United States are living paycheck to paycheck.

The bastard must comprehend that we, the taxpayers, should not pay for everything he has created without our permission.

This jerrymandering in Virginia - redistricting is another sordid action that favors divisiveness - it will affect the mid-term elections, causing confusion and utter pandemonium.

Susan B. Anthony, Alice Paul, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton - we also had Carrie Chapman Catt, Lucky Stone, and Ida B. Wells, who fought hard for equality.

The National Woman Suffrage Association (NWSA), organized by Elizabeth Cady Stanton in 1848 at the Seneca Falls Convention, was a group we remember as a writer and strategist, making way for today's women, who do what they do best: lead and bring about meaningful change.

We remember Lucy Stone, who founded the American Woman Suffrage Association (AWSA).

Ida B Wells was a journalist and activist who fought both racial inequality and women's suffrage.

Mary Church Terrell, the founder of the National Association of Colored Women (NACW).

Alva Vanderbilt Belmont, who financed and provided resources to carry on the fight supporting the National Woman's Party.

Jeannette Rankin, the first woman elected to Congress, played a key role in advancing women's suffrage.

The suffrage movement in England was led by Emmeline Pankhurst, who founded the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU).

Kate Sheppard in New Zealand fought for self-government and for women to vote.

Today, our women play a key role in keeping the family together  - caring for our infants, our children, our youth, and young adults.

The women care for the Elders and those with compromised health - and we must respect and honor them - and by we I mean men - who often think no end to their stupid ways - the likes of TACO.

We must be ashamed to allow TACO to destroy our Democracy - every day he does more harm, and the time has come for Congress to act and do the right thing.

THE CORE PROBLEM WITH THE SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC COMMISSION IS POOR LEADERSHIP - ABJECT CORRUPTION - THAT WILL BRING DOWN THE SFPUC - RIGHT NOW MOST OF THE MANAGERS ARE JUMPING SHIP.

 

Our team has worked hard to take on a case that most attorneys and experts in San Francisco have looked at and found that they could not spend the necessary time to stand tall and represent.

Most lawyers do not stand for justice - they forget the oath they take - to support the United States and State constitutions - maintain client confidentiality, act with integrity, and uphold the rules of professional conduct.

What we witness is asking for large sums of money in advance, a retention fee. Fail to collect the facts - talk from both sides of their mouth - often the judge has to rebuke the lawyers - shameless as they are - they swallow the bitter pill.

Our so-called legal system is corrupt, and the first thing these lawyers or liars do is ask for a retention fee - there is no empathy, understanding, empirical data, facts that matter - Union policies that defy logic - the lawyers want the easy way out to make money.

In recent years, there has been a pact between the corrupt lawyers and the many Unions.

The Unions are quick to demand Union fees from workers but fail to represent them when they need help and support.

Appearing before a judge is not a circus, acting like a clown - it is not some child's play - some ritual that has no meaning - we have many lawyers - buffons think they know it all - and act like clowns.

We lay people, using our experience, do better, leading many lawyers to question us - how do we know so much - and if we are lawyers - and that astounds us lay folks - we stay humble.

San Francisco is a Union City - and we all remember Bloody Thursday - when the longshoremen in 1934, May 9, 1934, the strike lasted 83 days.

The SF police, aka POPOS, shot at the longshoremen and killed two longshoremen. For all the talk, the "shoot first, talk later" rule is still in force. We, the citizens of the United States, had better get a grip on the killings and shootings - the courts are looking the other way.

We like to forget such events - May 9 is coming around the corner - the SFPUC managers will be jumping ship.

Today, San Francisco has a mayor who has lost his mind - trying to do something, but so far, nothing positive has happened.

The SFPUC is so corrupt that it has reached saturation.

The homeless are moved from place to place, and hundreds have died on the streets of San Francisco, facing inclement weather.

The San Francisco Unions are corrupt - using the dues of the Union members to hire corrupt lawyers, who are hand in glove with the managers from the City and County of San Francisco, demeaning decent workers, and thinking nothing much of such sordid actions.

Wake up, San Francisco, and the shallow SF Board of Supervisors that I will address soon and reveal to them their poor leadership - and lack of knowledge - good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

There is not one SF Board of Supervisors member who is educated on issues that matter - our infrastructure, the City's operations with standards, the lack of empathy, and taking every opportunity to tax the citizens of San Francisco.

Not one of these buffoons that chronically understand how our great Union City once fought for the workers and quality of Life, our children and education, or colleges and free education at City College - and today is sinking and drowning - the Mayor and his minions are drowning in the cesspool of their own making.

People who made our great City and County of San Francisco are leaving - and those who come here have no clue of the past history - they are bringing in sordid ideas and think AI and other so-called innovative AI algorithms will bring progress - having no clue that AI can bring about catastrophe - never seen before at Quantum speed.

Sam and Elon are so greedy that that is all they want. 

Both will fall flat on their face - they have forgotten about humanity - worldwide, their actions have impacted our infants, children, youth, young adults, and humanity in general.

The pain of the thousands of San Francisco must be taken into consideration - the land, air, and all that is with the three sides of San Francisco that we are bordered by water, has given its best, more when it was pristine, no more.

The Flower Children, Burning Man,  the many musical groups - the Grateful Dead, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, Huey Lewis, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Counting Crows,  and others - contributed to the best music and entertained millions both here at home and worldwide.

We will always remember Bill Graham - and the many others who have left us - but will always be remembered for their legacy - all of them understand "empathy " - all of them uplifted others - all of them had their heart in the right place.

San Francisco has been gripped by some stoic surge that is trying to neutralize the San Francisco way of doing things - embracing all kinds of people worldwide, the best minds who are free to contribute to the universe.

Our San Francisco politicians cannot do a needs assessment - they have no clue about standards - they talk in circles - and are all about money - some of them have relations with cartels - and others take bribes and launder all the way to the bank.

The various amendments that the SF City and County initiate are meant to help the politicians - the citizens of San Francisco are treated with disdain - and all this and more will come ot bite the sordid politicians in the butt. 

The corruption in San Francisco has reached a saturation point - it will take decades to put things on track - we must get rid of the various dubious amendments to our SF City and County Charter.

The crooks are using convoluted language - words that deceive and ruin the lives of many - no wonder so many are leaving San Francisco. 

Most of them contributed to the unique districts - each having its own character - that are now thrown to the winds.

There are just a few of us left - the last of the Mohegans - who understand San Franciscans and those who loved our great City, which has now been invaded by ruthless and greedy monsters.

There was a time when we in San Francisco led the United States. San Francisco was the site where the United Nations Charter was drafted, and it was signed at the War Memorial Building. 

It is a shame that the SF City Hall has harbored too many corrupt folks and led the corrupt San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

The Swer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - started with a budget of $6 Billion - has reached $15 Billion today and is heading towards $25 Billion. 

The SFPU Commission meets, and there is not a single person who has qualified experience and, chronologically speaking, an understanding of the Raiker Act - and how the SFPUC should be operating.

The number of managers who are corrupt at the SF Water Department includes William Taehan, Frank Jordon, and Steve Ritchie.

The Hetch Hetchy Valley was and remains the most beautiful valley in the world. The Tuolomne River was famous for the millions of salmon that arrived at the Tuolomne River year after year and spawned - only for the SFPUC with intent - to draw so much water from the Tuolomne River - heat the river and choke the Salmon to death. 

The last count was fewer than 47 Salmon's's, and the SFPUC has never once mentioned this.

For thousands of years, the indigenous tribes followed the Salmon's's path from the Pacific Ocean to Hetch Hetchy and beyond.

The indigenous tribes of California, who lived on and cared for the land for over 15,000 years, were carbon-dated, and in some cases, DNA evidence showed that many tribes inhabited and cared for the land for over 7,000 years.

For some strange reason, "strangers " are full of greed and salivating over the gold and other minerals, contaminating the land and surroundings.

Built homes close to the rivers, cut the old growth redwoods, waste and pollute the rivers as part of the mining, and other atrocities that make no sense - destroyed all that was pristine.

The worst entity that went unnoticed for decades is the two-legged human being that has not respected Mother Earth, and today the result is Climate Change.

John Muir, who spent an inordinate time in and around Yosemite and was familiar with the forest, the rivers, the valley, the mountains, and all the the Great Spirit created - fought to save the Hetch Hetchy Valley - and the greed politicians convinced the United States Congress - to flood the Hetch Hetchy Valley - to help and save San Francisco - more, after the 1906 Earthquake.

Today - Peter Drekmeier and a few other keep speaking Truth to Power and try our best to convince the SFPUC to save the Tuolumne River - folks like Steve Ritchie and Dennis Herrera are a pain in the ass - lie, and these guys have to step down and fade into oblivion.

We do not need the SFPU Commission - none of them have the expertise needed to smoothly operate the key aspects of Hetch Hetchy operations, Calaveras, Crystal Springs, the many reservoirs, and the over 170 cisterns that SFPUC took over from the SF Fire Department.

Billions of dollars were set aside to address deferred maintenance operations and structure - clean water pipes, sewer pipes, force mains, our reservoirs in San Francisco have two feet of sludge, and other contamination.

This supposedly clean drinking water from the reservoirs is meant to be drunk, and is pumped to over a million people who are put in harm's way. 

Our team has a presentation on the situation of many contaminated reservoirs, where the SF Public Utilities Commission has failed due to deferred maintenance and has encountered problems with the Plumbers Union refusing to work under unsafe conditions.

When I say our team, it is a team that I put together, the local citizens of San Francisco, who met every Wednesday for many months to help the victims who were fired by SFPUC - Joe King, Adolfo Padilla, and Conrad King.

The manager, William Taehan, and Frank Jordon - knowing well that the Plumbers refused to work in "Confined Spaces " - enticed the laborers into doing the "Confined Space " project for more pay, without proper training and putting them in harm's way.

Two of the three workers were injured, and all three were traumatized.

The Laborers' Union 261 refused to help the three victims - even though they paid their Union Dues - we will deal with the Union when the time comes - complete with empirical data - and verified corruption that must STOP.

The City and County of San Francisco - Civil Service Commission - is a joke and must be audited by the FEDS - it has single-handedly destroyed the lives of hundreds of workers - by kicking the can down the street. 

Steve Zelter, well known all over San Francisco and beyond as an advocate, has attended the Civil Service Commission meetings - spoken Truth to Power - the Commission listens and does nothing to help those who most need help.

I prayed and had to come up with a plan that most would not dare to follow - I took it upon myself to first address the SFPU Commission on October 28, 2026, and offer them a solution: give the three victims, Joe King, Adolfo Padilla, and Conrad King, a second chance.

I attended all the SFPUC meetings every second Tuesday and fourth Tuesday from October, 2025 to April 2026, and at each meeting, I made my views and those of my team known. 

There was no response - let us see once the FEDS come in and charge the SFPUC under the RICO ACT.

I commend the SF Cal/OSHA for reviewing the documents we sent them and for their diligence, fortitude, and tenacity in coming to the rescue of Joe King, Adolfo Padilla, and Conrad King.

I commend the State Civil Rights Department for accepting the initial documents sent by the three fired SFPUC employees - and scheduling them for an interview.

Even as an SFPUC manager makes half a million dollar salaries - the likes of Dennis Herrera - others make over $400,000, many over $300,000, and have the audacity to fire innocent workers, one worked for over eight years without a single notice, and not obeying orders.

Another was commended as Employee of the Year - what made these corrupt managers who must be fired - William Taehan, Frank Jordon, and their supervisor, Steven Ritchie, who has been milking SFPUC, and any audit will show this - RICO ACT must be endorsed. 

The Truth told to the public at large. 

While this singular case has forced two of the fired employees to file for Workers' Compensation, obtaining it has been easy. The families have suffered endless pain and have come before the SFPUC and stated the facts.

It is time to rid the chaff from the wheat - and the corrupt managers, and there are tons of information with the Feds - you see these corrupt managers - fall down much like gadflies - swatted from the wall of corruption.

The Mayor of San Francisco is a Joke - and he has taken our once great City and County down the drain - and is drowning in the cesspool of his own creation.

Our team appeared before the SF Inspector General and provided her with all the empirical evidence on a platter. We have yet to hear from her.

Greg Wagner - SF Controller is a decent human being - his first Press Release stated to all: "No one is above the law.

I pray to God that the City and County of San Francisco - change its solid ways - daily things are getting from bad to worse.

I served as the Sixth Army's and the Presidio of San Francisco's last Congressional Liaison - dealing with United States Senators and Congress Representatives - I am proud to serve the United States - and not afraid of the many crooks - who we pay - the taxpayers - and have to deal with abject nonsense.

As the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy, I have tried my best for the last 50 years, and never knew that a time would come for me to defend those who need help and are innocent, preyed upon by corrupt managers whose salaries we taxpayers pay in the thousands.

SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTLITIES COMMISSION LACK STANDARDS - RESERVOIRS - DEFERRED MAINTANCE - ACCUMULATED SLUDGE AND OTHER FILTH IN STANDING WATER - PUMPED AS DRINKING WATER TO SAN FRANCISCANS.

 The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission lacks standards. The SFPUC has hoodwinked us for a long time - and now it's time to expose all the atrocities and more.

We just received a letter from the SF Cal/OSHA stating that Joe King, Adolfo Padilla, and Conrad King were retaliated against by the SFPUC.

Also, they were put in harm's way, ignoring all safety issues. 

It has taken us some months to fight this case, and we did so with the empirical data that clearly showed us the lack of standards, poor policy - the SFPUC is corrupt to the core - and the number of indictments linked to the SF Public Utility Commission is well known - State and Federal cases.

Right now, we are noticing managers leaving SFPUC - they all know that soon they will be indicted - they can run, but they cannot hide.

In the interim, we are doing all in our power to take our case to the leading enforcement agencies - now that the SF Cal/OSHA has clearly stated the three innocent employees were retaliated against and also put in harm's way.

The SFPUC is also the most corrupt department among all the San Francisco City Departments. 

The many indictments linked to the SFPUC are well known. However, it seems that the SFPUC managers do not give a rat's ass - and continue their sordid corruption.

The most corrupt is the Water Department - backed by the General Manager of SFPUC and other corrupt crooks.

Right now, most of the reservoirs that store clean drinking water are contaminated.

Sludge has accumulated to two feet high, along with other contaminants that are harmful to all who drink the water and put themselves in harm's way.

The so-called clean drinking water must be tested, and we, the citizens who pay the taxes, must be given access to the data - the fact is the data is not gathered from the reservoirs - and this must be remedied on a war footing.

The SFPU Commissioners have no clue about the reservoirs - and now want to charge the citizens of San Francisco more, twenty percent more.

It is with the sewage, too - San Francisco was overcharged and promised that they would be compensated - that did not happen.

The Chair looks you in the eye and lies - has no clue about our infrastructure and has taken the job to rubber-stamp actions that do not do justice to San Franciscans.

Today, the SFPU Commission dares to increase the sewer rate by fifteen percent.

San Francisco has several tanks and reservoirs that require millions of dollars for repairs and the cleanup of accumulated sludge and other garbage.

We found the reservoir at Potrero Hill occupied by some homeless people, who had access to the drinking water, and took advantage, going so far as to wash themselves after defecating. All this and more is a shame.

Remember, we are talking about clean drinking water that is distributed to the public in large quantities here in San Francisco.

It is the same at the Sunset Reservoir - millions of gallons are leaking. Some minor cleanup was done by those who targeted - we have the photographs and the SF Inspector General has seen it and must now adjudicate - it has been weeks since we met and is awaiting the judgment.

When it came to the University Mound reservoir, money that was in place was spent, and a pretect was used to get more money for the roof, when, truly speaking, it was for the cleanup of the University Mound reservoir.

The SF Public Utilities Commissioners act as a cabal - rubber-stamping and afraid of the General Manager, who will be retiring in September - good riddance to very bad rubbish.

It is time for Steve Richie, who has been wheeling and dealing - playing golf with his sidekick William Taehan - and signing contracts - linked to shady deals. 

Time for Steve Richie, who lies, to step down and fade into oblivion.

April 28, 2026, there will be a meeting in Room 400 and SF City Hall - apparently, SFPUC wants to raise the price of doling out clean water, and it is not satisfied with more for sewage.

Some twenty-five percent for clean drinking, a raise that will be challenged, and fifteen percent for sewage, another ploy that these thugs think we, the people, will agree to.

Time to bring these crooks before the Feds and apply the RICO Act.

Stop paying salaries as high as $500,000 per year and think you get away with murder in broad daylight.

Those who pay for SFPUC drinking water do not receive clean drinking water; most reservoirs are contaminated, there is a lack of hygiene, and this and more is a shame.

The Raker Act of 1913 and the many amendments made to it over the years have cast those of us who pay for our clean drinking water and sewer service as victims, failing to consult the users, with the SFPUC hoodwinking us in broad daylight.

The meeting held on April 28, 2026, had agenda items 8, 9, and 10, with proper notification and explanations linked to law and policy; SFPUC ignored them.

The agenda was posted with the intent to deceive the rate payers - a mode of operation that the present General Manager and Deputy Manager thought they could pull over our eyes. 

It is wrong to deceive, to lie, and to cheat  - we see this all the time with the SFPUC.

The manner in which many of the agenda items noticed on April 28, 2026, lacked transparency and accountability. 

Lucky for us, we had an attorney who laid the facts, and not a whimper from the SF Public Utilities Commission and the General Manager.

The SFPUC - the Water Department is known for corruption, and the managers gang up on hardworking employees.

Fire the decent, hardworking  SFPUC workers when they bring to the managers' attention atrocities that should not be tolerated.

Imagine forcing the workers to use brooms and shovels 40 feet below ground - where there is stagnant water, over 2 feet of sludge to be removed, very slippery ground, and poor lighting.

The time has come to bring these evil managers to book - and send them behind bars for a long, long time.

The managers work for two days and get paid for a week. 

They lie, cheat, steal, watch prono at work, gang up on innocent hardworking employees - and do this without anyone monitoring these crooks.

It has been months - we have stated all the facts linked to Joe King, Conrad King, and Adolfo Padilla - fired for going to the manager William Taehan and stating that the environment and safety conditions adversely impacted the three workers who were not given training linked to the project " Confined Space ".

We have taken the matter to the SF Inspector General and the SF Cal/OSHA, who have accepted our presentation and are deeply troubled by how the three workers were treated.

We have the empirical data - we have the photographs of the dirty, filthy conditions - linked to three reservoirs.

Supposedly, clean drinking water contaminated with filthy sludge and other contaminants is pumped to San Franciscans.

Let us speak Truth to power - let us do right - after all, this is San Francisco - where once we respected all - fair play and justice - tenacity and fortitude were our hallmarks.

Poor leadership, blatant corruption.

Steve Richie, William Taehan, Frank Jordon from the SF Water Department, and Joy Chen from the Human Resources - ganged up on Joe King, Conrad King, and Adlofo Padilla, and laborers who belong to SF UNION 261.

Every ploy was used to harm these innocent workers, and the ploys were used with intent.

Working underground, thirty to forty feet below ground, requires special training known as Confined Space training.

The three laborers belonging to Union 261 were targeted because they brought to San Franciscans' attention the abject corruption at the SFPUC and its leader, Dennis Herrera.

What once was pristine - the strangers - have contaminated - do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue - greedy bastards.

Steve Richie, William Taehan, and Frank Jordon must be fired. There have been too many corrupt atrocities filed before, and these three managers have been protected by the higher-ups. 

The "Confined Space " issue was linked to "deferred maintenance"; the plumbers refused to undertake the project. 

The plumbers demanded a pay increase and refused to undertake the maintenance and cleanup of the reservoir, thirty to forty feet underground.

For starters, the workers were sent without training and special equipment to carry out the hazardous work.

 As I said, the trained plumbers did not want to work in the hazardous, confined space.

The plumbers asked for a pay increase and were told by SFPUC Management that this would not happen. 

The managers then enticed the laborers to take on the project without training, and put the laborers who should have been protected by Union 261 in harm's way. 

It is a shame that the laborers who were fired without cause went to Union 261, only to be told it could not help them.

First City Build - now SFPUC - more walk, less talk - let us have the data for 5 years linked to City Build - clean our reservoirs - filthy - supposedly clean drinking water - San Franciscans kept in the dark.

The Truth be told, the laborers paid their dues for years and were denied help, and favored the actions of the very corrupt SFPUC managers.

The laborers' Union 261 failed to come to the aid of the hardworking, innocent workers.

We advocates will monitor and see Union 261 use its ploys, machinations, and shenanigans to collect dues for years - and fail the Union 262 laborers who need help and respect.

Putting the laborers in harm's way to work with intent is a crime.

SFPUC managers have been caught red-handed lying and cheating - dereliction of duty - failed to maintain standards.

The filthy conditions at many San Francisco reservoirs, supposedly providing clean drinking water, are causing contamination and putting innocent San Franciscans in harm's way.

The millions of dollars set aside to maintain and keep the reservoirs clean are being wasted on filthy, health-hazardous conditions. 

Where is the San Francisco Health Department?

 Where is the SF Environment Department?

 Where is the SF Controller on this issue? 

Where is the Board of Supervisors on this issue?

Where is the stupid Mayor on this issue?

 For all the talk, there is no walk.

The SFPUC employees fired were treated with disdain and traumatized. 

The SFPU Commissioners are complicit too - they have been told the Truth and refuse to help the traumatized laborers - Joe King, Conrad King, and Adolfo Padilla.

The SFPUC laborers were not sent for training - they were made to clean and remove the two feet of sludge that had accumulated and had not been cleaned for decades.

The laborers were forced to sweep the sludge with brooms and other tools, such as squeezes, which put them in harm's way. 

The floors were lined with slime and were prone to slipping, as happened to the SF Public Utilities laborers. 

When the lead laborer, Joe King, went to the managers, William Taehan and Frank Jordon, they were fired.

The managers from the SF Water Department enticed untrained laborers to work on "Confined Space " projects. This is a crime.

We need a man like Richard Sklar, an engineer, not some clowns who are attorneys who lie and have inflated their salaries, one of them $500,000 - no one should earn more than $200,000  at SFPUC - not with our SF City and County, in dire straits.

The SFPUC is a corrupt organization, more specifically, the SFPUC Water Department - led by Steven Richie, next by William Taehan, and Frank Jordon.

There is clear empirical data to fire the three corrupt managers who have ruined the lives of many innocent workers.

Each of the managers favors nepotism and is racist to the core.

It does not help that the General Manager of the SFPUC, Dennis Herrera, and the SF City Attorney's office, led by David Chiu, have ganged up on the innocent SFPUC laborers, firing them and denying them fair play and justice.

Hundreds of pages of fake information are prepared by the SF City Attorney lawyers - they have created a boilerplate model - to harm innocent workers - and the time has come to go to the Feds - and bring these crooks to book - using the RICO ACT.

My team gave a presentation to the SF Inspector General, and she saw the empirical data - complete with dirty, filthy sludge in our reservoirs - contaminating the drinking water that is pumped and distributed to San Franciscans.

Recently, attempts have been made to clean up the University Mound Reservoir - and I hope they do a good job - for years, the drinking water from the University Mound was contaminated, as a result of deferred maintenance.

It is time for the Feds to inspect the reservoirs all over San Francisco to ensure they meet standards.

No harm should come to the citizens of San Francisco, and they should not pay a lot for drinking water only to be hoodwinked in broad daylight.

I call upon Greg Wegner, the SF Controller, to intercede on behalf of the innocent workers who were fired and to restore all the benefits they have lost.

I call upon SF CalOsha to inspect the reservoirs and get back to me, as I have played a key role and invested a lot of my own money, to see that fair play and justice rule supreme.

It is simply wrong to fire innocent workers - and ruin their lives.

It is wrong for the City and County to state in writing that they cannot seek employment with the City and County of San Francisco.

We, the people, united, will never, ever be defeated.

The SFPU Commissioners had better get their act together and stop rubber-stamping and encouraging abject corruption.

It is time for the many commissions that just rubber-stamp and do not represent the taxpayers - they play second fiddle to the corrupt manager crooks who must be fired.

Water is Life, and these idiots do not comprehend what they are doing. 

They stole the water and dared to use it to flush the toilets. 

They stole the water from the Miwoks, the Paiutes, Pomos, and many other indigenous tribes in and around the Hetch Hetchy Valley. 

It is time we bring the indigenous together, do a needs assessment, compensate the indigenous tribes for all the atrocities, and do right.

The indigenous lived in and around the Hetch Hetchy Valley for over eight thousand years - the strangers, in less than one hundred and fifty years, have contaminated all that was pristine.
