MAY 12, 2020 - IS WORLD NURSES' AND MID-WIVES' DAY - THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION HAD THE ENTIRE YEAR OF 2020 - DEDICATED TO NURSES AND MID-WIVES' - AND NOW HAS DECIDED TO DEDICATE THE ENTIRE DECADE TO THEM.

This pandemic has taken a very, very heavy toll on many nurses - not only here in the United States but all over the World.

More - the Registered Nurses - who have the burden to lead - and lead they do. Often working over-time - without compensation. In the initial days - deprived of masks, Personal Protection Equipment - even essential equipment such as respirators, ventilators, swaps and much needed hospital beds.

The doctors and nurses and the other hospital staff witness death - many deaths - and all this and more - cause acute - toxic stress.

When any human beings leaves this Earth - those moments - are one any human will not forget.

Much - like birth - dying comes with turmoil and turbulence.

Seeing -  is believing - and allowing one to die - and pass over the other side - are moments etched on one's mind and being.

Many nurses and hospital staff have be come despondent - and many have resorted to suicide.

It is the same with doctors - many have taken their life.

In some countries - doctors have been killed - thrown out the window - for standing besides their patients - to maintain standards - and practice sound medical practices.

Shame on those who cannot put themselves in the shoes of the doctors, the nurses, the janitors, the medical technicians - the other hospital staff - too many to name.

The Personnel Protective Equipment  (PPE)- known to all - better as " gowns" can make you sweat. One must really experience - to feel what I am writing.

It is much the same when one wears - sound personal gowns - dealing with hazardous material - to protect oneself - you must wear the best gowns and with that a respirator - that provide the highest safety.

If the climate is warm or hot - one can drench in one's sweat - and that itself -  can cause harm to the nurses, the doctors, the janitors, other who wear the PPE.

Recently the World Health Organization has been using ZOOM to connect with experts, others, all over the world. 

In real time we get a good idea - what is happening in the so called Third World Nations -  the situation is not - pretty.

Tomorrow - May 12, 2020 is Nurses and Midwives' Day.

In fact - the entire month of May  was suppose to be named in honor of Nurses' and Midwives' - but now the World Health Organization - is dedicating the entire decade to the Nurses and Midwives - and rightly so.

The World Health Organization is implying that this pandemic - will evolve and last longer than we think. It is stating is a subtle manner - we much honor our Doctors, our Nurses, other medical staff - this pandemic is so convoluted - we must confront it on a War Footing.

The United States has poor leadership at the White House. 

Always sending mixed signs - and what is more our buffoon who make his abode in the White House - loves to pussyfoot about.

We already know that this pandemic - is much too convoluted - and that a vaccine that works will now take in access of two years - if not more.

We have young children - coming to the hospital with all sorts of complications - mimicking Kawasaki ailments.

Only for the experts, the doctors to find out when their blood is tested - that they are victims of NOVEL COVID-19 virus - besides having the ailments that mimic Kawasaki - ailments.

Young men and women suffering from strokes - as a result of blood clots. Also tested - and having all the signs of NOVEL COVID-19 virus.

This and more - has sent the entire medical field, doctors, experts, scientists -  wondering - what else is in store for them.

Nothing that this pandemic exhibits - seems to be clear cut - so many evolving phases - leading those in charge to find solution - that are slow coming.

More and more the Doctors, nurses, care givers in the many institutions catering to the Elders - have been inundated with severe cases of NOVEL COVID-19 cases.

Ruining the health system - or should I say the Hospital Systems - in many places like the United States the " Hospital System "  has fallen prey to sordid and evil - "insurance companies" fleecing the patients - charging an arm and a leg.

The entire world is in the doldrums - so many nation failing  brought down when it comes to their crashing - economy.

Unlike - the United States - these Third World Nations - cannot print money - and stay content until the next round of printing money - and accounting for it - in ways know only to those that deal with such nefarious activities.

This pandemic has caused fear in so many - that many are making desperate decisions.

Not every nation - Nations -  like Germany, France, Sweden, England or the United States - have some semblance - however - many a up and coming nation - has nothing - their entire budget has been depleted. 

Such nations are experience lack of food, medicines, riots in the streets - in short Quality of Life issues have been entirely - compromised.

Here in the United States - the White House has failed to follow the plans laid out by the Task Force linked to the NOVEL COVID-19 VIRUS.

Right now we know that Vice-President Pence and the other guy who talks too much - have both been tested - and found to be victims of the Corona virus.

For them and others in the White House - more the West Wing - it is business as usual.

Suffice to say - that part of the West Wing - does not permit - easy community distance - small and crowded with partitions - it was never built - to accommodate too many - let alone serve as a major office.

Well our so called United States  leadership is fake.

Even General Mattis was quick to note - the leaders was not all informed and compared him to a Fifth Grader.

As fake -  as the fake news the bully in the White House talks about all the time - he stands for fake news and more lying all the time. 

His time is coming soon.

Dr Anthony Fauci -

is also forced to quarantine -

apparently he too needs the quarantine - and is affected.

While the Task Force says this and that.

The one making his abode in the White House - is dividing the  t Nation.

We may have the sun and we know the sun is good - but to suggest the Sun will - wipe out the virus - on its own is stretching it too far. 

The model suggest by the Center of Diseases Control and Prevention and other sound Institution - is to stay at home - and avoid congregate situation - " Social distancing " - also we must exercise - eat well - and think positive.

We must pray and meditate - we must not suggest or lie about something which cannot be proven - we must have facts - more empirical data.

For the Governors of many States - this is becoming difficult - as constituents are now willing sue States.

Here -  in California - also in Texas and the trend is catching up - more and more people - who are NOT educated on issues - defying the law and order situation - put in place.

Here is San Francisco - the mild temperature - the cool winds blowing from the Ocean have blessed us - diluting and taming the virus.

We do not have heavy vehicular traffic - tons of contamination and pollution - as we had before.

This one factors - the heavy existence of particular matter more PM 2.5 is negligible quantities has improved the air we breathe and I hope we learn from this - even the clouds are blue and beautiful to behold.

Infants, children, other who have respiratory diseases have been feeling better - more when they go out in their back yards - the air is clean - and they breathe better. Particulates more PM 2.5 - cause horrendous damage to the lungs - and many suffer from respiratory diseases.

What also helps is the " contact tracing " that is now being implemented with the qualified career field personnel from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - training thousands to study and implement the principles of " contact tracing " - much like a seasoned - detective.

I took a test and made good on the test - I am waiting for the result of the blood test and the results pertaining to the antibodies. 

The first test that arrive earlier - was linked to swabs testing -  from my nostrils and deep throat - intrusions. Horrible.

We already know  a lot about " toxic stress " - before the pandemic.

Now we know the many other aspect that the pandemic brings with it - that toxic stress that goes hand in hand with the current pandemic - is worse.

The stress and all its cumulative aspects - one worse than the other - fever, headaches, swelling, having no ability to taste, sweating, becoming delirious - and so on - takes this chronic  -  toxic stress  - to an entire different - level.

While we in San Francisco could have handled the situation at hand with caution and preparation  - we failed in not preparing ourselves with PPE, Swaps, respirators - choosing to blame others. 

We currently do not have a sound Blue Print - to address any Major Emergency - the ones heading the SF Emergency Office are lackeys - none of them have the necessary experience - and more the knowledge - as would a qualified Incident Management Commander.

We in San Francisco have chosen to play with fire - those pretending to lead without a seasoned and professional Incident Management Commander - making a fool to themselves. 

Mayor London Breed cannot handle  any opportunity worth the salt.

London Breed loves to bark up the wrong tree - she has failed to address the many " hot spots " - many dying - not in the thousands - but in the hundreds for sure.

Governor Gavin Newsom - has spent billions - wiped out the money Governor Jerry Brown - saved for a the rainy days.

We are now so deep that the Governor and his circle are talking about a Trillion dollar loan - well, we must be leery of Gavin Newsom - he has lacked fiscal responsibility in the past as Mayor of San Francisco - and was even missing in action - when we have a major oil leak in the Bay - under the Golden Gate Bridge.

We have antiquated equipment hard ware and soft ware - to serve those applying for "work compensation ". Even those full entitled for a loan - have not heard - from those wheeling and dealing in Sacramento.

The goddess California -

a goddess the Moors worshiped -

after whom the State of California was named.

People are fed up - having failed to hear and receive their benefits - not only from Washington D.C. but now Sacramento - as well - Sacramento - the Capitol of California. Aho.

San Francisco Controller - Ben Rosenfield -

has chosen NOT to investigate about the many 

" hot spots " and death - the City Attorney and

District Attorney -  not fulfilling their obligations -

to the tax payers - they can hoodwink - for so long -

and then all hell will break loose.

Early on I had warned the SF Controller's Office about Mayor's Office of Economic Development (MOED). 

Too much talk and no walk - the small businesses are hurting - not a single cent - sent their way - more on San Bruno Avenue - where even during the last spiraling of the economy - in 2008-2009 - millions of dollars were paid in taxes.

The City and County takes a lot - and gives nothing back - Pathetic.

It is the same - when it comes to the Non-Profits - these scoundrels - are all hand in glove - asking us for certificates, documents, this - that and the other - and you have to wait.

Waiting For Godot!

We have been revealing that the hotel rooms - that we tax payers pay for - should be filled - room keys given to those that need the rooms.

Now we know for sure - that 50%  are vacant - while the City has the audacity - to wasting over $50,000 a day.

For sure our first responders need the rooms and this can be arranged easily - they are all registered with hospitals, institution, or agencies - that data is available.

So is the data linked to the  " Travel Nurses " and the " Per Diem "nurses.

Yet Mayor London Breed and Trent Rhorer have chosen to kick the can down the street. 

Failed to listen to the experts and those that know.

These folks lacking sound education - having personalities that defy any semblance  - they always have been hoodwinking - with transplants from Sacramento and New York - treating San Franciscans with disdain.

Our SF Broad of Supervisors - talking too much - and failing to acts with sound, holistic actions.

Buffoons - not all of them -  but most of them - for sure.

You may wonder why we have leadership that is so pathetic.

They meet with the inner circle - the inner circle - connected to the MACHINE -  corrupt to the core - wheeling and dealing - and are so brave - their in your face attitude - is worse than " thugs" and " gangsters " - found anywhere.

The City of San Francisco -

the many skyscrapers have millions of square feet -

unoccupied -  " fire sales " ragging as 

the pandemic lingers and will linger for years to come -

no job, few can pay the rents - $5000 to $10,000

a month - that was when GREED reigned supreme -

now the NOVEL COVID-19 is fucking the greedy -

and they have no where to turn - but admit the avarice

 they practices - children of Lucifer. 

Another reason - we witness the corruption - in broad day light -
lack of spirituality - disdain for the poor - no empathy and less compassion.

This pandemic will reveal to the GREEDY who really is in charge  - more those that are steeped lewd behavior.

They  cannot hide anything - even in the darkness of their drab lives. Most having NO family values.

The City and County of San Francisco - has a history and a habit  - of consulting crooks - the City Administrator does it all the time.

Other heads of departments  - lacking vision - failing to find innovative solutions - in short in San Francisco - we lack  - sound leadership that matters.

SAN FRANCISCO HAS LOST ITS SOUL.

The many Press Conferences - are drab, shallow and very boring.

There is nothing fresh, nothing inspiring, nothing holistic, no enthusiasm what so ever.

It  is always about being dictatorial - telling the people what to do and what not to do.

The usual suspects speaking - the same inept and incompetent manner - it never changes -  Drs Grant Colfax, Tomas Aragon, Mayor London Breed, Abigail Stewart Kahn, Mary Ellen Carroll, Chief Scott Williams - saying something about nothing at all.

Right now - the warm climate - with average winds of 40 miles per hour - neutralizing the virus.

Most people paying attention to the World Health Organization and even Governor Cuomo - whose heart is in the right place.

Our so called San Francisco - politicians and some heads of departments - think by patting their behinds - and saying the same things again and again - they can fool us.

 No one can fool all the people all the time.

Naomi Kelly is the City Administrator - a 10 year job - linked to a Special Executive Contract - her salary $400,000 plus benefits.

Naomi Kelly  has control of over 23,000 employees.

For all practical purposes - San Francisco City Hall is dead - no one manning the telephone - no live person to talk to - in an emergency - not even the Mayor's Office.

" Leave a message they say and we will get back to you ".

It never happens - that is how brash these vermin are.

No manners, no etiquette, no morals, no standards, no ethics.

The City and County of San Francisco has the audacity to rent hotel rooms at Tax Payers expense and leave 50% vacant.

We need the rooms to help those living is congregate situations in Mission, in China Town, South of Market area - elsewhere and here is we have some inept folks - challenge the tax payers.

To handle the hotel situation - the City and County of San Francisco - should have prepared itself - and  hired personnel who are trained. 

That did not happen - now, they are running in every direction - with their head - dug in the sand.
