By the year 2023, our City must have its Housing Element in place created every ten years. The SF Planning Department must have a plan to provide 82 housing units. This plan must be approved by Sacramento, California - and so far, this fact is in the doldrums.

In the last ten years, San Francisco has failed miserably regarding the quality of Life Issues. 

Too many folks, including former middle class living in tents - and all this and more - have cast a dark cloud on how we treat poor people - whom the authorities call indigent.

For a long time - cleaning teams - invade a site - no notice given - like a twenty-four-hour notice - arrive at a site in the wee hours of the morning - 4 am and start moving the tents and the belongings.

Using high-pressure hoses traumatizes many, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors has not addressed this situation. We need to have a hearing on this critical quality of life issue.

Several cases are filed on behalf of those who have been abused and treated with disdain - poor folks - many of them in feeble health - slowly dying while some think that they can bully the poor - have no empathy - God watches you all.

Fake banners like the one above - promised Bayview Hunters Point the world. All those who believed in such ploys and machinations - dashed their hopes. This mess was initiated by Dwayne Jones - who must be charged but still does what he does best - bluffing.

I used to visit the camps - like you see above - to find out for myself what was happening. The situation today has reached saturation point, and many are dying. You contact the City Morgue, and they quote the California Laws - saying the Morgue cannot reveal data - that we advocates need - to make a sound needs assessment. 

You can attend the virtual meeting of Our City, our Home - Oversight Committee, the SF Planning Department, the SF Land Use, the SF Budget Committee, the SF Rules Committee, and the SF Police Commission.

The SF Sheriff's Oversight Committee - the new Public Works Commission, the new Street and Sanitation Commission, the SF Health Commission - none of them care about the homeless, the poor, the indigent, those who have compromised health - all this in this City named after Saint Francis of Assisi. 

Our Mayor, London Breed, makes over $450,000 - the Director of Health Department - Dr. Grant Colfax, makes over $600,000.

Indeed these two clowns can do better - they listen to you, but they cannot do much - because they cannot do a sound needs assessment. They lack any knowledge of a sound digital platform - that can address pertinent and salient projects and programs and provide data that matters.

During the recent pandemic - they provided a link that most could not open. Thousands of people could have been vaccinated - and those at the top had no idea what was happening.

Hundred died, and when I found out what was happening - I had to come to the rescue - and provide succor and vaccination - at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview.

Hundreds were contacted - Captain appointed - and we made it happen. I met Dr. Grant Colfax when he came to visit 1800 Oakdale. It is amazing how these folks behave - they forget those who helped them in their time of need.

What is there to wearing a mask - first line of defense.

I have attended the virtual meetings - many astute and stellar San Franciscans - want all to wear a mask - in any congregate situation. This is the first line of defense.

The BA. 4 and the BA. 5 variants are playing havoc throughout our nation.

Suffice it to say, here in San Francisco, we have a surge of Monkeypox or MPox - which can adversely affect anyone - innocent children have got MPox and others - from being close to someone who has it.

The layperson brings facts before the SF Health Commission - and the SF Health Commission pooh-pooh - the testimony of those who speak truth to power - this nonsense must stop. Stop having disdain for the layperson - many are much more educated than those working for the SF Health Department. 

Any Health Department that takes over 18 months to hire a Registered Nurse - takes years - to replace software that matters. 

The SF Health Department has over $2 billion in budget and has nothing much to show.

The corrupt SF Health Department  - must be audited. 

The entire SF Health Department revamped - the malignant tumors removed - and those incompetent more SF Heath Department - management - sent packing - let them fade into oblivion.

The recent Laguna Honda episode - leading to the death of 9 elders - is a shame. It all started when the SF Health Department - sent addicts who mixed with Laguna Honda elders - messed things up and created - pandemonium.

Notice of Violations was issued by the State of California authorities at Laguna Honda. Laguna Honda was decertified.

The mess has yet to be resolved on many levels - even though Laguna Honda, for now, remains - open.

We are awaiting the Housing Element - to know more - about how San Francisco will do in the future - catering to those that most need housing.

The former General Manager of SF Public Utilities Commission and my good friend. Ambassador to Bosnia - and an expert and leader when it came to large utilities. When he served on the SF Public Utilities Commission, Mr. Richard Sklar - would not tolerate the current corruption - and positioning of lackeys to do as they please.

I have been attending the SFPUC for a long time - I saw the most extraordinary General Manager, Richard Sklar, exercising his duties. 

I also witnessed him speaking with authority and guiding those lost in the woods on the SF Public Utilities Commission. 

Ed Harrington, a former General Manager, came to say goodbye to Mr. Anson Moran - that was nice of him. 

Ed Harrington was on the SFPU Commission - some months ago - he left the SFPUC - it was nice to see him come to support Mr. Anson Moran, a good man. Although most do not know why Ed Harrington quit.

Former  General Manager Harlan Kelly could have connected virtually - but he is busy singing the blues - indicted by the Feds. 

I will send Harlan this article - so that he realizes - that he could have done a lot of good - but chose to be GREEDY.

Dennis Herera - the former SF City Attorney - now the current General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - has no clue what is happening, making over $450,000. Pushing for behest payments - Sewer System Improvement Project started with a budget of $6 Billion and is now nearing $12 Billion - heading soon for $20 Billion - and the taxpayers' are taken for a wild ride.

The present General Manager, Dennis Herrera - at yesterday's SFPUC meeting - gave some commendations to a couple of SFPUC workers retiring.

He wanted to distract us - pretending to do some good - the folks - some in person at City Hall in Room 400 - others virtually present - watching the circus as I did at home.

I was informed of the ploys - and knew what was coming.

After the commendations were announced and commendations were given. Hurriedly no public comment was taken. 

Dennis Herrera was bent on taking photographs. To hell with Public Comment - this could come after.  

I spoke at Public Comment for a measly two minutes - with the retirees on behalf of San Francisco.

Sara was one of the retirees who helped the Muwekma Tribe on a project at Sunol. 

I knew what was coming - as I was informed of the situation at hand - the sordid - changing of the guard.

Then just like that, after some niceties - Dennis Herrera announced that Mr. Anson Moran was vacating his seat as Chair of the SF Public Utilities Commission. Many were shocked, judging from the many emails and texts I received.

Tim Paulson was absent. So, Sophie Maxwell and Newsha are now positioning themselves to take control of the sordid situation at the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. Anson Moran was given his marching orders - what a fucking joke. 

I took the insult in stride, heard it all, said what I had to say - mentioned Mr. Richard Sklar, a former General Manager and expert on utilities - thanked Ed Harrington, who came to thank Mr. Anson Moran - concluded by expressing my thanks to Mr. Anson Moran and asking God to bless him.

Mr. Richard Sklar, a good friend, passed some years ago. His spirit was present in Room 400 - watching the sordid state of affairs.

Sophie Maxwell likes to muddy the waters - behind the scenes positions herself to play a vital role on the SF Public Utilities Commission - has no clue about operations, less the projects and how the Primes have milked the system - starting with $6 Billion now $12 Billion, and that says it all.

I heard Sophie Maxwell talk about the disparity and help children in District 10 - she did nothing when she was the Supervisor of District 10. Sophie did this at the Rules Committee - where she was accepted for another term to serve on the SFPUC - which she is not qualified for. She acts like a panderer.

The constituents tried to recall her three times - when she was the District 10 Supervisor. 

I had nothing to do with the recall - though - some thought I had.

Yesterday, the SF Public Utilities Commission - Sophie Maxwell - wanted to know more about some Financial institutions that deal with large amounts of money. The Financial expert hired by SFPUC was just informing the SF Public Utilities Commission - given the current world situation -  Ukraine, the U.S. increase the credit rates, the many other trials and tribulations.

 Sophie Maxwell is not fully aware of food security, higher gas prices, mortgage increases, and many other price increases.

More - Municipal Bonds - these experts know what they are doing.

 Just knowing the names of the Financial institutions mean nothing - dear Sophie Maxwell.

 It is important to note how SF Public Utilities have spent the money on the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) - over $5 billion.

The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a $6 billion budget and now has a budget of $12 billion - this is taxpayers' money. 

This taxpayers' money must be accounted for - with the taxpayers being informed and appraised from time to time - preferably - quarterly.

The SF Controller - Ben Rosenfield.

The SF Controller is Ben Rosenfield. We gave him information - which he sat on and gave the information to the former City Attorney - Dennis Herrera. The Federal Bureau of Investigation had to come in - follow the money - and bring indictments. Indicted Harlan Kelly - who could have done a lot of good. Harlan - with intent was greedy and disgraced himself and those that backed him all these years - as General Manager of SFPUC.

We brought the matter - wasting millions of dollars linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project -  to the SF Controller.

The Controller Ben Rosenfield and his lackeys - gave the information to the former SF City Attorney - Dennis Herrera - now the present General Manage of the SF Public Utilities Commission.

We simply cannot have weak SF Public Utilities Commissioners on the Commission - who have no experience, lack wisdom - and are really there to back the corrupt Mayor London Breed.

Behind the scenes, London Breed is working hard to put as many women on the Commissions.

The plan is backfiring. Everyone discovered that she made over forty Commissioners sign letters - under duress - before they took their seats on the Commissions.

No decent woman, and we have many - will not follow Mayor London Breed - not when she has folks like Tyra Fennell - floating and pussyfooting around.

The letter - we are talking about - stated: " I hereby resign and thank the Mayor for putting the person signing this letter on the Commission."

We treasure our freedom - and Mayor London Breed does not comprehend this fact - because she is uneducated on issues - and has no manners. She has not read the United States Constitution and the San Francisco Charter and is not educated on issues.

This nonsense - treating the Commissioners with disdain - came to light and is now shoved under the rug. Calling SF Police Commissioner Max Oberstone a " liar " - Wow!

There is going to be a hearing held by Dean Preston and Hillary Ronnen. The people will come and speak Truth to Power.

This matter linked to the signing of the letter - pertains to freedom and the rights of any person who chooses to serve.

One must serve without any encumbrances. Stop treating the Commissioners as you would your folks from the hood.

Those who surround Mayor London Breed should know better - the problem - most of them - have not read the United States Constitution and the SF City Charter.

Each of us citizens of the United States treasure our freedom.

Mayor London Breed broke laws and was fined $23,000 by the Ethics Commission. 

London Breed was caught redhanded at the French Restaurant - told us to stay at home - while she was having a gala time - in a congregate situation not wearing a mask.

Then she did it again - in a congregate situation - dancing - and told us she is single and should be able to enjoy herself.

We already know she enjoys herself - in many ways - the many dipsticks spewing diatribe and speaking of unsavory - circumstances.

London Breed cannot fool all the people all the time - now we know how she operates - it is either her way or the highway.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Max Oberstone thought - this statement - pertained to Chief Scott Williams - who has been bashed from time to time - and I have come to his rescue when I attend the virtual meetings.

What Mayor London Breed had in mind - was appointing Larry Yee, a Chinese sitting commissioner - to lead the SF Police Commission.

At a recent election - Max Oberstone voted for Cindy Elias - much more experienced - has a better understanding of the state of affairs regarding the SF Police Department and the many policies, and is astute and stellar.

Max Oberstone was one of four appointees to the SF Police Commission - the other three are appointed by the SF Board of Supervisors. 

When Max Oberstone cast his vote - Cindy Elias won the seat as Chair of the SF Police Commission.

Tyra Fennell - controls Commissions and Comunity Relations.

When Mayor London Breed found out that Cindy Elias was appointed as Chair and Max Oberstone as Vice-Chair - she threw a fit.

 She even called Max Oberstone a liar.

Max did not lie - since London Breed was not clear with her statement about getting some help and his appointment to the SF Police Commission.

Max - understood maybe she was referring to Chief Scott Williams - he did what he had to - and voted for Cindy Elias.

It is a fact that Trya Fennell is put in charge of all appointments to the many Commissions. 

Tyra Fennell was in charge of making the Commissioners sign these letters - signed by the Commissioners and not dated.

At the top of the letterhead, it bears the name of Tyra Fennell.

I doubt Tyra Fennel has read the SF City Charter - and therein lies the crux of the problem.

Malia Cohen was the last Chair of the SF Police Commission.

When Mayor London appointed her best friend in crime - Malia Cohen, to the SF Police Commission - and then saw to it - Malia Cohen got to be the Chair of the SF Police Commission -  London was on cloud 99.

Malia Cohen made the most when on the SF Police Commission - inviting her friends from Sacramento - politicians to win browny points - having in mind - to run as California - Controller.

At the virtual meetings - she was constantly - attending to her baby - distracting everyone attending the virtual conference. The woman is pompous, demeaning, and thinks no end to herself.

When Malia stepped down - there was a vacuum - however, Cindy Elias stepped in and made the rest a smooth operation.

When Larry Yee joined the SF Police Commission - he failed to impress me as someone who had the interests of the entire city.

As I watched him - more and more - his interests were parochial - and I am for all San Franciscans. Larry Yee is a panderer and loves to rubber stamp - the Mayor says jump, and the poor guy - does her bidding.

Imagine London Breed anointing Larry Yee to represent the Chinese constituency - when the Chinese constituency failed to represent true democracy - and in recent times - failed San Francisco again and again.

The redistricting of San Francisco was led by Chinese appointees who played havoc with all our SF Districts.

Much like Harlan Kelly - we can talk about Walter Wong.

Much like the rampant corruption we see with some Blacks in San Francisco. The same exists in the Chinese community.

The Chinese received over $45 million to address " hate crimes " - how much has been given to other segments of our community - and why not?

 $15 million from the City and County of San Francisco and another $30 million from Sacramento.

We can name the culprits - it would be of no value. 

Let corruption wither on the vine.

These individuals have failed to represent us San Franciscans - corrupt to the core.

It is becoming increasingly fashionable to make lifestyle essential and anoint Commissioners to many San Francisco Commissions - and to add fuel to the fire - they do not live in San Francisco and need a waiver.

When you attend the virtual meetings - you see what these folks bring to the table - absolutely no meaningful representation to help the taxpayers - decent, hardworking San Franciscans.

Aaron Peskin, Raphel Mandelman, and Connie Chan condoned the anointing and dirty deed on the Rules Committee.

We want to know if this candidate signed a letter to do the bidding of the Mayor - and if not, who anointed the last candidate to the SF Planning Department - who does not have the guts to speak - truth to power.

Does anyone in their right mind condone the behavior of the President of the SF Board of Supervisors - failing to follow the instructions of the SF Sheriff cadet  - in charge of security - at SF City Hall?

None of the SF Board of Supervisors spoke up about this case linked to Shamann Walton. 

The case was cast under the rug - just like in the " HOOD. "

Evil folks like Tyra Fennell came here to San Francisco from a place that does not share our values - the love, the fortitude, the tenacity, the ambiance, the empathy, the leadership with action to help those that most need help.  

The MACHINE has chosen to work with crooks like Tyra Fennell and Dwayne Jones - to help dole out grants to those who favor a specific lifestyle - and we see all these restaurants on Third Street that no patrons visit - they take the thousands in grants - and do nothing much.

Using Art in an area like Bayview Hunters Point - wasting millions of dollars - does no good. Art does not address Food Security or the thousands of our infants and children - who are slowly dying.

Tyra Fennell purports to be in charge of thousands of Commissioners and Board members on her LinkedIn - this is utter nonsense.

Purports to be in charge of all SF Commissions - like the recently created Public Works - check the appointees who sit on this Commission. They have no clue about contracts and operations and need two years of orientation - before they can function.

The Commission on Streets and Sanitation - check the appointees - the same inept folks who talk too much and spew hot air.

The Commission Our City, Our Home Oversight Committee - initially when the Commission was formed - was warned by the SF City Controller - to focus on areas that pertain to the housing needs and related issues. 

Warning the newly formed Commission to avoid policy making and asking for millions - without a plan with timelines and goals that benefit San Francisco's taxpayers.

Recently it came to light that all Mayoral appointees - sign a draft letter - they are told if they do not follow the mandate of the Mayor - the draft letter can remove them from their seat.

This nonsense will STOP only because of the Max Oberstone case - where Tyra Fennell called Max Oberstone - and he was ordered to sign the draft letter.  

This fact was brought to the media's attention and the taxpayers - who are disgusted with Mayor London Breed.

For over forty years, I worked hard to help those that most needed help.

Our young Blacks from San Francisco are challenged - the likes of Shanel Williams, Majeid Crawford, Daniel Landry, De'Anthony Jones, too many others brilliant but have to take orders from the corrupt folks that I have mentioned above - and there are hundreds more on some payroll - who carry on the orders. 

The crooks have access to millions of dollars - only those who follow the orders of the crooks - have access to this money. 

Let us see how far this nonsense is carried to - it is reaching saturation.

The recent fiasco speaks to the underlying currents - at the San Francisco Police Commission - the current Chair Cindy Elias and the Vice- President Max Oberstone.

As things stand today - we have a Mayor who has a hidden agenda - she is trying to win the Chinese vote - most of the Chinese take their orders from the Tongs - again and again, we have seen in the past how the Chinese in San Francisco do vote - they make their decision as a large group.

We Americans are free and should not take orders from those with a hidden agenda.

There is freedom, and there is a license. Abuse of freedom is license.
