The homeless situation in San Francisco has reached saturation, point.
The authorities are talking from both sides of their mouth.
While all the time - many areas - all over San Francisco are - looking and feeling - worse than the slums of some third world countries. The authorities are busy wheeling and dealing.
No one is to be found at SF City Hall - do not tell me all of you are doing God's work - at the Moscone Center.
So called - essential workers - you folks - never, ever worked hard - when things were normal - the majority of you.
There is no way - you call can change your colors - much like a chameleon. Wheeling and dealing comes naturally to those that have sold their soul to the devil.
In the SF Tenderloin - a very dense community - the community has joined Hasting Law College - a reputable - institution.
Together the community at large - Hastings, and the neighborhood stores - have experienced " open drug selling ", assaults, blatant defiance - when someone requests those " creating nuisance " to get out of the way.
Needles, feces, the smell of urine - and the SF Health Department has been absent - Missing In Action.
While the Director of Health - Dr Grant Colfax - makes long, drawn out prepared speech - drab and boring and what is important to note - worthless.
The drug dealers have hand radios - and know when the SF Police Department are nearing their hideouts.
The drugs dealers - of the worst kind - scumbags - tuned to the waveband and listen to everything the POPOS are saying - and this comedy of sorts has been going on for years.
Most of them daily come from far off places - the East Bay for sure - to sell all sorts of drugs - in San Francisco. In former times this would not happen - now, we witness all sorts of crimes.
What is important to note - hundreds of vehicles -visit the Tenderloin to buy drugs. The drug dealers go the vehicle - as they draw down their car windows.
In a split second the transactions are done. What is really happening with our POPOS?
The POPOS - who talk the talk - but cannot represent - the hard working tax payers of San Francisco.

It is not uncommon for the poor and indigent - who live in tents -
most of them have fallen on bad times. After years of living in tents - facing the inclement weather - these poor souls - lose their dignity - many litter - and more - urinate and relief themselves - sometimes in plain sight of everyone.
What is happening to our City - right by the United Nation Building - the Main Library - in plain sight of SF City Hall - and all this and more - is the fault of the Mayor - London Breed.
London Breed talks too much - and soon - no one will pay attention to her - not with a mouth - that spews - hot air.
Over - 1200 tents by the Asian Museum - not far from SF City Hall.
Those who have fallen on bad times - do not have - a place to lay their heads - have create an adverse " congregate situation ".
These situation must be addressed on a War Footing - those living in very close proximity - the area unsanitary - NO standards when it comes to hygiene - the place stinks to high heaven.
Those living in these tents - must be moved into the empty hotel rooms - that we tax payers are paying - some $80 per room each and every day.
Those given the hotel key - should be given a mandatory - deep orientation and told they will be provided " wrap around services with trained attendants " - taking care of safety and other need manner and etiquette to improve their lives.
This is NOT easy but it must be done - some of these folks are filthy have not had a shower in months - their finger nails unkempt - and the dirt on their bodies - need a scrub that make involve - high pressure water hoses.
The hair full of lice - seeing is believing - many enter the MUNI buses - and as soon as one of these folks enter the bus - many simply get down and wait for the next bus.
Further the orientation - to help those - who are living in tents - now provide with amenities to take shower and toilets. Others moved to hotel rooms - must be helped and everything must be put in place to address hygiene, nutrition, positive teachings - the SF City employees - be they essential or not - cannot do this job.
This training of cohorts should have been in place a long time ago.
This is what happens every time - those in charge - have no idea what a pandemic is - are not prepared for a Big Emergency.
So these so called essential workers - fall back on their bad habits - want to address it - in their way - much as they wheel and deal - each and every day.
I am trying to reach anyone to help a hard working Contractor - who has received Federal Funds and can use it on a project that he has won.
The contractor must initiate some protocol - by the City and County of San Francisco - to spend the Federal Funds - which are time sensitive.
So far ten day have gone up and he has another 15 days to put the contract together - and no response from the SF City Hall - and a big department - that already has very serious problems - making headline news.
We have been doing this for the last three days - with NO results.
Reach out to the head of departments - leaving messages and no one get back.
No one returns calls - no one in authority - has delegated a person to guide some one how to address the situation at hand.
Nothing is happening - it is as if SF City Hall - is closed for ever.
Nothing will happen - by osmosis. Pathetic.
Every day those given an opportunity to use these hotel rooms - can be taught about the many adverse impacts such as - not making loud noises or play loud music.
No littering, no spitting, no drugs, no alcohol, no to those things that we know - adversely impacting - decency and order.
We know those given a room in these hotels - are provided alcohol, weeds, other drugs - following a principle - Dr Grant Colfax says " do not harm " - principle.
A transplant from New York - made a statement - that she and those who work with her have the best interests of the homeless.
Assuring that first preference would be given those who were homeless.
Those - homeless - before the pandemic - she went on to say - her organization knows of many who are homeless for 20 years - plus.
That these homeless - stand to get first preference - to get the vacant hotel rooms - but this is not the case. I repeat.
The amount of rooms leased now fluctuates - for sure half of the hotel rooms are empty.
Therein lies the crux of the problem.
Trent Rhorer who is in charge - leasing hotel room - is following the Mayor instructions - stay away from the homeless - who may be on drugs, and some who may have severe - mental problems.
Well the " drug problem" - the problem being " physically challenged and mental challenged " is part of the problem that has to be addressed.
People have to be educated and trained to handle such issues - a Masters in Social Work degree - related work and experience - 5 to 10 years experience - under one's belt - is need for any one to be a supervisor and train others - be they so called " essential workers " or not.
In the interim those who are already in the hotel room - are receiving deliveries of " weed", alcohol, methadone, and a host of other drugs - under the pretext - it is better for these souls - to get drugs - following the principle - " do NO harm ".
This is easily said than done - as far as we know - that are issues - with monitoring - and the problem lies - with lack of experience - the work demands expertise - and we do not have that in abundance - what we have is diatribe, hot air - more from Mayor London Breed.

The many other hotspots - mostly in the Mission and Bayview Hunters Point - many dying and more infected with the NOVEL COVID-19 - 10 to 15 subjects living in a one bed room unit.
This type of "congregate living " - can be addressed - by moving some of these subjects - to the hotel room.
All that these subjects adversely impacted - need is a clean place to live. The many empty hotel room - can solve that problem.
The food and other necessary things - can be provided by charity and the family members - more those who are not adversely impacted by the current raging - pandemic.

The homeless - should be carded - put into a system that works.
A software does exists - but the software and hardware used by the SF Health Department and the other agencies dealing with the homeless - is Smithsonian.
We really on any given day cannot keep track of our homeless.
The count in our City and County of San Francisco is more than 12,000.
We just cannot wake up one day - the pandemic is here - but more than the pandemic - pandemonium reigns supreme in all of SF City Department - more corruption of the worst order.
Even now in the midst of the pandemic - people are wheeling and dealing - how to make a fast buck - on the back of the poor.
There has been no testing on a War Footing - there has been no Blue Print - to address transportation, safety, health issues, education and child care, help for the mentally and physically - challenged.
There is a chronic prevalence of " Toxic Stress " - and we have so called folks who earn a lot of money - that must address this situation at hand but no one cares.
And only now - someone will be put on a list - and promised a hotel room.
No one has contacted those who were homeless - more, before the pandemic - simply because those homeless were not given some identification card.
Their information inputted on some viable and sustainable system - a software and hardware - that exists - but no one cares to look at the holistic picture. Why?
The reason is simple to those at SF City Hall and Mayor London Breed - poor people, the indigent, those that have fallen on bad times - are expandable. Go Figure!
Thousands of them - all have been homeless - years before the pandemic showed its ugly head.
Moved from place to place - rounded up and sent to jail - kept in filthy conditions - many of them Seniors - no one care - all this in the City named after Saint Francis of Assisi.
We have SF Board of Supervisors - who are not paying attention to the millions wasted. The Faith based entity - part of the problem - they all should have a BLUE PRINT - where we do not throw money - in a dark hole - much of it tax payers money - and other money given - where these entities - get a write off.
