The Tunnel with no light in sight - the crook still wheeling and dealing - lying and cheating - pushing for " behest payments " - no one can lie and get away with murder in broad daylight.
Recently at the Grand Jury hearing in Room 250 at SF City Hall - we all heard those in charge talking in circles. Millions of dollars were wasted on the Central Subway, starting with an amount of $600 million - the project extended 4 years - costing the taxpayers over 1.8 Billion dollars.
Most importantly, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - in total disarray - started the Sewer System with $6 billion. Today it has crossed $12 billion - heading for $20 billion.

The new General Manager Dennis Herrera and his sidekick Ron Flynn have no clue what they got into.
Both jumped from the SF City Hall - where both had access to all the corruption and the thousands of documents linked to the ongoing bribery - at SF Public Utilities - as City Attorneys - be they were crooked - and now are singing the blues.
Leading to Harlan Kelly's indictment and 30 others - all crooks of the highest order. Harlan Kelly, the former General Manager - waiting his turn - had an opportunity to shine - but he was GREEDY.
This pristine water was stolen from the indigenous people - we are lied to when we are told our water is pristine. In recent times groundwater has been added - many a time, the so-called drinking water stinks - and we are told - everything - is acceptable.
For decades the SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has used deferred maintenance to bluff the taxpayers of San Francisco - the SFPUC begs for millions - wastes million - and there is absolutely no accountability and transparency.
The SFPUC has no goals to replace the over 1200 miles of clean drinking water. It has also set no goals to replace - the sewer pipes - 1100 of them all over San Francisco.
We know that the current Sewer System Improvement Project - has serious problems - Middle-Management is jumping ship - they are fed up with the SFPUC.
We, the people, created the Community Benefits to help the people.
We did not create the Community Benefit to give mostly crook from outside our community - run restaurants and liquor bars - who does that?
We requested the SFPUC to help replace the lead pipes that many homes still have. We know this is dangerous - and we know for sure now - from Biomonitoring testing. High levels of lead, mercury, and even plutonium.
SFPUC has spent millions on mundane things - intentionally allowing our infants, children, youth, young adult, our beloved Elders, and those with compromised health - to die slowly.
Let us not talk about Flint, Michigan, and Jackson, Mississippi - when in our backyard - we have access to Billions - and treat most people of color with - utter disdain.
We should have a vetted plan to connect the Infrastructure Bill - to replace lead pipes inside the many homes - keep the SF City Department of Building Inspection outlet some private construction company - with horizontal experience - and experienced plumbers - do a good job.

The stupidity of SFPUC knows no bounds.
In 2004 SFPUC signed on a project to Tunnel four conduits - under the Force Main - an Eight Foot pipe - thus compromising the Force Main - and the Muwekma Ohlone Park and Sanctuary.
The location Third Street and Marin - further down Pier 80 - the Force Main - is tunneled below the large Ware House that is Pier 80.
The Controller then was Ben Rosenfield - he is still the Controller - and I filed a complaint - and have heard nothing from the crooks.
When we had an upgraded dam at Calaveras, the SFPUC failed to do the required borings.
A fissure was found that would compromise the dam. Over a million tons of dirt had to be removed.
Someone - made a lot of money - and then a lot had to be found to store the dirt - which cost more.
We now want to know how many miles of the 1200 miles carrying clean water have been replaced. Many are older than 100 years old.
In like manner, we have 1100 sewer pipes - many also over 90 years old - we would like to know what progress has been made. All this in San Francisco - no talk about these crucial matters - wake up SF Public Utilities Commission - you all make a fool of yourselves.

The water stole - from the indigenous - the Southern Sierra Me-wuk Nation, the Bishop Paiute Tribe, Bridgeport Indian Colony, the Mono Indians of Northern California, Tuolumne band of Me-wuk Indians - and many other indigenous tribes I am in touch with?
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is in the doldrums - sinking in the cesspool of their own creation.
Your heart must be in the right place - only then - can you take anyone to a better place. Aho.
