SAN FRANCISCO IS ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT CITIES IN THE UNITED STATES - WE COULD START WITH THE INFAMOUS KERNER REPORT - THE UNFINISHED AGENDA - AND MORE.

The stairs lead to the den of thieves - wheeling and dealing more, in Room 200 at City - it smells of Sulphur - and more.

San Francisco is one of the most corrupt cities in the world.

For the last forty-five years - I have monitored the wheeling and dealing. Pathetic.

The paradox is mostly Blacks have been involved as sellouts - with the intent of harming other Blacks - it is better known as the " crab mentality."

From time to time - Blacks mention the Unfinished Agenda.

The report was well written for those times - the Blacks who read it chose to shelve the information for over 50 years.

Please read The Unfinished Agenda - it speaks volumes and points to the detriment of the Black population that has reached an all-time low as far as the Black population is concerned.

Blacks are four percent of the population of San Francisco - and most are in dire straits.

Soon most will live in tents on the streets of San Francisco - if not incarcerated - today, a higher percent is part of the jail population - and the anointed District Attorney - is out to get anyone breaking the Law - misdemeanors.

Blacks talk about Model Cities in glorified terms - folks like Oscar James.

Oscar James - who has no clue about facts - is a sellout.

Oscar Jones has harmed Bayview Hunters Point and the City and County of San Francisco in toto.

There was once the Black Human Rights Commission - that led to the Unfinished Agenda.

We know what happened to the Unfinished Agenda - it was shelved by the crooks, mostly Black - who continue their nefarious activities today.

By comparison, poor Blacks are suffering and slowly dying - Sheryl Evans Davis - wasting millions - at the Chase Center - working with youth and workforce issues - no career jobs in sight, neither now nor in the immediate future.

In 2011 at the height of the spiraling of our economy - that started in 2009 and ended in 2011 - Blacks suffered the most - and the sellouts visited the well, but it was dry.

Plans were afoot to create a new organization by Blacks, and some Blacks had to fall back on someone like Mr. Robert Woods - who knew all about the crooks - and did not want to have anything much to do with them.

The Blacks who lived in the Western Addition, aka Fillmore - vied with those in the Bayview Hunters Point to create the new organization.

Again - the " crab mentality " was exhibited - and it stunned those of us who were professional - and could smell a rat from a distance.

Dr. Espanola Jackson, Mr. Robert Woods, Cati Hawkins-Okorie, Dr. Willie Ratcliff, and Francisco Da Costa - were tasked to come to the rescue.

First, to be legitimate, you had to have a Business license.

I - Francisco Da Costa, submitted the application, and the Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco - was formed and registered.

Business Certificate Number 359104, Location number 1188035-05-181.

The headquarters of The Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco is located at 4909 Third Street in San Francisco - California - Zip Code 94124.

The Human Rights Leadership Council is in good standing because all these many leaders - we paid the dues,

This was done - for two reasons - to have some continuity - legitimacy - because one day, we would do a needs assessment.

That moment is now - the crooks - they are fighting one another. The Mayor, who is Black, asked the President of the Board to apologize - he used the "N" word. Bad mouthing a cadet checking him in - working for the Sheriff at SF City Hall.

The SF Board of Supervisors President tells the Mayor to mind her own business and stop the abject corruption she is known for.

This new organization - Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco - under the leadership of Mr. Robert Woods - created its own Mission Statement.

The committee took a deep dive - with all the truth it could muster.

In 2016 at a time when there was much turmoil - shootings and killings, food security, diseases such as cancer, asthma, and tumors one of a kind were rampant.

The community at large stood its ground.

Lennar Urban - a rogue developer - contaminating and polluting a vast area - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Our children, women with children, our Elders - those with compromised health - those more mentally and physically challenged - traumatized - many passed away.

Even as many are dead and buried  - the rest are slowly dying. God sees it all.

BLACK HUMAN RIGHTS LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

OF SAN FRANCISCO

MISSION STATEMENT

The Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco is pledged to the best leadership practice of our community. Assure every man, woman, and child of the inherent dignity of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Thirty Articles of Law were proclaimed as the standard for all people.

We are denied from past generations of a great nation, who have been underrepresented and misrepresented as a Society Benefit with no guarantee toward the future. Our notable acts of valor have influenced our growth without solicitation, validation of the truth, or the protection of the Law. We seek human rights as a noble validation, willing to achieve and bestow dignity upon the community that will surpass the accomplishments of others in our past.

We offer our service in leadership to the City and County of San Francisco - the Mayor, Distinguished Human Rights Commissioners, and Executive Director for the betterment of our community.

Furthermore, the San Francisco Human Rights Commission - Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco - formed Committees:

  1. Housing and Homeownership.

  2. Jobs/Contracts

  3. Health/Education

  4. Community Relation/Law Enforcement

  5. Media/Communication

  6. Entrepreneurship

  7. Politics

Several letters were sent to the City and County of San Francisco, the Mayor, the  SF Human Rights Commission, and SF Department Heads - resumes from those sitting on the Black Human Rights Leadership Council of San Francisco.

Not a whimper - as with the Unfinished Agenda - for all the talk, there is no walk.

To add fuel to the fire - the Outmigration document was created in late 2002. It says something but means nothing at all.

It encourages Black who left San Francisco to come back - while all the time, most poor Blacks in San Francisco are evicted - become homeless and sleep in tenth - on the streets of San Francisco.

In the interim - Sheryl Evan Davis is busy doling out money to her inner circle - using Racial Equity and the Reparation mantras as a ploy.

Hundreds continue to die from gun violence in San Francisco - the Mayor London Breed - is silent on the matter - Sheryl Evan Davis has no clue about Violence and less about Restorative Justice - Blacks are left in the dark - while she pussyfoots at the Human Rights Commission with LGBTQ issues and other mundane project linked to the workforce.

SF City Departments were mandated to contribute to the Racial Equity Fund - after the George Floyd incident.

A task force set with Amos Brown and his sidekick Arnold Townsend - was created to address the " reparations issues. "

The two clowns - mentioned above who screwed us all - on the project linked to the Redistricting Task Force.

The two clowns gravitate toward dark money - and have sold their souls to the devil.

The corruption in San Francisco has reached saturation point.

Again and again, behested payments are made - and dark money circulated.

Corrupt - community-based organizations get millions - Urban Alchemy is one of them - its Director, Leena Miller - makes over $220,000.

Security guards on the street - they have no license to carry a gun - in three and fours - paid minimum wages - whiling their time. Who is fooling whom?

In the Bayview, we continue to do our work - helped in giving thousands of vaccinations - others took the credit - yes, at 1800 Oakdale in San Francisco.

Daily, primarily Black women ask for help, and we address the situation.

When we ask for help to pay our rent - we are ignored.

We have a track record - in fact, we have a written agreement with the San Francisco Human Rights Commission - and one signed by Sheryl Evans Davis - when she was the commissioner of the SF Human Right Commission. She is now its Director.
