All over our Nation - there are groups - who do not have the best interest of our Nation and less civility.
What happened last night - in the twin cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul - sends a clarion call - all over this Nation.
There are unsavory elements - that will cease the occasion, the situation - and cast a dark cloud over our Nation.
Most of us understand the havoc that NOVEL COVID-19 virus has caused - the lack of leadership and mixed signal - sent from the White House.
When those who espouse " anarchy " - as do the White Hate organizations backed by forces some within our Nation and more from outside - who with intent burn, destroy, cause harm, more pandemonium.
These evil forces - also spread disinformation and misinformation.
These evil forces - with their evil intentions have created turmoil, more pandemonium - all the good we have achieved in decades is thrown to the wind.
There is no forgiving anyone with intent burning libraries, art, breaking into stores that belong to people of color - and playing havoc with the lives - of hardworking, tax paying - simple folks who want to make a decent living.
Paradoxically - some Law Enforcement officers - four to them - from Minneapolis - chose with intent - to use excessive force - leading to the death of a Black man George Floyd - an American citizen. More a child of God - we pay lip service - and take chances - " Crimes against Humanity ".
There are thousands of Law Enforcement who do not condone the one Enforcement Office - placing his knee on the neck of Mr George Floyd - and squeezing the life out of him.
A young woman - stood her ground - and she videoed the entire - situation - for all the world to see.
A murder was committed in broad daylight - the incident caught from every angle - the culprits exposed - charging the Law Enforcement Officer - with Third Degree Murder - is a travesty.
Time will tell - it will take years for this case to go before our Courts - this pandemic has stalled the many cases in our Courts - and a judge could chose to adjudicate and sentence this Law Enforcement Officer - 5 years in jail - and release him in two years.
Our justice system has failed us - we saw this with the Oscar Grant case - I was the first to report this incident - we saw this with many other cases here in California - on the East Coast - thousands of such cases - did not see the time of day.
Much like George Floyd - thousands through the ages if not millions have been treated like animals - we say treated like second class citizens - that is putting it mildly.
Blacks have suffered a lot - there comes a time - it is called a saturation point.
The circumstances - as we witnessed in Minneapolis and Saint Paul - the " anarchists " - and others - like minded - came in and took control of the situation - for all the wrong reasons.
We as a Nation are experiencing a pandemic - this NOVELL COVID-19 virus - and now we have witnessed the worst riots this Nation has seen in a long time - in the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul - in Minnesota.
Reminiscent of the riots we saw in Southern California - Rodney King.

Our Constitution purports - to protect our First Amendment Rights - to gather, march, protest, verbally express ourselves as citizens - presupposing the pertinent and salient elements are in place - they call it law and order.
Blatant racism is not something new to this Nation - blatant racism is all perversive and for all the talk - today more than ever before - the talk about addressing " implicit bias" and "cultural competency " has been flouted - in a nonchalant manner.
It is amazing to witness some " House Negros " - fail to stand tall and represent.
For money they will sell their souls - and embrace the " crab mentality " - and we see this and fail to point out - shed light where there is abject darkness.
There is NO justice - in our justice system - except his justice - that is NO justice at all - who is hoodwinking whom - in broad daylight.
This in your face blatant discrimination - has reached saturation point - and all we do is address the situation at hand - after the fact.
All we do is kick the can down the street - and in doing so - think we are doing something - hog wash.
The same thing has happened with lynching - people advertised about picnics. Pick a N*****.

Today we are immune to the blatant discrimination of the past.

Compounding lack of empathy and compassion - the paradox many Blacks become part of the problem.
Thousands of Blacks have been lynched - we have a museum documenting thousands of lynching.
We have hundred of books and millions of documents - openly revealing - treating Blacks as inferior.
Some - continue to say people of color - mean nothing as if they were like furniture - those in authority think - nothing of respect - and less of facts.
When will we be sensitive, when will we learn to stand up and represent. When will we learn about humanity - and more crimes against humanity.

and video taped the Officer Derek Chauvin -
place his knee on the neck of George Floyd -
and choke him to death.
Very little is know of 17 year old Darnelia Frazier - she stood her ground - taunted - she continued to video tap - Officer Derek Chauvin - for 9 minutes - place his knee on the neck of George Floyd - until he choked him to death.
We must honor this 17 year old Darnelia Frazier - for being brave enough - to stand up tall and represent - while someone evil committed murder - in broad daylight.
This death of George Floyd hit a raw nerve - the pandemic has made millions reckless - and most people want to vent - and make some noise. But this is not about making noise and vetting - it is about being about healing. Healing takes place in solitude and silence - and we may gather - but we should not be violent, we should not destroy - we should not do the devil's work.
Let us learn from this 17 year old woman - Darnelia Frazier - she did right - she brought herself to video and show the world - how some Law Enforcement Office behave - they forget their training - "implicit bias" - " cultural competency " .
Empathy and compassion - and act like a thug - which some of them are.
Only when they carry a gun - they seem to have power - take away the gun - they are cowards. Pathetic.
Again and again in the past we have seen " anarchists " join a movement and try to destroy - free speech, organized protesting - in a civil manner.
We must learn to organize, with sound logistics - more understand the " dark web " - the forces that give a damn about law and order - politicians who say one thing and do another.
Our Judicial System - that favors the filthy rich and recognizes - that " Corporations are people too ".
Our judges have chosen not to be judicial, they have chosen not to be independent, they have chosen not to discern, they have chosen to become political - and with these reason and others - they have tarnished the judicial system.

Unfortunately our schools, our colleges, our universities have NOT given importance about the stellar and astute leaders who led the Civil Right Movement.
Often times I meet our youth and they are surprised that Dr Martin Luther King Jr - did so much - the teachers, the preachers, the mentors - are caught up with mundane issues - none of which uplift the soul, the spirit, and make one less compassionate - and totally lack empathy.
If we think we should be mean, lack understanding, less empathy and compassion - then one does not - have to be a rocket scientist - the end result is evident - down the drain - in the cesspool of our own creation. This scenario is being repeated again and again - more from director coming out from the White House.
Anarchists do not care about unity and embracing one another.
Not when they torch a library that has over years - has saved so much for other generations to come - all gone - incinerated.
These anarchists and those who expound the philosophy of the devil - are arrogant and ignorant.
The only force that can neutralize the evil forces - are good people - whose heart is in the right place - they can and will address the crimes against - humanity.

Dr Martin Luther King Jr - a great and charismatic speaker - studied the principles of Non-Violence from Mahatma Gandhi.
Mahatma Gandhi - who practiced Non-Violence in South Africa, then went to India - where he practiced Non-Violence - he was assassinated - much like Dr Martin Luther King Jr.
Closer to home we saw destruction in Oakland, California - burning, looting, and the paradox many of the looting and destruction of property.
Much of the destruction - were linked to Blacks who owned the businesses - had just opened their businesses - after following the rules and regulations " Stay at Home " - only to suffer more - from looting and destruction of property.
More and more this current pandemic - has created - a void - lack of empathy and compassion.
We take it in stride the over 100,000 who have died - it fact the number is more. Only those who died in the hospitals - are counted under the NOVEL COVID-19 count - there is a lot that has to be figured out - about how the hospitals get paid - and how much do we care about our citizens - who have to deal with health - disparities.
