When the last report on the alignment of the San Francisco workforce sunsetted in 2019 - created in 2014 - no audit was done on the 2014 report.
Anyone who knows about the Workforce should know a little about career jobs.

We asked for Community Benefits to help the community. Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our beloved elders - slowly dying from contamination and pollution.

The Community Benefits were meant to help the community - I attended the many meeting - there was a Task Force - that agreed to the Community Benefit - some $300 million linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - and never kept their word.

The present SFPUC is still pondering over behested money - they should be ashamed of themselves.
The Community Benefits are for the people suffering most - not those that pander to the politicians. The Federal Bureau of Investigation must go deep into the many illegal - transactions.
Stop forcing contractors to provide Community Benefits - let them focus on the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) project.

Most of the employees do not know who is in charge. Too many have jumped ship - and rightly so.
The good SFPUC employees want nothing to do with the SF Public Utilities Commission.
Dennis Herrera - is now pushing for " behested payments" let us stick to Proposition E - it has the correct language to keep the crooks at bay.
Let us not muddy the waters with Dennis providing talking points - and Aaron Peskin trying to act as the proxy representing the Mayor London Breed and SFPUC.
Let Proposition E be voted in by the voters - stay intact.
Back in 2004 - some of us advocates wrote the White Paper linked to Workforce Development. Our document was taken from us by Sophie Maxwell, and she and her lackeys created City Build.
The SF County Transportation Authority - set aside $150,000 in seed money for this program.
This money was meant to help those that most needed help. Imagine Sophie Maxwell promising Laura Luster the consultant - $100,000 - what type of leadership is this? I have repeated this fact before at an SF Public Utilities Commission - with Sophie Maxwell present - she was talking from both sides of her mouth. A Sellout.
Sophie Maxwell favored corruption and raked in millions. Recently I spoke to Mr. Robert Woods, and he agreed with me - both Sophie Maxwell and Malia Cohen - both District 10 Supervisors were corrupt. Mr. Robert Woods managed the Moscone Center Project, every major project at Bayview Hunters Point. Today he lives in Houston, Texas, and keeps in touch with me.
Sophie Maxwell was the Supervisor of District 10 - and quickly made a deal with Laura Luster, a consultant - and promised her a deal - to pay her $100,000 - linked to the City Build program.
This matter came before one of the committees - Sophie Maxwell, heading the committee as Chair.
I shot the matter down. It was settled to give Laura Luster - a smaller amount, which was the beginning of City Build - the seed planted was rotten and remains rotten to this day.

The SF Budget Legislative Analyst has pointed out several stellar and astute recommendations.
One of them is how must is spent on each intern applicant at City Build - to this day, we have no clue.
The various City Department - each an entity to itself - the left-hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Millions wasted - recently, the Department of Public Works Commission was created.
For the first time, the Department of Public Works has a Commission. The Commission is being educated - the many orientations to bring the Commission in line with what needs to be understood.
The same thing has to be done to the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - the corruption stinks to high heaven.

Carmen Chu, the SF City Administrator, has failed regarding the quality of Life issues. She permits all sorts of legislation to be passed - without input - and when the nonsense goes on - looks the other way. Follow the SF Budget Legislative Analyst recommendations - have an audit - on City Build. Do the same - when it comes to Non-Profits who must beg for help - while those with the inside scoop - are given thousands of dollars on a platter.

Today Mr. Robert Woods is very concerned that Blacks given money in San Francisco - are grouped with inherent selfish interests.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) promised the community five percent of the $6 billion - the cost of the SSIP Project. That amounted to $300 million.
We who attended the meetings - the Task Force created - fought for these benefits and have received - nothing at all.
The SSIP has now doubled the cap to $12 billion and is heading for $20 billion - when the digestors, BioSolids, and related components will be in operation.
In the interim, much middle management have left their jobs - fed up with corruption and the present leadership.
Good jobs were promised nothing has happened. Institutional experience and related empirical data - have gone away - and no one cares. What the hell is happening to San Francisco?
The former City Attorney investigating Harlan Kelly and his minions - is now the General Manager.
The former General Manager was indicted and will soon be sentenced.
In the interim, those who suffered from the stench, the spewing of the methane gas, and other adverse impacts - are suffering - our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders - those with compromised health.
Shootings and killings are increasing with Shamann Walton - the District 10 Supervisor - nowhere - to be found - he is interested in mundane projects - and perks up when he can get money from any source.
Shamann Walton - is in bed with the Big Developers - no one can fool all the people - all the time.

Who are these jerks from Fresno and Vallejo, and who thinks they can order us around?
For all the documents that the City and County of San Francisco created - spending thousands of dollars - we fail to protect the innocent citizen, the taxpayers - those who contribute their best to our City and County of San Francisco.
The primarily Black leaders - take thousands of dollars - line their pockets - and do not care about uplifting the community.

The SF Public Utilities Commission doled millions to the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - got nothing much from the investment.
The Equal Opportunity Committee was first created in the SF Bayview Hunters Point area.
The Human Rights Committee - was first formed in SF Bayview Hunters Point.
The Human Rights Committee - is now the Human Rights Commission.
Failing to address Human Rights - local, state, national, or international.
The Human Rights Commission's Director, Sheryl Evans Davis, has not replied to Mr. Robert Woods or me, the Black Human Rights Council Vice President of San Francisco. A letter was sent to her - to get back to us - she seems not to care?
