The Mayor London Breed and her lackey continue to hoodwink the public at large - the Main Media - having NO clue that there are too many hot-spots in San Francisco - and time is running out. Hot spots the like at the many Senior Living come under the jurisdiction of the State but the hot spots are here in San Francisco - and responsibility of all the authorities - local, state and federal.
Congregate living - many living 10 to 15 people in a one bed room is well known - and more than two month into this pandemic - Mayor London Breed who smiles a lot - and does nothing more than that - but spew hot air and nonsensical - diatribe.
London Breed has not said a word about high density living - the 30,000 units planned in the Southeast Sector - where most people who live there - people of color - live and suffer from chronic ailment - living on contaminated ground.
Poor folks - bluffed that all is well - which in NOT true - prone more as I said - high blood pressure, toxic stress - to chronic respiratory diseases, heart attacks, other very serious ailments - making them easy victims of the NOVEL COVID-19 virus.

they keep her on the coals -
she jumps when the crooks say so.
Very little attention has been paid to the Mission when it comes to deep congregate living. Similarly the South of Market Area - the Excelsior, Bayview Hunters Point, more where there are poor people -living pay check to pay check.
Mayor London Breed is aligned with Big Developers.
They contribute to her sordid campaign fund - and they use her like a " dirty rag ".
Once they have NO use for her - they will discard her - like thrash.
These Big Developers have only one thing in mind - invest a buck and make thousands.
We would like to see the kind of friends - of Mayor London Breed - who rallied around her - and uplifted her - with fake cliches - before the pandemic -and are now - no where to be found - missing in action.
Our homeless have reached a chronic stage - over 150 tents in and around the United Nations Building - drug sales galore in the open - with the POPOS now where to be found.
Small businesses are suffer - early on when the Stimulus Plan past - several town halls meetings - were held with Nancy Pelosi - bragging that all would be well - that money from the first round - never, ever reached the small businesses.
The SF Mayor's Office of Economic Development (MOED) promised the small businesses and other this, that, and the other - but Joaquin Torres could not deliver - at that time - as now - he does not comprehend - deep politics and less economics.
The Federal Reserve Bank has declared that we are in a deep, deep recession.
The worst recession we have ever - had.
I do not want to go into details - except to say - those who are offering to help - with grants and loans - cannot understand the situation at hand.
It is a crime to lead others on - those in need with fake and false promises - typically of amoral persons - who have no standards, less ethics and no morality whatsoever.

Joaquin Torres a "B" Movie Actor - loves to brag and smile like a jackass - no one - given a hoot about - the small businesses.
It is a shame after over two months - many businesses have made up their mind - to close their businesses - never, ever to return.
Even as the small businesses are closing - half a million from SF Public Utilities Commission - has been handed out to jail birds - to keep nefarious businesses open.
No transparency and less Accountability.

If you are a Non-Profit more one having a certificate as a Non-Profit Enterprise - you could fill all the applications, attach all the documents - and wait and wait and wait. Waiting for Godot.
Our Main Media is not into investigative reporting - in the middle of this pandemic - crooks and the corrupt are getting money and having a ball.
Right now in San Francisco - it is who you know - once these crooks get money for their businesses - they use it for other purposes. All this and more will be revealed - soon - no one can run and hide - the TRUTH always - prevails.
They say over 110,000 have lost their jobs in San Francisco.
We have a population of 840,000. What is wrong with this picture?
Those that do not mind stealing, robbing assaulting - are now in our neighborhoods - creating mayhem. Where are the POPOS?
In District 9 - the homeless - not those that deserve to be helped - but those selling drugs - have shot and killed - invaded homes - broken into cars - again and again - the people are fed up.
Decent citizens - the garden neighborhood - once famous for their " green houses " - the Portola District - fought for by Dwayne Jusino.
A large park named after the genius who planned and created the Golden Gate Park - the John Mclaren Park.
The person who represents District 9 is more concerned about mundane issues - during this pandemic - and has NO real interests for the constituents - the hard working tax payers.
She is now more interested in raising money - be it that Twitter and others - who got large breaks are now contributing - to the fund.
There is no website that mentions - who is getting the grants - and for what reason.
We know some - but as I said - these outsiders - who came here some time ago - and are now singing the blues - and begging us to dance to their sordid tunes - are not respected.
We once had horse stables and horse riding at Mclaren Park - no more.
We once had the " drug dealers " in control and made that go away. We now have a pandemic - and we have folks deranged - wearing no masks - attacking our stores keepers - walking into the Walgreens on San Bruno and Felton - taking what they want and walking out.
We have someone pretending to represent - who is NOT respected - wants to be the Mayor - and cannot fundamentally comprehend - that no one can hoodwink all the people - all the time.
In District 9 - some one decided to take all the parking we fought for before - and we fought and had some restored. The pandemic has stalled the plans - and knowing this City and County of San Francisco and how things are done remote control - no one knows what will happen.
Right now many stores that were boarded up for two months - are now slowly opening - but, it is not as if they want to remain open - the hurdles are many - and the customers all confused.
These small businesses mostly have family members working - to keep the overhead down - the rents are up - and the SF City and County took all they could during the spiraling of the economy in 2008 and 2008 - San Bruno residents - shopped locally and kept the businesses afloat
This time around - with this current pandemic - no one knows what is going to happen - more, since the experts say - expect another wave and then yet another wave - for the next 3 years.
Mayor London Breed keeps barking up the wrong tree - every opportunity she get - she has no vision, absolutely no leadership - her prepared remarks are drab - and she surrounds herself with lackeys. Time will tell.
In the mean time - innocent people are suffering - of hunger, the pandemic has taken lives, many are " asymptomatic " - the SF Health Department - has done nothing much - when it comes to testing- blaming the Federal Government.
Here is San Francisco - with a $12 Billion dollar budget - we should have had the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the chemicals to test - the swabs, the beds - if we have a deep increase in those needing help - which we may have.
We must ask ourselves - are we prepared? If not - who will take the responsibility? This dark cloud must pass away.
But - will not as long as we have buffoons - doing what they do - making things worse - hoodwink us in broad daylight.

So far the mild climate, the strong clean winds, the vehicles reduced and so has the particulates, we in San Francisco the citizens have done well - listening to experts not the politicians.
Especially - paying NO attention to the drab statements - made by Dr Grant Colfax - the others who are taking from both sides of their mouth. God sees it all. Aho.
