A few days after the " Stay at Home " was declared in San Francisco - under the leadership - of London Breed - loud mouth - barking up the wrong tree.

To date we do not have a planned testing model in place - to address the " asymptomatic " population - just talk - hot air!.
The City and County has decided to lease over 17,000 hotel room - at a cost of $80 a day - some one made the deal.
The Mayor London Breed continues to side track the issue at hand - the homeless who must be housed.
The many San Franciscans - live in a " dangerous congregate situation " 10 to 15 individuals living in a one bed room.
These individuals must be housed - enjoying sanitary conditions, have the right nutrition and of course - " wrap around services "- we need to provide all of the above and more - to prevent hundreds dying " from dangerous congregate living " - 10 to 15 individuals living in a one bed room.
Mayor London Breed is head strong making excuses - that outsiders are coming to San Francisco - and getting in line asking for a place to stay - the many vacant - hotel rooms - available for San Franciscans.
San Francisco with all its talk - does not have - the necessary software - where those " homeless and indigent " - before the pandemic happened - who have been entered into some data - linked to their California ID or the last four of the Social Security Number.
There are other fields that if they are entered into a sound software system - anyone with a brain - can pinpoint a lot of information.

Those in charge had to cancel the plan - made a fool of themselves - and created other congregate situations - adversely impacting - many homeless - who were tested " positive " - and now are suffering - many may die of NOVEL COVID-19 virus.
Prior to the pandemic the above mentioned jerks - the SF City authorities - did not care for the homeless - they heard the pleas - but kicked the can down the street.
Many middle class - fell on bad times - and have been living in tents - and other places - and no one cares about the homeless - at one time numbered 12,000 plus.

Now my final question when will we have - a sound, well experienced, fully vetted Incident Management Commander in San Francisco.
Time is running out - in weeks - hundreds will die - yes hundreds will die - more those that are living " in congregate living " - in conditions that are dangerous.
If this happens - those in charge must be charge - under crimes against humanity.
When is San Francisco going to have a model - a Blue Print - to address the over 300,000 " asymptotic " individuals - spreading the virus - the raging pandemic - that no one today knows - too much about - accept guess this and that.
