All over San Francisco pandemonium reigns supreme - in our Public School that come under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD).
The present Superintendent Vincent Mathews - has NOT taken responsibility. The mess at E.R. Taylor Elementary School, Willie L. Brown Jr., Middle School, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Middle School, Visitacion Valley Elementary School, Mission High School, Lincoln High School - so many Public Schools too many to mention.
I have been in touch with Law Enforcement and with some organizations who handle Violence Prevention and they are at their wits end.
Missing in the training - how to deal with thousands who do not want to acknowledge American values. The many stress factors - the dysfunctional families - taking their woes to the schools. The lack of manner and etiquette - disrespecting the teachers and Principal and the student getting away with murder in broad daylight.

so many RIGHTS - that some have NO clue about.
Millions of dollars have been expanded in San Francisco to provide succor to our children, youth, young adults - and more and more -violence of the worst nature - creeps into our classrooms - and more on the streets of San Francisco.
Hordes of misbehaved youth - rampaging businesses - and making a mockery of our Law Enforcement - who are ordered not to handle the situation with arrest.
Others riding bikes in the middle of street with Law Enforcement looking on - as the youth have a field day - stopping traffic and creating confusion on our streets - daring to get reckless even on the free way.
As much as one may ask the question - where are the parents - those that can answer the questions - shun the question - and look the other way.
The paradox is that the violence and the pandemonium is now raging like a " wild fire " in our Elementary and Middle School - where before we had some instances - in our High Schools. In all our schools - all the time - violent incidents are reported - at time forcing the school authorities - to shut down the schools.
The Safety Resource Officers (SROs) - the volunteers who once did a great job - are staying away from the violence.
Many of these youth coming to the SF Public schools armed - with knifes and in some cases guns.
The SF Unified School District is trying to find answers in their thick manuals that are outdated and do not reflect the current mega data, statistics and other pertinent - studies done.
Points directly to the many families being dysfunctional - sending their children to Public School and other schools - be they Charter Schools to be disciplined at school - failing in their responsibility at home.
In some cases our Parochial Schools - more so that their children can be disciplined by teachers and the Principal - again the parents have an obligation to discipline their children and teachers them good manners.
The demographics in some areas has changed - large population from China - with values and a mind set - that will take years to adapt.
Some of these now American Chinese - have NO clue - about our American ways and the education imparted by our once stellar - Educational Institutions.
Be that they have been compromised by adopting too much that favors - multiple languages - and the watering down of basic disciplines mathematics, sound English grammar, science, the ability to articulate, the finer aspects of art and so on.
The parents want everything on a plater - and to survive will spend more time - moving from one place to another - in each District in San Francisco is search of " free food supplies ".
Then spend more time - at make shift markets - where they sell the " donated food " - and think nothing of such behavior - which is NOT the American way.
No one can bring folks with such a mentality to the table and put them in groups - and speak of cultural competency, implicit bias, the history of America, our Democracy, our generosity - all of which runs counter to the way of their homeland.
More if they came from nations - where the Communist had zero tolerance - to express themselves - more contrary to the view and operations of the Communist Government.
Once here they try it - to be rude and obnoxious - if they get away with murder - they are embolden to do as they please.
It does not bother them to push Seniors and those that are disabled while entering the bus - once in the bus rush to get an empty seat - while next to them a Senior or a disabled person - stands.
Even if you point to the signs - they will ignore you and in some cases try to fight you.
Worse still the will spit in the bus - more during this inclement weather - their spit filled with thick mucous and the think nothing of their ill mannered ways - many of our citizens - American citizens - look the other way.
More and more - people will stand up for their rights - and there will be assaults on the bus. No one is paying attention to these facts - and what watering of our Quality of Life issues.
In our schools they will gang up on the Principal - more if the Principal is Black - and all the above and what I am going to state - has not been brought to the fore - because we think it is " politically correct " - to allow some folks to behave in a manner that is not warranted.
Some of them - will use their new found freedom to contact the Press and have fake protest.
Any investigative reporting will reveal the truth.
At Visitacion Valley Elementary School - red envelopes with money - are doled to the Staff - for favors and more.
Some parents will deter their children from befriending Black children in the class. Such behavior is not to be accepted.
The parents have NOT learned to adapt - to the American ways.
When it comes to manners, etiquette, other decent ways of communicating - they will do as they please and if you kindly
point to them - there ill mannered ways - they become resentful.
Recently some of us were force to " speak Truth to Power " - after learning Deputy Superintendents at the SFUSD - and others listened to some parents - who did not offer or show them empirical data - preferring to fabricate - tell lies, and tarnish the name of the Principal and others - that do good.
One adult that was encouraged by the SF Unified School District to target the Principal - took that clue and targeted assaulting Black parents.
The Black parents had to defend themselves - however, the assaults happened in front of the children - only then some information was put out - further tarnishing the name of Visitacion Valley Elementary School in San Francisco.
The NAACP and some other organizations have now joined forces - to focus on the rampant discrimination of Black students - more teachers and Principals who are Black.
The few American Chinese and students who favor discrimination of Black - because they listen to their parents - must understand - that they will get into trouble sooner not latter - the sooner they learn to communicate and learn to become friends with everyone the better.
The policies referred by the SFUSD - from the thick manuals collecting dust on the shelves - the convoluted language - do not address what I have stated above.
Again and again - some who are mannerless, have no etiquette - will get angry if corrected - more those that are NOT educated on issues.
For the longest time Blacks contributed a lot to Visitation Valley - the over 8000 that worked at the Schlage Lock Company, Esprit clothing, Sees Candies, the many machine shops, the Seven Mile restaurant, and others too.
Hundreds of places where furniture was made, cars fixed, fixtures for gardens - steel and aluminum fabrication - and more.
Over 10,000 mostly African Americans worked at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Some Chinese fishermen - fished in the Bay - in the late 1850s. Again and again - those that discriminated against them - burned their shacks. The moved to other places - where they were discriminated less.
Thousands of Chinese were incarcerated on Angel Island - many of them took names that were not their family name - Paper Names - meaning - they told lies - and mentioned some name of some Chinese people that were accepted to enter San Francisco.
It is only recently that the Chinese were welcomed in droves - in Visitacion Valley, the Portola District, Little Hollywood, Bayview Hunters Point and they have chosen to work with corrupt politicians.
One of them Shamann Walton - he did nothing to help the Principal of Visitation Valley Elementary School - who is Black.
When the matter was brought to him - he kicked the can - down the street.
No one can fool all the people - all the time.
