The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) formed in 1996 by a " thug" mayor - Willie L. Brown Jr. - always had one interest in mind - cheating the tax payer - in broad daylight.
Today the SFPUC is spiraling down the cesspool of its own creation. It own project dealing with crap is not going anywhere - and what is really happening - the on going corruption - the shit is hitting the fence - and as you all know shit floats - for all the world to see.
The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with a Bond Measure in the amount of $6 billion ( yes, six billion dollars) - now, it has reached $10 billion - and the entire project is in deep trouble.

The digesters started with a price of about $ 1.3 billion then rose to $2.3 billion and now have reached over $3 billion.
No meetings have been held - where the public at large - is informed. The paradox even the SF Public Utilities Commissioners are kept in the dark.
All the while Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones - doling out millions - Community Benefits money - to entities that did not participate in any of the preliminary scoping meetings, the many workshops - but now are making hay while the sun shines.
BAYCAT, Girls 2000, Young Community Developers, Hunters Point Families - other crooked entities lurking in the dark -laughing to the bank - with our Community Benefits that we fought for. All this nonsense has been going on since 2012.
A task force was created - consisting of community members was step up to study the SSIP project - more to create Community Benefits - 5 % on a billion that is $50 million on a billion - on $10 billion the estimated cost right now - amounting to $500 million.
$250 million for workforce and $250 million for outreach.
Dwayne Jones an outsider who lives in Oakland heading Workforce but has his hand in everything - calls himself the
" gate keeper " this one individual must be sent to jail - now.
Juliet Ellis - convincing some gullible
students who have NO clue
about any projects - the are convinced
something is happening - but nothing viable
and sustainable - mostly hoodwinking in broad daylight.
Juliet Ellis a transplant from the East Coast - who also has roots in Oakland - and more with Green For All - joined the SF Public Utilities Commission under Gavin Newsom - and today is the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs.
Has added titles to her name head of Community Benefits and Strategy - the woman is corrupt and was fined by the Fair Political Practices Commission - for sending $200,000 to her former Non-Profit in Oakland - she had to return the money - and is shameless and should be sent to jail.
More charged using the RICO ACT - and this nonsense has been going on for years.

Dwayne Jones who does not work for the SFPUC - has been debarred from bidding on jobs with the SF Housing Authority - penalized by the IRS when he worked for Platinum Consultants.
Now goes around bragging he is a business man and a philanthropist - which is a JOKE.
The money he doles out is Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - the man must be charged under the RICO ACT.
Hundreds of his minion - mostly ignorant fools receive money from him - and do his bidding. All that has come to a STOP - as he could not account for the thousands spent.
The man purports to be an advocate for social justice and economic development - I have never seen him in the trenches - I have always know him to rob Peter to pay Paul. He continues to hoodwink some - not for long.
Dwayne lives in Oakland - he is NOT from San Francisco - and worked closely with "thugs" the likes of Gavin Newsom and Edwin Mah Lee - and now closely works with Mayor London Breed.
He has a penchant to steal proprietary curricula and other one of kind document from others - and claim that they belong to him. He has used this tactics to give City Build documents that do not belong to him.
Again and agin - he tries to take material from workshops given by others - he steals the material and claims - that the material is his. We have the empirical data - and the man will be questioned shortly.
His ilk other likes Derf Butler, Clifton Burch, Keith Jackson - scumbags who want to make fast money - breaking the law.
Malia Cohen and London Breed - have had dealings with the above mentioned thugs - and their names mentioned in current Court proceed by some leading judges.
Our infants, children, youth, young adult, our Elders, those with compromised health - more our Mentally and Physically Challenged are slowly dying.
Our Elders are living in tents in despicable condition. In recent weeks these Elders have been rounded up - their belonging disposed off - and they are sent to jail - where they are treated with disdain. All this under the direction of Mayor London Breed - a political whore par excellence.
The" thugs " that I have mentioned above and others - all Blacks - are focused on filling their coffers - with money - more Community Benefits money - that should be spent to serve those that need help most.
We have entities - most of them outsiders - given $300,000 on a platter - to open - Cafes, restaurants, places where they sell wine, one has a brewery and all sorts of parties are held at the Laughing Monk - these crooked Blacks pander to entities that are profiting - and most of them do not care about the community.
Walk on Third Street from Yosemite Street to Evans Shopping Center - and see the changes - linked to gentrification.
Cafes offering expensive coffee and pastries - when those that need help most have NO money in their pockets - to buy a plain cup of coffee - small size.

The Digestors already have been delayed for one year - that happened a year ago - and now at the last SFPUC meeting another clown came to the podium - and stated in a convoluted manner - the Digestors will be delayed for one more year.
In the interim the stench from the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant reigns supreme - where is Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones - two crooks on this fact - starring at their face. This outsiders - with no links to the community - are making hay while the sunshines.

Now we have we have to wait for one more year. The respiratory diseases, asthma, headaches, burning eyes and throat, and a host of other ailments are borne by those adversely impacted.

Young Community Developers have NO clue about workforce and have not created any Career Jobs - for all the money that they are given - Community Benefits money - wasted - with NO accountability and transparency.

We are now in the year 2019 and for all the talk - there has been no action - nothing viable and sustainable that we can mention.
The SF Public Utilities Commission more Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis have FAILED the community - and we have been busy collecting the empirical data - cheating, lying, hoodwinking, wasting millions of dollars.
For all the talk there has been no walk.
There has been a lot of hoodwinking - all documented - and we look forward to using the RICO ACT to send some of the crooks to jail - for a long, long time.
