The Oasis Motel served hundreds of poor people - many indigent families - now they will be evicted and have nowhere to go.
The Oasis is for sale - the motel is infested with bedbugs.
The owner made his money and now wants to throw the towel. With it, the baby and the bath water.

More importantly, if the many dead bodies - were given the needed respect and honored.
Whatever - the ceremony - we want to know - if they were accorded the respect every American deserves in death.
Only those who have their hearts in the right place can take others to a better place. Aho.
