all the people - all the time.
Blacks in San Francisco - more the leadership - those that created the African American Parent Advisory Council (AAAPC) - beg the question. In all the time - this entity has been created - what have they achieved - holistic?
What have you achieved to stabilize and bring about process at the Visitacion Valley Elementary School directly or indirectly?
This AAPAC works with the San Francisco Unified School District - for all the wrong reasons.
This one entity has not made a needs assessment that matters - of the situation at hand in all the schools that need -urgent help. Visitation Valley Elementary School has been in dire straits for over 20 years.

Do not have the experts psychologist, psychiatrists, educationists, qualified teachers with years of experience.
Statisticians - other experts from other fields the Wellness Centers, Nutritionists, Safety experts - advocates such as myself that address Quality of Life issues.
We all play a role but we are left out - when important decisions are made - for one simple reason - those that sit on the table - the policy makers - have " tunnel vision " - and they cannot see light at the end of the tunnel.
I have done by best to shed light where there is abject darkness - visiting Willie L Brown Jr., Middle School, Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Academy, E.R. Taylor Elementary, and Visitacion Valley Elementary School - among some schools that come under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) which comes under the jurisdiction of the State of California.
Gavin Newsom who once was the Mayor of San Francisco and now the Governor of the State of California - will be briefed on the " situation at hand". Talk is cheap and actions speak for themselves.
Each of the above mentioned schools experience serious issues - all the while the San Francisco Unified School District management - kicking the can down the street.
The many Cohorts formed to form some semblance - can only do so much - and so even though there is some " organization chart " again and again - what I have reviewed and evaluated - begs the question.
Cultural competency, Sound Leadership, implicit bias, lack of understanding what is happening at ground zero - more, in poor neighborhoods - the cluster of schools Willie L. Brown Jr., E.R Taylor Elementary School, Dr. Martin Luther King Middle School Jr., Visitacion Valley Elementary - is one cluster- and there is more to this fact.
Of all the schools mentioned above Willie L. Brown Jr., is the worst - the turn over linked to principals and the teachers - is mind boggling. The school is brand new - and the facility still lacks the basics - in the laboratory some baseline equipment and material is not provided.
Recently - I was called by many parents to help address the pandemonium prevailing at the school - Visitacion Valley Elementary School.
I was given to understand - that the children in some of the classrooms were suffering - more traumatized - and could not believe what I saw, and what I heard from reliable sources - linked to the school - parents, supporters, friends that I have worked with for years - and more.
In particular twins - beating on other children - in Grade One - and the twins beating one Black boy - and causing him concussions. All this happening at the Visitation Valley Elementary School for months on end. I thought this one singular fact - to be totally uncalled for. The children facing pandemonium and being traumatized for months on end.
The Black child - a boy was taken to the hospital and he is now being evaluated by a psychiatrist.
The Grandmother who is raising this child is at her wits end - the school is suppose to offer a safe haven - but this one classroom was a war zone. Other children in other classes - too have to safe problems. Some teachers engaged in finding solution - some teach looking the other way.
Recently the SF Police Department intervened because of our pleas - and the mother of the twins has a " restraining order " - experts from the SFUSD - are working to rehabilitate the incorrigible - twins in Grade One.
I had to address the SF Unified School District Board - and so did three other parents of children - who attend to Visitacion Valley Elementary School.
The paradox is that this utter nonsense was on going for months on end - the parent of the twins - encouraging her children abuse the children - engage in foul language - using such language even on the Deputy Superintendent - who was substituting - for the Principal who is on sick leave.

For the last 10 years I have been studying the spiraling of the education more where it pertains to Black children, youth, and young adults. It is pathetic to say the least.
As early as 1850 Blacks in California more in San Jose and San Francisco - operated schools, churches, libraries - a fact not known to most Blacks.
Added Black engaged - providing information - over 15 very well published newspapers - we have none today - that could be compared to those days - excellent writers and astute Editors.
Some leading progressive Blacks at that time wanted more - chartered a ship the Commodore - and set sail for Victoria, Canada April 20, 1958.
Today these Blacks still hold important positions and continue to be fearless - when it comes to their freedom.
There is freedom and there is license.
Abuse of freedom is license.
It is pathetic to witness folks like Amos Brown talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.
Other Blacks who have done disservice - selling out the community at large.
Patting their own behinds - and always handing those drab, useless commendations and resolutions.
Today we have a Black Mayor London Breed, we have a Black SF Police Chief Scott Williams.
The NAACP is headed by Amos Brown - who acts like a clown.

We have a City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the Superintendent of the San Francisco Unified School District is Black - Vincent Mathews.
There are other Blacks holding important positions - none of them dare to help our Black infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - when it comes to the education of Black infants, children, youth, young adults - Black adults in our Colleges and Universities.
These jerks are a disgrace to the human race - have dishonored our Ancestors - and must get out of the way and fade into oblivion - now.
We have an " idiot " who is the District 10 Supervisor - who openly wheels and deals - at the Starbuck - at the Evans Plaza on Third Street.
The man has NO clue about decorum, good manners, etiquette - in fact he is weak in the knees - and has done nothing to address the pathetic situation of Black children - within the SFUSD and more in District 10.
We have over 8000 truants - and thousands in District 10 - the man had no heart - he is busy pandering - hoarding " dark money " - and thinks he can fool all the people - all the time.
Paradoxically, when this "moron " - Shamann Walton was the President of the SFUSD - a recent study done linked to Black students - revealed that the Black students in " Special Education " - did better than Black students in normal classes.
What does this say about this moron known as Shamann Walton who hails from Vallejo ?
More, and has been pussyfooting with his intimate minions - from Fresno and elsewhere - none of them respected and from San Francisco ?
Recently - I was called to adjudicate the pandemonium - at the
Visitation Valley Elementary School.
I met with 20 parents and all of them - did not have any problem with the Principal - who is now on sick leave. They have a problem with the SFUSD not offering the right recourses in time - promising but not delivering.
Black must unite and do right

Some parents mostly Chinese - about six of them and one Latina parent - have chosen to target the Principal - who is Black - having no clue - about the duties accorded to the Principal - who is NOT a referee.
They went so far to have a demonstration in front the school - and called the Press - washing their dirty linen - having no clue how divisive they were.
The same folks went to the SFUSD Board meeting and washed their dirty linen there - not once but three times. They were countered at a late date - separately - by two other group who defended the Principal - who is on sick leave right now.
This Principal was instrumental in creating the African American Parents Advisory Group at the Visitation Valley Elementary School.
She did this with Pastor Cohen who was present at an event recently - held by the African American Parents Advisory Group - where I spoke to all gathered - close to the end of the event.
The attendance was excellent - parents, students, supporters - SFUSD deputy Superintendents - where and good food was catered - tasted great - and appreciated by all present.
I enquired if such an event was held by the African American Parents Advisory Council - endorsed by the SFUSD - that talks the talks but has chosen NOT addressed the real issues facing Black students.
I was told they had no idea about the AAPA Council.
The many Black pastors - who are involved are more involved in getting money - and less in making a sacrifice, volunteering, and serving the Black students and those connected with humility.
The few that do - are not supported - and this must change.
I am shocked with all the empirical data I have gathered - about the Principal who is now on sick leave.
A Black woman - who is targeted without cause.
The immediate implications of this case is being monitored and closely watched - and will be a " Black Eye " - on those Black leaders in San Francisco - who are in for the money - but have failed to represent - and speak Truth to Power.
In this case the NAACP under the leadership of Amos Brown is NOT even aware of the situation at hand. The NAACP will enter the fray - get money - and portent to be some savior - when they do nothing - but talk a lot - diatribe.
Mayor London Breed, the former District 10 Supervisor Malia Cohen, the present District 10 Supervisor - Shamann Walton - know about the situation at Visitation Valley Elementary School - but have chosen not to take a position - in the past, now - and I bet in the future.
The mentality of these good for nothing " idiots " reflects the lack of knowledge about history that counts.
They are NOT educated on issues, imagine these so called representatives - building homes and encouraging people to live in an area that is a Superfund Site? Pathetic.
Only the worst contaminated sites are listed as Superfund Sites. More contaminated with high levels of radioactive elements - as is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Many parts of Visitation Valley - have hot spots - know to the City and County of San Francisco - and not abated or mitigated.
One has just to witness the side walk - in the front of Visitation Valley Elementary School - huge cracks and uneven path - that is a hazard - the Facility Manager - must act and fix the side walk. It has been a hazard for years - five years to be sure.
The SFUSD does not have a mechanism - an entity - that is partial - to adjudicate such cases - as what is happening at Visitation Valley Elementary School - once the majority of the children were Blacks no more.
We need an Ombudsman - who can do the work - and do it right. Now - we have some mickey mouse nonsense - no standards, no proper adjudication, favoritism and nepotism - stinking to high heaven.
Back in the day when over 15,000 worked at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
When over 8000 worked at the Schlage Lock Company.
Where we had the best fabrication factories and workshop - fabricating steel, all sorts of aluminum products, furniture stores that made one of kind furniture.
Esprit - a clothing factory, Sees Candy, and a host of other large companies where Black worked and made good money.
Visitation Valley has its own local newspaper - the Grapevine.
Blacks were home owners and more - no more.
The Gentrification that I continue to address for the last 30 years is well known - now Blacks are targeting Blacks - we call them sellouts - and this is a crying shame.
Other know it as the " crab mentality " - one crab - grabbing another crab - from escaping from the cage - and pulling one another down.
This nonsense must STOP - now. I am watching this situation like a H A W K .
